Kinuyasha: She can actually swing a sword[properly], can use a summoner's staff AND she has severe discipline problems

Kinuyasha: Yes. Loud and in yo' face, foo'!

The main point at the beginning of the plot revolves around the myth about the demon hidden within the forest of Hebi. There is also a rumor that the demon 'eats' demon 'souls'.
On the east side of the forest lays a small village by the name of Bikaze. The majority of the villagers are human, though there is two demons residing in the village: A half demon(Kinuyasha) and a half demon-half elf(Lykaios Avery)[picture for anyone who can guess who the second one is in real life ].
One night, both half breeds decided to enter the forest. At this point it should be obvious that going into Hebi Forest is a BAD idea.
Deep within the woods, our heroines are attack by a fairly large snake[Hebi is japanese for snake. Nifty name for the forest, ne? ]. In fear, Lykaios and Kinuyasha high tail it outta there, only to be followed by the large snake.
Luckily, a mysterious male appears and using water magic manages to send the snake back into the deeper part of the forest. Being the nice guy that he is, Demoko[Mr.NoName] returns both young half breeds back to Bikaze. After, he leaves the village and re-enters the forest.
8 years later, the incident in the Hebi forest remains as a false memory for Kinuyasha. Lykaios believes that what happened eight years ago actually happened. Figuring that the only way to get Kinu to believe that what happened had indeed happened, both halfbreeds enter Hebi Forest again......

And that's pretty much the beginning. I'd tell you more, but then I might tell everyone the whole storyline ^^' and we can't let that happen.
