But I'm having difficulties since I upgraded to Vista. My old version of Photoshop (CS) isn't compatible it seems, so I installed a newer one (CS3) which is. Now this is all well and good, but my computer can't keep up with Vista and CS3 at the same time for very long. I spent a good hour or so scanning in work to colour or post and then the damn thing crashed on me whilst I was tidying and compositing stuff. A pox! A pox on you Microsoft for your Windows! Interestingly enough those who have lost motor control or limbs could control the avatar to its full extent, though some prompting was required...

Integration of an AI into an avatar unit proved successful, though the AI has not yet learned how to walk properly - it is much like a child taking its first steps. It has been requested that we do not continue research with the AI any further and that the AI be purged. We have gathered enough data, and though I regret doing so, I have complied.

Each panel has been marked with a number, incrementing by one every fourth picture, and a symbol, which may well indicate the season. If this is true, then this hall contains 91 years of history, if indeed the narrative is historical. The story the panels tell mostly revolves around the construction of a great city of brass that sat atop a floating island, that travelled the oceans, the inhabitants declaring war on the peoples of costal cities, pilaging and murdering. On the eighty third spring a great disaster occurs, sinking the island and taking the city with it. But the story continues, with the people within the city resoring to great means to survive, eventually dismembering themselves in what seems to be a mass sacrifice in the ninety first year. The final image shows the people of the city clad all in brass armour, but resting or dead. I wonder if this great hallway may be the entrance to this long lost brass city?

At first it seemed egyptian in design, but it bears that same marking as the other artefacts found in the area - the single eye, this time covering the face. MRI was impossible due to the casing being made of some sort of copper alloy, possibly <DELETED>, but using sound imaging we were able to determine the sarcophagus contained a complex clockwork system within, that, if my colleague is correct, would allow the sarcophagus to be opened up and manipulated akin to a marrionette. Dating from the sediment prized from the gaps in the casing puts the sarcophagus at over 3000 years old. What is most curious is, if our findings are correct, a device much like a canopic jar in chest of the sarcophagus. It appears to contain a perfectly preserved <DELETED>. Perhaps this device is for the dishonorable dead?

For those of you who don't know, I'm making a flash game for my final major project on my foundation art course (its a course you take before going onto University for art courses, its a year long and has a little bit of everything). The flash game, at least for the moment, is called Fragments. The idea is you have to collect stuff to repair this machine thats making robots on this planet go crazy. Its a Sonic the Hedgehog/Mario esque side scroller. So far I've spent a week and a half making all the basic code I need for movement, enemies etc. I now have a week left to finish building the levels, menus and other stuff. A week! You Uni guys have got it easy. Try making an entire game in two and a half weeks! Anyway, it looks pretty bad, but should be fun enough, though maybe shorter than I'd like if Flash keeps playing up. Expect to see it on here within a fortnight or so (thats two weeks to anyone who isnt British)

The first chapter is up and ready for reading [link] Don't be fooled by the fact that it's on FaldinThrall, as it's only my alternative account, and is written entirely by yours truly. Don't expect another chapter for a while, it's the exam period and I need to spend my time revising. Also, don't expect ARMS. But you can expect Pokemon Shorts, because I've written about ten pages (standard book size, not A4). Why have they not been submitted? No Painted-Ghost, not because I'm lazy. Because I haven't done the illustrations yet!

I'm making it using a combination of cheezy graphics, html and visual basic (who knew vb was actually available to use in html? I know I didn't!). I'm hoping to plonk (oo, what a great word, and so BRITISH *sips cup of tea*) a demo on here soon, or maybe on my friends website if I can't. Should be good!
