Characters Enemies

2.Which one does your character despise the most - It depends on her mood. Usually TW, unless she's arguing with Fade at the time. Then she hates Fade more.

4.Has your character been saved from the enemies - No, and if she was caught by an enemy she'd escape by herself.
5.Has any of the enemies tried to kiss your character - Fade and Maya used to be an item, so yes. Although he hasn't tried since he dumped her and he was made much older by his owner.
6.Can you get away from either of the enemies easily - TW, yes. Fade is an Inquisitor I believe, so escaping him would be very difficult if he really had it in for Maya. Thankfully, he doesn't seem to see her as a threat, just an annoyance.

My username is Screwball Onmura, and here's a basic price list. Since I'm still a n00b artist, I've tried to keep it as low as I can without completely defeating the point of it being a commission. The reason spritesheets and digital art cost more is because my computer is very slow, so it's likely to crash and make it more difficult for me to complete the work. MAJOR CHARACTERS


MAYA OWEN - [link]
Hyperactive and violent young hedgehog girl, aged between 10 and 19 depending on the continuity. Has ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and an inability to feel pain. Also known as Maya Hedgehog or Maya Littlewood, since her surname is different in different continuities.

TREVOR 'SCREWBALL' OWEN - [link]
Maya's best friend and adoptive brother. A chipmunk. Screwy is hyper like Maya, although he lacks the aggressive tendencies that she has. He's geeky and is intelligent in an academic way but is socially inept. He may have a mild form of Asperger's Syndrome. Depending on the continuity, he is either half robotic or fully organic with a yellow scarf. Confusingly, Screwy is a girl (Tracy) in the Sonic Beyond continuity.

MICKEY OWEN - [link]
Screwball's brother, a flying squirrel/chipmunk hybrid. He is usually about a year older than Screwy and Maya, although this can vary and sometimes he is the younger sibling. Mickey is gifted in just about everything, but he is a slacker who is sarcastic, moody and doesn't seem to care about his future. He also hates war. He loves computers and is rarely seen without a DS.

TINA AMORE - [link]
A friend of Maya's, usually a year younger than her. Tina is a white rabbit and a bit of an airhead. She is clumsy and not very bright, but she is a very kind girl who will do anything to make her friends happy. She is from a wealthy background.

ANISEED WILLIAMS - (Image coming soon)
Aniseed is Screwy's girlfriend. At the moment, she only appears in Project Freedom, where she is nine years old and Screwy is ten. Aniseed is a skunk. She is very self-conscious about her smell and is shy to the point of social phobia as a result, but Screwy is helping her to build her confidence.

ZARA THE SQUABBIT - (Image coming soon)
Zara is a 14 year old rabbit/squirrel hybrid. She is also completely mad, possibly a result of her parent species being incompatible.

KYLOR THE MOUSE - (Image coming soon)
Kylor is a teenage mouse. He has some rat blood also, which makes him a little more fearless than most of his species. Kylor is generally agreeable, although he tends not to actively seek out friends, preferring his own company. He is also gay.

I no longer use Kimmy, but I thought I should include her anyway. Kimmy was my first fancharacter, and the one who inspired this account's name. Sadly, she was too much of a Mary-Sue for me to remedy.

I don't want to reveal too much yet, but here are some basic character profiles and notes about the series.

Screwball: 10 year old squirrel/chipmunk hybrid. People who look at my gallery a lot will know what he's like already. He has mild Asperger's syndrome and a high IQ. He is the lead singer of Project Freedom and the most talented musically, playing lead guitar, piano and drums (not all at the same time). Idolises Matt Bellamy (lead singer of Muse).

Mickey: Screwball's 11 year old brother, also shown in my gallery. He's a computer whiz and is the one who found out about the government's plans. He has moderate Asperger's syndrome and a genius level IQ. He plays lead guitar and bass and is also a good singer, although Screwy has a larger vocal range. When Screwy's taking a break, Mickey is the lead singer.

Maya: 10 year old hedgehog Maya was abused by her parents until she was three. She was rescued by social services and spent two years in care before being adopted by Mickey and Screwball's parents. She's wild, rebellious and violent with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, psychosis, sadism, masochism and bipolar disorder. However, when she trusts someone she can actually be very nice, if a little (read: very) aggressive. She's the firepower behind the group and plays drums most of the time, although she can also play lead guitar. The best female singer.

Tina: Tina the nine-year-old bunny is sweet, kind, innocent and none too bright. She has dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADD and various unspecified learning difficulties. She's a backing singer and doesn't really understand what's going on, but she's valuable to the group as a counsellor.

I have always been a huge fan of Steve Irwin and watch his programmes whenever I get the chance. He may have seemed reckless (and yes, I admit the baby incident was a bit much), but he knew what he was doing and always had the situation under control. He helped to save many endangered species and his work at Australia Zoo was amazing.

Rest in peace, Steve. You will be sorely missed, you were a rare type of person and your name will go down in history for your work.

Maya (Sonic Blast [link]) - 134, completely expected. She's Queen of an ancient tribe, psychic, related to Sonic and an orphan runaway. She was always gonna be a Mary-Sue.

Maya (Sonic Speed Revolution [link]) - 55. I'm surprised by how low this is, considering she's essentially a recolour of Fleetway Amy.

Mickey (Sonic Blast) - 15, but most of the questions didn't apply to him as he is only five years old

CREATION OF A FUTURE KID
Mickey was the first of my characters created exclusively for an RP site. [link] I decided I wanted a future based character, similar to Lara-Su. I also took inspiration from 's character, Kit, who is Tails' future son. Originally, Mickey (or Miki as he was called then) was an echidna, but I then changed him to a red squirrel with echidna features, as his father was a red squirrel and his mother an echidna. I also gave him a twin sister, Mim, who was a less major character.

TWIN MISSION
Mickey was brought up in a very hostile environment surrounded by war. His parents died when he was a baby and he was raised by his Uncle Edge and Aunt Maya. Edge later disappeared under mysterious circumstances, leaving only Maya to look out for Mickey, Mim and her own children, Sora, KJ and Maurice. Eventually, Maya was killed in a final battle. Her dying act was to send the 14 year old twins back in time to save their parents. Of course, the moment they arrived they were captured by Eggman and didn't escape until five years later.

SQUIRREL PSYCHE
Because of his surroundings growing up, Mickey was understandably a very nervous person. He'd also been bullied at school, and this contributed to his social phobia. He had a crush on Lara-Su from an early age and eventually ended up dating her. Despite being apparently scared of everything, Mickey was in fact a very brave and powerful fighter, as well as a skilled mechanic. Sadly, he and Lara were transported to another dimension in a Chaos Energy explosion, where Lara was roboticised. Mickey's life ended on the streets, with no possessions and nobody to care, reduced to a common hobo. But this was not the end of Mickey's story.

REBORN
Without realising it, Mickey had changed the past by deroboticising Maya. Because of this, his parents survived and he was reborn. Now the fifth of eight children, five-year-old Mickey was trained to fight from infancy by Maya. He has developed a lot more socially than his older counterpart and is hyperactive and a vicious fighter. He will no doubt become an excellent freedom fighter when he's older. He also appears to have a crush on Erika Murrey, a close friend of his.

THE CREATION

One of my first fancharacters was Speedy the Hedgehog, a 14-year-old delinquent who spent most of her time robbing anyone and anything. She was a friend of early Kimmy, along with a sickeningly cute rabbit called Fuzzy, who later became Kirstie the Mouse. Eventually, Kirstie and Speedy were fused together to create Maya, who was originally a teenager but later became Kimmy's six-year-old foster daughter.

ROLEPLAYING MAYA ON SONIC BLAST 2

This is where the development of the character really took place. At the start, Maya was just like Kirstie, cute and innocent. But before long she developed a severe attitude problem, which was exaggerated even more when she reached her teenage years. Maya also developed self esteem problems from being bullied at school, causing her to become extremely clingy, especially to Sonic and Kimmy. Her violent nature became more apparent as she witnessed death all around her, and it is entirely possible that seeing her best friend die a bloody death as a small child warped her mind.

Towards the end of Sonic Blast 2's life, Sonic disappeared. Maya had recently found out that he was her brother and so had become even more clingy and dependant. After he vanished, she went off the rails, quitting the freedom fighters for a short time. This caused Kimmy to disown her. With both role models out of the picture, Maya had nobody to reassure her and she slowly went insane, developing a hatred for everyone and everything. Sometimes this would get out of control and she would end up killing someone. However, if Sonic were to return or if Kimmy would be nice to Maya again, she would probably end up returning to her previous, fairly happy state.

THE CREATION

Kimmy was originally a human! She was created as a terminally ill 17 year old girl, one of my first and only animé characters. She was originally going to appear in a fanfiction of [link]. During this, she was to land on Mobius and be transformed into a purple echidna. This is where Kimmy the Echidna originated from!

THE BIRTH OF SEGASONIC KIMMY

I spent a while altering this new character to make her look right. Originally her look was based on Tikal, complete with dreadlock bindings, and I changed her colour to peach. Eventually I made her red and gave her her trademark tiara and her original, Amy-esque bangs. It was around this point her hands became large and mutated. I decided to make her a cousin of Knuckles who was a lot more relaxed and cheeky. It was around this point that she gained a sidekick, Maya.

ROLEPLAYING KIMMY

This was where the final changes to Kimmy took place... on Sonic Blast! [link] Kimmy gained a shock of bright pink hair and her younger brother Edge emerged. She got a laser blaster and started to become a proper freedom fighter. She's remained pretty much the same ever since.

This week I returned to college, how boring. Instead of playing Sonic Adventure all day, I now have to do work. Still, this week was alright because we hardly did anything. Here is a short summary of my week so far...

MONDAY
Eventually found my way to the classroom after much whining. I'm doing IT now, so hopefully I won't hurt myself so much. I did my knee in last week falling over on an escalator, so I don't think I could dance anyway. We did some drawing (how intellectually challenging...) and talked a lot. I made friends with a lovely girl called Steph and spent most of the day hanging around with her. In the afternoon, we had a tour of the college and one lad, Lewis I think he was called, kept falling behind. We then messed around on a PS2, playing Dancing Stage. I didn't join in, I just laughed at everyone else.

TUESDAY
We made kites. Seriously. Me and Steph worked together and made an unusually small kite with flames on it. In the afternoon we joined the library and were talked to for AGES. Then we played PS2 again. I'd brought in Sonic Mega Collection Plus, so I kicked everyone's asses on Sonic 2. Apart from Steph, who beat me. Kudos to you, Steph!

WEDNESDAY

I didn't go in in the morning, on account of I was having half my brace cut out of the roof of my mouth. It hurt like hell. I went in in the afternoon, only to be told by one of the lads in my class that we weren't doing anything and I could go home. So, day off, w00t!

And now I don't have to go in again until next week, so I can sleep. I do have driving tomorrow though. Moving off from behind a parked car. I feel almost sorry for my driving instructor sometimes...

I recently dug out my old SNES. I played a few old games (the Donkey Kong Country series, Super Mario Allstars, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island). Then I found Kirby's Fun Pak. Some of you may know it as Kirby Super Star.

I'd forgotten just how much I loved Kirby games! I've been playing Kirby's Fun Pak and Kirby's Dream Land all week. I especially like the mini game "Milky Way Wishes" on KFP. So expect plenty of Kirby fan art soon. ;)

Apart from that, very little's been happening in my life recently. I'm now learning how to navigate roundabouts. My driving instructor is starting to go grey-haired with anxiety.

I try my best...

Um, my name is Zara-Jayne (it doesn't really have a hyphen but I like it better that way) and I'm 17 years old, 18 in August. I live in England, in the joyous, litter-filled town of Shrewsbury, where I draw pictures, play video games, fight with my brother and enjoy a complete lack of a social life. I suffer from a debilitating illness called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which always seems to play up at the most annoying moments. Not fun. I also have asthma, hayfever, eyes that don't work properly, dyspraxia and, according to my brother's special needs teacher, Asperger's syndrome.

I'm also learning to drive, and have been in serious trouble with my instructor before now. I drive like Spongebob Squarepants, only I don't like the taste of my provisional license. Wrong sort of plastic.

I like anything to do with Sonic the Hedgehog, Pokemon or Digimon. I also like red and blue clothing, my brother Daniel, the Crazy Frog, sugar rushes, Cerenia, small animals (especially hamsters), robbing CDs from my mother, Peperami and eating non-edible things.

I hate my brother Nick, being patronised, college, my current impoverished state, people who whine about games they're meant to be fans of, appleade and smokers.

So yeah, I'm a little picky...
