I can't believe it. He's really gone.

I just wish this was all just a bad dream, I wish I was joking. Sadly, I know it to be true. There is nothing more that I can do.

All my regrets are piling up, things like, I should have seen him more, been there for him more, talked to him more, anything...

Now, I can never see nor talk to him again...

His funeral will be next weekend.

This weekend, which hasn't even ended yet, is so awesome!!!!! This particular weekend starts on Thursday, since it's awesome like that.

Thursday: My sister, her friend and I went to my friend, Alex's house and swam in his pool for most of that day. It was heaps of fun. We hung out with him and his friends just chilling and swimming. We went to Hungry's for some lunch as well. I was also invited to go to schoolies with them (they were leaving that day at 6 but ended up going at around 7:30) but I didn't go and the reason why is that I had previous engagements on Friday.

Friday: And that previous engagement would be that I had a LAN party to go to! This was held at Ashleigh's house. We went there at around 7 and I stayed the night there. Booze and games are one hell of a combination (although, we didn't really play that many games).

Saturday: The LAN party was pretty much all weekend. Though some people had to leave since they still had exams. I also stayed the night.

Sunday: And now, today, I'm going to see 2012 with Ashleigh, Adrian and Ben.

Gosh this weekend is awesome.

So, after a short stay in my hometown, I'm back in Adelaide. Kind of a drag and kind of alright though.

Today was not a good day. I didn't realise that daylight saving had started and as such, the time of the flight was pushed back an hour early. It was lucky that I didn't miss my flight. Although because of this, I am missing more than half my luggage as the plane was being boarded just as I got up to the front to check in.

Needless to say, I'm still very upset over it. I managed to make it to my flight but it was rather unpleasant that I had to leave like that.

Then, when I had gotten on the plane, my mother called to check whether or not I managed to get on. This was in front of a flight attendant and she told me to turn off my phone. I was already rushed and already very upset at that point and it didn't really help when she started getting firm with me. As such, I actually cried for a quarter of the flight. Pretty much got to the point where the flight attendant who told me off came up and asked me if I was ok.

Truth be told, I didn't want to come back to Adelaide. Not like that at least. I'm still pretty sad about it as well.

This weekend was probably by far the best I've had in a long time.

So yesterday was the mid-autumn festival (with moon cakes and stuff!). I had a pretty awesome family dinner feast with lots and lots of yummy foods. Then after, I had such an awesome time catching up with friends over at Juicy's. I also kept on bumping into people I knew and that was heaps fun.

Then today, I got to spend almost the whole day with =silverwolf71190 since we were doing a photoshoot. I had so much fun with that. Then we hung out and Hungry's for lunch like old times. Gosh I love hanging out with her!

I'm just a little sad that I'll be heading back to Adelaide on Wednesday. I'm gonna really miss this place.

Sooo, today, I turn another year old.

I must say, turning 18 sure was fun, I got to go to Adelaide for a week with =silverwolf71190. This year, I decided to lay low on my birthday, just spend it with family and friends that I don't normally get to talk to till I come back.

So, today, I went and watched the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen with my cousin and my other friend Tim. That was a frikken awesome movie, I must say. Then afterwards, we walked to the bowling alley and played pool there for a bit (yes, it sounds weird but I assure you, that is the only pool table in Alice that is open to the public and doesn't require a membership to use).

After all that, we went back to the restaurant and I had dinner with my family, pretty standard stuff when it came to presents (red packets ftw). Although I didn't account for the fact that my parents decided to buy a cake for me. That was a very pleasant surprise.

So anyways, I had a pretty good day.

I seem so very distracted lately, that and I've been pretty much unmotivated again. Guess I know how Alex feels now.

So, exams have started and although they're pretty easy, it's still a lot of work. Just finished my first exam today too, that was pretty easy (finished around half an hour in). I wonder what the rest of my class were thinking when they saw me walk out that early into the exam?

Anyways, I am now pretty much convinced that I have a rather large amount of luck. As I was walking to the bus stop this morning before the exam, I found $10 lying on the ground. It was near my house. I picked it up and looked around, there was nobody around so I just pocketed it. Funny thing is that if I hadn't looked down, I probably would have walked right past it (I was stretching and once I was done, I looked down).

Also, I will be going back to the Alice on the 28th, after my exams for two weeks. I probably won't be around for that time because my parents have no internet connection. At least I can make some pocket money during that time.

I am also spending my birthday up in Alice, although I highly doubt I'll be doing anything on my birthday. Maybe I'll ask my parents if we could have a family dinner at night after work. I think we'll probably go to the Alice Springs show too.

In any case, I'd better get back to what I was doing before.
