In other news, I just came back from seeing Lion King in 3D. Gosh it was awesome. Lion King was the first movie that I saw [Or likely, remember seeing] in theaters, so it was really cool to see on the big screen again. It translated pretty well into 3D, some scenes getting enhanced, especially the opening, while some scenes kind of forgot the 3D was there. New trailer for Pokemon: Best Wishes is out, this one 'confirms' that Ash returns to the cast [Like we didnt expect that anyway].

The thing that stands out to me is that Ash now has HUGE BROWN EYES, in comparison to his narrow black ones [They *might* have been a hint of brown in some of the movies, but my memory may be failing me]. It's kinda random after all these years, but it's kinda neat as well. From what little that was shown, he looks a bit more expressive with them.

The ending to KHII never fails to get me teary eyed. The most touching moment in the whole series IMO. It's like, THEY ALL FINALLY MADE IT TOGETHER ;___; The fact that it includes Don, Goof and Mick along with Riku and Kairi makes me baaw even more since I love them so and they don't get enough good scenes.

AX started for me on Wednesday night, at the AMV Meet and Greet. After a 4-ish hour drive (LA traffic for the LOSE), I made it to Oiwake in Little Tokyo. It was a cool set up, we had our own area for the M&G where we could play AMVs on the TV, a few raffles and quizzes, a buffet, and lots of cool people. I've been kind of slacking on drawing, but I'm also trying to pull ideas together for an actual comic. Anyway, it seems like I'm trying to do a bit too much lately. College and the homework it brings, three multi-editor AMV projects, a handfull of comic strips, actual drawing (You know, not strips), you get the idea.

My neighbor, cousin and myself went to check it out. We arrived just as the firefighters and police did. The house's garage was in flames, a car crashed in the middle of the street, and a a whole lot of dogs running around. People were freaking out, policemen were trying to get the dogs (There were seriously about 16), using tasers on them even, to get them under control.

Everyone in the house escaped and are fine, though one dog died in the fire. The fire got under control quickly, and the rest of the house seems to be pretty much fine. For those who didn't know, Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's premired at Comic-Con. The actual series won't be on the air until September, so I figured I'd spread a review around.

Despite the fact that the first ep is really hard to follow no matter what language it is in, the dub was actually pretty good.

First of all, NO names have been changed so far. The main character, Yusei, is occasionally called Yuse , and apparently the name of the Kaiba-alike character changed it's spelling, but all the characters kept their names from the japanese version. Interesting news, I have to say. I actually find it kind of exciting. Somehow the idea of some of my comic ideas getting to hit Japan is more exciting that they would be in America. And if I'm *really* lucky, then there is that chance of something being animated.

First off, I've been working on editing some manga for a scanslation group. That's been chewing up a good chunk of free time, but it is now done and released! The series is called 'Liar Game', and it focuses on a game where players try to steal money from each other.
