Dear Kisaya,

I'm contacting you in regards to your recent journal entry. I am a moderator on the site you linked to and can shed some much needed light on the situation. Mr Jaunty contacted us requesting that one of his emotes be removed - we removed it instantly as we honestly did now see that his ToS stated otherwise. We have continually said to him that we will remove any emotes which break ToSs and the original artist is unhappy with our use. I know I spam a lot about my friends The Window Theatre, but these guys are important to me. So you'll have to bear with.

Joe (vocals, guitar) and Erik (vocals, bass), along with their friends Devan (keyboard) and Martin (drums), had their very first show at South By South-West here in ATX (that'd be Austin, TX). It was a small show, all mostly "undiscovered" bands, many of which were from Texas. It was amazing.

Right now Joe and Erik are trying to raise money to tour this summer, and they could use any and all help. They're looking for a.) venues, and most of all b.) funds. I kept saying how it wasn't fair to not look through all those deviations, but I realized it's less fair to leave them sitting there collecting metaphorical dust. I just heard about an 8.8 earthquake in Chile [Haiti was 7.0]. I also just heard one of our former GMs :devstigmatattoo: lives near the epicentre. I'm not sure who the general Chilean crowd on dA is, but my heart goes out to all of you.
