1. - Quillish, dear Quillish, how doth I love thee.

~ Seraphine Skies - Of course I'm using her example of my girl Seraphina. This piece was a surprise reworking of this. I wasn't expecting it, which made it all the more lovely. I can just feel the emotion that was put into it, and it possesses such skill that it is easily one of my favourite pieces of her. (:

~ Best Friends - I don't know much about the story behind this, but I do recognize how important of a commission it was. The scenery in this is gorgeous, and I love the way Quil executed the movement of light. I also have respect for how much painstaking work she put into that tree. xD Shimo and Thomas look so casual and at peace.

~ The Final - Oh man, look at that sexy Kio action. Quil claims that this background is nothing special, but I think it's awesome. I've always admired the intensity that Quil is able to put into her drawings' eyes -- they're always able to be very expressive, which is a great skill to have. The pink in Kio's eyes are just so vibrant. It's also a very dynamic pose, and combined with how the skin is painted it makes for a beautiful piece.

2. - Anom, we should write a book. We'll call it 'A List of Things I Want To Do To Gorgeous Naked Men'.

~ X-Men OC - Ava is the adorably spunky mutant OC for Anom's XMen universe. I love everything about her design from her physical appearance to her disposition. The way that Anom lined this shows good understanding of how the body works. You know, I've never asked if she's taken art courses.

~ Vinicio - The Italian Stallion Anom-style. (; I remember her not being too sure of her men at this point, but because I'm a bully I requested him anyway, and look how great it is! What I love most about this is the pose; she definitely was able to incorporate an attitude that totally is Vin. I may be biased, but this is still fantastic from an artistic point of view, too. Again, great knowledge of the human body. It's simple, but the little delicacies and details are what make it so successful.

~ Ametrine - This set of commissions was open only to requests that interested her. It was a good idea; I can really see how much she enjoyed doing this piece and I feel like she put a lot of herself into it. (: The colour scheme is superb, as well as the colouring. I love how Anom uses Flash in ways that I could never. XD

1. My favourite series is the X-Files. My favourite music artists are Genesis, Hyde, Marillion, Peter Gabriel, XTC and Dir En Grey (It's hard to just choose one. @_@). I don't watch many movies, but I like gangster films.

1. Do you create different worlds/series for your characters or do you put them all/most of them in the same time and place?

^{Most of them exist in modern-day, but I have a few that aren't. Fletcher exists in 1790's Paris, and Mimic is from feudal Japan, posing as a daughter of a daimyo and tricking/killing travellers for their shiny shiny trinkets. Luka exists in future war-torn Russia, but Ryo and I need to continue to work on that story line before I'm comfortable developing it more.}

2. Do you sit down and create random facts about these worlds that have nothing to do with the story line? (History, biology, zoology etc.)

<sup>Both of my non-modern characters fit into the world's history, so no.

Though I have mapped out apartments and dorm rooms of my modern OCs. x'D Not all of them. Just Vinicio's apartment, San Maria, and Katsu and Naoki's dorm.</sup>

3. Do you have a plot line? If yes, do tell.

<sup>Eurr, sorta. They don't all interact, but I have their backstories figured out.

Vinicio - Bastard son of a priest and some ho (-Shot-), mother is disowned for having no baby-daddy, flees town, abandons VD at San Maria, Father Mauro (father in more way than one, hurr) is guilty and is forced to see his son every day but never fesses up because he's a coward, VD goes South to Florence for Univeristy, meets Canis, Canis is fucking loaded, VD goes to Japan, everyone lives happily ever after.

Katsu - Is a stupid teenager, gets involved with a gang ('Kaibutsusei', gets his twin sister June involved. Mom gets pissed, splits up the family. Katsu realizes how badly he fucked up, gets his act back together, goes to college, works for VD for a brief period before getting involved, VD 'fires' him because they're dating, Katsu becomes exclusively a student.

Naoki - Disgustingly rich tech dork
Yuu - Disgustingly rich slacker, runs away, finds himself at Joyouheki.

Miguel - On the run from the Philippines, goes to Japan, leads Kaibutsusei with the Fabulous Rainbow Ho as his arm-candy.

... I'm getting sort of sick of writing these, so I'm going to stop there. xD VD's is the most thought out, really.</sup>

^{I just recently decided to call all of these goings-on 'Shoganai!', which is a phrase in Japanese that translates to 'It can't be helped'. I chose it because all of my characters' experiences are sort of fated (BY ME, BAWHAWHAW) and intertwined. What happens can't be helped. (:}

5. Is your series dramatic, romantic, mysterious, exciting or similar to your own life?

^{Pff, very little of it is ever similar to my own life. My life is boring. :> I guess I'd just call it.. 'general'.}

Here's my predicament: we're moving on to paneling soon and I need to illustrate a short story that will last about ten pages. Nothing deep or profound or complicated. Very very simple, right?

I was wondering if any of you would be willing to throw suggestions at me. Like, any idea at all, small or large.
I'm prepared to do freebies for you even for simple brainstorming help. :D And not crappy freebies that I do for bumpers in threads--I mean like sit-down-and-draw-some-nice-junk freebies (this is totally not bribery).
