That's right I'm finally getting the hell out of this place. Getting the hell away from my freakin family and in general leaving the middle of nowhere for civilization! 2 weeks from now I'm on a plane and flying to California. All my meager belongings fit into 5 18x18x18 boxes and 3 suitcases. The boxes are going out via UPS and everything is flying over with me.

For those that missed it, the reason I'm moving is because of my family, mainly my mother and father. As a friend of mine pointed out, they're acting as if their bipolar. Example, one moment they can be bitching at me to move the hell out and the next their asking me if I wanna go to Florida with them in the Spring. This isn't the first time this has occurred. This has been going on for months now. They contradict everything they say. It's gotten to the point where the stress has been seriously affecting me. I weigh little to nothing as it is, usually around 107 pounds. Due to the stress my weight dropped to 98 at one point. On top of everything else, like my military duty and finding a job, things aren't getting better. Finding a good full time job up here is apparently not going to happen and as it stands there are ALOT more job opportunities open to me in California. Military wise, I'll most likely transfer to one of the bases in the general area to where I'm relocating. Long Beach, March ARB, and Nellis is just a 3 hour drive away. Heck if I gotta go full time Air Force, then so be it. At least it's an ensured source of income and a living.

So to sum it all up, moving to California is going to benefit me in the long run.

As it stands my parents are denial. They think I'm to much a coward to go through with it. Well surprise! The one way plane ticket has already been purchased, all my crap is boxed up ready to go. I'm selling my car and anything else I don't need anymore. What really bothers me is the other night when I was in my room, my parents were down on the living room loudly talking bout "How long it'll be before she comes crawling home again." Their exact words I kid you not. It just comes to show thats how much faith they have in me...

Up here where I live in Vermont, it's perpetually in the middle of nowhere. The county I live in has one high school and that school has 900 kids. The closest town has 2 grocery stores and one Mc Donalds. These establishments wouldn't even hire me. They prefer the high school kids, cheaper labor. The other places surrounding the area in which I live are major ski resorts. No full time jobs there, they're only seasonal so that means its useless trying to get a job there until the ski season starts.

So in the mean time the only source of income I have is my Drill pay from the Guard. So in an attempt to make some money I'm going to open commissions.

In short it sucked, mainly due to the fact that I worked from 9:30am to 6pm. My family didn't even take notice, not even a 'good morning happy birthday or nothing' that was the start to that wonderful day...

Then on my way to work I hit a cat with my car. =.=' Makes me feel crappy as it is but to make matters worse it was a black cat thus adding to the already crap shoot that was becoming my day.

Then finally at work everything seemed to plummet... I work at a pool and we have a rule in place in which anybody 12 and under needs an adult with them to come in. Well I declined a kid entry cause he was to young. He went running crying back to his parents who came back with him and bitched me out. Now the resort I work is a wealthy resort where millionaires and people who make a whole helluva lot more money then I will ever make work, nut rules are rules and they have to abide by them. Well the parents came down with the kid crying up a storm and bitched me out good. Calling me a 'low life minimum wage lackey' and even got into more colorful names. I called for my supervisor, who is younger then I am and only got the job cause he's been tapping my bosses' daughter. Usually when we get a bad mouther like that we turn them away and forbid them from coming back. Well my supervisor in all his divine wisdom in short told me to shut the hell up in front of these people and allowed them into the pool area. So here I was for the the better part of 15 minutes getting bitched out by the father and my supervisor for not catering to their whim. Once the father finally went and joined his wife and kid my supervisor glared at me and walked off. When lunch breaks came around he purposely forgot me so I went the entire day without eating a thing until I got home, got bitched at by my father to look for a better job when I have been trying to for months. I made myself a peanut butter sandwich, went up to my room and locked the door and that's where I've been up until this time when I decided to post this.

So yeah my entire birthday sucked some serious ass _ _' Thus making the running tally

Myself, , , and gathered in South Cali for the tremendous event!

I arrived May 22, me being the first to arrive. I hung around with Storm, went with her as she ran errands etc. On May 26 we went to the outskirts of LA to pick up Icy. On May 27 Blue got in late at LAX... Let me tell ya... LAX is like hell on Earth. Police cars everywhere, people handcuffed, face down on the sidewalks, fire trucks... Dear god it was chaos...

Moving on...

Then the day of reckoning came... May 28, 2009. Our package pick up times weren't until 9pm in the evening. Close to the end of the first day registration. I <3 my Wings of Honor boxset... And the lovely exclusive Leozak figure is awesome as well >D All those guys are staying in package. From the registration line, we went to the Hasbro line where they were selling Transformers ROTF toys a full day in advanced. All I was after that evening was a Deluxe Sideswipe and I was willing to wait in line until 12:30AM for him to. Dedication people... Sheer dedication... Some people may call it moronic, but hell, we weren't the only ones waiting on line mind you. <_<;

We got back to s place around 1:30AM almost 2AM. We were up early the next morning ready for more! The dealer room didn't open until 10:30AM or so if I remember correctly. So around 10AM we got on the already very long line to get in. Let me tell ya once we were in it was like heaven on Earth for Transformers fans everywhere... While (Blue), (Icy), and (Storm) were surveying the front booths I vanished into the crowd and explored further. Nestled in the back right hand corner of the dealer room was the godly truck that is Optimus Prime. I immediately made my way back to the other 3 Corners of Hell and told them to follow me. They were all 'WTF?' But once we parted our way through the crowd Storm squeeed loudly and Blue's jaw hit the floor. After their initial shock I was promptly glomped by both of them. Icy and I saw him back at the 07 Botcon so we weren't as shocked

As Blue, Storm, and Icy got photos I made my way to a dealer booth nearby where I spotted something where a certain homicidal kitteh would squee over. I purchased a G1 Movie Jazz repaint. Making my way back to the other 3, Blue was the first to ask me where the heck I vanished to. I reached into my bag pulled out the Jazz figure and handed it to her. Her squeal of joy caused everyone in that back corner turn and look. And I think somewhere close by a glass window shattered she squealed so loud...

Later that evening we stayed to watch the Film Fest and the MSTF. My lord both were AWESOME >D The movie that won first prize was done by Dr. Smoov, you can view that here >> [link] Kudos to you Dr. Smoov!

Saturday was pretty much the same. Spending money needlessly on awesome stuff, the cosplayers were awesome...

Congratulations and thanks to the Navy Seals who rescued Captain Phillips who's a Vermont native much like myself. Of course little did I know that I pass his residence every time I head down into Burlington for Drill. Best wishes to him and his family.

I finally got the departure time for that 8 day exercise down to Tyndale Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida. This is my schedule for the Saturday, April 25... I'm up out of bed by 5am I gotta be out of the house by 5:45am so that way I can be on base by 7am. I don't have much information about the flight we're flying out on, but I know its from an Airlift in New York. It'll be strangely ironic if its a C-5 Galaxy from my first Guard base... We still don't know if we have a flight back or not, we won't know for sure until we leave so it's wait and see. I'll be sure to bring my camera to see if I can get some pictures of our lil training exercise.

Botcon is still on for the 4 Corners of Hell. Featuring the 4 Corners in person!




I'll be leaving May 20 and staying through until May 31. Unfortunately I have to leave early because I have a week of mandatory Active Duty starting June 2 and I need to give myself a day to recover.

Well that's it for now... My life still sucks like no other, I'm jobless cause nobodies hiring and I REFUSE TO WORK AT A FUCKING MC DONALD'S! Economic stimulus my ass...

Sometimes I just can't believe people... I swear some people have no regard for what they do to other peoples property.

I was down by the river that runs through our 8 acres, our property being wooded is CLEARLY marked with no hunting or dumping signs. People just plain dun give a shit. I was down by the river, looking for some big river rocks that my parents are looking to use for some yard work they have planned. While making my way down there I just happen to spot something strange sitting in knee deep water. Upon closer inspection I spot 3 large newspaper crate containers, underneath these crates was a blue tarp.

Lemme say this... We've had people dump on our property before. That was back during deer season, and some redneck jackass dumped his leftover deer parts over the bridge into the river. That happened twice during this past deer season. So needless to say when I opened the closest crate I wasn't surprised to see various deer parts stuffed in it. This all started at 9am in the morning. I make my way back up to the house and I tell the parents. 15 minutes later my brother and I are off back down to the river with shovels, an ax, several garbage bags, and a wheel-barrel. We move the first 2 crates, no problem, when I go to move the 3rd what do I find underneath it? A whole damned deer carcass. The fucking ' poacher' took the head and tossed the rest. We make our way back up to the house and tell the parents. The parents call the game warden... Apparently the game warden doesn't work on Sundays. Not wanting to leave the carcass there, the parents tell us to drag it out, dig a hole, and bury it. Once again my brother and I head back down to the river, now equipped with gloves. Gloves dun do shit if your in knee deep water where the damned deer has been sitting for a couple days at least.

Because it was wedged under a tree, it took us a while to get the damned deer out of the water. Roughly a half hour later we get the deer out of the water. I'm soaked, my brother is soaked, and somewhere during that time my parents somehow snuck out to go to lunch. WTF?!?!? Of course we didn't know at the time so we dig the hole and bury the deer then with trash in hand make our way back up the house. Sadly though I have to change my travel plans and such x_X Announced at this past drill is another full week of training starting June 2. I already bought my plane tickets and my plans were to be there from May 22 through until June 2 =-=; So now I gotta a hold of Priceline and cancel my plane tickets and buy new ones... Another joyous moment...

The ski season is going good. I have yet to seriously hurt myself! WOOT! To add to that, I've taught myself how to do a 180 off a jump and land it! -insert gasp here- Quick translation: Yes LG can ski backwards. I know you may think woo... -insert sarcastic comment here- but I've been skiing for close to 18 years now, and a good majority of my time skiing has been race skiing. It's been a long time since I could cut loose and just roar down the mountain. They last time they pulled out the radar gun on the mountain, I was clocked at 44 MPH. A personal record right there for me ;D

Next topic... I'm still slated to go Florida for training come late April to Early May. That WILL be most fun indeed yes... Explosions... Lots and lots of explosions...

Well once again life has decided to f*** with me. Just passing that info on now so if I snap at someone I apologize now in advance.

My family life SUCKS... That's all I'm saying on matter.

As those of you who read this know... I work at a ski resort, I'm a ski instructor. These past 2 weeks SUCKED... I've been stuck for the past 2 weeks teaching Level 1 skiers, beginners people... And just a couple days ago I got stuck with a level 5 group 6-10 year olds... Now a majority of these kids have been coming up here for years to ski and they know their stuff. When I instruct kids to follow me and stop when I stop, I would think that a simple instruction like that would stick... Apparently not. Before we went down I told the group that we're going to stop at ski lift tower 10 half way down the main trail. Simple enough right? NOT! I stop and look up at the kids progression and the next thing I know I'm flat on my back, my right leg up behind my head, my foot twisted at a painful angle, my ski still on the foot going across my chest. I had a 50 some odd pound 6 year old plow into me going 25-30 MPH. OUCH. I ended up taking my skis off and walking down while the kids skied down. I passed the kids off to another instructor while I went inside. Low and behold I have a freakin grape fruit sized purple/grey/green bruise on the shin of my right leg. That and several other various bruises across my body. Yeah, thank goodness this is only a seasonal job...

I got back from Missouri in early November, and the day after I got back filed a travel voucher with my Guard base for the trip. Easy right? Once again wrooooong... I was called by my First Sergeant and told that yeah I have an out standing balance on my government charge card. WTF. Isn't that not why I filed a travel voucher? So the Guard can pay that off? So tomorrow I get call the Guard base finance office and bitch at them about it cause there's no way in hell I'm paying out of pocket the balance. The thing that's pissing me off is the fact that I got back in November and WHY THE FUCKING HELL AM I FINDING OUT ABOUT THIS ALMOST 4 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT! Yeah I'm not a happy camper.

2009 is looking to be a busy year for me, both on the military and civilian sides. Military wise... I got alot to look forward to. Beside from the usual drill schedule, from late April to early May, I'll be in Florida for a week with my squadron for an exercise. Two other things I get to look forward to this year are two classes I'm slotted in by my squadron to attend. The first being tractor trailer school. That'll be one fun week of paid training for me, when the dates for that are have yet to be announced so hopefully it'll be soon. The next being crane school, I'm slotted to go late June. Where these classes are held I don't know yet, so hopefully I'll learn this weekend at drill.

Civilian wise... I'm looking to get a state job at my guard base as an equipment operator this spring. Cause of the sucking economy there's little chance of getting a good job out there. So I lucked out when I asked my Chief on base (who's also head supervisor for the state employees on base...)if there's any chance of getting a job. Well lucky me, in March one of their long time employees is retiring leaving an open slot. If I luck out I may be set and good to go. Also... I'm short just 16 credit hours of getting my associates degree >D. The majority of my credits were obtained through the military, a mixture of what I earned from BMT, from Pensacola, and from Ft. Leonard Wood. I'm going to CLEPs those credits and in no time I'll have a degree in environmental science. And to think I only spent one year in an actual college

This morning... I get up and go to work... The usual really, though with a lil heat wave its was 51 when I got up at 7am. I start off to work. I'm a special needs ski instructor for those who don't know. Well on my way to work, what do I hit? Oh look a patch of black ice x_X Well I fish-tailed, went sliding sideways down the center of the road, and lookie that... Oh hello Mr. Guardrail... Yeah see what I'm getting at? Anyways I was going maybe 25-30 because there was a sharp turn in the road, when I hit the guardrail. My front passenger side hit a snowbank first before it hit the guardrail. After bouncing off I slid sideways again before correcting and managing to pull myself over. I get out and look at the damage. Not that bad, small inch and a half crack in the bumper, minor paint damage, nothing bad. I manage to make it to work though with time to spare.

Continuing on...

At the resort the kid I was working with is autistic. Moderately so that is. He was verbal, mobile etc. After some warm up runs on the bunny hill I think he's ready for the top... Guess what? No he wasn't. Now before we take the kids we talk to the parents about their anxieties and so on. Well once I get to the top of the mountain does one of his anxieties come out. Low and behold he's afraid of heights... What would only take us like 10 minutes to ski down took us an hour and forty five minutes... Yeah it wasn't fun. Half way down the mountain he falls on me. Somewhere in that second my left leg(with ski still attached) more specifically my knee, does a complete 360. I heard my knee clearly ' POP'. A few seconds later the pain... Yeah. Ow... Anyways I make it through the rest of the day, with a minor limp and all but I make it through.

Once getting out of my boots, I head to my car... After standing there dumb for a couple of seconds, I shake it off to see that my car isn't there. So I head to the front desk and find out what happened to it. Low and behold my car was towed... Yeah supposedly I was parked in a 'no parking' zone... I didn't remember seeing a no parking sign but I was to busy worrying about where the hell my car was. Security at the resort, about 45 minutes later gives me a ride down to where my car towed. After forking up $180 I manage to make it home after 2 hours of bull shit.

So apparently today was a 'fuck you LG' type of day. I'm not a happy camper at the moment period. So be warned if I'm a bit in the 'hissy/spity' mood for the next couple days you know why...

Holy shits people, time flies when your kept constantly busy.

Let's see... I guess I should recap everything I did while I was here...

First week in August was spent in ITRO, ITRO meaning that Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines all train in the same area all together. The first week in ITRO was spent with the wheel loaders. Nothing exciting happened really... Besides someone rolling over the loader... <<;

The second week we went down to Graders. That's where things started to lighten up. Once everyone got over the shock of working with another branch of the military things started to cool down. Though I have to admit working with both the Army engineers and the Navy Seabees things were never dull. We all had a good time and the instructors down in graders knew how to keep it lively. One of the Army guys ran over a marker cone with a grader, totally killing it. After everyone got back from lunch his instructor had him hold a funeral ceremony, complete with eulogy, a 6 air gun-salute, and Taps played on a kazoo. Yup a good time all around.

Next we headed up the hill up to dozers. Dozers was a good time to. Though I have to say... They seriously need new dozers. During that week 4 dozers blew. Blew as in transmissions blowing up, carburetors blowing up, and hydraulics blowing up... Not cool... But anyways nobody got hurt and it was all and fun.

We finished up with ITRO and headed over to Air Force uniques. Block 1 was the typical safety crap, winterizing equipment, the do's and don't s yada yada... A pretty boring week of class...

Block 2 was dump trucks. Another typical easy, nothing to it block. Block 3 was the skid-steers or the Bobcats. The Bobcats rocked Plain and simple. Those things were so much freakin fun. Even their attachments were fun to use n.n The auger and sweeper ehhh... not to much. The forklift was fun, my best attachment, but the impactor aka the jack hammer was fun...

Block 4 was backhoes... Backhoes were awesome... Those were fun as hell to drive and my fave backhoe to operator was the 410G... Tis the Cadillac of the backhoe world... Though if you do get your machine stuck in the hole ya dug its a bitch trying to get it out.

Block 5 was the Bobcat excavators... Cause the big ones they have are as old as shit... But the Bobcat excavators were fun to operate to. Their max speed an amazing 3.5 mph... Astonishing...

Block 6 was sweepers. Another not so exciting piece of equipment. Cleaning out those suckers, sucked... I'm the only female in my class and I'm the only one willing to climb up into the Hopper of the bitch to clean it out... I swear men are just as bad as women from time to time...

Block 7 which we just tested out of this past Friday was Equipment Operations. That consisted of water trucks, chain saws, trenchers, and the wheel loader with the forklift attachment... Warn ya of this now... I'm mean with a chain saw >:3 ... The wheel loader with fork lift attachment was self explanatory. We moved a box filled with cement cores. Weight over that of my rental car. We also moved a jersey barricade which weighed a grand total of 4k.

Tomorrow we start Block 8... Rigid pavement aka Concrete. This class is 9 days long. Block 9 is Flexible Pavements aka Asphalt and Block 10 is Contingencies, that will consist of torches, building berms, and other fun stuff.

Following the schedule that we're on here, my graduation date is October 31st. Yes indeed Halloween... Unfortunately my orders and plane tickets have me going home on November 4th. That's alright that will give me a chance to head to Springfield and hit up the Budweiser factory As it looks right now my father and brother are looking to come down for my graduation. Of course that's still a maybe and all.

But anyways -gasp- LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL!

Passed the grader practical with a 92 and the written with a 95. Now I'm on to dozers.

Got behind the the dozer controls after lunch today and I tell ya... It was hell... x_X The machines that they have on base are over 35 years old and they're pieces of crap. You go to bring the blade up and you literally have to heave at it to get it to do anything @_@ Then the regular directional controls aren't any better. Ya pull the left and you go right and vice versa... No shocks on those suckers so you feel EVERY lil bump, hill, crag, etc

We won't actually get to start cutting dirt until class starts again on Monday, hopefully that'll be a lil more enjoyable. In the mean time... Excuse me while I go shopping for a back brace...

Last Sunday I turned 21 finally. Like it makes any difference not a single alcoholic beverage has yet to pass my lips. I guess all in all I really have no inclination to drink <<; I've seen what stupid people do when they get one to many, and I guess I don't wanna be one of those people. :/

Of course in the reality of it all I'm to damned busy to drink period. This first week was front wheel loader training, using the 4-in-1 bucket. Clam-shelling, load-hauling, excavating, and backfilling. Since this is an Army base, this phase of the training we're grouped up with the Army and the Navy Sea Bees. Friday we tested out of the loaders ((passed with a 98 =3 )) And on Monday we started the grader phase. But hell during this first week there's always that bit of drama... Since I'm the only female in my small group the guys started a lil competition during the load-hauling phase. 'Let's see who can load their dump truck the fastest.' Since I'm the highest ranking in our group, I ended up explaining to them that 'this isn't a game. Yes getting the job done in a timely manner is important but you want to get it done safely without injuring someone and without damaging the equipment.' No sooner did that come out of my mouth did the guys switch out on the loaders. No more then 2 minutes later I'm refilling my cantine then I hear a crash, I whip around and lookie there, one of the guys in my group flipped over the dump truck he was loading. -_-; He was damned lucky that no one was around that truck when it came crashing over. Needless to say I believe he got a one on one meeting with his commander and the chief instructor for that incident. Whether or not he'll be back with us tomorrow, I don't know. What can I say? 'I told you so?' Yes I wanted to say that but in this field we're all looking out for each other so nagging on someone like that would unprofessional. But hell what do I know? I'm with the 'Chair Force'. The 'Weekend Warrior' branch so I'm not really part of the military. Oh don't you love the sarcasm... o.-

Hopefully next week goes without a hitch and nothing major happens. We'll get through the graders without a problem then move on to the bulldozers.

In a lil less then a week 2 things happen...

2.) I also happen to be leaving for 3 months and I'll be heading for 'Fort Lost in the Woods' in Missouri.

The big sucky thing is... I'll be on a plane heading to Missouri when I officially turn 21.

Speaking of which I got my flight intinerary. I so foresee my luggage going missing. I leave from Burlington bright and early at 6:40 am and I get into O'Hare at 8:00 am. From O'Hare I fly into St. Louis, I get there around 10:00 am. The from St. Louis I fly straight into Forney Field at Fort Leonard for 1:30 pm. Since they couldn't house me on base I'm staying off base in a hotel for the time I'm there. Since I'm off base I'm also allowed a rental car. I lucked out on the hotel though, indoor pool, laundry services, and the best thing of all... FREE WIRELESS INTERNET!

I probably won't be able to update to often since of classes and all but I'll try to when I can. But right now though I'm working on something right now that I'm hoping to have posted before I leave <<;

Tomorrow starts the second week of my 2 week active duty time for the Vermont Air Guard.

Last week end started it off with an FTX (Field Training Exercise) in our base catonment (sp) area. Pitching Temper tents, requalifying on fire arms (passed ;D ) chemical warfare training, air base defense training, Humvee training as well.

Tent pitching was easy enough, the firearms part was great XD. I hadn't a clue that our base had a firing range on it. But out of 100 rounds fired 67 hit their targets. Chemical warfare... Well... For one I'm glad we don't have to wear that crap all the time x_X Today was a base wide exercise that involved taking cover in full chem gear and wearing a gas mask for roughly 6 hours... Thank whatever god that's up there that it wasn't hot today cause if it was people would be dropping like flies form heat exhaustion. But the best thing about the whole week was getting to drive the military humvees Sweet jebus that was freakin sweet. Granted we bummed them off the Army guys up at Camp Johnson but off roading in those babies was great, especially after it rained ;D Nothing says fun like offroading in the mud with military equipment.

But the rest of this week should be slow. Beside out-processing to go to tech school there'll be nothing much to do aside from breakingl down the tent cities. But new information, March 2009 my shop and I will be going on a training deployment of sorts to Florida for 2 months. More to come as I get the information.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl for the Wii. Kickass, be warned if you play online... I am a Bowser master, I am also very skilled using Link ;D You can also unlock Snake and play as him. How sweet is that? Sadly I have yet get to that point, but I'm working on it.

Pokemon Diamond. Yes I have fallen into temptation. Dialga is freakin sweet, but I must say that Giratina is one mean dragon/ghost type =3 Finally traded a good handful of my awesome Pokemon from Ruby to Diamond. Guess ya can say I'm a bit of a power freak <<;; My starting line up as of right now for Diamond stands as this... Garchomp, Salamence, Dialga, Rayquaza, Giratina and Groudon. I have them listed from weakest to strongest ;;>> I spent forever and a day training my beloved Groudon to level 100. And this brings me to my next issue...

Pokemon Battle Revolution for the Wii. Transfer Pokemon for Diamond or Pearl and play them on the big screen. I've played online and I tell ya people who use nothing but Legendaries take the fun out of playing the game. I make use of only one Legendary when I battle online. My Battle Revolution team being >> Garchomp, Flygon, Salamence, Absol, Armlado, and Giratina. But when I'm paired up with someone who has... a Ho-oh, Mew, Groudon, Kyorge, Rayquaza, and Deoxys, that just takes the fun out of the game. I can handle someone who has 3 on their team and they play fair, fair beingthe use of two regular Pokemon then one of their legendaries.

Enoughs of my rants for now... I have drill in the morning then later in the evening a family dinner thing... I'm not arguing... Its a lobster dinner

Moving on... Ski season is officially over. THANK YOU LORD ALMIGHTY!!!!! Now I have to worry about mud season... >o< I can't win I tell ya. Ya see Vermont has 3 seasons... Fall, Winter, and Mud. To put it simply... I'm f***ed.

Drill this month was busy. My orders for when I leave for tech school have finally been cut and comfirmed. So chances are (for those who actually read this...) Ya won't be hearing from me for a while. A while being from July 26 to November 4. I'll be down in Fort Leonard Wood down in Missouri which also happens to be called 'Fort Lost-in-the-Woods' because its in the middle of nowhere from what I am told. So joy of joys... Well I'll worry more about that as the time approaches.

Now I don't know how the hell it happened but it did... I was selected by the base commander himself to shadow him for the day. Basically sitting back and observing what the commander does etc. I sat in on a selection board. Selection board meaning they were choosing a new pilot out of a group of 8. Sat in on several officer promotions as well as Master Sgt, Senior Msgt, and Chief Master Sgt promotions. When the end of the came... Well that was interesting to say the least. At the end of the day there is somethng called the Commanders' Call. This is when all the squadron commanders get together and discuss what happened in their individual squadrons that drill. Well I sat in for one of those. And I tell ya that was some nerve-racking shit I tell yas o.o; Ya know one of those moments when your before a group of CEOs or something and your in nothing but your underwear or naked, either which. Yeah I had one of those moments. All those Captains, Majors, Lt Colonels, Colonels... There had to be 20 officers in that in that one conference room and here I am a lowly Senior Airman. Yeah nerve-racking shits man.

Well that's enough of my blubbering for now or until I find something else to complain about. So until then...

Re-subscribed for another year. Woots. Yeah the fun. Sarcasm. WHAT. A CONCEPT. =_=

Recently had the windshield to my Focus fixed. About 2 weeks ago right before my drill for March, I was driving home from work when a tracker trailer zoomed past and dropped a block of snow and ice on my windshield. Needless to say spider-webbing cracks dead center. I had to wait until after drill to get it fixed.

In regards to drill this month... On the way to VTANG on Saturday, the roads sucked, 4 plus inches of snow and slush on the road and I was crawling so I wouldn't go skidding. Some royal smuck in a pickup speeding in a area he knew he shouldn't slide and did a complete 180 right into the lane I was traveling in. So like any sane person would do, I slammed on the brake, trying not to skid myself. The jackass missed me by mere inches, I heard the tires squealing right outside my window, sending slush and etc up onto the windshield and side of my Focus. I tell you that lil experience shaved several years off my life x_X

Well I made it to base without another incident, Saturday was dull nothing much to be done. It was actually very dead around the base. Sunday that was enjoyable. =3 I was actually given the go ahead to be trained on the shops 5 ton plow. Dude I tell you plowing is a great way to vent some anger. Yeah it may seem like nothing, but your listening to a person who has NEVER been in anything bigger then her mothers XL-7. Being given the keys for a 5 ton plow, brilliant . The looks I got from officers and other airmen as I drove by were classic. 110 pound chick driving a plow in which she barely is able to see over the wheel. How I wish I had a camera.

The problem is... I'M FREAKIN POOR! They're charging me now 150$ a freakin week for rent. I make about 250$ a week and I have bills that have to be paid. Car insurance, student load, and my cell phone to name a few. I'm barely making it by being able to gas up my car.

Apartments are a bitch to find up here and I don't know anyone that could possibly let me room with them. With the money I'm making now or should I say lack there of, I can't afford a freakin apartment.

Other words, I'm screwed. I don't get my next bonus installment until April 14 and we all know tax returns take forever to get in.

I go to work this morning, not a care and I come home... My room is trashed. My sketch books in garbage bags and my Transformers collection gone. Completely, all MIA.

Even my prized Games of Deception box set. Gone. My DVD collection is gone as well.

=_= My life sucks. I now have nothing in my room that defines me as a person save for my clothes and my computer.

Christmas? Very disappointing for me. Only got a sketch book and Prisma pencil sketch kit.

New Years? Sucked, not elaborating further.

This past weekend had drill down in Burlington. Now there's a total of 10 guys in my new shop, now thats including me. Out of those guys, 2 are down in GitMo, 2 are in Kuwait, and 1 is in Qatar. On February a newbie is leaving for BMT. That leaves myself and 2 others in the shop. I'm not allowed to do squat until after tech school. My class start date is July 28, thats a day after my birthday, which means I'll be traveling on my 21st. Can you say bummer? I'll be down at Fort Leonard Wood up until November 3. Joys all around...

Now, talking to friends of mine from high school and all, they ask me 'Aren't you afraid of being deployed?' Fuck yeah! Isn't anybody? Truth be told, yes I'm nervous about being deployed but I signed on and I knew what would happen if I did. I signed on to do my part and ya better believe I plan to. For granted in my new field, I'll be seeing the action if or better yet, when I'm deployed. Who the hell do you think repairs the roads and air strips after a bombing or attack? Civil engineers, the carpenters, the heavy equipment operators, electricians etc. My squadron has been recognized for its work over there, and I say I'm proud to be a part of it.

Enough of talking about my other part time job...

These past 2 weeks have been killer in regards to weather x_x Last week, it was coooooooolllld!!! Went skiing Wednesday, down at the bottom of the mountain was -25 Fahrenheit, cold enough that I witnessed somebody's rear window shatter, he drove an old Oldsmobile, maybe an early 80s model but the window shattered as he went to clear the ice off of it. Cars all around the resort had ot be jumped cause it was soo damned cold out. On top of the mountain, without the wind was -34 Fahrenheit, now with wind chill... it was actually recorded to be as low as -41 Fahrenheit. Cooooooooollllllllddddd...

Now this week we had a heat wave <<; Got as warm as 56 on Tuesday, all the snow we had is gone and now I'm getting a feel for what 'mud season' up here is going to be like. Several dirt roads were closed because they were impassable with mud. Our road is a dirt road and it looks like somebody carpet bombed it. Craters every where. My car... I'll be lucky if it lasts until next winter x_x

Knight (Transformers): Originally came into existence during Energon. When the Autobot, Disaster was killed in action by Megatron, Rodimus recovered the remains. Taking what was left before Alpha Q, the Quint, using Unicron's power reformatted the body from a fox to sleek fighter jet. From there Rodimus took the body before Primus who of which revived the fallen warrior turning her into an Autobot/Omnicon hybrid. ((Also appears in G1, when Disaster is taken captive by the Decepticons, they experiment on her effectively splitting her Spark. The other half grew and developed into another personality and was later uploaded into another body, thus Knight being born.))

Excaliber (Transformers): Appears later in Cybertron. Long lost wingmate of Knight. After Energon Knight went off on her own, exploring the various planets and galaxies. Landing on Beast Planet she came upon the noble Excaliber. Teaming up, they both left to explore the universe, training and fighting together. While exploring the mysterious Giant Planet, Knight once again ran into Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots. From there they joined their ranks.

Disaster (Transformers): Appeared in G1, RID, Armada, and early on in Energon. In G1 through Armada she acted as a spy and saboteur for the Autobots. Her quick thinking and lightening quick reflexes saved her aft on more then one occasion. After one to many close calls Prime took her from the field and stuck her behind a communications console.

Thriller (Transformers): Appears in G1. ((I soooo blame Icy and Storm for Thriller coming into existence...)) One thing led to another during a party celebrating the defeat of the Decepticons once yet again. Knight who doesn't have the tolerance for high grade was tricked into having some by her companions Icy and Storm. After downing several cubes it was a miracle that she could still stand. The medic, Ratchet got his hand on some of Icy's special Ragian Brew and was gone just after 3 of them. Thinking Knight needed to loosen up, Icy and Storm locked the 2 in a closet. After a long night in the closet the Con and Bot opened the door to find the two konked out. No more then a few days later after suffering through one of the medic's checks did Knight find out she was with a sparkling. Still to young to go into battle , Thriller spends his time in medbay, watching and learning the tricks of the trade from his father in hopes of becoming a medic.

3. How old are you?

Knight: Errr.... in human years? Roughly late 20s early 30s. Mentality wise, I'm a teenager ;D
Excaliber: Mid 30s, human years
Disaster: Early 40s
Thriller: Old enough to know what spark bonding is <<;; But I'm 14 in human years.

4. What's your height?

Knight: I'm probably in the range of 22 to 24 feet tall. Never really checked. :/
Excaliber: Proudly standing 25 feet exactly.
Disaster:... 18 feet damnit ><
Thriller: 19 feet here ^-^

5. Are you a virgin?

Knight: *glares at Icy and Storm* Not anymore o.-
Excaliber:.... sadly... yes T-T
Disaster: Yes and proud to be so!
Thriller: Dad doesn't want me to end up like him so yeah.

6. Do you have kids?

Knight: *points at Thriller*
Excaliber: Does my niece, Haze count?
Disaster: No and thank Primus for that!
Thriller: No if I did dad would kill me. ;;>>

7. What's your favorite food?

Knight: Anything but hugh grade and that damned Ragian Brew ><
Excaliber: Mmm... High grade...
Disaster: A regular energon cube will suffice.
Thriller: Energon cubes ^^ I wanna try the high grade though but my dad forbids it <<;;

Question real quick... WTF IS IN MISSOURI?!?! @_@ Pensacola was all well and nice, near the beach, large amounts of cute Navy sailors roaming about. Fort Leonard Wood being an Army base... Ehh... I fear. Hell I'll even be down there for when I turn the big 2 1.... Hell I'll be down there for my 24 year old sisters, B-Day, my 18 year old sisters B-Day, and my mothers and fathers B-Day. Aw well. I don't leave until July so I won't worry much about it now.

Yay ski/snowboarding season opens soon! And since I'm currently employed as a groundskeeper at a ski resort I get a free season lift pass =3 Life is good yesh... I'm thinking of selling/trading my skis so I can get myself a set of snow skates and or stunt skis, which ever you prefer. After 12 years of skiing I think a change of pace is needed.

OMFG I finally found a mall up here! *insert gasp here* Said mall is located in Burlington which is an hour and a half drive from where I currently reside. Yes indeed an hour and a half north of Burlington and a half hour south of the Canadian border. At said mall there was a Hot Topic. About sixty bucks later I came out with a white hoodie that coming down the left side of it said 'Transformers' and on the back had a very sexy full body picture of Optimus Prime. I also obtained a shirt that reads 'I <3 Optimus Prime'. My mother laughed and told me to grow up, I ignored her <<; She has Jackie Chan, my older sister has Star Wars, I have Transformers so meh. Tough cookies.

Sad news... About a week ago one of our cats Nonobadkittie, ya know the cat which I wrote about having been attacked and or hit by a car and was in the vets for over a week, disappeared and we have seen no sign of him since. We gave up trying to call for him three days into his disappearance. v_v
