I promise I'm not intentionally moving away from DA XD; I'm really trying to keep up here! Sorry for no artwork as of late D: It's not that I have a block but....okay yeah, maybe it's a bit of a block x_X

Well let's see.....new DA layout, eh? Though I do think it's a nice change, it was making the site LAG at first. I mean, REALLY BAD. My sbc window would continuously just quit when on DA, which it has never done before for any site. But I guess the bugs are being worked out now? It's moving faster, so that's proof enough.

Anyways, I've been mostly just watching DA flourish and checking my inbox. Havne't submitted much. I've lost inspiration, so I'm trying to gain it back quickly. This way when I start school I can be a fresh artist, with my own unique style and just go join contests or something. New school, new art; how's that for a promise?

I have been heavily inspired more recently by some of the deviations I fav'ed, so maybe that's a head start? I know for sure I want to draw people. People interacting, going about their normal lives, but even some more fantastical poses. I want to go far with these things.

Terms for Commissions:

My commission prices are based on the size, complexity, and effort put into the picture. My commissions right now are framed and mailed to you, so you have the actual drawing/painting to keep.

I try my hardest to accept all commissions that come to me, but if I attempt to draw a character and it simply does not work out, I won't accept the offer and I'll refund you, or simply deny it. I'm sorry if it offends you if I can't/won't do your commission; I really do try my best! D:

Terms for Art Trades

Well, this is a bit hard to explain, so I'll use examples!

If I give you a colored picture, I expect a colored picture in return.
If I give you a sketch, then I only expect a sketch in return.
If I trade plushies with you, and send the one I made for you TO you, then I expect to get mine as well.

^^ Simple or no? I'll try to elaborate if anyone needs me to.

Terms for Requests

Though I am a bit limited requests-wise, I'll, again, try my hardest to meet your needs! Most of my requests are rather simple looking, usually just sketches, or MS Paint mini drawings. But they serve their purpose and look how they're supposed to ^^

I think I'm getting more confident in my artwork, and even though I don't have a bajillion pageviews, I have an awful lot, and so I feel better that my art is worth it. I think if I were allowed to post my yaoi art, I'd have more pageviews, but oh well I guess ^^

For all of the above (commissions, art trades, or requests) I draw the following ratings:

G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17, NC-21

I can draw just about anything you can think of, as far as I know. If I try something and fail, then shame on me! I have confidence I can satisfy my customers. *nods*

Anyways, I'm getting back into that 'Redo De Metalen Opera' kick, and I think I'm actually going to start work on it. Maybe not the writing process just yet, but the designing and plotting? Why, yes. I decided that the names Suicide and Betrayal will no longer be used. I am a little sad to let go of them, but it'd be like a child holding on to their 'blankie' if I didn't drop them. No matter if those things land you in hell, Suicide and Betrayal are not sins. At least, not part of the seven deadly sins, and there's not moving away from that. Suicide is now Anger (or Wrath, to be more familiar). Betrayal is now Avarice (or Greed, again for name familiarity).

I need to mature at some point as a writer, and if I'm only going to be writing fics for fandoms, then I do need to right myself where I'm wrong. I'll be redoing the designs for these two. They won't be entirely shredded apart, so for those who liked their designs the way they were, don't worry too much. The storyline will be mostly the same, only more detailed and canon-ish, aside from the Roy/Ed relationship toss-in. I also somewhat wanted to rename the fic series, but I'm not sure what to name it, so that's at a stand-still for right now. I had considered making a seperate archive for LJ that I could put my progress of the fic in, along with concepts and such, but the last time I tried that, I got sporked big time for being conceited. At the time I hadn't seen it to be so, since other names on LJ had their own communities for their artwork and were not bothered but I guess you have to be a legend before you can do anything like that. I don't know. Either way, I won't make the same mistake of announcing it to the FMA communities on LJ. I'll try to keep it just on my LJ and maybe updates here every now and then. I don't need to be bothered by flamers again.

I have to work on my costumes before I delve into anything huge like redoing an entire series I did XD; I've been coming up with more and more cosplay ideas/plans, which I really do need to stop doing. I'm making an impossibly long list for myself @_@ I've recently found myself listening to all different kinds of music, some of it very strange for me to be listening to. Here's a sample for you:

So.....I've been pretty busy lately. Got of of school, so summer vacation go whee! I'll be going to AWA for sure in September, and a very slight chance I'll go to AX in July. My costumes aren't exactly coming along fast, but I have yet to learn how to use that crazy machine, so we'll see what happens XD

My newer interests are D.Gray-Man, Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig, and Kingdom Hearts 2 (just for Axel ; ) ), so you might see some artwork of that? I have yet to get the rest of my art up here. I was kind of thinking about changing my username, but I don't want to lose all my pageviews, so I guess not x_x

I've been drawing alot lately, so coming back here is nice every now and then ^_^;;

also recieving nice comments is always a trip and a half, so thnx!

im currently trying to mellow my life out a little and stop being so stressed all the time, so i got my movie!edo gun prop taken care of, my coat is in the re-making. for anime central i plan to premier suicide, but i already have the skirt on that done, hopefully i can get the rest done soon for piccys ^_^;;

as for fortitude, im gonna try to not worry about that so much, since i have until next september to make it. i'll keep drawing it for now ^_^;; speaking of which, i finally started rewriting The City of Lights and Dreams! ^^ once im done with that project, im going to rewrite De Metalen Opera.

That's right, im not giving up on Betrayal and Suicide! XD i got alot of harassment about them and it just pushed me to the point where i dont care what the fma fandom thinks -_-;; sometimes they are so ridiculous! i mean dont get me wrong, i absolutely love the show/manga and most of the fans of it that i know are really cool, but they take the OC idea waaay to negatively. The instant they hear "oh i made up a homunculus *insert name here*" they just go off!! o.o kinda scares me....i think the biggest trouble they have is the fact that suicide and betrayal are not actual sins (not included in the seven cardinal sins: lust, gluttony, envy, avarice, anger, pride, and sloth). But let me make this perfectly clear....YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A SIN TO BE A HOMUNCULUS *takes breath* okay, moving on....i figured that new names would be more original than just taking the usual sin names. suicide and betrayal are not sins at all, of course, but my thinking is, hey it gets you into hell, close enough!

well anyways, dont wanna rant about it, because it'll put my in a bad mood -_-;;

so yes! planned cons this year *so many!!!*

Anime Detour in March

There i'll be wearing my new and improved movie!ed costume, hopefully (if i can finish it) complete with automail : 3 both arm and leg. im going to make the arm work like the lawnmower arm we see so wonderfully in the movie, so wish me luck! ^^

anyways, thanks to all my friends, those who i met at acen and those i already know and love so much. u guys rock and made my summer great, despite my moron father. some activities im happy with this summer:

1.) I was a manager at the chicago fullmetal alchemist cosplay picnic ^_^ susan and agnes were the other two and it really wasnt too hard to do it. just had some trouble with permits -_- they know what im talking about....

2.) Played TONS of ddr and got alot better at it ^_^ next year u better watch out brian!!! i wanna take u on, see if i can beat u. same goes for j

susan, u and me always play ddr together so thats no big deal XDDD i did play alot with agnes, and god i miss her so much T_T but i can see her at acen ^_^

3.) Got to hang out with my friends!!! X 3 it was awesome being able to see a bunch of ppl from acen, but also to talk with them every night of the week basically! lol. almost every night we had a voice chat, used our mics and just blabbed away. oh and karaoke. we did LOTS of that lol (brian u whomp at fukai mori!!! >D)

4.) Worked on a bunch of costumes. i mean a bunch...i was trying to help susan with her automail, im making my own, but it's the movie!automail. gee, sinc eim being munich!edo soon lol. i was recruiting alot of ppl for different fma costumes, but now j and susan are helping with that so yay

5.) kept in touch alot with vic. just cuz he's so cool. lol him and me made quick friends im happy to say. i was a lil afraid at first cuz im a yaoi obsessor and he's....um.....not (XD) but he signed my yaoi paddle at acen 2005 so ha!! there's hope to corrupt him yet!! XDD he really likes my art, so thats a bit inspiring ^_^

6.) Roleplayed. again, i did this alot XD recently been talking to a girl named wendy and she is so cool. her and me have like everytihng in common. she said she never rped before, but we've been doing an fma yaoi rp with her as roy and me (as always) as ed and oh man is it fun.

7.) Just plain had my vacation! i mean, it's nice to know u can stay up as late as u want and then wake up whenever! (not like i sleep anyways, but u get my meaning XD )

well anyways, its been fun guys. ill try to update this as much as possible while in school ^_^;;

goals for this year:

1.) constantly do good in school. get good grades, keep up with my homework, make my family proud of me(maybe)
2.) try and be a better friend to everyone i know. i have some bad days and they are BAAAD so ill try to kinda isolate myself XDD
3.) be better at whatever position i get in the anime club at school. if im publicity again, im gonna try much harder and get done what im supposed to right away, not put it off.
4.) be a MUCH better artist. improve my artwork, be inspired and STOP BEING SUCH A CRITICIST!!! (is that a word? i donno...) but ill stop being so hard on myself, saying oh that sucks cuz that one lil thing is wrong. i finally noticed that i do that and I HATE MYSELF FOR IT!!! no more!!! i love my art now!!! *hugs piccys*
5.) like myself so ill have better self esteem
6.) FIND A GIRLFRIEND (yes i quoted hughes san hehehe....)

thats kind of hard....i dont reall have any words i dont like....except school

you know the noise a fork or knife makes when it scratches against a plate? i hate that noise!
What scares you the most?
the thing that scares me the most.....would have to be that one day my friends might not love me anymore. that they'll just leave me behind. i've had it happen before and for some reason, i wasnt really sad or angry or anything. i was terrified and i dont know why. but yeah, that's probably what scares me most.
What makes you as happy as you can be?
When someone tells me that they're my friend, and i can sense they trully mean it. it's odd how people can do that, when they know someone says im your friend and they can tell for sure. that's the best feeling in the world to me.
What makes you as sad as you can be?
When i watch someone die. even if i dont know them. this is another thing thats really odd to me. I've watched alot of people die, including holding their hand when they pass, so on and so forth. but I never cry. the last person I cried for when they died was my grandpa, and since then I haven't cried when I watched someone die. dont get me wrong, I'm very sad when it happens, or thoughtful. but I dont cry anymore.
Is that a good thing?
No. It's a horrible thing. It's one of the reasons I hate myself.
Why do you exist?
Why do I exist huh? Good question. I don't know. I exist for.....Hm....Not sureon that one.
How do you think the world will end?
I'm not sure it will, but if it does, I'm thinking everything that could ever go wrong will. Sickness will take over, volcanoes will spontaniously erupt, stuff like that. I actually had a dream about the apocalypse that was kinda cool, a good amount of people survived, and when I went out of my house the clouds had fallen from the sky and were floating around on the ground. It was awesome.
How do you think the world began?
God went click. *laughs* No, I don't know. Um...maybe whoever is up there was bored? Needed something to do? I dont know. Maybe they wanted to feel on top of everyone, maybe they have aheart that has unconditional love for everything and they wanted to create and share it, maybe they wanted all the bad things that have happened in history to happen to us, I honestly dont know. I wish I did though.

i was having fun today cuz agnes came over with emily and kyle. and i dont know why but we were watching fma, and i was like hey we should put this on mute and v.a. XD so we did. i was ed. and cornello. and lust. XD agnes was al, a minor character, rose, and some random ppl. kyle was mugiar, fletcher, and ed for a lil bit. and then emily was a bird chimera, a little girl, russell, and i think thats it. but yeah we had fun. put it this way, all we talked about was constipation, the philosopher's stone making u horny, canes and mustard. u know its gotta be fun XD i loved it to death. anyways....

fma movie trailer (the most spoilerific i've seen thus far X3)

oiy ve....well i was SUPPOSED to make a kimono for the 4th of july all fma style, but my dad was a moron yet again and im not able to buy the material. im making susan's tho, so i'll post that in textiles when it's done ^_^ it sucks.....she's gonna have a wrath kimono and i was gonna have an ed kimono (those 2 characters we are both widely known for in cosplay XD)

we started everything just playing music, waiting for everyone to get there. almost everyone cosplayed so we took pics in costume and out of costume. we had an art contest which

won, so congrats to her! ^_^ she got 10 bucks and 3 collector's fma cards. also thanks to everyone else who participated in the contest! we had lots of awesome entries! ^_^ anywho, so then we karaoked for a bit and relaxed. we had a watermelons eating contest and let me tell u more about that before i go on lol

okay sooo the deal was, even tho there was alot of other ppl participating, if brian aka taisa won, then i (being ed) would have to be his slave. if susan aka moofy aka wrath won, she got to saw off my arm and leg (joke duh). wouldnt u know it, susan won. so we did pics of me getting my arm and leg cut off, which i havent posted yet. i have to crop them.

okay anyways, so we karaoked more and had a huge waterballoon fight and then we just started getting cups of water and unloaded on everyone lol. it was ALOT of fun. then there was a tiny afte rparty by my place, which sucked. i thought
1. there would be less ppl coming
2. that ppl would be able to stay later

been working on my suicide costume for a while and it's giving me problems. example no. 1: poked my finger with needle yesterday=excruciating pain for some reason. i have NEVER in my life had a pin hurt my finger so much. example no. 2: i poked my finger for the second time in one night, therefore got angry and hurled my costume on to my bed and gave up on it for the night. so i am working on it again right now, and thus far no problems. i must have tought it a lesson XD

project no. 1: make full automail for edward elric. shouldn't be that hard, one of the only things im good at it hammering/shaping tin sheets XD (i'll bet ur all wondering why >.< )

project no. 2: for those of you who have seen the whole series of fma, you'll know what the gate is. i am making quite a huge one. two reasons, one is for photography purposes, and secondly is because i hate my sliding closet doors, therefore the gate will be my closet. fun fun fun

project no. 3: get enough money to pay for the executive suite at the hyatt for acen 2006, that way j, lindz, desi, susan, and maybe cat and taisa and me can all be in the same room and party hardy XD no jk, it's just so that we can stay together. of course cat and taisa are on staff so they'll prolly get their own rooms, but it's worth a try to at least get some of us together and then meet everyone else somewhere in the hotel lol

New journal obviously. Well my Ed turtle is being his usual self. Retarded, but ever so cute. ^_^ As you can see, lots of new art, and im gonna keep it rolling. Tuesday i have a photoshoot scheduled with Joe, Susan and Desi, who play Envy, Wrath and Sloth, so that'll be somethin to get down. Depending on how photogenic i feel, i might join in the pics as ed. As you can see on my deviant id, the wig is horrible and i look like a blimp -_- So yes, that depends how i feel. I wanna do some voice recordings of suicide and betrayal, but sadly sarah isnt able to meet me today at the harlem irving plaza, so thats a no go for now. maybe susan/wrath will do some voice stuff with me ^_^ i know agnes said she would and she is Al, soon to be costume and all ^_^ Hmmm what else did i wanna say...oh yeah im very hyper!!! Last night i was talkin to hot edo aka j2 and we were jus kiddin around with each other. at the con he kissed me and we had this inside joke thing:

***VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL FMA FANS***

Pretty soon, there's going to be the official Fullmetal Alchemist Cosplay Picnic, which will be at a forest preserve named Shiller Park. Now we're not sure on the date quite yet, but we know it will be on a saturday and it will run allll day ^_^ So get your costumes ready! More info will be posted as soon as we get it! ^_^ Also for directions, we'll find out exactly where the preserve is, but from there you'll probably have to use map quest, because different people are coming from different locations! Im making flyers as we speak, so i'll keep all of u updated i promise!

okay well we now have a date ladies and gentlemen!! the fullmetal alchemist cosplay picnic will be on june 25th which is a saturday at shiller woods. okay im kinda sure thats all of em.... anywho, planning to make my own club here on d.a. gotta wait for d.a. to get the bugs out of their system however.....*shakes fist* it's gonna be a yaoi club so dont join if ur not into that. okay as for my art, i just finished the bottom half of my betrayal x suicide poster, so that'll be posted here once i complete the top portion of it XD. im also doing some design pics of betrayal so those'll be coming along soon. as for my cosplay for acen 2006, i bought the material i needed t make suicide's coat, so production on that costume has already begun ^_^ im almost done making his lil purple heart ^_^ all i gotta do is glue the smaller, purple portion to the bigger gold portion and then add the silver demon and angel wings. then it'll be all done. oh no wait, then i have to put the finish on it. but after that then it'll be done and i'll post pictures. pretty soon im gonna be doing a photoshoot with susan (wrath) desi (sloth) and joe (envy). i dont know if im gonna do any pics of myself as ed. maybe if i can work with that stupid wig, then maybe...but anywho, i'll take some pro pics of my spear that i made for ed and i'll post those soon.
my little ed turtle is a retard. but he's so cute i cant help but love him.

well today at school i got me a lil turtle ^_^ and heh what do u know, i named him ed cuz he was the smallest of the three available. my friend vicki got the biggest one and named him Al, and then my friend megan got the middle sized one and named him roy ^_^ just thought i should let u know. oh and for the comment on here, im putting the symbol on him, just on the head and not the arm lol
