What pattern is it?

It's a modified Simplicity pattern Unfortunately, this exact pattern isn't available anymore. But there are other patterns that are very similar. I made bodice C and drafted new sleeves for it. I wanted round sleeves for the skulls.

The bodice is fully lined and boned, with inserted metal grommets. The instructions pretty much tell you what to do.
I used long zip-ties from the hardware store for boning.

Just clip the ends of and file them into rounds with a nail file. Flexible and strong!

Though the language they use seems to want to overly passify rather than address issues. "Your photos are your photos and we respect that." is a nice sentiment but does not necessarily exclude "we have the right to license and use your stuff even though you own the content" By signing up to instagram you are giving them permission to do this even though you do technically own the content you are submitting.

It's the lul between the afternoon and evening shows and I'm really just posting this to give myself something to do. I'm full of show-day adrenaline, and I'm running around making sure everything is going right. We just had the afternoon show which went really well. I tried to take photos but my camera was all "Hey! Want me to take a picture of the back of this old man's head? Cool! I'll do it! And I'll flash, too just to make sure the model is out of focus. Don't want her distracting from his awesome bald spot!"

Seen here, I am defending my design choices to a panel of my teachers and a few guests as well who have worked in the industry.

Most of it went well. They didn't have any major critique for my designs, and thought they were well thought-out. The third outfit you see is my final outfit, and the one that will be going on my stilted alien character. I am really happy with how the collar turned out. While I understand that the "spoiled" girl you placed on your show added the tagline "I'm self-diagnosed," I find it extremely callous and rude to create a minority character simply for the purpose of showcasing just how bratty and untalented they are.
