Just a little "I'm still alive" journal. How is everyone? :3

I haven't updated in such a long time. I've been super-busy with med =___= I finished exams on Monday and now I'm on holiday. I'm kind of feeling not so good about my exams. I've never really been confident as a med student...hopefully I won't fail xD

I've been playing a lot of old-ish GBA games (I mean, 2002 doesn't ~sound~ that old...but it WAS SEVEN years ago O_O). I have many generic J-RPGs to play...like Golden Sun, Riviera, Shining Sword, Legend of Mana...oh and I have Advance Wars >D
Any suggestions? I'm going to have a major Asian drama marathon too~!

OH YEAH, I'm going to China with ~wooden-fish at the end of the year. Which means SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPP INGGGGGGGG AND FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODâ¥â¥â¥!

It appears Aucklanders are shorter than Adeladians. I don't feel as short here. Maybe it's because there are so many Chinese people here... XD
There are so many Chinese stores here. But then again, I'm living in a VERY Chinese suburb.

My grandma keeps on feeding me and I have a feeling that I will have gained 5kg by the time I return to Adelaide. XD

There was a Doctor Who marathon on a couple of days ago...

Hm. Enough pointless facts about my trip now. Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I spent most of Christmas Day in Melbourne airport watching luggage while mother slept and drawing pokemon with my brother. Ah well...

Two weeks of complete freedom and they have been full of GAMES.

I've been playing Fire Emblem 6,7 and 8 (all the GBA ones) as well as Earthbound 2/Mother 3.

Fire Emblem is full of cuteness because of all the support convos >w<
I also love how there are so many characters. No...I don't choose characters based on how good looking they are or how cute their supports are...

Yesterday I went to Clare's house and we Katamaried all day. Possibly one of the BEST GAMES EVER. I enjoyed rolling up the Great Wall of China. XD

I have a piano exam on Saturday. 7th grade. Not practising during my school exams made me very out of practice and now I doubt I will do well in the exam T____T

Yesterday I opened up a book entitled 'An Illustrated guide to the Nanjing Massacre', which was not a good idea.

Not many people here know about the Nanjing Massacre...it makes me really depressed hearing all those horrible stories. I can't stop thinking about all the horrible things I've read. Then I think about my grandpa and how he had to leave his home to escape...

Now I have to write an essay about South East Asian countries and Prisoners of War, which is pretty damn depressing as well. How can people do that to each other?

Why is all the history we have to study so depressing T________T

Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Japan for this. I just wish they would apologise.

I changed my avvie/icon thing. I tried to make one (using Adobe Imageready). Okay...so I cheated because I copied the shape from the old onigiri icon...and now it looks sooo NAKED! O.o (Hide your shame, Onigiri-san!!!)

It also has a very annoying level up system...for example, characters can only level up in HP points if they get hurt. That means I have to run around bashing my own party members to get their HP to level up! >: (

Had my first lesson with my new piano teacher!

I have been eating a lot of onigiri...they're so addictive.
The flavouring comes in little packets and you put it on the rice and mix it all up and make them into little triangles...onigiri <3
Though I haven't done much school work...^_^;
Been drawing a lot (I blame the Photoshop brushes I found-I can't stop playing around with them!)
