I hate getting older and going nowhere.


BUT

I GOT SUCH AWESOME THINGS FOR MY AGEING THAT I DIDN'T DESERVE AND FEEL INCREDIBLY GUILTY BUT LOVE THEM ANYWAAAAY.

I got a weighted key-full 88- keyboard with sus pedal and stand! GAH. The Children of Hurin, The languages of middle earth (yes, I will learn elvish, babes.) an antique music mag, and FRENCH postcards of an antique age! Among other things, too. Too much, too much. I'm humbled.

AND I went to see UP.




Mr. Frederickson is my Grandfather. It's creepy. Except they(my grandparents) chose to adopt. And I'm so glad of it, 'cause if not, I would have never gotten to know this awesome man and compare him to a PIXAR character.

My subjects are mainly fantasy style ladies, but there is a certain Swedish Soprano in there, if any of you PotO phans are interested in owning a bit of phan art (novel based, even!) Go check it out. My father was deployed to Kuwait this morning. He’ll be gone for six months… He was in Iraq three years ago for thirteen months so this will be a little bit better… I hear Kuwait is a little more ‘gnarly’ though, so your prayers would more than just appreciated.
