Heh... I seem to have been away longer than I planned, and I'm gonna be away for longer. I'm soon finished with my bachelordegree, and just managing the last half-year depends on alot of studying. Aaaanywho...

I'm busy working and doing physics all summer. Things never turned out how I planned almost 3 months ago. I didn't renew at my old flat, well I did, but cancelled, and moved.. Mostly due to the owner being a complete wanker who felt like blaming me for every little thing that popped up (and believe me, I wasn't even in the area when things happened). I'd like to say thanks for the year to my old flatmates.. they were great! Anywho, this time my flatmate is my boyfriend, so it's someone I know very well (if you're thinking what I think you are thinking, PERVERT!!!). I passed most of my classes with reasonably good grades (C is a good grade, if you're as restless and having problems concentrating, like me). Only thing that's the same is the summerjob. I'm working at the place I applied and I'm already well passed halfway working there. I really enjoy working, I already feel a part of the staff. The work motivates me to keep on going, not stoping when things get tough..

Things haven't been that great all the time, there's been alot of ups and downs. But one thing to remember, never give up, though things are tough.. It's like they say: "Grass IS greener on the other side." Sooo.. Dunno what more to say.. Think I'll do some more nuclear physics..

Wow, it feels like yesterday that I started posting here.
3 years, that's 1096 days on dA and
- 4142 visitors per year or 11,34 visitors per day
- about 23 uploads every year or 0,06 uploads per day.

Ok, I'm bored. It's my day off, I've forced myself not to read anything for the exams, due to my brain needing the rest before 4 weeks of intensive reading, meaning I'm gonna end up skipping May 17th (which for some might be pretty blasphemous), and weekends. It's not because I want to, but because I want good grades and I've got more classes than I should.. So, I'm gonna be knackered at the end of the semester, but just as well...

Oh yeah, I'm still alive, as you may have figured... Working hard, passing things.. I passed the geophysics midterm, even though I sat through massive pains.. I are good..

I've also gotten a summerjob, renewed the contract for my flat, and bought tickets back home, so even though I'm not productive here, I'm productive elsewhere.... And most likely boring you.. But I should probably do something, my brains starting to go against me here.. Soooo

I've finally found some time to pop by and say "Hi" to everybody! I've been awfully busy, sometimes to the point where I hardly ate (and when one sits 8 hours studying, it's not healthy). Investing time to studying instead of buggering off outside and taking pictures has proven to be a good investment. I've so far got two C's and one B on physics reports (I'm not good in physics), working on two more at the moment. Soon there is a midterm exam in geophysics, and then easter.

I feel terrible for not showing up here more, looking at all your amazing photos/manips/drawings, but my life is now been studying, studying, studying and phone calls to my bf. I'm closer to getting this degree than ever and so much more motivated than I used to be. It saddens me (but probably not you

) that I have to say that I'll be away for a good while (though you all understood that months and months ago). I should get back to writing these physics reports, and getting them done. So, see y'all in a couple of months, at least...

Erh, yeah. Uni's back on, I'm more productive at that area and trying my best just to not be distracted, so I'm gonna be inactive (again).. I've got a fair bit to get through and I've also gotten a fondness for three of the classes I'm in, mostly my biology class (marine ecosystem). It's too easy to even describe it. I've had a few easy classes, but this one... It's too easy to be true... Maybe cause most of the curriculum is something I've already been through god knows how many times and it's also something I'm really interested in (it's oceanography-ish with a hint of biology). The other is experimental physics, and the last is differential equations (maths...

It is I again, this time more active, this time with more money and more experience when it comes to life and photography. I'd like to start of this journal by thanking everybody who's stuck around and "stalked" this user for years, THANK YOU!!! <3 A sincere thank you to everybody who's loved my work when I haven't.. I've done something I haven't done for a while, and that's going through each and every photo (well not all, yet), and seen the progress I think I've made during the last 3 years. I've tried hard to improve even though I haven't had time to focus 110 % on photography, and I hope I've succeeded..

Erh, yeah. Am at uni, trying to procrastinate a bit before the semester really kicks off. This is my sixth semester at university, and I'm surprised I've even ended up managing to get this far. I'm taking experimental physics, marine ecosystem, 2 math courses and introduction in the atmospheric and the oceans dynamics... *breaths* ...this semester.. It sounds boring but you have no idea how fun it can be...

I'm out of words, most likely cause I'm tired and a bit eager to re-read the electricity chapter in physics. I'm sorry it was just a random journal entry.

The coordinates will tell you where I've been the last couple of days, and yes, I've been as far north as that.

Longyearbyen, Svalbard is one of the most beautiful places I've been, with temperatures at 7Â°C most of the time, with midnight sun.. And now I sound like a pamphlet..

But it was very exciting being up there, seen as I might be able to continue my education so far north, at UNIS - University Center in Svalbard...

Ok, I'm just talking gibberish, so I'll tell about my vacation;
_{*July 24th;
We arrived Longyearbyen in the afternoon and did a bit of sightseeing before we went out with boat to Grumandt and a mountain full of fossils. It would've been fun if I hadn't been as tired and freezing as much as I was, but I can't really complain, it was a nice trip.
**July 25th;
We met up with some friends and went to coal mine 7, and I've never had such a laugh, cause you have to walk around crouched and I constantly banged my helmet in the "ceeling". It's not a place to be if you're claustrophobic, cause it's like 400 meters of mountain over you and the lowest height could be like 60 cm. Another pluss was that we got to see footsteps from a pantodonta (a mammal walking on earth 55 million years ago). Absolutely awesome. After that, a bit more sightseeing and shopping. Someone got themself an iPod touch... :F
**July 26th;
Mountainhike, and the clouds were freaking low this day, so the sight was absolutely dreadful. But the walk was fun, though our feet were aching after the walk. We also checked out a museum, and just ate and were boring.
**July 27th;
A trip to the Esmark glacier and Barentsburg by boat, it was just awesome, and I found Barentsburg to be quite special (awesome special). We were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes, and I wish we could've been longer.
**July 28th;
Last day, and a sightseeing at the university center. I'm contemplating on taking a semester there, cause the enviroment seems just so... calm... After walking around at UNIS, we ate a last meal at one of the restaurants there, and left Svalbard close to 3 pm.}

Erhm, yeah, dunno what more I can write.... Well, I'm gonna upload some photographies I took up there.... Oh, and I've got tickets for the Slipknot concert in Oslo Spektrum.... And now I should stop... Soooo

Ok, a couple of days ago, I was just lying on the bed, being a lazy shite as per usual, when I checked the university's student thingymajig where I can put myself up for classes and such.. I was nervous, cause I was waiting for my exams.. My mum was in the doorway, asking if I'd gotten the results in, my (usual) response was no, but I could check once again... And so I did... And... erh...

I can has summer vacation, yes?
Ok, I've had summer vacation for like 10 days now, moved from my old flat to my new one June 5th and 6th, then back home to mum and dad for the summer. My summer consists of working and studying, and hanging out with friends. I started working on Wednesday, and I wish I could tell you guys about it, but sadly, it might not be what people want to read about. I was floors and stuff at the hospital, in the ward where women give birth (english name for ward plz) and well..... yeah.... It's actually a fun summerjob, I like it, and the other option is to be a telephone salesman, and I hate telephones and salesmen. I know it's a job, but I absolutely hate people trying to get me to buy stuff I don't need and can't afford... Other than that, I passed one of my exams, still waiting results for the two others... And I'm pretty sure I passed one of them pretty darn well..

Oh, btw, many new photos coming on here soon... Just need to find some time and also remember to check all the photographies... Thanks for waiting, I LUV Y'ALL..

Back from my ickle 6 day-trip to Scotland, and I hate myself for ever leaving, cause I'm saaaaaad, and I always do get sad when I have to leave Alba.

I had a great trip over there, met some people from dA and was drunk more than I am used to. Bought too much clothes, ate too much junk, had too much fun, so basically it was a great trip..

Met =Ligacheva, ~studio-noir and *JJPhotography when I was over... I had soooooooo much fun... Yaaaay..

And today I learned to not travel to Heathrow when changing flights, cause basically most of my day went to traveling (this is a leeeettle journal):
_{Today I left Edinburgh at 9.38 am GMT (10.38 am my time), I arrived my flat at 10.30 GMT (11.30 pm my time). Summing that up, gives you a nice total of traveling 13 hours, and you bet I'm tired.. I was so lucky to end up catching a delayed flight from Glasgow International, this causing me to have 50 minutes to catch next flight when we landed in London (Heathrow), and here I had to wait 20 minutes on the plane, thus giving me 30 minutes to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3... It was sooooooo fun!!! *sarcastic* And... it gets even better.. The flight to Copenhagen was slightly delayed cause of huge traffic at Heathrow, so we landed about 8-ish in Copenhagen, my next flight due 8.30 (luckily it was 10 minutes late), and a huge queue at the Passport control... I think I was about to faint when I placed my arse in my seat on my way to Bergen. (EDIT: and I'm really just stiff as hell!)}

Sorry, but I'm basically tired from all the damned traveling and sad... Meh... Good Night... I think...

So, here are 8 random facts about me

1. I am quite perverted/dirty-minded - This has been a "problem" I've had for ages. I just think really nasty, and I get good laughs out of it. You can be dead serious, but if there is something you say, just one teeny weeny word, that triggers me to think perverted, I might smirk and giggle.. To give you an example, I'm showing you a part of the chorus from a really lovely song, "Feet in the clouds" by Paul McCartney. The chorus is; "But I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard" - thank you Paul McCartney!

2. I laugh alot - When not on the downside, i'm a really happy person, and I laugh alot, probably too much, and when I laugh I sometimes forget to stop. I usually lose my breath and make weird sounds when I've been laughing too long. People often mistake my laughing for crying, cause I also get tears in my eyes (absolutely terrible).

3. Drammen - Drammen is Norways 8th largest city, with close to 60.000 citizens (but when seen as an urban settlement, it's Norway's 6th largest with 93.000 citizens), and is the place where I was born and raised. Drammen lies close to Oslo, on the eastern part of Norway! But I sadly don't live there anymore, cause 1 year and 1 month ago, I moved to Bergen

4. Brother - Yeah, I have one of those. He used to be really annoying, like younger brothers should be. He was really good for a while, and then I moved. I do miss my brother alot when I'm not in the same house as he is (cause when he gets used to me being there, he starts bugging me).

5. Scottish - Oh aye, I am half of that.. The other half is of course norwegian

6. Singing - Yeah, I sing but I don't think it's that good actually. I think it's fun just using my voice and stuff like that...

7. Love - I don't easily fall in love, but when I do, it can be really intense... :$

8. "That's not ladylike"- That phrase is overused around me, cause I spit, burp... I'm just not really that sophisticated, I like being a bit wild.. I'm tomboyish... And my parents hate it...}

It was love at first sight, I couldnt keep my eyes away from this wonderful being. I can't really find the words to describe how fantastic he is. He lets me push his buttons all day long, as long as I don't wear him out.. Oooh, I just love him... I love my darling Peter <3 I haven't touched something so beautiful in ages.... And the results are fabolous..

*giggles* Okay, it's not a human-being... It's my new camera, my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ6 (which I bought today, on SALE). It fits in my hands, runs on normal AA batteries, which fit me, cause I always forgot to charge the old camera. It's fairly bigger than my old Canon, and it's just a digital camera (I don't need anything big and fancy). Here's a picture of the camera. I think it's cool.. ^^

Out of boredomeness, I'm updating my journal (yaaay).
Well, I'm back at the university, attending my second year on my bachelorprogramme (meteorology and oceanography for those of you whom have forgotten it). I've missed my friends and the campus, so I'm really glad to be back. And when I remember it, I was leading the mentorweek at the uni, and it went o.k., could have gone better (and some of my friends have experienced my devastation). There does exist some photographies, like Who's boss ? and..... well, there is another one, but I'm just really embarrased, because I really look like I'm drunk and gonna attack someone, or just really tired.. Not sure, but not a pretty picture (I look hideous).

I'm not that creative anymore, I've lost my muse (and no it's not my ex), so I might not upload loads of pictures or drawings or anything. I will still be here, bugging all you guys, but I'm not going to be active on the submission part. It's just a bloody dryspell at the moment! But maybe next month, the dryspell is over.. REASON: Liisemoj is going to Scotland, and I am sooo looking forward to it. I haven't been there in like 4 years. Soooo, might come loads and loads of akward pictures of both Glasgow and Edinburgh!

And I want to shed some light over the wonderful ~H-Heather, an amazing young girl who's talented! Eventhough she chose one of my photographies to draw after, I really think the rest of her work is awesome!! CHECK OUT HER PAGE!!!

Hiya all!!! I'm back to bother you
I'm sorry for being away from all of you, and my life has changed a fair bit over this summer. I've just split up with my boyfriend, and I'm kinda depressed, but who wouldn't be? So if I'm kinda distanced from a discussion or just a chat, there is a reason. I've also been working my ass of washing floors and toilets at a mental institution close to where I used to live (in Drammen), this summer (for about 7,5 weeks). I've been away for ages, and there are reasons for that. Well, I'm stuck with alot of schoolwork, but I'd like to get through my education. It's a lot of math and kinda energydraining some times. On top of that, I'm also the leader of the mentorboard. Don't know what it is?
_{At most of the norwegian colleges and universities there is a mentorweek at the start of the year, where all the new students get a mentor or two (they are in groups, so each group gets a mentor or two). Then they get to know the university/college better and they get to know the city better.}
And that is what I'm responsible for doing. Fixing so the new students get a fabolous week and that there are enough mentors. So I'm going to be away for some while, but I'll pop by to say hi. If you want me msn, just send me a note.. XD

Uhm just updating my journal out of boredome. I have been fixing my website a bit over the last couple of days, but it seems like i'm not allowed to update my website anymore.. At least from where I am now! So I might not be able to add anything at the moment.. Argh it annoys me a bit!

Well.. I got my results from the exam yesterday, and I still have the biggest grin on my face.. I PASSED MY EXAM!

I am just so happy, cause then I don't need to be obsessed with it anymore! then I don't have that many exams left.. Ooooh, I'm just so happy... And I've also started going over to digital work, and I hope you all could help me on my way to become better, cause I would like to improve my work. Aaaaah, I'm drawing again and I just wondered it the chinese words I posted up there means panda (cause pandas are to be found in China if I'm not mistaken). Yeah you probably guessed by now that I'm drawing a panda. I'm not really sure why, but I'm drawing it.. Soooo, does å¤§çç« mean panda or something naaasteh? And if I finish it tooday, you'll probably find it in my pile of deviations (and just laugh, I suck at drawing).

Well, I just had mah first exam this year, yesterday. I managed to answer about 80% of all question and that isn't a baaad percentage when you are tired..

On the same exam I had last year, I only answered 60% so you can see there is a difference. Uhm, other than that I've been quite relaxed, kinda bored and stuff like that. Well, I'm back writing in my journal, can't sleep... I'm back in my hometown, where all my friends, my boyfriend and my family lives. This is the last day I'm here, later on today, in about 19 hours I will be over some mountains here in Norway, sitting on the plane back to Bergen. And I've had a lovely christmasvacation... weeeell, not really. The anxiety hates me, so it tortured me alot the first couple of days, but I managed to pull through. Yaaaaay, I'm back from my hiatus. I just needed to have a break from dA a couple of weeks cause I had hit rock bottom and I ended up being diagnosed with depression and anxiety... ~~Fun~~... I was even hospitalized after a week with really big anxietyproblems, cause I ended up losing like 7 kilos or 14 pounds. To show you how I felt, read the lyrics under (the stuff in cursive):

And so I tried

But yes, its crossed my mind
...But im fine

So you probably see that I've been reeeeaally far down, but I got help in time, and I am really greatful for that. I'm getting better day by day, but it has been really hard, but I can't be bothered writing about this sad stuff, so I'm gonna write a little bit about my weekend in Drammen, cause I needed to get home to my parents cause of my problems..

But at least, I arrived in Drammen around 3 pm Friday afternoon and met my boyfriend at the station. We went back to my parents place, and talked with my brother and played with the dog for a couple of hours. My parents came home and we talked a bit about my problems, just so I could get some pain of my chest. But at least I've gotten in better touch with my parents, and I love them even more than I did before, cause they've been there for me when I needed someone (and I feel kinda bad for them, having a nerveous and anxious kid like me). But saturday went to be wif me hubby, whom just was like cuddling me and making me feel better. We ate a bit, talked a bit, slept a bit, and such... Sunday went to be on something called teh "Astrofestival" in Oslo. I went completly nanners, but I managed to be there the whooole time *proud*. But at least, I had to go back home on monday, and I didn't think that was any great...

Sorry for that loooong and kinda rubbishy comment over, but I just kinda had to write about my weekend home (eventhough it sounds kinda boring (though it wasn't)).. But thank you so much for your patience.. and BTW Im thanking y'all who have commented my work and also

Ahhh. I want the weekend back... As some of you might have read in the previous journal, I was over in my birthtown visiting my family and my boyfriend. I left Flesland Airport (Bergen) about half an hour later that expected, cause the plane was delayed. I landed safely on Gardermoen International Airport (outside Oslo). I came to my parents home about 19.00. It was reeeeeally nice seeing my parents, brother and dog again (I met my boyfriend just before I came to my parents house). I stayed there for about 3 days, on zee monday, and I was really sad to leave, cause it's like 9 weeks till I'll seen them again.. AH, I miss my family soo much, and yes, I am crazy enough to miss them. But I just want to thank them for the weekend, eventhough they aren't on dA.. ^^ And when I was back home I bought myself a new mobile, a NOKIA 7360 (picture here >>> [link]). I spent a fair bit of money on it, cause I got incurance on it.. *feels kinda stupid*

Okay, I'm kinda back, but also a bit stressed. I've got a test in philosophy this friday, and an essay due Monday 16th (in the same subject). Not fun at all, but I have to do my best. I've already passed one test/task. YES, I did pass my stupid maththingy, yaaay me! *dances* And I've just like started the kewlest project.. *giggles* The project, what it is about you ask? Tsunamis! It's really cool reading about it, eventhough my group and I have to write like 10 pages about it, that not counting with the pictures. But yet, it's gonna be fun...

Well, okay, lets stop talking about school, or I'll start to cry.. My boyfriend was over this weekend, and I reaaaally enjoyed seeing him again. God, why am I here, writing in the journal? I'm really tired, haven't slept that much the last couple of days. Homework, the neighbours and new design for website is probably the main reason for me not sleeping as much as I should. Also, there has been a tiny hiatus from my side, and that has not been intentionally meant. Schools taken up most of my time, so me hasn't been outside taking photographies or anything at the moment. I've been living alone for over 4 weeks and the time has gone past really quickly. It's like 2 weeks since my boyfriend was over to visit me, and like 4 weeks since I last saw my parents, brother and dog. It scares me a bit that I'm actually capable to save money, pay bills and stuff. I thought I was gonna die the first week or something, of a chocolate overdose or something like that, or die of starvation cause I had spent all my money on stupid stuff. God, I'm scared.. ^^

Bwahahaha, I bought myself a year subscription here on dA, finally. I thought it was about time to do that, cause dA seems to be tempting me occasionally with giving me a week as a paying member. Are you satisfied dA? You've lured me into your lovely subcriptionhole

Hihih, just joking... Last week I had problems getting it done, and I wrote that I was accused for being a fraud when trying to buy the subscription and I thought it was my adress that was the problem. Well, I found out it wasn't my adress that was the problem, it was just good ol' stupid me who didn't know what a CCV code was, but I do now. Yesh, I know, I do have shit for brains, it occures in my family ^_^

On Monday, it's two weeks since I moved, and I'm still enjoying teh place. I could do something about the terrible mess I've made, but I can't be bothered. It makes me feel at home, and reminds me of my old room. Only downside by living here is listening to the drunken ~~pirates~~ people in the weekends, cause they keep singing laaaate in the evening, but I must admit it's quite entertaining listening to them as well.

But on Friday I'm going out to my boyfriend's (well, his family's) summerhouse, and being with him, cause he's coming over then. I'm leik really looking forward to it, cause I haven't seen him in like two weeks, soooo.

I've had some problems finding a decent picture to post here. I really don't know the reason, but it's just like that. Ive moved into my small apartment (and been living here for about a week) and I think most of my friends here at dA know that by now. For you who didnt know, Ive moved to Bergen, and Im a student now, at the University in Bergen. Im studying meteorology and ~~pornography~~ oceanography. Ive just finished my first week at school and have come in contact with a couple of my classmates and some of my neighbours on my floor. I live in a room and share a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 6 other people. You might think its terrible, but Im a student and the place was cheep, so why not. Im doing fine, just been a bit bored the last couple of days actually. Its not easy being new here, but Ive got dA to hang on to when Im leik reeeeeaaally bored. But although Im enjoying myself over in Bergen, I miss my boyfriend, my family and my friends back in Drammen, not easy being apart from them. Soooooo.. In 5 hours I will be standing at the trainstation, saying bye to my boyfriend and my family. As you probably have known by now is that I'm moving and today is my last day in my birttown. I'm quite a nervouswreck at the moment soooo.

But I think I'll write about something else, before I go to emotional... *thinks* ... Ohh, 1,100 Pageviews... *thinks a bit more* ... I could write about my trip to Denmark (the trip to Bergen was mostly me and my boyfriend being in bed (feel free to think your perverted thoughts) and out swiming). But I think I'll start now. Me, my boyfriend and my family travelled over from Norway to Denmark with M/S Peter Wessel on August 5th. We lived in this nice summerhouse by the beach at Saltum Strand. We had a hell of a lotta sunshine, and I've got a tan. We were out swimming like every day in the ocean, loads and loads of fun, well, there was one time it wasn't that fun, and that was when I ended up getting the "surfboard" we had, slammed into my face. I had a swolen jaw and a sore chest, woohoo. But it was really a fun trip to Denmark, we were at Aalborg Zoo, looking at animals and newborn siberian tigercubs. We were also at Fårup Sommerland and Nordsøcenteret. August 12th it was over, and we were on our way back to Norway. A shame it just was 7 days.

But now I think I have to stop, cause I've still got some stuff that need to be packed down and I'm soon getting dinner, so I end it here and btw, I'm gonna thank y'all who have commented my work and also

I think I'm obsessed taking pictures of flowers, or to be honest, I know that I'm obsessed. but luckily for y'all, I'm of to Bergen July 21st and there I'll get some really nice landscape pictures. But I can't promise. It's most likely I have about 500 pictures of different kinds of flowers *giggles*

Well, I'm back in my journal again. woohooo. That's a sign that I'm pretty bored, cause I really am not a great writer at all. It's summer, I know, but there is a reason for my boredomeness. Yesterday, while walking a long walk in the forrest, I twisted my ancle, and now it's really reaaally sore. Accidentprone. I know.

Hiya. It's May 27th and I'm back from a trip to Oslo (Norway's capital!). I was there to see a comedy at one of the more serious theathers there. It was a really funny play about love and yucky stuff like that. I was there with my boyfriend (whom I've been dating for like.. uhm.. 3 years May 29th). I took some pictures of Oslo, the king's (not Elvis) castle there and Karl Johan (the main road between The Parlament building and the king's castle).

But over to something else. I've submitted some pictures the last couple of days, and I would like to say thank you to all of you whom have written a comment and put my pictures as favourites. I'm glad someone took some time to my "art". Thank you all a million times.
