Ok, so I started reading Girugämesh's official blog about a month ago.
They write about almost everything the band does, and they also put up a lot of pictures.

and on about 98% of those pictures, there's food.... WTF? xD

Girugämesh is releasing their new album 『NOW』 in Japan 16th of December, then it'll be released on 4th of January in the US and guess when it's gonna be released in Europe.... FEBRUARY 14th!!!! Valentines day????? WTH??? It's kind of cute that it happened to be on valentines day, but WHY SO LATE??? T.T I've waited for that freakin' cd for so long!!

Ok, they say that this album is waaaaay better than the others, so it gotta be pure awesomeness, and I'm sure it's worth waiting for, but I'll go crazy for 3 months before it's released! Dx

『NOW』 looks like a really great album, and the track list sounds really interresting!

Ok, so here's an update!


This weekend I had to take care of everything at home, because my parents went to Germany to let Yaga, one of our dogs, meet her new "love" ;D (we wanna have some puppies!)

I had to feed all the dogs, the horses, the bunnies, my single fish... and my brother xD

Then I've been drawing some (as always...), I decorated my room with more band-pictures and stuff like that xD and listened to loud music non-stop xD

My parents came back late last night (when I was sleeping like a little baby...) xD
I got a really big box with sour candy in it!
They told me it all went well, so hopefully, we'll have some puppies here soon!
AAAAND Yaga's not the only dog who's going to have puppies soon... My own little sweetie, Gobi, is probably on the way too!! I can't wait!!!!! <3<3<3<3

Oh! Another thing! I'm about to "re-arrange" my aquarium! I haven't used it for a while now... I saw some really beautiful aquariums at school last week, and they inspired me xD
might help me with it! She got a LOT of guppy-babies at home, and I might get some of them! Love those little fishes! <3

I'm gonna buy new sand, plants and decorations for it, and this time, it'll be COLORFUL! ;D

I need to clean it first though... T__T

As usual, I've been working at the vet station today. Today there were just a few patients, so I didn't have a lot to do actually. But then I got to clean a dog's teeth! It was quite fun in a weird way xD The owners were really nice. I think they were a couple, but I don't know for sure. Anyway! The man was English, so I had to speak english with him of course. The "wife" was Swedish, so I could talk to her if I didn't know what to say xD
I tend to get so nervous when I'm about to speak english with someone... I'm pretty good at writing it, but when it comes to speaking...just...no xD
But this time I didn't have any trouble at all! It was like I've done it millions of times!
I don't know why... Maybe because he was really nice to me. It's A LOT easier to speak english with an Englishman than speaking english with a spanish person for example (NO OFFENSE!!!) ^^
Anyway, I went babbling on about all my animals at home, and he was quite amazed by the number of dogs we have xD He was like: "You got 11 dogs?? Really? That must be wonderful! *big smile*"
He was a really nice guy! And his wife too! ^^


The second thing I wanted to write about is that...
I drove my dad's car today!! It was the first time I drove a car! *__*
My dad was impressed! xD Well, I was kinda surprised too, because I was sure I'd go straight into the ditch! xD
But I'm still alive! For this time I guess xD

I'm trying to paint my shoes! I've seen some artists that have made their own designed shoes, so I thought I'd like to try it too!! I found my old black leather (think it's false leather...) boots yesterday, and then I googled for some tips, and it said you can paint on leather and fabric shoes with acrylics! I got opaque acrylics, but it said they work great so... ^^

I don't know what to paint on them yet, but I want it to be perfect! PLZ give me some ideas ^^ I've thought I'd maybe paint some band logos on them, but I dunno yet.

I got some metallic acrylics too!! Green, purple, gold and silver!

Girugämesh (ギルガメッシュ, Girugamesshu?) is a Japanese metal band, formed in 2003. The name is derived from the ancient king Gilgamesh, and is sometimes typeset with a metal umlaut as girugämesh.

Formed in 2003 in Chiba, Shuu and Nii had been friends since elementary school, the earliest incarnation of the band made its first performance while the members were still in high school. Girugamesh began playing gigs with their current lineup in 2004, until they were signed to record label Gaina-Japan. Their first major single, "Kaisen Sengen" was ranked #10 on the Oricon Indies chart. In 2005, Girugamesh embarked on a nation-wide tour, after which they released their first live DVD, featuring footage from the tour, and after more touring, released an EP, Goku - Shohankei Enban.

In 2007, Girugamesh was signed to the European label Gan-Shin. The band then was part of a 9-band Japanese rock festival in Los Angeles, California called "J-Rock Revolution". They were part of the second night alongside Merry, D'espairsRay, and Mucc. Around the time of J-Rock Revolution, some of the performing bands released material on the iTunes Music Store, including Girugamesh. On this, Ryo has commented that "if you really like the band after the initial listen, you will buy the original CD."


In 2008, in support of Girugamesh, the band toured in both Japan and Europe, under the tour title "Stupid Tour '08". The Japanese leg had Girugamesh performing throughout Japan, and later in January, the band toured Europe for the first time, visiting Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Finland. Following their European tour, Girugamesh continued the "Stupid Tour '08 in Japan". In March, Girugamesh returned to touring visiting venues all over Japan including Okinawa.

Following a performance at Wacken Open Air, a support tour for Girugamesh will occur, entitled "Shining Tour '08". The first performances will endure through July, visiting Osaka and Nagoya, with one finale performance in August at the Liquidroom in Tokyo. Concerts in July will feature second acts, including Gelugugu, Tr. Dan, Sel'm, Dogma, and Deathgaze, while the tour finale show will be a one-man performance, with only Girugamesh.

In July 2008, an English version of their website was activated; shortly after this, the band announced they would release their debut American album, with Girugamesh being sold exclusively through Hot Topic stores.

The band's third full-length album, titled Music, was released on November 5, 2008. After a lengthy Japan tour throughout the first quarter of 2009, the band made its second appearance in the United States, showcased at Sakura Con in Seattle, Washington.

~*Animal Care Day*~

Today, we had an Animal Care Day at our school's zoo! All students in the 2nd and the 3rd grade of the Animal Care education were there. ^^

First, we played some games, to get to know eachother better. Then we listened to a woman from a big zoo, who told us a lot of her life as a chimpanzee keeper. We laughed, we cried and we smiled. She told us about the ones she had rescued, and about the horrible things humans do to these fantastic creatures.

Stop calling everything that's different EMO!!
Ppl've started saying that J-rock is emo, and that J-rockers have a hard and depressing life... What the hell??? That aint true in any way!!! Not even emos have those problems...ok, maybe a few, but what the hell!!

I think some ppl are jealous because they don't have their own style...Just because you got a couple of armwarmers doesn't mean you're hiding your scars or anything like that.
"WHOA! You got armwarmers?? You're SO emo! Get a life!" WTF???
YOU can go get a life, because you don't see the wonderful parts in the music style. You just see the person for what he/she is wearing...

I speak for every music style when I say that. You maybe got an odd hair style, peircings all over the body, tattoos or scary lenses, but that doesn't make you a bad person inside!!
I'm so freakin' mad right now!!!

You wanna know what J-rock is?? Here's the real thing!!!!

The japanese rock is one of the most wonderful things in the world. Why japanese then?
Well, the japanese culture is one of a kind. It's colorful and artistic, just like the music.
J-rockers have their own style. They're all unique. Some more colorful than others. xD
They always seem to be high on sugar! They jump around on the stage like monkeys on crack sometimes, which makes it even more fun to watch. xD
Then we have the more punk-like j-rockers. They're also wonderful! Like Girugämesh for example. They are quite serious on stage, but when it comes to backstage recording, they're just like kids again!

The music is filled with hope, and always makes me happy. I'm so happy I found this source of happiness and inspiration. It helps me a lot in my life.

It also brought many friends, idols and heroes. ^^ I've never felt so happy in my life before. Thanks to J-rock, I've met these wonderful friends of mine!!

I just wanna thank all wonderful j-rockers for all the smiles, laughs, screams and happy tears I've had. It has been wonderful, and I know it will continue to be!

NEO TOKYO SAMURAI BLACK World Tour 2009-2010

We had a lot of fun in Stockholm with Miyavi!! It was so awesome!!!!
We waited in line for like 4 hours... but it was totaly worth it!!! He played songs like Boom Ha Ha Boom Ha, Are You Ready To Rock and my fave Super Hero!! The awesome guitar solos and riffs were not of this world, and miyavi was sexier than ever!!

He sat down in front of the audience, and when he was too close, some people ripped off his shirt!! He was like "WTF? Are you raping me??" But then he laughed and said this was the first time he sang live without a shirt! xD He climbed up on a pipe and was hanging over us for a while!! we were like half a meter away from him! You could smell him!!! He was all sweaty and smexy!! I love his beautiful tattoos!

We also sang "Happy Birthday", as he turned 20-something....last week xD He tried to thank us in swedish, and it was like "Takku so mykku!!" = Tack så mycket = thank you so much!!

Then we sang "When you're happy and you know it clap your hands" in swedish, and he tried to sing along, but it was like "krattalalararata nana..." xD xD xD

and I went with our class to Kolmården Zoo, the biggest zoo in Scandinavia! ^^ Took us 4 hours to get there... but it was worth it!!
We had a lot of fun, and we experienced a lot of stuff I'll never forget! We "made out" with the wolves, (they soaked our faces with drool xD) we "sang" with the dolphins and we "high fived" with a tiger O.o
Here's a list of everything we did!

DAY 1

Tiger World
We got to meet all the park's siberian tigers, Kazan, Timur, Taisha, Tsar, Irina, Olga, Kyra and Kirov (my favorite ^^) Such wonderful animals!!!

Marine World
We met the seals and the dolphins!! We watched a dolphin trainer practice with the dolphins, and it was so awesome!! I love dolphins! Magical animals

Aparium
We met the gorillas, the chimpanzees and the gibbons ^^

Ethology study
We studied the behaviour of 3 kinds of animal species, gorillas, chimps and siberian tigers!
Emelie and I studied the behaviour of Kyra, one of the young tigers ^^ We had to write everything she did on a 2 hour period. During the study she came to say hello to us. The only thing between us was a thin glass barrier! She even "high fived" with us! xD I've never been so close to a tiger before!!! The sad thing is, that there are only 400 wild siberian tigers left out there... So I'm gonna donate money to help them!! (when I get a job...)

We went to the part of the park where they keep the South American animals ^^

Meeting with one of the wolfpacks!!!!
We met one of the wolfpacks!!! They were so friendly, and they licked our faces non-stop xD They loved to be scratched xD I'll never forget that meeting O.o
The keeper started howling, and so did the wolves xD I got the chills... it was magical!!!
Now I got wolfhair and dirt all over my pants xD

We met the asian elephants and the rhinos! I just can't believe how big they were! And one of them was just a baby when I was there the last time O.o

some weeks later...: I have to work 3 weeks with something that involves animals. I haven't found a place to work at yet though... T.T Have no idea of where I can work or what I can work with Dx I need to find atleast one place FAST, or I'll have to work on a break.... T.T

~My first school days!~

Yay! I've finaly started my second year at Lillerud! I'm so freakin' happy!!!! >w<

The first day!

On the first day, we got an introduction with our new class. we're in Np2dB, not Np2dA as I said in a previous journal... I wanted to be in the A-class T.T it sounds much better xD
Well atleast we're better than them x] <3

Anyway...
After the introduction, we went by bus to one of our teachers' place. She lives about an hour away from the school, on a wonderful farm! ^^
We met a lot of cute and beautiful animals there!!! <3<3<3<3
including a gorgeous ardennes horse!!!! He was really nice, and he wanted us to pet him all the time xD He was REALLY big O.o and I are going to kidnap him xD

So, what did we do there?
Well we had to go far into the woods and search for questions the teacher had hidden, and we also had a berry picking contest xD And we won!!! We had a lot in the end... O.o

We made a really tasty lunch over the fire ^^

When we were back at the school again, we watched the new 1st year students play some stupid games xD
I met an old classmate there too! He's starting at the same school as me again
He must be one of the world's most innocent and nicest guys! He's never been rude or anything! Emelie thought he looked like Frankie xD well, he kinda does with those adorable brown eyes of his C:
ehm...
Anyway xD...

Oh! And Emelie-chan also made us cake!! It was really delicious!! OwO
A frerard cake xD I forgot to take pics of it, but it had the text "Frerard" on it, and it was made of chocolate T.T *wants more...*
She also made chocolate hearts, which and I couldn't resist, so we kinda stole them xD
It was yummy T.T

The second day!

On the second day, we had a whole day with only dog classes at our school's own zoo ^^
I also brought one of my dogs there! Yaga! ^^
She slept under the table all the time, and she got a lot of treats from and xD
We had a really great time there! We also got to meet our old friends at the zoo, like Rasmus and Drutten, the shetland pony boys! Yup, tomorrow I'm going to school! = D Well, we start on thursday, but I'm going to get the key to my and 's room! = D
