Yep, I am~
I moved away from Ohio four months ago and came straight to California, but that's covered in a different journal.
But I came out here to live with my dad, but thanks to him and his girlfriend, things quickly went downhill...
The night before mothers day:
Me and my father got into a pretty bad wrestling match, all because of a lie that his GF told and stuck to, dad giving me a bad black eye, a terrible nosebleed, a hairline fracture in my cheek and the subsequent swelling of half my face, and two bad ankles that still bug me, usually for weeks at a time.
A while after that:
Dad tried sending me to bed at ten PM, and then got pissed and yelled at me for being awake a bit later (cause i have issues going to sleep at night, especially that early) and took my NDS away. Things would of been relatively cool after that, but his GF came in bout ten minutes later, seemingly more pissed off than he was, and yelled violently at me, taking my phone, and just after that, dad put me into another wrestling match, pulling me off the bed and everything.. I don't know how i managed to get out of that without a broken face again, but i did. it took me a whole three additional hours to calm myself down physically and mentally to go to sleep.
Not too long ago:
Everything was going smoothly; I woke up early like i was asked, I cleaned the house spotless, vaccuumed the floors, swept what wasn't carpeted, did the dishes and put them away, and even took her little daughter outside to play for a couple hours! then when it came to near lunch time, i was ABOUT to take her swimming, but when we came in to get our stuff (swim shorts, ect) i was asked if i wanted a sammich, which i kindly declined, and stated that i could wait for dinner. Then dads GF comes in and says that if i don't eat lunch, i wouldn't be able to have a snack, and i said okay.. but then she starts repeating herself at least ten times, most of which using the same wording as the previous time, every time acknoledging her, her voice seeming to get more agitated each time she said it, claiming i wasn't listening as well.. and then it got worse... it being 94 degrees in the house and no fan, as well as me trying to breathe calmly the whole time, i decided to take a deeper breath, which somehow, she took that as disrespect, and blew everything out of purportion, yelling at me to 'pack my shit and get out' in those words exactly, multiple times.
In doing so, she has done something i can never forgive her for...
My very best friend ~Unknown-Tiger was supposed to come out for two weeks for a visit, which I have been looking forward to for who knows how long, but thanks to her, the trip has been cancelled. Now tigers grandparents are mad, cause their flyer miles were wasted trying to give him a nice lil trip away from home, and his father is out $240 for having to make adjustments to the flight... and both me and tiger were pissed cause we don't get to hang out now...
So now that i've been kicked out, i'm staying with my aunt and cousins for a while.
My grandfather is coming this weekend to get me, and i'm gonna be working with him for a bit, doing his construction thing which i've gotten pretty good at last time i've tried, which will make me a little bit of money, staying at the place i'm working at~
Then afterwards, He's taking me back with him to Arizona, where I'll stay with him and my grandmother on their 40 acre property, and Gramma is getting me a laptop, and has a vehicle waitin for me and everything, she even said she could probably get me a job where she works (Grand Canyon Railway)
My mother still retains most of my packages with my stuff in it, most importantly the one containing my Wii, my external hard drive, my graphics tablet, ect, so Leobot is still on vacation...

Well...
My fathers computer, er, the one he let me use anyway, is done for, and I can't do a single thing on it any more except for log onto the account thing. Other than that, all that shows up is the background. 'Explorer.exe' is infected with something _{(a friend of mine thinks it's called 'Conficker' or somethin)} and now the task manager won't even work, ctrl alt delete won't do anything any more...
I'm typing this from a lappy owned by my dads one friend, so i'm lucky i even get to do this~
(I don't much like the laptops keyboard; I like the normal ones better :3 )

Also wtf is up with Wii now? They put a price tag on downloading the internet channel now! 500 Wii points it takes now to get the internet channel... It was free whenever i got it, but i guess my friends Wii will remain internetless

What sucks even worse is the fact that my cell phone is broken, and i can't do anything about it! I can still call and everything, but whenever I try to input any text (text messages, AIM, naming phonebook entries, ect.) my phone freezes and i have to hit the power button a bunch of times and close it and wait for it to unfreeze, or remove the batery and reboot my phone entirely. Removing the battery for a while and putting it back in doesn't work, and i'm not sure what else will help. I tried taking it to T-mobile to see if they can help, but not only did they not do anything to help, but they said I can't even check to see if I'm eligible for an upgrade unless my name is on the account, which it's not.. it's under both my mother and stepfathers name only, and they're both clear across the country.

Well... I made it to California in one piece.
After a looooong and extremely boring flight i'm finally in Cali, and i'm at my aunts house to hang out with my favorite cousins until this weekend, Sunday I think. I go off to my fathers after that.

I move Wednesday the 11th...
which means I'm gone for a while...
Sorry for being away, but I'll be back as soon as I can :3
I already sent a lot of my stuff out so i have it when I get there
I've no clue whether or not I'll have a computer when I get there, since my mother won't let me keep my own frikkin computer... I even found a box big enough to fit it in, but she just won't let me take it! So I'm stealing my RAM chips and the hard drive anyway. I would take more, but I'd get caught most likely, hehe~
Ah well, if I don't get to get a computer soon enough, I'll probably use my Wii to get onto something... at least update something to show I'm still around somewhere~
Well, since I'm stealing parts of my computer, I can't exactly do much else from now on

I got a new phone!!
Well technically it's an old phone...
My father sent me his old one. But my number is still the same; I put the SIM card from my phone into it so it still uses my number~

Moving?

Well guys, it seems I'm moving~
When is negotiable, and i still have to talk that over, but it's soon.
My brother is evil, my stepdad is unpleasant, my mother is overly controlling, and all of them lie so much it's not even funny...
The weather sucks too.

To California I go~
My father lives there, and i'll be staying with him
but don't worry, i'm only staying in CA until i turn 18, then it's off to Virginia ^^
My father can help me get my GED, my drivers license, ect.
Unfortunately i have to get rid of a lot of my stuff, mostly junk, but also stuff that is very far from it, like legos, certain game systems and their respective parts/games ect...
I've already started going through my stuff
But ah well, it's all for the best

Well...

My mom and stepdad left for court earlier... over my brother...

The lil bastard's just plain evil! he's violent every day, he doesnt listen to a damn thing anyone says, he's broken something of mom's at least a couple times already (like her wrist for example) and just last night, he kicked her so hard she flew back a few feet... that and he has no respect for anyone or their stuff
I would try to get him back, but i'd get in trouble wif mom, cause i'm not allowed to do anything... mom doesnt let me hardly even touch him cause she says 'hes only 12 you dont know your own strength' blah blah blah
even though he's done a hell of a lot worse to me... I have scars in my arm still from something he did a couple weeks ago
he clawed my arm all up for doing something mom told me to do, yet he didnt want me to do it... then nuttercutted me _{(punched mah goods >.<)}, twice...
yeah, he's only 12, he'll be 13 at the beginning of March, and he's already this huge of a problem...
also on three occasions, he's barged right into my room, waked over, and unplugged the power strip that my computer's connected to, effectively turning everything off, regardless of what i was doing, twice i was in the middle of something important, plus, on countless occasions he's uplugged the router so i lose internet until i fix it
You guys know i'm not one to get mad very easily, but he brings me within millimeters of beating his face in with a golf club...
Luckily he sleeps all day, though he's not allowed to (im s'posed to wake up at 6-8am every day, whereas he sleeps until 3-5pm) so he's out of my hair for now.
he stays up all night... most of the time playing on moms computer when he's not supposed to
I cleaned the entire living room, dining room and kitchen, spotless, in case anything happens
Mother says that im supposed to 'stalk' my brother while he's near my stepfather, in order to bear witness to the things that they do, since all my brother seems to do is lie about what my stepdad does to him.
Granted my stepdad is very unpleasant, he does nothing that my brother says he does. He can't help but lie all the time, and he doesnt listen to pretty much anyone, so i have to keep an eye on them to function as a witness to what really does happen.
If worst comes to worst with him, he's going to some place, i dont remember what it was called _{(mom says basically he's going to jail, in a way)}
other then that i dunno
but ah well, it's supposedly being handled, though shame we had to resort to the court to help..

Online Games

Granted having video games with online capability is quite fun, having actual people to play against, there are almost as many problems as there are things to have fun with.
I just got off of Combat Arms, a military style FPS...
I'm not exactly a happy camper atm, mainly cause of all the people on it, everywhere i go...

Elitist tards: Those cocky people... Anyone who uses something they don't like, is automatically branded a noob. They will even go out of their way to 'ban' any item, tactic, ect from the game, in order to fashion it the way they deem fit. Anyone who is good at the game and/or better than them, is most likely going to be called a hacker, and they will go to the ends of the earth to never let that change, and will repeatedly call you one until god knows when.

Noobs: Can mean any one of things; It is usually a term that people call others that they dislike for one reason or another, whether it has anything to back it up or not. It can also mean 'new player' as the name suggests, though most people use it everywhere else. Elitist tards are the ones that use this term the most, especially when confronted with a player of higher skill than themselves.

Glitchers: Ones who take advantage of a bug in the game. Most who will be called this, will actually have proof against them that they're doing it, mainly since it's painfully ovbious that they're doing it, i.e. a wall-glitch, in which case the player is within a wall, able to shoot/see out, but nothing can reach him. Most games it's fairly tough to glitch, but many do it regardless.

Hackers: One of the worst there are, hackers use outside programs to gain an unfair advantage to the game, from a slight increase in performance, to full blown god-mode... There are many different ways to tell a hacker, though they vary between people, seeing as not all hackers always use the same hacks. 95% of the time, the person accused of hacking, in fact, does not hack, though there are quite a lot of people that do. These are the most harassed by the elitist, who call anyone who can put a bullet through their head, a hacker, regardless of whether they do hack or not...

As much as I love games, sometimes for the death of me can i figure out why I put up with a lot of the things associated with them, such as the above groups... I myself have been called a noob _{(though apparently so has everyone else)}, and a hacker, and as amusing as it is to pick on the elitist and all them other guys like that, they still continue to piss everyone off, and honestly, the world is a tremendously better place without them, and in nearly all cases, games would be much more fun if they had not existed at all.

uhmm...?

I'm still lacking internet priveliges (though i get on anyway ) and i keep asking mother to have them back, which she lied about giving back a while ago anyway...
I asked her today, and she told me two completely contradictory things >.<
She said i could have it back... after i fulfill two conditions that have already been met ages ago!! then she tells me i can't have it back until i do them :I yet they're already done... wtf?!
I'm confused and my mother pisses me off >.<

it's been screwed up ever since my brother came along and screwed it up...
Flash CS4, though the only one i can use atm, remains very frustrating, and i still prefer CS3 (same wif photoshop)
but i'm trying to work around that, and things have been looking up (at least a little)

ot only is it at least 10 years old, but my 6 key is sticky _{(as in you press it, and it doesn't wanna come back up)}, my N, I, S, and H keys only respond like half the time, and i have to fight with them to even give me their respective letter...
