I can't even... Wow... PERFECTION.

I don't really remember the order of the songs they played, but they played pretty much all of my favourites, except for "Calling You" which I kind of expected them to play =/

But it was fucking amazing. Sorry if I swear a lot, but God, dslkfhlkdsjflkdjf.

When they played "Say It" it was the first real song (played second) that I could seriously freak out on. And I did. I couldn't breathe and was already sweating like a pig.

I don't think I have ever jumped so much in my life.

And let me just say, Justin was the sexiest I have ever seen him.
It was great


And the opening band, Longwave was perfect as well. Great show they put on

And Justin came out to sing with them for one of the last songs, and it was so cool.

And it was Keith from Longwave's birthday, so that was funny to sing to him haha. Cute guys, all of them.


I completely LOST IT during "Should Be Loved". I knew they would play it, I was SO happy. It's kind of the best song in the world, and I jumped sooo much. It hurt after the first 30 seconds, but I didn't give a crap at that point. It was INSANE.

Best memory ever. Jesus. CHRIST.

And at this one part, I forget what song (>_>, he came over like right in front of us and pointed at the crowd to sing the part of the song without him, and he smiled in the middle of it, but like right after I smiled. And he was so looking at me. And I wouldn't just say that, but we shared a moment of happiness. It was fucking amazing.

Emily might think he was looking at her, but eh. She can keep dreaming. xD

I can't even believe the emotion he puts into every little bit of his work and performances. If you hear his songs and know what he's singing about, you understand him. And that's why Blue October's concerts are so phenomenal. Because you get to share in that emotion with him and scream every word back to them.


When I find out the next show they're playing here, I am IMMEDIATELY buying tickets. It won't be for a while, they have to tour the west coast... But God... I do NOT want to miss it.

I have a terrible phobia of erections (Medorthophobia), and I cried over it, even though I knew it was ridiculous. Man, I feel dumb.

I miss my father, and when I get to hug him, I pretend it lasts longer than it really does.

Everyday I wish my sister would care more about others instead of herself, and when I say others, I mean me. I mean, she gives me her attention, but not exactly the attention I'm looking for.
When I say "I love you." she doesn't answer, even if I say it as a joke, just to see if she'll respond. I'm hopelessly looking for the attention that I'll probably never get from her.

Lately, I've had trouble handling being yelled at by adults. I get a huge knot in my throat like I'm about to cry.
I almost cried in Science last week when I couldn't figure out how to solve a problem and he was yelling at everyone who couldn't do it. I feel so dumb.

True dat. So, a lot has been going on lately, not that any of you are really that interested, but oh well. I like writing to myself. Hence I keep a real journal that nobody can read haha.


Cats.
So, on Friday, my cat had another kitten, and this one WILL live. We can't lose another kitten due to her neglect as a mother. She's doing alright for the most part, but if it starts going downhill again, we're going to find out how to feed it ourselves. It's a boy, by the way. I've named it Bean. He's black and white and looks like a baby puppy haha. Cute.


Jacob.
Last night I was able to talk to Jacob via webcam again, which was really nice because I haven't been able to see him like that for a while. And this time, we used Skype, which is SO much faster than Meebo or Stickam. God. That's hell. So, I thought my webcam would actually work for more than two minutes before my computer would shut off. And well, it did... When I was just testing it. But come video call time, he could only hear me, not see me. I was so shy to talk though haha. But my mother started talking to me in the middle of it, so I had to yell up to her a lot. Jacob says I'm cute when I argue. That's a load of crap, haha. But another thing, two of my cats started chasing each other, howling and hissing throughout the house. Jacob freaked out and I couldn't stop laughing hahaha. Awesome.
What sort of bothered me though, was that he doesn't really stay as serious as usual when he's on the webcam. I mean, I love seeing him laugh and making him happy; that's all I want, but when I try to be serious about something he gets shy and hides behind a hat or something. Or he'll just get really quiet and not talk about the subject that he'd probably talk about on the phone or otherwise. I don't know. It's not a big deal; I'm just over-reading it. I'll say something about it later haha.
I keep having the most realistic dreams about him. Which, surprisingly, leads to the next topic.


Dreams.
My dreams are becoming more and more real with each night. I sometimes wake up feeling... I don't know exactly. Haha. But my dreams are filled with things that always happen, or things I always do. I'm always having dreams of events that will happen the next day, and dreams of waking up to go to those events or do things that will happen. It confuses the fuck out of me when I wake up, because I would think I already did something, but then have to wake up to go do it.
I have dreams of doing little things like sending texts, talking on the phone, eating, listening to a song where the lyrics are just as they are in real life, and I notice every little thing where I am. It all comes together to create the illusion of real life, and I hate it. Yet... I know when I'm awake, but I can't tell when I'm asleep.
Cool.


Music progress.
This is probably the subject I've most wanted to talk about. Some of you know my music myspace, [link] where I post all of my covers and written songs. Yeah. Well, I've lately wanted to be able to write with someone else, because I know I won't really go anywhere as a 14 year old solo artists who doesn't know a lot about music and the industry. It would just be easier to play with someone else for me, and probably a lot more fun to perform with.
So, the other day I received a message from this guy Corey, asking if I could check out his material and maybe collab with him. I was really excited and said yes even before I listened to his stuff, but even so, I don't regret it. He's good, so I wasn't making a mistake haha. Now we text all the time, discussing ideas and what not. He lives about 20 minutes away from me, so that's great. We're planning to meet at the teen center here, or at the mall, so we can hang out and talk about things.
He tells me he can get us a set at Hot Topic, because he works there, and at some other shops and places around here. I'll do the singing, and possibly playing as well, and he'll just play. He knows he's not that good of a singer, so that's why he wanted to collab with someone. We're both really excited, and we'll see how this goes.

Spiraling into depression is always fun, right?
Especially when it's not really depression, but a short period of sadness which I like to exaggerate, as you probably know by now. If not, well, I'm shocked.
Anyway. So I was complaining about never being able to be alone in my house anymore, when my aunt is living here (and is EVERYWHERE and ALWAYS AWAKE) and other things that add to it. As soon as my sister and aunt go to bed, my mom comes home with her boyfriend and I can't be alone yet again. And then my aunt comes back down to just sit on the couch across from me, so I can't even do anything in this room. This kind of crap happens on a daily basis, so I never get time alone until usually 2 AM on a weekday / 3 AM on a weekend. That is, if my mother's boyfriend doesn't spend the night. In which case, my aunt sleeps downstairs, and I can't get away from anyone.
(My mother just asked if I wanted her to stay awake with me... As if.. What a prick.)
But then I started thinking about how it was before this, and how it was before my mom kicked my dad out in fourth grade. I still see my dad pretty much everyday before school these days, because he comes to say hi, and sometimes we go out to dinner with my sister... but it's far from enough.
I miss him more than anything, and I think its ridiculous how I've only begun to miss him this year.
He's still my dad, and I need him more than I actually get to see him.. and I want a real hug from him. Not just the one-second-through-the-car-window-hug... I want to be able to hug him for at least a minute or just go to his house and hang out and watch a movie or something together..
And I know if I told him he would make plans for us to talk about it and actually do those things, but I just don't know how to... I'm not good at talking with my dad... He's my dad.. I don't really know HOW to talk to him... I wonder if "I miss you" will be enough to let him know. And I want to tell him that I cry over him all the time, and even as I'm typing this, but I just can't.. I don't want him worrying for one thing, and I'm afraid of what will happen after I tell him.

I guess... I'm going to text him now.. He'll read it in the morning. Then we'll see what happens...

okay.
so when we got there we were really early (before they were letting people in) and we were like some of the first people in line.
which rocked.

so we waited for about an hour and then got in to the field.
and waited another hour. xD

and then Paper Route ( [link] )played! (:

I only knew one song. But I LOVED every minute of what they played.

everyone else around me didn't care, however. ):

And thennnnn, PHANTOM PLANET (www.myspace.com/phantomplanet) PLAYED.

At first I though Paramore and Phantom Planet would be my main reasons of going to the concert, but I was so wrong. D:

Phantom Planet flipping kicked everyone's ass.

They were the best ever.

Don't get me wrong, Paramore is always spectacular live, but I had better things to do. xD;;;;;;

Then, we heard Alex said he would be meeting people and signing things between when Jack's Mannequin played and when Paramore played.

So, Laura and I left the crowd to go search for him.

Only to find out that he meant after Jack's Mannequin (www.myspace.com/jacksmannequin) and DURING Paramore.

So, we then tried to get back into the crowd, but it didn't work out so well, cause a few mean peeps wouldn't let us by.

but whatever, there was kind of a better view where we settled on standing anyway.

Farther away, sure. But you could see the whole stage, so I was fine.


So Jack's Mannequin was also complete awesomeness, and I knew all the songs they played. They only played one new one. :/ *sigh*

Oh well.

Then, as soon as they were done playing, we booked it to the merch stands in search for Alex and the rest of the band.

But aparently, only Alex and Darren came out. xD;;; oh well.

we stayed and chatted with Alex for a little while with some other girls, got a load of stuff signed, and got photos and videos with him.

Then we swung on over to Darren and chatted with him and took pictures as well.

I started posting banners on Myspace and other sites just to get my friends involved, as well.
Then, I joined the street team, to further promote and support the movement. I have already printed fliers to hand out and post around town, so I can spread the word about TWLOHA. I'm so stoked to do all of this and support it as much as I can.

Depression these days is the leading cause for suicide, but only 1/3 of all cases are treated. That's why TWLOHA is helping the other 2/3.

And that's why I want to be a part of it, because it's such an important issue, even with kids our age.

I think TWLOHA is really going to affect lives. Even mine.


Even though I'm kind of informing you more than what I should be doing, I need to say that TWLOHA has really inspired me to help make a difference and get more people involved in this.


So, you should probably do it, too

Okay I'll start with Doug.
"Doug Does DecayDance" was there. And he rocks my socks. He does all these covers of songs from the Decay Dance label. He did I think 3 songs.

Then there was the ever so awesome PHANTOM PLANET.

I swear to God. Alex was staring at me. XD<333
Cause he told the people that made up a dance to the new song "Do the Panic" to stand up and show it to him. So I got up and did it, along with like... around 6 other groups of girls spread out in the Pavillion.
So I was really embarrasssedddd. Cause Laura wouldn't get up and do it wif me. >_<

So he was all lookin at meh ^.^ I almost cried.

And then in the middle of it he was all "Let's summon the spirits up for this last song!" cause it had to do with it. So we did spirit fingers. XD It rocked.

But they never played the Phantom of the Opera song. ): *tear* not like that mattered though. They were fecking incredible anyway<3

And people got to meet Phantom Planet later in the day, but I didn't want to miss the Hush Sound for that. ): As bad as I wanted to meet Alex Greenwald and everyone else...
We didn't.

So meanwhile, Laura wanted to buy shirts, so I told her what I wanted there and she and her mom went off to stand in line for about an hour, while I listened to the Hush Sound be amazing.
I died.

They were pwnsome.
Completely.
So I danced by myself, while the gay-ass people next to me didn't get up once.

And then Motion City Soundtrack came on. Dude I have never listened to them before, but now after that I am determined to go get their CD.<3

I kept yelling "MARRY ME!" when it was quiet. XD
Dang their songs are so fun to dance to.

And by the time they got on, Laura came back with the shirts and we put them on. I got a Phantom Planet one, she got Motion City Soundtrack. Lol even though she barely knows them either. It was all they had left for sweatshirts.

So then the long awaited PANIC AT THE DISCO came on!!!!!!!!!! We were like. Balling our eyes out ;____;

Yesterday Mackenzie (my boyfriend), Laura, and I went to a pond because his dad was taking him fishing and he didn't want to go alone. It was fun for the first 20 minutes. I collected some sticks and ran around in the sand. It was great.
Then all of a sudden Mackenzie starts being the biggest asshole to Laura. And he was being quite the perve, as well >_>
He was making these stupid dirty jokes that none of us laughed at, he was doing this really creepy laugh (that we know from our friend Mike, who is a complete perve himself) and he was just acting like an idiot.

Then he found some toads out near the swamp and kept trying to make us touch them. I don't really like them, but Laura has a crazy fear of them and I yelled at him to stop, so did she, and he didn't.

Then he kept pushing her in the water and laughed about it. I wanted to slap him across the face with a hammer. >__>
And then he was giving me a piggy-back-ride and then he was like "Laura give me one!" so he jumped on her. >_> Her back was just about broken and he didn't care.

At this point, I flipped out on him.
You know what he had to say?
"I didn't notice that I was being mean to her..."

Fucking asshat.
He's never even been like this before until yesterday. So I don't know what the hell his problem is, but he's gonna have to get over it, or I'm done with him.

I know that's like really really harsh, and I might regret saying that later, but I allready told him and he needs a wake-up call.

We got there and waited in line for like evar (which I seriously didn't mind, cause it was AWESOMELY FUN) and waited and waited for 3 hours and then got in the second line. Then my dad started to get pissy and decided we shouldn't wait that long for the masquerade. >_< So he made us leave.

So all that waiting for nothing. >_>
We didn't even get to see Aaron Dismuke cause my dad wouldn't get his arse out of teh house at 7:00. Which would have been way better cause we WOULD be able to. And it WOULDN'T be waiting for nothing..


But I guess I'm not that mad considering all teh luvins I got. (=

I only wore THE SHIRT.
and I got a hug from this really cool guy dressed as L. He was infront of us in line the whole time and he was being so awesome. XD He was cute, too, lololol.
Like we left to go get pizza in the other section of teh center. And when we came back he's like "Oh, hey, I missed you!" XD

And like before he hugged me he's like "Are you Roxas? Cause I've been wondering like this whole time, and if you are can I hug you?" X3 I wush like staring at him the whole time.


AND THEN. This person came up to me (dressed as someone from Naruto. I dunno.) and said "MY PRIMARY TARGET" and just stared at me for a minute. And then they stabbed me in the neck with a nife or something. XD It was awesome!! And they scared the crap out of Emily. XD

And then then then we found Waldo. XD

And these cool guys with speakers and TV's as heads came down the line. They were freakin awesome.

And then two girls came up behind me and poked me so I turned around and they're like "Hey Roxas!! Can we have hugs?! 0w0" so meh hugged 'em. C:


I LURVE HUGS FROM PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW. IT'S AWESOME!

CAUSE THEY WERE LIKE ALL MY HEIGHT!!! OMG!!! Cept for L. Cause he was like pretty tall. XD



So yeah. Then we were just awaaaiitttinnn and waitin.
And we saw this kid who looked like Neil Cicierega. XD



So yeah. It was a pretty awesome experience, even though I got to see nothing.

There's always next year.

And I'll probably go for all three days with a pre-registration so I won't have to wait all that time. HOPEFULLY AARON WILL BE THERE AGAIN?! AND MAYBE VIC?! AND TRAVIS?! ;-;
