Anyway, got a new laptop! It's Vista though... which got problems according to people in general but a laptop will still make organizing University much easier. Any Vista users want to say something about it?

And with higher specs than the other computers at home, drawing will be less stressful! On that note, I now have Paint Tool SAI on this _{although the text shows up as "????". If it was at least Japanese I wouldn't mind}. Otherwise it feels pretty awesome!

Internet's been screwing up more than usual lately. It's because we changed to wireless LAN and my family isn't much of a tech wiz hahaha.

So now I'm 2000km from home! And we drove the way!

Mentioned the mice before. Now that they're free to do what they like back home, I can imagine them having parties all night and day especially since it's Christmas. They're going to order $100 worth of pizza under our name I'm sure of it.

<sub>None of you should know this unless you've been stalking but my house had been infested with mice for a while.

The first time we addressed to the problem was when our friend suggested using those classic mousetraps that release and crush mice when the bait is taken. Of course my mum cringed when we caught the first one. It had its neck out at a weird angle.

After a few more catches (they breed like mad ) and similar deaths the traps eventually broke, and we didn't bother for another while.

When they started reappearing my dad bought another kind of trap that catches them alive. It's like a box enclosure thing that has an entry which closes when the mice come in to get the bait. Far more sanitary and humane. So we threw them out in the nearby creek to give them a second chance. Eventually we caught all of the older mice that salvage food.

Just yesterday though, I saw a little baby mouse running across the floor. It was tiny! My mum and I figured that since we caught the older mice, the young ones are left to fend for themselves.

I don't know whether or not you think they're disgusting, but I thought it was cute :3 It wasn't scared of me when I took a closer look, and it moved slower and clumsier than the others. I couldn't help but to feel sorry for it. I offered it to climb on my palm, and honestly, I don't care if it IS a mouse that's been in who knows where. Then it got scared and jumped off, and it might've sprained its legs when it landed, but carried on to hide even though I can still see it (sort of like how Chopper hides). It's too helpless..

Now despite feeling sympathetic, I know we have to get rid of it sooner or later. I wanted to at least let it grow until it's strong enough before we dump it. But it will continue the breeding chain and there will be no end to us catching mice, and more and more will end up in that creek. When it comes down to it, this world is survival of the fittest after all I guess, even if it means being a hypocrite.</sub>



XD Really, it's just something I felt like letting out.


My family is going to drive to Melbourne tomorrow. It's going to take a few days.

I haven't really commented on journals/deviations much, but I've seen them .> And do excuse my lack of update.. there's actually a number of half finished things on my hard drive, just no incentive to finish them off .__.

I've been thinking about how I might pull off my manga, since it's summer holidays it would be nice to start. I mentioned before that I drew thumbnails for first chapter.. but my page setups waste too much space, so re-planning and making it more compact should be the way to go.

ALSO, I've mentioned the setting and characters included loong while back. It was like.. mostly set in the Ragnarok Online (RO) world with the addition of numerous cameos from various manga/games. It was something I thought should be fun but now I realise it's also a limiting factor in plot and whatever.

Soo I'm taking my time here and there to think about what kind of world most the story is going to take place. It will still be reminiscent to RO and will still have cameos from other manga/games I guess, but those elements will bend according to how the new world will turn out. I actually want to kill off everything unoriginal but another side of me likes his fandoms .(

I'll make another journal about it sometime after more thought.. then I'll ask opinions. I'll give the gist of it so far-- the story will be about what different kinds experience does to people's personalities.. or something like that ~__~ Gotta think into it a bit deeper..

Which reminds me. 00 = Wing Zero > Strike Freedom .V Sorry SEED fanboys, but I simply feel SF is not as awesome as WZ which is basically 00 with twin gunblades in place of rifles and twin drives in place of.. 'gundam wings'. Heck, they even have the same stance.

One day, Dark Pug was getting pissed at the peace and harmony that is Prairie Kingdom. He decided to mindscrew every canine with his evil pawers and wreak havoc on the land.

Saucy and Perry were immediately dispatched to take care of the situation. Noodle, despite being forbidden to leave the castle by her father Lord Shepard, escaped through her bedroom window to chase after her two precious friends.

On the battlegrounds, Saucy and Perry were losing energy keeping the mindscrewed individuals off their territory. Dark Pug was intrigued by Perry-- he sensed a will to be better than Saucy. So Perry was personally mindscrewed by Dark Pug. It turns out that Perry was jealous of the attention Saucy gets from Noodle, and Dark Pug used that to his advantage.

"Pawn't," he said.

Minscrewed Perry turned against his best friend, his brother, his rival, and they fought. Their power was overwhelming. The seas cracked out wine and the skies were sliding out of view. Both were getting tired, but Saucy couldn't forgive Perry's betrayal and Perry is still mindscrewed. Both went for the final blow.

Suddenly, Noodle threw herself in between their paths. "Nooooooooooo," She said, but it was too late. Saucy and Perry had slain the very poodle they swore to protect. The two guards became very pissed, and in their frustation continued to fight each other for no apparent reason.

In the end however, Perry came out on top. Saucy was beaten up and could no longer move. Under half open dog eyelids he can see Perry make his way to Noodle's mangled body. Then he saw him bend down and kiss her. "Whatdoyouthinkyouredoing?" but he didn't have a chance to say that as he noticed Perry's body disappearing.

Perry smiled. He whispered something. "I have traded my life for her. You make sure to protect her with your life." Saucy tried to stop him but he couldn't move! But then he thought, do I want Noodle, or Perry?? and became emo because he felt guilty for Perry for figuring that one out already.

Four years later, all was well. Dark Pug was launched to the sun, and fellow canines are slowly reverting to their old lives.

What they don't know.. is that ceiling cat had always been watching...

Sooooo I caught myself procrastinating until the last two hours orr so before the deadline, to submit an online Physics assessment thingy. It wasn't THAT hard BUTT the site runs on a U.S server so Aussie peeps usually get lagged down especially with all the Java script or whatchamajiggies they stick in there. So I ended up finishing way past deadline!

I submitted it anyway though, and looked at the list where it shows the list of asses I've done and their details.. and I got 100% for that last one so it counts? And I looked at the time submitted.. 5pm? _{(half a day before it was due)}

Then I was like OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH TIS AMERICAN TIME Ohohohohoho.


The lesson, kids? US EASTERN AUSSIES LIVE IN THE FUTUREE... _{as long as it's under +10 GMT of course. BUT STILL!}




Anyway, yeah! How do people feel about manga that starts off kinda slow? I sorta scribbled down and finalized one chapter in writing, and tried out drawing thumbnails for the first 12 pages. Realized it WAS kinda slow, but I don't know. 12 pages of drawings for one A5 notebook page in writing, and there was about 4-5 pages until I finalized the chapter, which means it can go up to 60 drawn pages depending on how I pace the rest.

Though, I see that number of pages to be typical in first chapters of some manga. Any thoughts????

The other players were good considering they were older and play regularly (my little brother and I 15 & 17 respectively VS 20+ yrs old)! So I attempted to pick up the pace .. but it seems my wrist felt the aftermath Still have trouble holding a glass of .


No comments about V6 except the subscription issues, which doesn't need my two cents (Nor any other amount of money). Surely most are already aware of those issues..

Ooooh got Photoshop back 8D oC was alright but after using PS for a long time it gets kinda awkward.. but darn, lost them brushes

Starting to play Wild Arms 5 again, and in the short time I loaded it after playing A.C.E 2 not long ago my characters are already max level XDD. Anyone played WA5?

RAGNAROK ONLINE. My fave MMORPG is getting new jobs oD gotta start playing again when they implement them. Looking forward to playing Rune Knight. Despite being not too fond of the character design or name, I'd like to see the improvements Lord Knights will get. Hope they can be hard hitting ASPD whores without having to sacrifice too much HP .)

I was replying to a message when I got caught up thinking.. what is it with SEED that gives it priority over Gundam Battle Assault 3? The previous GBA included a whole range of MS from different eras. They managed include the good units from each series, and even add in a few cameos from the series that didn't appear as an anime.

Then take a look at 'Gundam Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam SEED'. Sure, it's not SEED Destiny, but they had Freedom, Justice, Aegis, Strike with its different sets of equipment, and Forbidden and them other Gundams like Buster, Raider, etc. But did they HAVE to add in all the different types of grunt units, with their different colours and slight modifications?

Of course they do! Else it wouldn't be called 'Featuring Gundam SEED' now, would it? But then they have to add all the different modifications of the same MS and fill up the selection screen with units that look only moderately different, with just different attack animations. WHERE'S THE VARIETY?? Customising may be what you call 'variety', but if it means having three M1 Astrays with the difference being on the primary weapon they carry (same can be said with the doggies), or adding Strike Rouge despite only being a pink Aile Strike, then thanks but no thanks. It's enough having three (four if you include the original) Strikes. I'm cool with that.

Now, I'm not too disappointed because they included my all time favourite Wing Zero, but how can they not put in Amuro? Loran in Turn A?? Okay, Turn A would probably be overkill, but not even including Amuro is a treachery to the Gundam franchise. SEED fans would probably be happy with featuring SEED, and have nothing to complain about, but I say it'd be much better with a good balance of main characters from U.C, A.C, F.C and C.E. I could probably get my little brother to play more if it had Deathscythe Hell .D "It's better to be a God of Death than a hero of massacre" to roughly quote.

Now I can't wait till they make a Battle Assault that includes Gundam 00, or something similar to the A.C.E series. The intereresting thing is that Gundam 00 is quite similar to Gundam Wing. There's emo Setsuna and suicidal Heero, princess Marina and princess Relena (Marina is prettier though), and even wikipedia said that Exia had some common 'device features' from Wing and Wing Zero (though it isn't too obvious to me). I'd love to play as Exia.. short range combat is my thing . Too bad Wing Zero sports old technology compared to the newer SEED or 00, but it won't back down in a fight nonetheless, especially with I-can-set-back-broken-bones Heero in the cockpit .)

Hahahah that felt better XD. I still have exams to go, so the sketches will have to wait for now >__<. Meanwhile, watch Wing Zero do the Y.M.C.A!! [link]

Ahhh being alone at home while everyone else is gone to school or work is bliss. I can play music... play with the cat... look at harem manga 8D actually just Ichigo 100%.. and Hatsukoi Limited, new manga by the same author. I need to learn how to imitate that style! I must imitate it somehow! I MUST!!

And that cat I mentioned-- she's not really our pet, but she turned up in our backyard not long ago and ended up staying with us . I think she had an owner once... didn't seem to be afraid of people when we approached her. She loves sleeping on the couch, often in funny positions. Hehe.

Err... what else is there..... oh yeah, I have no idea when I'm going to continue my manga. I think I'll have the motivation when I get that tablet, since drawing a manga page on paper is a bit bothersome. I hope I'll get to it soon, though.

and when i saw myself I was like.. OMG so gay!

k... just a little explanation... the Multicultural Event is basically an assembly performance kinda thing where different cultures show their stuff, simply speaking. I joined the Japanese group (you don't have to have the corresponding backgrounds) and the boys did some kind of playfight with sticks (the girls were perfect).

anyway.. when I saw myself I was like.. eww. Is that how I really move?

So yeah.. it's kinda embarrassing =.= for me. The other groups were great.

We're going to have to do two more performances tomorrow, and I gotta fix up my movement!

oh well, needed some break nevertheless...

i hope ill be able to catch up on some drawings before school starts (yet again), even though i highly doubt it >.(

for one thing, there's the multicultural event i have to think over... im sort of in charge of the guys part of our performance, and i wont dwell into it much longer =.=

but we passed the audition after only starting from scratch on monday this week! that was only 3 days of work, and 4th day we were cramped in the audition room together with yukatas, kendo outfits, and playfight sticks swooping about xD okay ill stop now.

then there are assignments to catch up on.. bleh im so sleepy

Mmmm.. where shall I start... I can always rant about school crap but..

OH YEAH the BREWERY. No we did not drink any of that stuff. Wouldn't want to anyway-- the (HUGE something-hundred-million litre capacity) storage STUNK LIKE SH---well they claim it's just 'different' and we're just not used to the.. odour..yet. 'Twas true. Pleasantly cool though.

They make beer look tempting. I mean those advertisements and with all the froth on the top and water droplets hanging off the mug, and clear golden yellowish beery-stuff inside... kinda like carbonated apple juice I guess. Kids love apple juice.

But the tour was worth it. I never knew they build special touring facilities in breweries. But I guess in the end it's just some kind of factory, and factory tours I've heard of. The historical part of the tour was pretty amusing. There were talking plastic figures of people and rotating seats oD. Then we moved on to the tour of the factory, where we witnessed huge vats where they do all their diddly-doo to process beer. There was also the assembly line thing which remind me of Bugs Life or Antz where the ants march in unison, except these were beer bottles.

In the end after students finished asking their questions and whatnot the tour guides were like, "Now we'll treat you to some drinks!" and we were like "UMMMMM". But no.. they were referring to soft drinks o). I'm weak against carbonated drinks, but they were still nice refreshments-- picked lemonade over Cola.

After the brewery we stoppped over at the botanical garden nearby. Very pleasant place to relax, even though the stench near the lagoon area took a while to get used to. And when I bent over on my knee to look closer at the moss-covered turtle I realised I was squishing a brown squishy substance on that knee. Friends couldn't help but laugh .(

We ended up having to gather information about the different types of plants and environments there. The fernhouse was kinda boring, but I loove the Japanese Garden. It had a nice breeze, it was pretty, and oh would I love to just lie down and relax if it weren't for the worksheets we had to fill out =.=;. I should visit there again sometime.

Aaaand that's what we roughly did last Monday. Worth the while. I just didn't enjoy tucking my shirt in for the brewery tour, but somehow we got recognised as one of the most commendable group of students to visit the place xD. All of us were like, "ooooh-kayy..."

She's also the Japanese VA for Chopper of One Piece. Soo much cuter than the English counterpart. I have something against 4KIDS for choosing the VAs they chose for the anime, AND all the bits they cut off/skipped. Even worse than the dubbed version of Naruto where they cut out the bits where people get stabbed and the viewers were left to ponder at what the HELL just happened.

Strictly speaking I'm not exactly a Naruto fan, but it still irritates me.

Now that I'm one of the 'top dogs' at school, things have been pressing on to me as of late. I won't go into detail though xP. But the fact that this is the one year I CAN'T stuff up AND the fact that I'm a procastinator easily distracted by distractions does not help at all xD.

The thing is, I would be able to draw and get good grades at the same time.. IF I were an innocent goodie-goodie that can stick to one task and not take forever to finish it. But I'm not. I wish I was.

Here's how it goes: Whoever gets tagged has to write up in their journal 6 weird things about themselves. So here goes me---

1) When I spread something on my toast I turn it over so the chocolate/jam/whatever goes on my tongue first.

2) I'm quiet and reserved at school but I'm.. different... at home. You don't know me if you never seen me at home..

3) I often yell out completely random things (at home), namely phrases in Japanese or just about anything that pops to mind, and weird sounds that can't be spelt in letters. Whether I'm washing the dishes or playing the ps2.

4) I often literally yell out "LOL" before or in the midst of laughing. Sometimes just "lol." to express a lack of interest .P

5) I used to be so gullible I believed my uncle when he told me a bird will come out of his fake hair after I wait long enough. I waited.

6) Not really weird, but I'm running out of things to say (which IS weird): I look like a girl, according to some people =.=a.
Well, I've overheard two guys talking and I heard them mention that "Amza would pass as a girl". I've been told on more than one occasion that I looked like a girl by one of my friends. Mmm... I remember one of her friends mention 'baby face', and I know I'm not 'macho' like the other guys so that's probably it... but really, was I supposed to take it as a compliment, an insult, or just blink and raise an eyebrow? XD I'm definitely a boy and you can't confuse that with anything else!

Two things: Spam the triangle button, and Pete's bouncy chin is disturbing oh and I LOVE how Donald runs and jumps!

And well... the improvements on the character designs make them all look better than the first.. but what made me go 'O_o' is how cute Kairi ended up. She looked kinda weird in the ingame graphics, but in the ending movie when everythings all rendered she looked really cute, and Namine is so pretty xP. I didn't like her outfit and proportions in KH1 though D.

I'm trying to beat him without any mass leveling (currently lvl 59) or.. or drug abuse XD (power boosts, ect.) but so far I can only hack away about 5 or 6 bars max. I'm defenceless against Sin Heartless Angel cos DANG I can't reach that bastard >.\
Think I need to max out High Jump and Aerial Dodge. A good place to level Drive forms, anyone? =.=a

[EDIT: I forgot to stick this in yesterday but after continuous attempts I finally beat him! I still couldn't cancel his Sin Heartless Angel but I realised I can use cure at the very last moment before he drains everything @_@. But other than that I'm pretty familiar with his attack patterns, so yeah I slapped him .D. And now that I have Fenrir, time to get Ultima (which I should've got before fighting Seph =\) x)]

Okay enough of that. Anyone else listen to foreign songs, namely Japanese or Korean? I certainly do .D. I can understand half a song at most in Japanese, and a few words in Korean, but heck! For some reason there aren't many english songs that I'm really fond of. There might be some but I'm just.. er.. stupid 'D

Oh yeah! I got to go to a zoo of some sort a few days ago. It's not really a zoo, though... more like a-- actually on second thoughts, it's probably more a zoo than anything else. But it's not a zoo. Yeah...

Neways ALL the koalas are lazy-ass bastards I swear! Just sleeping and eating and scratching their bums right in front of the visitors. And LoL they had a "Kindergarten", "Bachelor" section and even a section for "Retired" Koalas XD;;; There were turkeys all over the place! TURKEYS! And huge-ass wombats sleeping on their backs LOL they looked like they were having a nice doze with their mouths open!

But I liked the kangaroos the best .D. They weren't scared of us at all and I had a good ruffle at their fur and had an urge to glomp the little ones ><. Some that were still joeys had their legs and arms sticking out of their mother's pouches cos they dive straight head-in XD;. After that there was the Birds of Prey demonstration kind of thing when trainers show off their birdies of prey to the audience in the open. I wish I had pets like that x)

All in all, this holiday's not as bad as I thought it might be... Yet I promised myself last year that I'm going to take studying seriously this year. Last year of highschool for me =.=a.

I have (art)works overdue. I have the feeling I'm going to be behind on my studies for school. I don't have a girlfriend (neither am I bothering to .P-- not until I find the perfect one for me .D). What am I doing with life?

But we got a new batch of games 8D.

One of them was Suikoden V.. great RPG game. But the thing that caught my eye as I looked at the cover was the female protagonist, Lyon. Her face looked just like Toujou! I bet if she lets her hair down and give it a side part the resemblance will be very, very uncanny.. and on top of that she's also a swordsma--..woman!. The male protagonist, however, has a strange sense of fashion =.=a. I bet girls consider him a 'uke' with that face of his. But his main outfit makes him look kinda... girly.

I find the opening clip a bit... not done well. Either they didnt put much effort into it, or theyre just crap at fully rendered 3D animation (see it here [link] ). I know one of the previous ones had a really good quality original anime styled opening. I think it was number 3. They would've done number 5 a big favour with that skill.

But the game plotline is like wow. It makes me want to keep on playing and playing. I really like the ingame graphics too (not the opening). Sweet character designs and they look great CDed. I really prefer their style over Square Enix's. But then again, CG is Enix's specialty.

Well, thats just minor things I can stand with. What irritates me is actually the english voice acting >.( I don't know if it's just the voice actors, or the Japanese language has a better range of intonations and whatnot to express their speech well, or maybe both. But I definitely prefer the Japanese over the English in this game. Namely Lyon's, Lym's, and Miakis' voices. Lyon and Lym's Japanese voices are capable of a wider range of expressions compared to their English counterparts (ESPECIALLY Lym), and I adore Miakis' voice-- it's really sweet.

Japanese Version example- [link] or [link] (same scene but different choices). And for those who don't know or can't figure out (), Lyon is the girl with the pink, Lym/Lymsleia is the brown haired girl, and the purple haired one is Miakis.
I couldn't find a good example for the English version though xP

And you know what? The damn game wouldn't load past a part when it's supposed to show an important cutscene. To those who do play it, it was when we find out what was in Barow's cellar, when you're just about to open the wardrobe. Right there!

But that's alright. I can get another copy from Indonesia xP. But thanks to this game I'm getting a better idea for the events in my manga! Good thing I haven't started yet x). I'm gonna throw in the Prince and Lyon as major supporting characters.. they fit in well with the storyline!

Okay, enough game rambling for me x.x. Again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.. it's actually more inconvenient to me than anyone else though =.=a. Not only that, but some family friends from Melbourne are staying here for 'bout a week. That's 6 hyperactive gamers all under 17 in one house with one PSX, one PS2, one (currently working) desktop and two laptops which they brought over. It's very hectic.

now i can draw more often! but omfg im so tired! i think i pushed my body to its limits a little too often, what's with all the things i had to finish up, but oh well

hopefully after i draw some new stuff i can get more people to visit this dump. so i guess ill have to lay off toujou for now x(.

anyway, if u happen to visit this place by some kind of bizarre coincidence, thank you x). if u like the stuff i do (which doesnt include much) ill tell u now that im very good at procrastinating.. procas..prosgjnagkoag whatever. cant expect much in a short time so .. yeah

and im going to be drawing a lot of Toujou Aya-looking people (from Ichogo 100%). simply because she looks very much squishy and cuddly, and that ending of hers in the manga makes her all the more squishier, although i definitely dont like it. so if u happen to read the same manga and hate toujou, press the back button right now :>

i like quite a few other characters as well. Jing is one of my first and most loved favourites just cos he has a cool character design. i dont see him as 'sexy' so im not a fanboy just to say. if u like him (and especially toujou) please stick around ^^

besides these two characters ill be drawing my OCs quite often. i only enjoy drawing toujou and jing just to hone in my style so i can draw proper OCs xP.

as for other more from popular anime such as bleach and naruto, lets just say im not a fan of their style .
