The title isn't meant to be as morbid as it may sound...got back from the Moto GP at Donnington Park on Monday and I've been ill since, which is fantastic....:unimpressed: nevertheless it was great despite the fact it rained every day apart from Saturday evening when it was boiling - id certainly go again. Everyone was friendly, you could start a conversation with anybody and it was just a really nice atmosphere. Hopefully i can get some decent photos from the ones i took.

The folks at DA have taken away my beta membership thing and have gave me a 6 day membership for doing so, which is all good although I'm confused as to why they have. Weather is appalling here as usual, stuck inside again- bring on another spectacular British summer. Im sure the BBC had contradictory weather text alerts that they have at the bottom of the screen during reports :ohnoes:

I have found out that i got the dates mixed up, im going to the British Motorcycle Grand Prix not the FIM World Superbike Championship...a whole month off, hoping to get some decent photos there..the camping and travelling will be good fun...riding down with another 100+ or so bikers; awesome.
And I hate it when easy peel stickers lie :doh:

I've also got quite a few dead accounts watching me which is kinda frustrating when you want as many opinions as you can get on your photographs, not to say in the slightest i don't appreciate the ones i do get, its just...well, frustrating i guess,

On a lighter note I'll be going to Donnington Park with my uncle when the World Superbike Championship is on, I think its June 26th to the 28th...and we'll be going down on his bike; all 167 miles (yes i did look it up on AA map's) which is going to be AWESOME and something to keep me sane during the exams. We'll be camping as well which will make it even more enjoyable...haven't decided yet if I'm going to take my camera...people get kit stolen down there...the prom is on the 30th and I'll probs be shattered for it...naah...it'll be worth it :P

Gigs Galore (ha....)

Woo....a week of doing coursework...anyway ive got tickets to see Fightstar on the 29th April with some friends which im looking forward to, was brilliant last time i saw them....although i nearly got blinded by the bass players plec last time....not as hyped as i thought id be, it'll hit me on the day before though, then il be bouncing off the walls....Snow Patrol's gig is on the 5th of March so yeah....one of my new years resolutions was to see more bands after not seeing one last year...its February and im going to see two so its not a bad start...
Its getting pretty tiring having subjects biting at your heels all the time, i just need to sit down and just finish the coursework...
Bah, itll be over in a couple of months....

New CCS...

...........as if anyone cares, i wouldnt if it were me :P Im too indecisive and i just thought the other one was a bit....much....thats how sad/board i am....and i think this one is just simple and smart looking....
Anyway id really like to try some street photography....after seeing `rhapsouldize and =MyPrivateParty's galleries (really worth a look) they have really inspired me to give it a go....i know its really hit and miss and id love to just get a bus into town and spend a whole day wandering around taking photos but theres some real nutters who would most likely stab or mug me if i was on my own....nevermind....

Thanks alot to =ali-musette for the 3 month sub :) which im just over the moon with :) thankyou! So im going to try and make the most of it, starting with this CSS (what do you think of it?) and including some stamps at the bottom and featuring some of my favourites....oh hopefully the personalized cursor should be working - hover over a link! (which i think doent work cause i suck at editing these CSS's!) but so :P

Oh, i also got some tickets for my birthday to see snow patrol in may which im totally excited for :D





Christmasness and New Yearness


New camera! Canon 1000D...and its black...nice change from silver....it starts up really quickly too...and it cleans itself! (to an extent)...funny how i was given it; now i know theyre pretty expensive so my mam and dad said, we'll give you money towards it for xmas, which i was totally fine about since after all they are pretty costy and theyve got to buy my sister all her things as well as, so in a box on christmas day there was a note with I.O.U in, so my mam told me to give it to my dad to keep hold of, he took it off me, and said 'But we dont want to give you that!' then handed me a present which was the camera (yes i did tease him about using a catchphrase off who want to be a millionaire after) and apparently i was bouncing on the spot when i opened it,
*is chuffed to bits*

Got the album ( ) by Sigur Ros.... is very nice....

Went round to friends house for new year, was fun, but everyone's phones just died at 12...probablies because so many people in the UK are sending txts at the same time...then when they started working we began phoning strangers wishing them a happy new year and telling them how much we love them...like the responsible young adults with mobile phones we are....:nod::disbelief:

How pointless is this website? >> [link] << wouldnt you need to know how to spell definitely to get to the page in the first place? By which time the information on the webpage is no use at all? Or am i missing something? Its my birthday soon...5th of January...

Anyway, hope everyone had a great xmas and happy new year...although i must say i think they both have too much hype so you expect them to be utterly incredible and when they're not it just downers them a bit...or it that just me :|

But yeah everything got sorted out, ive just got back and i thought it went quite well. Despite me being quite shy i managed to speak to about two hundred-or-so people clearly. I was multitasking aswell!! Working the powerpoint presentation from the computer (was in a lecture theatre so it had the projection screen and everything to worry about) and also managing the sound levels which im dead chuffed at....i dont want to seem to take all the credit as my friends did brill aswell, im just really chuffed with myself because i think the whole thing has boosted my confidence quite a bit :)

The drive down with my english teacher was really funny; Mr.Self the technician for english department didnt know the area around the university well so he was following us through, and Mr.Barrett being the big kid he is, drove round and round this roundabout and Mr.Self had no option but to follow us round :P his face was priceless....all the other english teachers were in awe at us went they were waiting ti turn into the roundabout which was soooo funny :P

So yeah its back to worrying just about coursework and homework now...........woo............
