I post one journal, a friend tosses out a few links and, bam, I get probubly 200 times the pageviews I normally get! ...Bear in mind I ususally only get one, maybe two a day...
But, needless to say, I was startled and pleased. I doubt this will be a trend, but I can feel my ego lolling about when people actually browse my art...

This means I'll have to put up some more stuff, eh?

I've been doing well. I've got a job now. My very first job. Yes, I'm 18, 19 in august and I've just got my first job. Thats pretty bad right? Oh well. I guess I'm just lazy.

No one seems to like to read journals anymore. Maybe it's just me and my lazy habits, but I have a terrible tendency to just sweep by them if they don't look interesting. Obviously if you're reading this, either you're browsing my page and caught a glimpse, or you've clicked on the title. So, right now, Thank you for not sweeping on by.

And thats it for a long introduction, why not go on to a real topic.
College is expensive. (I'm out of state)
Reeeeheally. Reeeheally expensive... and I feel terrible about making my parents reach into savings to scoot me through. They've worked and strived for that money, what right have I to it. I should work and strive for my own. Which is one reason I got the job. Now, obviously, working at a little above minimum wage, is not going to get me alot. Maybe a couple thousand if I'm lucky. That'll get me dorm money and books.
I'm not too keen on taking out a loan until I have to. I'll be in debt up to my eyebrows later, but why not postpone it for a while... if I can.

Which brings me to the second topic, supplementing my income. I'm looking into scholarships, but I'm also thinking about taking commissions.

I donno if anyone really watches me anymore, or if anyone really would take a commission from me or not, but I'm thinking it might be an option. As you can see, I haven't really been getting alot of art done. I assure you, I've had the time to do it. I just havn't had the motivation. I'd like some of that. I'd like it alot.
(I'd also like to write a book, but thats not happening any time soon.)
So, why not nab two proverbial birds with one proverbial stone?


I'm not sure if I'm actually going to do it or not. Take commissions, that is, but I thought I'd try this first.
To get me started doing art again, I'm going to take requests. If anyone has one, lay it on me. I'll only take a few, unfortunately and I can't promise promptness, but they will get done. Also, I'm not limited to just one thing or another. I'm lacking skill in robots, but I can draw just about anything else.

I really do enjoy drawing. Maybe not coloring so much, but I do enjoy drawing. Perhaps we could help each other.

I donno if anyone even watches me anymore because I never seem to update. I think I might have some things on the way now, though. I have a new scanner and some old sketches to dump

Anyway... I am now a college student! Woooo!

I have the best classes. xD Except for calc... I took AP calc junior year and I remember nothing about it. x_x
But, aside from that, I got a good chem class and a class on Zen Buddhism. THe latter is really fun, and I've only had one class!
THough, one of my favorites has to be my writing class. There are different subjects for the writing classes and I was lucky enough to snatch one on Antiheroes. *_* Our only required book is a graphic novel! Watchmen!

I have yet to get it, though, because the bookstore doesn't have it in yet. ;x

Most of the conclusion has something to do with me being incredably lazy.
The rest of the conclusion has to do with me boring you to death.

It goes somthing like this:
I have come to the conclusion that I am incredably lazy and, if not motivated to, I will never finish anything. In doing so, I shall bore you all to death, which is what I have been doing for the past two months.

I have almost three thousand messages.

Thats quite alot.
And I have found I let them get to high number s far too often because of a lact of motivation to clear them. I half just want to clear them all at once, but the othe rhalf of me screams out that I'm not being fair to you all. I do need to look at them. I would like to comment, but this whole lazy thing gets in the way there too.

Geeze.
I didn't use to be so lazy.
I remember one november I posted twice a day for the whole month.
And most of them were colored!


...I havn't colored in ages.
It makes me sad.
But I never ink anything to color.
I'm too afraid to ink. x_x

I'm paranoid and lazy... what a combination.

Geeze... I havn't posted anything for over a month. I've really been lacking in the drawing and creating of art lately. It's partially due to schoolwork.
I'm taking the SAT in two weeks.
That same week I have two AP tests, bith of which I am very unprepared for.
I have a few colleges chosen that I might go to. Hoping for UVA if they'll accept me.
(The problem is, if I choose to major in computers, I'll be in the engeneering school at UVA... I'll never survive all that math...)

Anyway. School has kinda killed my art... but I've also been horribly lazy about it. I play Ragnarok Online FAR too much for my own good. I really do need to stop with the continuous Videogames and MMORPGs...
But I love them so ;_;

I really need to post something.
I have a few sketches rotting the the far corners and crevaces of my desk. I need to work on them as well as a mound of other unfinished sketches...
I just can't seem to finish anything lately...

I swear... Sloth is my number one Vice...

I'll try to get back on the ball with both schoolwork and art. Hopefully I can find some happy medium between the two.

I need to write Something! I have not written anything in far too long...
I also need to give you guys something because I havn't posted in a while and because you are all awesome! xD

So I decided that I will make an interview with one or two of my muses and/or Kess. They need some attention anyway. xD

So I need your help. Which one do you want to be interviewed?
Invarin- The secretive one who has a habit of killing things

Help needed Please.
I havn't written anything really substancial in a long time. Even so, I really need to get working on Kess's background history and stuff. See, it's all floating about in my mind, but i havn't gotten a thing down on paper. xD ... And it's really long (at least in my head).
To start, i'm planning to do an overview of Kess, like height, weight, hair color, that sort of thing. I'm also going to add personality. What I need help with is what YOU want to know about her. I suspect you know what she looks like and that she's a teenager, but i've been rather lacking in telling you about her in other ways.
So, if you could, i'd like to know what you don't know about her, or what you want to find out (besides background history... I'm working on that). xD Anything at all would be particularly helpful. That way I could give you a complete and accurate desc. ^^

I for one am SICK of art theft. Please join me in a 'neighborhood watch' on DA. I have found about 5 or 6 thefts within the past two days. This has
got to stop. There are probably too many thefts to stop entirely, but perhaps we can minimize the number. If anything, we can make a few people
happy that something is being done to keep their artwork a bit safer. At least they'll know someone's got their back.

What To Do
1) If you find a piece of art that looks suspiciously like another artist's, send the original artist a message informing them of what you found. This
gives them the option to either note the person for credit or report them.

2) If you find a piece of artwork that is a direct copy of another artist's work, report the theif immediately and send the original artist a note
informing them that the person stole their art.

3) If you are unsure whether it is a theft or not, you can always send the original artist a note to ask their opinion. This way they are informed,
whether it be theft or a fluke.

Currently I hace downloaded the a 30-day trial run of the most current Photoshop program, Photoshop CS ... I think. o_o I have no Idea how to use it because I only downloaded it so I could resize my pictures nicely. x3

I would Deeply appritiate any tutorials anyone would have or know of concerning the use of photoshop in regular coloring as well as coloring/creating planets and space. I have absolutely no Idea how to do any of that, hence the 'Help Needed Please!' title. :3

My brother is OBSESSED with Diablo II. One of his favorite characters is his sorc. It's a pretty good one too. It had all these neat things and it was all glowy. I thought it was really cool.
I don't play the game much at all so for those who read this and are more knowlegeable about it maybe I might be able to get some help. my brother's sorc had a really rare item called a Shako... I think o_o. Recently he got scammed and found it gone from his file. :/ He's Really unhappy about this and he says he is going to dedicate his files to scamming other people, which I think is really wrong. >_<

I thought, maybe, If I got his item back, or another item just like it for him, he'd be happy and wouldn't scam other people.

I know it will be really hard to find another one and I wondered if I could ask where to find one or where they are more easily found at. They are supposedly really really rare, but I'd like to get it for him anyway because he's my brother and even though he can be evil, I like to make him happy

I know it's not much, but I'd be willing to become someone's art slave for one and be indebted forever. I'll also give my art for any information regarding how to find or get a shako for him.

A while ago I came to the conclusion that... I have fans after said so. I don't know how this is possible, but I do. At least, I think I do. o_o

Anyway... I decided to give something back. Unfortunatly, since I have alot of watchers, I can't give you each something individually sooo...
I'll have a poll to see who the majority of you want in a picture dedicated to all of you.

So my computer is the victum for her game... supposedly it's for some math contedt due at the end of the week...

In conclusion, I will not be on for a bit... and that means a halt to art-trade stuffs unless her computer is willing... X.x

-Yah, anyway if you comment on my doodles, I would really appriciate it if you leave some creative criticism too (though, preferably not "I hate your stupid drawings they suck. XP" more like " You might want to change the angle of the arm so it is a little more vertical next time ^^" if it is possible). That way I can try not to make the same mistakes twice. ^___^
