One is on my left leg, from falling into a bush of thorns and gashing my leg on said thorns. It's barely visible, but it's there. The other is on my right thumb, from getting too close to a food processor when I was three. It had stitches to close, and has been there ever since. It's very noticeable, and will never go away.<br />-----SIDE NOTE: Despite my unfortunate bad luck with cuts, I've never broken a bone.<br /><br />- The first sprite comic I ever saw was called YAtripleSC! It's one of the only plot points in WTF that's stayed consistent since it was first written.<br /><br />- Because of his focus on pure magic and mana training, Raike is physically the weakest of the four Zephronic siblings. I couldn't find a place to perform stand-up comedy (though I do have a full set of material now, so I'm ready instead of just improvising), but on the plus side, I have been eating better and feeling better. Picture this:<br /><br />The setting is steampunk-ish, sometime around World War I. A man sits outside a cafe, holding a cup of hot coffee. It's snowing lightly, the middle of winter. Nearby is a train, stopped at the station for the passengers to disembark for a while. The cafe he's sitting in overlooks a canyon, covered in snow and ice.<br /><br />He sets the coffee down on the cold table and quietly says: "Ten sips. I'm tired of hearing people say that policies that like one (especially in high schools) solve the problems. In reality, zero tolerance means that the problem is being ignored more than it ever was. I'm looking to stick around my city of Portland for a little while longer, at least, and rent a place. I'm thinking of going to Toronto, Ontario, Canada or maybe to New York City once I get me some more money. That's where a lot of the good creative jobs are.<br /><br />Thinking about life lately, and what niches people inevitably push themselves into without realizing it, I've finally come to the conclusion that my days are ones to be spent in the turbulent world of the arts. I hate my lighting design teacher right now.<br /><br />I've got a professor laying this heap of shit on me about colouring a lighting set for the mainstage. Something that should have been a final project is now due in 5 days with no warning? And it wouldn't be so bad if he'd given me feedback on my first assignment, which is colouring a much smaller stage for a basic light design. But no.<br /><br />With no feedback whatsoever, I suddenly move from a tiny, easily-lit, well-known space to a huge, mainstage, hard-to-figure-out-what-the-fuck-to-do stage.
