Tiko had a tumor at his testicles for several months, if not over a year already (since a while back his nose turned brown, which is an indicator in males that they have hormone problems, most often in a testicle tumor).
So I was prepared for this day to come for a long time now but it was still hard to finally have to go and release him.

(yes we discussed exceptions before where a bird was not socialable or had some kind of illness and thus could not fly but I talk about other reasons here, which are of selfish nature, such as to make a bird more tame or tame it faster or the reason of laziness (instead of making a room or big aviary save for the bird, why not simply clip its wings?? :( and similar reason ]]>
