It all started when my economics teacher thought it would be funny to tell me that I failed my exams...(don't worry, noone understood his humour, and no, I didnt fail...okay, if you are really curious I'll tell you...I got a 39/40...aww thank you...aww..)

Next, my brown bear (Ada), came over, on our way to the food court, we met a mental/lesbian, I'm not making these things up, I mean the girl just came up to us, asking questions about us, sitting with us (without asking), and thats where she mentions that she just got back from the hospital for this so called "migrane". Yeah right.

A couple of hours later, my *searches for a good nickname* Sara? Hmm..I'll come up with one later, anywho (~Keylimepie) came over, and we all went to Sumo's to meet the rest of my friends to celebrate my 17th Birthday.
I would like to thank all those who showed up, and those who showed up with gifts!!! I loved all of them, especially ~Burning-Sins's "Coitus Clemenus - Spread the word" T-shirt! hahah!
Our next destination was Kassim's place. Even though we didn't spend much time there, I had a great time, especially with Ada's hilarious comments ( Click here for a preview )

Friday 1st December: RUGBY DAY!!! (Thank you so much for the tickets Tamy!!!)
You'd think that getting spanked(in a pretty brutal way - sorry I had to kill it), and getting beer thrown at you (thanks again ~Oliviaa) is the begining of an awful night, well think again, that day happened to be one of the best days of my life (Olive can back me up on this one). The atmosphere, the rain (It never rains in dubai!), the people, the drinking, it all reminded me so much of France...
Not only did we have a great time, but we also met a lot of interesting people.

In contrast to my previous journal, this one will be quite joyful due to the upcoming/past birthdays, holidays, events and finally having DSL.

Yesterday was Mathieus or ~Burning-Sinss birthday (For those who didnt know, Its never too late to wish him a belated birthday!). (I tried to make the picture as memorable as I could)

We all headed to Kevins ex-house with booze and pizzas, which obviously is a great combination.
Many things happened that night, such as the creation of the new fighting squad Volvic Power, although I forgot our powers...(Olivia, cetait quoi nos pouvoirs???)

Prior to this week, last Friday to be précised, we were supposed to have a girls French movie night, and somehow, we ended up with a karaoke machine (more like Singstar) with a bunch of guys. Im still curious on how that happened.
Nevertheless, we had a great time. I rocked Dont stop me now by Queen, I think I would have made a better Freddie Mercuryyou know what, Im just going to say it, I rocked ALL of the tunes.

Speaking of exams, during our economic exam, this girl farted, but not your average pouf fart, an atomic bomb type of fart, I still dont understand why nobody was laughing except for me. SighI still laugh when people fart. Oh, and I have no idea who farted.

The weekend started with Tamy, Ada and I going to this rock "Assembly". The idea of bringing Ada (this full on rnb + rap person) to a rock gig sounded pretty fun, but turns out the event was terrible. The place was tiny, (Im still shocked at how many people fitted in there), in addition, everyone was smoking in the room which made matters worse due to my allergies, throughout the whole gig, my eyes were burning red, and lastly all of the performances sounded simply "loud". Yes, I don't think you will be seeing me again in those assemblies.
Here is my girl Ada, having the time of her life at the gig (and no, I have no idea who that is in the background, but he is definitely up to something, pff, evil.)

The other night, Borat and Martha Stewart came on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. I think now, it is safe to say that Borat is one of the funniest person ever, I adore his "waaa waa wee", I think I'm going to start using it, I mean why say "wow" when you can say "waa wa wee"!
According to 7days (this U.A.E based newspaper), they will ban Borat, because of its "disgusting contents", come on people! Its a comedy, you can't take everything seriously! No worries, that won't stop me from seeing it.
Other movies I'm dying to watch, are "The Last Kiss", "Marie Antoinette"(make sure to get the awesome soundtrack), "Little Miss Sunshine" and many more...

People, I am finally going to get DSL, I think it's about time.

Back to the Tonight show, I forgot where I was going with this, yes, I got to hear Damien Rice's latest tune, 9 Crimes (My Song of the week), I'm not really a fan of duets, but this one was just breathtaking, that lead me to getting his latest album, 9, and yes, you've guessed it, it is beautiful, simply beautiful.

I'm going to end my journal here with another britney picture (for the fans), I'm not in my greatest moods, personal problems and exams just don't mix.
I just wanted to remove my previous journal off my main page.

Today's journal will be short, as I have much to study and I lack potency. Let me paint you an image; Physics, History, Economics, and English Tests all ocuring tomorrow, and the week continues with similar schedules, as if that's not enough, we have Exams the following week. Nevertheless, I am not complaining, it is not like we have a inordinate amount of tests, College is worse (that's what I say to keep me from expressing animosity)

Did anyone catch the trailer for World Trade Center? Did anyone happen to cry during the trailer? Well, if you did, which I'm sure you did, I'd strongly recommend a tissue box with you, or if you happen to be the cheap type (like me), simply go to the cinema toilets and take a bunch of their tissues (in a non-discernible way) Anywho, where was I? Yes, the movie, I'm sure most of you are boycotting the movie for reasons that the movie will supposedly victimize the Americans, and make us viewers turn against Arabs, well, unfortunately for you, it doesn't at all. HA!
Another Stone Classic.

In 4 weeks (for those interested, on the 30th of November), I'm finally going to turn 17, well it won't change much, since most of my friends are certain that I'm already 17.
The other night, my mom suggested the oddest thing, she asked if I wanted to go clubbing with her on my birthday; After scrutinizing the request, I deducted that it was a trick question, but apparently it wasn't, anyways, she has been acting pretty benign with me lately. Woupidou

In sad news, I've gotten over my Irish phase, yes it only lasted about 6 days, although I'm currently having a classical music phase, maybe its all the reading about the Renaissance, or maybe its the Marie Antoinette soundtrack, I'll never know.

Last night, I went to this little gathering with ~Burning-Sins and ~Oliviaaa (We struggled to take a picture of us together, but we'd either end up with only Olivia or me in the shot... this is the closest to both of us being in the shot)

I had a great time, the atmosphere was pretty vivacious due to the profuse amount of alcohol (merci ~Burning-Sins). Hopefully, next weekend will be Tourist Day (or Thoursday as Tamy would say).

In other news, I'm looking for an agency, where I can send my resume (yes I have a resume!), so that I could get some jobs during Christmas holidays, so if anyone knows anything, "holla at me" (no worries, I'll take pretty much anything, I'm not that fastidious, well unless if it involves taking my clothes off).

I'll start off by saying thank you to =Shluh for giving me a free subscription, he is such a sweet guy, and he is pretty talented, I'm not trying to promote him or anything, actually I kind of am, nevertheless, you have to visit his gallery ---> =Shluh.
And yes, I'm back in the journal dimension.

For the past few weeks, I ingratiated myself to my mom, so that she would let me go to the John Mayer concert alone, since I couldn't find anyone willing to spend 300dhs for him. I even tried my "sad look", and yes, it works like a charm.
Now, I arrive at the concert around 8h30, pass the security with a 21 and above bracelet, even when I told the lady I was 17, and to my suprise, I only see about 300 people, where half of them are sleeping on these big sofas.
Sure I was disapointed, but I did get to be right in front of the stage surrounded by very very hot guys, in other words, I didn't mind.
I caught the performences of Khaled, Karen Zoid (pregnant and talented), and finally, my love John Mayer.
It was obvious that everyone was waiting for his performance, as the crowd was pretty febrile when he stepped in.
People, John Mayer was truly amazng, the way he would play those solos, wow, simply amazing, and sexy.
I'd try to give him these purient looks, but I don't think he noticed any of them. *Sigh*
Overall, I had a great time, I met some pretty cool people there, although now, I can barely talk, as the mixture of mojitos and constant screaming isnt that great.

For those who didn't know, I used to be a "gangsta". During that phase, which I call the "Black phase", I honestly would think that I would be the next Eminem. The other day, I came across a picture during the "Black phase", and I think I really looked different back then, so I decided to share the picture with you, and get your views on it.

In other news, my LG laptop (Leslie) died on me, because LG just happens to be the worst brand out there. But no worries, I just got myself a beautiful laptop, a Lifebook Fujitsu Siemens.

Yes, I know, it's pretty much a lachrymose event, but all good things have to come to an end.
The reason of this tragedy is that my subscription is ending, I've got 3 more days to enjoy the benefits of being a subscriber. Although, I must thank =WarEnsemble for handing me this subscription!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I've finally received Juliette and the Licks' latest album called "Four on the Floor".
"The songs are, as the title of the opener Smash And Grab suggests, vicious, well-organised bursts of energy, which snarl and sashay sleazily for just long enough to do the job, then beat a hasty retreat."
In addition, the album offers the brillant drumming skills of Dave Grohl (see below).
This is their best album yet; I barely press play, and I'm already sucked into the madness that Juliette Lewis offers.

Thursday's movie flick was John Tucker must die. Frankly, it was a terrible movie, but any movie is hilarious when you've got ~Oliviaaa and Tamy. Good times.

I am currently brainstorming for the Science Fair and Math fair. If you have an idea in mind, and you wish to make a desperate girl happy, go ahead, speak your mind!

Our Abu Dhabi trip is cancelled, but no worries, John Mayer is still on, and to make up for the coming weekend, we will be "filming" our spoof on E! News Live, who knows, I might be Ryan Secreast.
Moreover, I've had multiple people asking me about this interest of mine : "dancing on treadmills". To explain myself in the best of ways, I've decided to film myself during one of my daily workouts -- dancing on treadmills, and yes, I consider it a workout.

Wednesday, October 4th, I open my Deviant Art account, and I see about 14 messages, so obviously I conclude that about 14 people created a journal at the very same time.
Honestly, the last thing Id expected was a Daily Deviation, and to my surprise, that is what I got.

Ladies and Gentlemen, here is My Zach Braff

I have this morning routine, I wake up, I reach for whatever feels like my uniform, I prepare myself some breakfast (for those curious ones, I have toasted bread with cheese, along with tea and a yogurt), I watch some Conan, then I take the bus at 6h30, arrange my seat (Im on the passenger seat), lastly, I listen to my podcasts (Science Talk, ,60 seconds Science, Grammar Girl, New York Times and the Argument). When all of that is done, on one of the bus' stops, I get off to take someone's 7days (A local newspaper). Which finally brings me to my point, (I tricked you all! HA!)
Yes, so as I was saying, I get the newspaper, and thats where I see this front page article, complaining about how westerners dress up during Ramadan. Sure the girls were a bit meretricious, but they were far from revealing, 7days were out of line with this one, they basically lampooned those innocent women! Yes, I said LAMPOONED.
Im not going to go over this again as Ill sound pretty libertine, but I will tell you this, I was pissed off.
Obviously, I wore a mini skirt the following day. Okay, I didn't really, since Im not comfortable wearing them, but I was still very pissed off! Feel free to let your anger out for those also against the article.

Back to Halloween, I've narrowed down my to 2 :
- Pregnant Trashy Britney Spears
- Gogo from Kill Bill.
Maybe I shall combine them both as ~Oliviaaa suggested. Everyone knows that Olivia gives great advise, I mean who hasnt read the book of Olivianism!

What did I do this weekend you might ask? Well apart from the studying, I went to Mall of the Emirates hoping to watch "Blessed", I mean, why wouldnt someone want to watch a movie about an unborn child who has the DNA of the Devil.
As you can sense from the tone of my sentence, that didnt happen, although, we did all go to Fridays, and made ourselves 2 friends, Rand and Kharl.
You may find Kharl below, with the bitch trying to block me so that I wouldn't be in the shot. Bitch.

NBC might be getting their viewers back with their new show called Heroes (In other words, watch the damn show.)

Lets talk art now. I was thinking, for my new painting, Id do a portrait of my father, but not a classical portrait; I want to include him as a teenager, father and a grandfather. It will definitely be challenging, but I have time. (Wouldnt that be the perfect birthday gift for him? If your answer is no, I dont care about your opinion J )

In other news, Etisalat finally decided to unblock MySpace, I'm sure there is a political reason behind it, but frankly I couldn't care less, I got to edit my profile and got to make everything look so pweety, yes yes, very pweety. You may drop by, and let me know how pweety it is. ( [link] )

The flu found its way to my body and has enervated me. In other words, Im not that salubrious. It's crazy how everyone around me is sick, from the taxi driver to my math teacher. It is spreading just like gossip.

I now own a ticket to the Desert Rythm concert (feat. John Mayer and *missing text*). I am as saguine as they come.
Woot.

I've recently had a breakdown due to the constant stress for my College Plans.
I just found out that actually there is no money whatsoever to pay for my college tuition.
So, if I don't get a scholarship, you'll see me hanging out with Frank the homeless guy.
On another note, I have no idea whatsoever what I want to major in.
Till now, there's Computer software engineering on the table, but I don't know if I have what it takes, it seems quite difficult.
Animation and Special effects apparently pays up to a maximum of 50 000 $ a year, which isn't much.
Worse case scenario, if I still want to work in that sector, I can still be accepted with a major in Computer software engineering, right?

I want an easy way out. If only I could be a model, or a successful actress, or just find a handsome billionaire to marry. *Snaps out of it*

On the 26th of October, John Mayer is performing live in DUBAI! As much as I am shocked, I am also bewildered. Let's face it, its not everyday that we have artists like him performing here.
The event is called :

Desert Rhythm Festival.

There will be other artists such as Mustafa Sandal, Elvis Crespo, Cheb Khaled, Karen Zoid and Wayne Wonder. I happen to know neither of them, but that doesn't matter, John Mayer is freaking coming to Dubai!
If anyone is planning to go, let me know, Im curious.

In less interesting news, I won this award at school, for being 2nd in class. That explained why most of my teachers were acting oblique around me.

On Thursday, I attended this Seminar for college guidance, that basically explains how to study abroad...the presentation was useless. Most of the questions revolved around Visas. Although, now I know that, for the states you must have TOEFL, SAT (English + Math) and SAT 2. *Takes a deep breath in* You might have guessed it, I'm freaking out, I honestly have no idea whatsoever what I want to major in. I've been contemplating on studying in the State and in Canada, frankly, it is all very ambiguous to me.

In, random facts; Did you know that mice don't even like cheese? Yes, yes, they did a research on it. Also, did you know, that there are more obese people, then malnourished ones.

Last night, went out with a couple of friends to Johnny Rockets (For those considering to go in the coming days, watch out, as the A.C hasn't been working for 2 days).
Overall, I Had a great time, we danced, we sang all those great classic tunes, then we walked to mercato with those Johnny Rockets hats, and some had butterfly wings....why? I honestly don't have a clue. All in all, we did great promotion work for Johnny Rockets, and Claire's or Claires.

I watched Talladega Nights again. Am I alone on this one?

Im currently looking for jobs, not a full-time job, but those promotion work that only varies around a day of work to a couple of days. In other words, I'm completely broke. I need to find an agency or something, but when it comes to Dubai, my knowledge is very restricted. So if anyone can offer me any type of help, that would be very coolios.

I can't be bothered on tuning CNN or any news channel, so is it true that Bin Ladin died due to a disease of a sort?

Tourism Day was cancelled due to some weekend malfunctions (Magda, that's you). It shall be rescheduled soon.

I find it odd, that during Ramadan, I always seem to be starving even though I don't fast.

I reached the 4K.

For those who have been reading my journals zealously, you should know that I have a non-salubrious habit of liking words.
That little obssesion, led me to invent a word.
The word is clemenus. It is only associated with coitus, which means sexual intercourse.

In the end, you get Coitus Clemenus.
The definition is where I used my imagination, Coitus Clemenus, means, having sexual intercourse with someone named Clemence, or the whole sexual experience with someone named Clemence.

Let me give you an example to make things clearer : "hey, man, I had such an amazing Coitus Clemenus last night".
So everyone, spread the new word around, and make me famous baby! (Why the "baby", I don't know, I don't know...)

Thursday night, I went out with my girlfriends, and we watched Talledega Nights. Now people, this movie is by far the funniest movie of the year, so I adjure all of you to watch it at a cinema near you (man, I always wanted to say that). Although, if you didn't enjoy Anchorman, I wouldn't recommend this movie, since it is of that ilk.
For those who did watch it, didn't you just love the prayers!

If anyone was at the Mall of the Emirates on Thursday, well, we were the salient girls posing by the red car in Virgin.
