Let's hope there's more! Only a few days left!

St. Ivy's Day!

What better way to celebrate the day to wear green then with a girl who basically IS green? lol

Here's the idea:

Draw Ivy participating in St. Patty's day festivities! Whether it be her on a quest for a four-leaf clover, pinching people that aren't in green, searching for that pot of gold, or just drinking too much lol

You can draw her by herself or with other characters (your own or already created ones), with or without color, and enter as many times as you like.

I want to make this contest very open since there won't be much in prizes. Because I'm really tight on money right now, I can't offer much in cash or bought prizes. So instead i'm offering club features and gift art! Not from me because I don't want anyone to wait that long again, but hopefully from other club members! Would anyone be willing to do prize art???

The contest will run from after this entry is posted (lol) to the end of March, in which we will have a vote and the winner gets it all!

Hopefully we'll get some participants!

Since it's obvious that with such a heavy school load it's hard for me to keep this club updated, I added two club co-moderators! You know them as and ! They'll be helping me out with updates with things like contests, new members, notes, new entries, and whatever else they feel is Poison Ivy-related (of course, if you guys see something Poison Ivy related that you feel is club-worthy, let us know!). I very much appreciate the help and believe the club will be up and running once again!

You guys haven't been noting the club when you do new Ivy art! lol

Whether it's new art or art you had done LONG before joining the club, don't forget to note us about it, or else how else are you going to be recognized for all of your amazing talents?

I also wanted to addess another issue: A popular subject with Ms. Ivy is a pairing with a certain other femme fatal, Harley Quinn. That kind of art is perfectly acceptable here! Is your Ivy art risque, whether it be with Harley, or Ivy topless, bottomless, or maybe even in a steamy, sultry sistuation? We'd love to add it!

I'd like to think of this club as having a pg-13 rating, which means that love scenes and some sex scenes are ok. What I would prefer not to have are really raunchy, full-on, up-close-and-personal sex scenes. Ivy's is without a doubt a very sensual character, and that's why we love her! So it's awesome if you guys want to draw her in that way!

The idea here is to create a sidekick JUST for Poison Ivy! Male, female, non-human, young, old, whatever you want!

RULES

-You cannot draw Harley Quinn. You have to create your OWN sidekick!

-You have to have your sidekick relate to Poison Ivy in some way, be it plant life, something maybe the OPPOSITE of plant life (yin and yang), something along those lines. You must explain the connection to Poison Ivy in your drawing's description.

-Any medium is accepted! Traditional art, digital, photos, stories or poetry, and all other forms!

-And let's try to keep it PG13 (no frontal nudity or extreme violence please!)

As you probably know, our contest has ended (and congrats again to the winners!) The winning prize has been shipped out (a bit of time ago, actually) and the winning drawings are in the works as we speak.

I've decided to not start a new contest until the new year. So i'd love to hear some ideas for contests! I've already gotten a few ideas from a few members, but if you have one, don't hold back! Let me know and i'll choose one to start on the first of January.

So, I was thinking that a good way to get the club rolling would be to hold a contest!

But, alas, I fear there's a problem. We don't really have enough members.

Poison Ivy is a villianess from the Batman comic, cartoons, and movie (but most fans don't like to speak of the movie she was in...).
