HOWEVER, the goodness of my beloved car is only countered by the dreaded FINALS..yes..its that time. FORTUNATELY for me, I have 2 out of 3 of my finals done (as of tonight). English and Art down, Math to go, which is going to happen on wednesday and then I will be done with school for the quarter! WOOT!

I MIGHT be convinced to share my final for art class if enough people want to see it really bad. It's...interesting to say the least.

I'm excited for break to start so I can get working on personal projects again! I have a full plate, but I have confidence that I am going to get some crap done! HELL YEAH!

well...that and I have someone 'special' to devote my attention to now also..

Alas, my poor Cupcake. I had to put a WHOLE NEW steering column in him, which cost me 100.00 (but only because family friends did it, thank gods). His tabs expired, so I had to take him through emissions so I could renew the tabs. Guess what. He didn't pass. SUPER SAD!!! So, 20.00 to take the test, I get one free re-do. I take it to the shop. His catalytic converter and O2 sensor are SHOT. DONE. DEAD. SOOO that cost me 326.00. I take him emissions, he passes! SCORE FOR CUPCAKE!!! Right right right?? SOOO I drive over to the licensing place, it cost me 60.00 to get new tabs. HOLY PISS. Whatever, it has to be done. I get my new tabs, and I go home, sit around and then leave to go to my night class (english). I'm walking out to the parking lot and I see Cupcake, sitting all alone and HOLY BUMBLEBEE ASS HOLES!! His tire is SO FLAT that it is resting on the RIM. Yes, the rim. FUUUUCK. We try to change the tire, and two of the lugs BREAK OFF in the socket wrench. WHAT THE HELL!! So we cant even GET the tire off. We were SUPPOSED to take a trip to see my sister's family WITH Cupcake today. NOBODY is open today to repair that tire. I couldn't go. So, I have to find a way to get it down and fixed tomorrow, somewhere. Damnit. Just bummed out. What a bunch of bad fucking luck right? So I am in debt to my parents 526.00. Yep. 526. That's a big number, but I'll tell you, it hurts so bad when you don't have a running car and NEED one. My poor poor Cuppy-cake. I'll have you up and running in no-time. -Comforts Cupcake with a hug- I'll get that big ass nail outta your foot!

Hahaha..how many of you think I'm weird now because I ACTUALLY have given a name to my car, and talk to it? Not that I care what you think >.>

Yep, someone bought my stained glass that I posted on Ebay. I must say that I sold it waaay to freaking cheap, but I need the money, and NOBODY is willing to spend more than pretty much what I labeled it for at 55.00 (I almost regret it now, but when you are hurting for cash, you need to do it). This seller hasn't made his payment yet because he says he wants to buy two of my pieces, but for the total price of 100.00 (unspecified second piece). We'll see which one he wants and Ill negotiate. But hey, isn't that pretty darned cool!? Le sigh... it just feels kinda good

BETTER NEW!!! On monday I officially started my first quarter of college!!! OMG YAY!!!! I have art, english, and math. I have SO MUCH MORE WORK than I expected and I have only been there two days now. XD the homework is INSANE. Oh well. Its all good. I LOVE my art class. It kicks so much ass! On wednesday we did gesture drawings, which is basically where you draw as much as you can as fast as you can in a limited amount of time. A very simple and energetic drawing that is more based on...I wanna say "more essence than detail", but I am not sure...but if you saw it you would know what I mean. We were drawing a live model (don't worry, he was clothed

I get the exact responses that I want from deviantart alone. So why look for stimulation anywhere else? I have no idea. I actually asked him if I could text/call him sometime today, and he was totally okay with that! He even said that he would give me his number tomorrow! (he was on grill at the time, and he almost got in trouble for stopping what he was doing to talk to me, so I didn't get the chance to get his number). Still....OMG I want to say something to bad! but what if its too soon!? what if he doesn't like me?! what if it makes things awkward between us?

Well I guess the worst he can do is say "no"

The image itself when I submitted it was really nice, it had crisp, clean quility, good size, but printed on the mug it was dark and blurry. I know my screen on my comp is fine. I think it was just when the image was resized, it squished it, made it look bad. Ugh. Ohhh well. I shall find a way. Or I might just make a different mug entirely. Who knows? Im unpredictable like that.

Well here is what is new! I took the train on Friday to Oregon to meet with my school friend Rachel and stay for the week and a half or so with my sister's family. The trip was safe and I am O.K.! Havin' an excellent time actually! I saw Wicked the musical yesterday night and it was AMAZING! it was literally one of my dreams come true. I am so happy that I was able to go through with it all. THAT and I bought about 250.00 worth of merchandise...hehe..well how often am I going to be able to go do that in my life?? prolly never again, so yeah. I will be uploading pictures as soon as I can. I dont have many because there were no cameras allowed in the building, but what I DO have pleases me very much. Well, my birthday is still to come. Monday.

I am so so so....discouraged right now...

I have just finished sinking a TON of money into my car, and just recently, it starts making very very bad sounding noises in the engine. We think it could be the alternator. Also, there is a thumping under the front end, and THAT could be a problem with the transfer case!

OMFG do any of you realize how much MONEY that is?! the transfer case!? that is my 4-wheel drive system and then some, and then the alternator is what keeps the battery charging in my car! without it functioning properly, things just go downhill.

*Ahem* "Things about restaurants that you may or may not have known/noticed before"

Working in a fast food restaurant, I have noticed many things about people there that are funny, annoying, stupid and even downright anger invoking! These are some of my observations (to be added on to at later dates)..

* The Beginning - Entering the building *

- I would say that just about 98% of all the people that come in to a fast food restaurant do this, I am even guilty of doing it myself, but I have broken myself of the habit. Don't bother trying to say that you have never done this either, because you would be lying through your teeth, and I know it. People, GLARE/SQUINT at the menu board! they walk in, stop a couple feet back from the counter, look up annnnd *ready? set? SQUINT!*. The way I look at this now: Wow...Your vision is REALLY that bad that you have to squint that hard to make the image clear? Either put your fuckin' glasses on or get some stronger contact lenses! right? "Well the lights on the menu board are too bright?" My rear they are too bright! they are covered with sheets of plastic that bear the images of golden foody glory which you are about to consume! If they REALLY are too bright, put SUNGLASSES on! Lord is it THAT hard to figure something out? SHEESH!

- Once or while the squinting is still happening, if they have approached the register and you have addressed them, and you are more than ready to take their order (after becoming mildly irritated at their incessant squinting), they take their sweeet time..WHILST PEOPLE PILE UP BEHIND THEM! They utterly disregard the fact that there are people behind them that KNOW what they want, and it makes no difference to them. You can SEE the people behind them getting angry! Oh dear..So they stand there, USUALLY with a rather large group of their own unruly and savagely behaved little children and attempt to entertain you with a lovely entourage of sound effects while they think! Most popular include *but are definitely not limited to* a wide hariety of "Hmmms", "Uhmmms", and "Uhhhs". OH MY GOD! as if things couldn't be any worse, the above are accompanied soon after by clicking/ slapping of the tongue, horse-sounding lip exhale, and on the decreasingly rare occasion: Pet calls! Yess...I lie not..the kitty smoochie, and even a doggie like whistle every now and then. I have seen it with these very eyes, and heard with my own ears. FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER! QUIT WITH THE DISGUSTING HUMAN BODILY SOUND EFFECT BARRAGE AND ORDER YOUR DAMNED FOOD! and to make it worse, they travel in packs. Once the first person is done, you have to sit through the whole thing again with person #2 and so on so forth.

* The Children...*hisss*..*

- And while still on the subject or front counter people, lets talk about people who come in to the restaurant with spoiled/dirty/sick/rotten children..no, I used the wrong word for that. Sorry if I confused you, the more appropriate and correct term for them would be when the parents bring in their "Goblins". If my fingernails were steel, there would be claw marks in the counters..I swear. There are sub topics to each type of children, allow me to list them.
- The SPOILED ROTTEN goblin: these children may appear calm at the beginning, or the opposite: come IN kicking and screaming, but it doesn't last long. The problems USUALLY start when they get to the counter. The parent get past their own incredibly long-winded orders and then its time for the goblin's food. They ask the kids what they want (or sometimes they already know), but then all of a sudden, as if the world was about to end, the child will act up about how he/she did NOT WANT that food and will scream or cry until the parent will change the order and get them what they want. These kids make me sick. No joke. And I can guarantee that everyone who has ever been to a restaurant has seen a group of these monsters. So when they get what they want, they settle down and go make hell if the Room of Nasty (A.K.A - the play place). So the problems have ended right? you could not be more wrong. The parents want to leave, and it begins again with attempting to get the little beasties OUT of the play contraption, much less so out of the Room of Nasty as a whole.If they manage to get them out, the kids will scream, kick, hit, and even bite their parents, and most I have seen succumb to this and tell their children "Ok, but only 5 more minutes." End. Process. Repeat.
- The DIRTY/SICK goblin: These children come in all ages, shapes, sizes, blah. GUESS WHAT, GUESS WHAT, GUESS WHAT!!!!! remember how I was telling you all how I was in a car accident and my car was totaled? well since then, I have been on the market, looking for one of my dreams cars.

As of today...I OWN ONE OF MY DREAM CARS!! Completely, deal sealed, in my name, total coverage on MY OWN insurance, the title in my name, MY NAME...OMG...MY CAR...ACTUALLY MINE!!! An 87 jeep cherokee pioneer. Sooooo dark blue that it almost looks black. I LOVE THE DAMN THING TO PIECES!!!

I have decided to name it Cupcake..LOL

Just to those who were wondering, here is an update on EVERYTHING, and why I have not been around! hehe sorry.

So, for starters, as you all did NOT know, I was recently in a very bad car accident, resulting in the totaling of my car. JUST TO CLARIFY- it was raining, we came to a stop light and I tried to stop, but rather than stopping, my car skid over the water and right into the back of a stopped truck in front of me. The truck was not damaged, but the whole front end of my car was smashed. Sad day.
*TO THE FAMILY READERS- I WAS NOT DRIVING IRRESPONSIBLY, I WAS DEFINITELY PAYING ATTENTION (you bitch), IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HELPED AND I WAS DEFINITELY NOT "TRAUMATIZED"* sheesh.

Another thing that has been keeping me really really busy is all the running around trying to get in to school (college to be precise) which I did not manage to do this quarter because I was not granted the financial aid that I NEEDED. *Ever notice that for some reason, it is always the people that REALLY need it, that DON'T get it? wth?* SO I have been working FULL TIME with my father and brother at McDonald's. I have been thoroughly enjoying myself, and then squeezing taxidermy in between when it fits.

Zoe is a very busy girl these days! Phew! so anyhow, thanks to all the loyal watchers who still comment on the late crap that I submit lol I know it sucks, but bear with my, my life juices ebb out of me when I get home from a tiring day at work! X_X

ANYHOW, TO NOVA- I have not forgotten your commission, I did get the money in the mail, and I will be finishing that ASAP. I just font want to rush and have it look like shit. I know you understand. MUCH LOVE! XOXO.

Hey guys, I have been noticing that some of my videos are being removed from youtube due to "copyright infringement"

When I see this, I know it is fair, but what the hell? howcome EVERYBODY can get away with that BULL of making their own LION KING and other disney videos with video that is CLEARLY copyright, and I cant post art videos with the same music they are using. Hmm?? well anyhow, just to be rebelious, I have decided that if you are interested in the "Accidentally.." and "Neehall's Choosen" videos, I will upload them to rapid share, and post the links here in my journal so that you may have them for your viewing pleasure. Just let me know.

But seriously, think about that youtube thing for a minute..you KNOW you have seen about a billion Disney fan videos, and they never get taken down..but lately..my stuff has been getting hit! what the hell ...

I went to see Journey, Heart and Cheap Trick last night in concert! WOOOOT! It was sooo much fun!!! Cheap Trick wasn't so impressive, but Heart and Journey were amazing! OMG we got home at about 2 in the morning, and I am so tired right now, but it was so worth it.

The only annoying part about the whole thing (there were about 3 annoying parts actually)

1- During Cheap Trick, EVERYONE ELSE was sitting down, but there were TWO people who were a couple rows in front of us that would just not sit their asses down! People even yelled at them to sit and at that point, they were just doing it to be rude. They were purposely obstructing our views!! I WENT TO THE SHOW TO SEE A CONCERT, NOT SOME BITCH AND A CRAZY MANS ASSES!!! So, the people behind me were also pissed, so they gave me popcorn and I pelted them all through the cheap trick portion of the show. After that they didnt come back. Mission accomplished.

2- HALF WAY through the concert, this woman showed up and sat next to me. SHE WAS HUGE. OVERLAPPING her seat by at least 6 inches, and therefor SQUISHING me between her and my dad. MY LEG ON HER SIDE WENT NUMB!!! holy crap! I eventually got pissed and just stood out in the isle so I could see better anyways and escape the big lady.

3- LEAVING THE PARKING LOT...it was HORRIBLE. In all the shows that we have been to at that theater, that day was the worst it had ever been. We got to our truck, stood around and waited, then got in. IT WAS A WHOLE HOUR IN THE TRUCK BEFORE TRAFFIC EVEN STARTED MOVING OUT OF THE PARKING LOT. It was driving me crazy. That and there were drunk people all around that were just being idiots. Oh well, its expected.

All in all though, it was a really good show. I am still half dead, I just needed to send in the report

Im gonna go read my book for a while now and try to wake up so I can start calling some places about job interviews. I hope I entertained you!

One more thing, is it just me, or has the sound settings for youtube gotten a lot quieter?
I remember that I hardly had to turn up the volume at all for youtube, but now, even with headphones (so I know its not my speakers), it is HELLA quiet. I adjusted the video volume to max on youtube, and I tried watching other videos as well and watching the original video with WMP it isnt quiet. So has youtube just kinda shit the bed on me, or is it for everyone?
