This is a little thing I came across a while back and seems to make logical sense (so you're not making the shinigami/arrancar freggin' old but with the appearance of a 20 year old)
the equation (yes math.) is:

appearance age x 10 = actual age

So if your OC looks about 23, according to the equation, your OC would be around 230-239 years of age.

Yes, I do have a Captain that is 1047-ish and looks 7 so why am I not using it on her?
