So uh. I have new art up? Wolves~ I've been drawing them more and more often. :3 I'm trying to work on anthro forms, mostly, because I admire GoldenWolf insanely andandand yeah. D: I just WISH I was that good.

Well, I just finished reading Hannibal, and I have this bizarre desire to write Jonathan and Hannibal meeting one another. XD I'm still trying to figure out how I can manage that without making it seem totally bizarre, but I'm going to make an attempt. They're very similar in my mind; both have that cool calculated attitude, even if one of them is obsessed with fear, and the other with taste. I'll post it up here when I finish it. \o/

Hell to the no. That’s one of the best paragraphs I’ve written, and it’s filled with my voice. You know what she gave me? AN 86. DX AN 86, I TELL YOU. Just thinking that other students may have been far simpler and gotten a better grade pisses me off like nothing else. I was taught to give your reader a HOOK to lead up to the paragraph you’re presenting.

So, week one of being “stable pikachu soul” has gone well. Thinking of Zephyr in this form that has been “mine” as long as I can remember is so incredibly comforting. Plus, if it’s analyzed, I don’t find it too different from how I feel right now. I’m still social, still warm, and still kind to the people who love me – none of that has changed. But I’m also more prepared for challenges, ready to give a shock to anybody who thinks they can handle me wrong. Most people wouldn’t find a pikachu inspiring, but my sparky dæmon is fantastic. I may end up reverting back to a beagle though. I don’t really know that I’ve changed THAT dramatically. I just think I need a break from being “defined”.

Also, English is proving to still be my favorite class so far. I overwhelmingly love our assignments – up to now, I haven’t been faced with anything that I can’t absolutely stand. That could change (we have a college application thing due Monday), but right now it’s pleasurable. I’m doing well, and the lessons in tone are a mix between informational and review. Not to mention I’ve become a bit more outgoing (ie, signing up for Journalism and saying “screw Alex Thompson, he can use me if he’s smart” and that’s always a good thing. That’s my campaign, right?

And it worked, too. (Which also counts.) He ended up putting me up as a Creative Writing section for the Newspaper, which is good. That fuels my talents. \o/
…I don’t update my journal enough. D: I guess it’s because I’m SO DAMN LAZY. *is lazy*

Uhh. I’m finishing up my end of an Art Trade. A POKE’MON one. 8D She did my Pika (and it’s fantastic, too <3) and I’m doing two poocheyna for her. I worry that mine won’t be as good, since mine’s traditional, but… I’m trying my best. D: WRITING IS MY TALENT. Doodling is my obsession.

If someone says they prefer double-personality!Scarecrow, I feel guilty and want to explain my reasoning. Because yes, it's my interpretation of the character, but if other people aren't ENJOYING my interpretation, then what the hell is the point? D:

I'm not a massive fan of //, really, but some I can understand. Joker x Batman? SURE. Because the Joker has this weird obsession with Batman, and the Joker is Batsy biggest enemy.

And the Riddler x Joker? I'd go as far as to say I endorse it, if only because Britt and Jack (AHHH, YOU PEOPLE ARE EVIL).

But really? Jonathan x Joker? Jonathan x Schiff? Jonathan x Batman?
It doesn't make sense, guys. It really doesn't. Especially the second one, geez, Schiff had what... One scene? =/ It's silly and ridiculous. And the JOKER and Jonathan? They HATE each other. D: Joker bashed Jonathan's head in with a chair. And Batman x Jonathan is the closest, but their personalities just don't really mesh.

But that's only one girl's opinion. Think of it what you will. But I keep stumbling across fanfiction that does slash pairings with Jonathan.

...I'd rather see Jonathan x Rachel. And I HATE Jonathan x Rachel.
Pair him with Linda. It's the best canon pairing ever.

Let's see... I saw Red Eye for the first time last night. Omg, it was wonnndeerful. Of course, I'm ragingly biased in Cillian Murphy's favor, and he plays Jackson sososo well. I would be incredibly creeped out and yet incredibly drawn in by those beautiful blue eyes. ;___; I got some weird looks from my brother when he said to Lisa, "Save you a seat?" and smiled at her. I started grinning like an idiot. And then she HESITATED. I mean, c'mon! He can save me a seat /anytime/. ANYTIME, BABY. And then the whole "...Wait... You aren't... Stalking me, are you? ...<<...>>" XD I was like "OH MAN, I WISH."
But seriously, though, great movie, even if you have no idea who Murphy is (WHICH IS A SHAME, MIGHT I ADD, BECAUSE HE'S SEXY AND IRISH); it's a thriller of epic proportions. 83

My newest past time is roleplaying with the lovely girl you'll see posting on my pages - that is, Mary. <3 I've developed an affinity for dear Jonathan Crane, who is well-known as the Scarecrow in the Batman universe, and our beloved roleplay between him and her Original Character, Alice, is great fun. Even now, I'm waiting for a reply from her. x3 Because I'm obsessed.

But seriously, I've been thinking about how most people have a favorite villain. And I think something can be said about a person by which Batman villain is their favorite.
For example:
Those who enjoy the Joker are probably either very flamboyant and outgoing theirselves, or have a desire to be so.
Those who, like me, enjoy Scarecrow, have probably been teased and taunted in their lifetime - which applies to me, certainly, because I still have to fight personal insecurity in high school.
People who like the Riddler are likely to enjoy mental challenges and perhaps are over-achievers, striving towards goals that others may see as impossible.

Of course this doesn't always apply. And there are many more villains than those three; those are just the ones that came into my head first.

My mood is "Yearning", although that doesn't quite fit what I'm feeling right now. I think "Nostaligic" might be better, but I don't think that's an option. Although I'm tempted to go try to hunt for it. Nah.
But, yeah, I dunno, it's a weird feeling. It's friday, I'm excited, I'm happy, but I'm also in class, which means I'm reminded about one of my current... Problems, when it comes to emotional issues. Mostly thanks to this guy in my class, who I'd prefer not to name, who I constantly flip between being charmed by and being irritated by. I don't like the churning emotion that his presence channels, so I seclude myself to the computer to escape. <<;;

Forgotten randomly popped into my head, while I was sitting in Algebra class. I actually couldn't remember the name, but this is the stanza that hit me:

But how long as this been going on?

Were you saying all that to me, knowing that later that week, you’d be going to his house? Did you know that your daughter – my stepsister, but in every since my real sister, I care for that girl so much – has been troubled and suffering over something that she didn’t want to tell me about? She may not have even known what exactly was going on, but know that I know that you’ve been running around, there’s no other explanation for it. He spent hours on weekends to fix things around the house; went and bought you a new HD television because your big-screen was too fuzzy; got you a laptop, even though you had a perfectly good desktop; built you a new deck out back because you said the old one wasn’t good enough; bought you a 300$ dog, when most people would’ve picked up a puppy from a pound. And he TRIED to spend time with you. When you hole yourself up in your room, claiming that you don’t feel well, or that you don’t feel like socializing, well, what’s he SUPPOSED to do? If he persisted, you got angry with him.

He’s a good man. Way better than most. And you know what? -You didn’t deserve him.-"

Yep. So, recently, Iris has been hanging out more with a guy that I have kinda sorta maybe had a crush on for a while. Not a huge crush, mind you, not like I did with the last guy. Just a 'aw, he's so cute' kinda crush. Yeahhh... So, the more she hangs out with him, the more I get to hang out with him. And I've kinda got to like him more. =/ But there's a problem with this.

1) Iris is REALLY good friends with him, like best friends. She told me she'd never date him because she doesn't want to mess up their friendship. I've been afraid that, if I liked him, then it would definately cause problems for her if we were to date then break up. I'd never want to cause problems for her. ;_____;

2) Even if I wasn't worried about #1, which I definately am (that's why it's #1), I don't think he'd date me anyways. Maybe I have WAY too many self esteem issues. But I get the feeling that it's true. He wouldn't. He's just too cute and too nice; he could date practically anyone he wanted to. And I know he's not going to pick me. Because I know he liked someone else recently and, before that, a different person. I mean... *pokes fingers together* I just know he won't.


I mean, I would have tried to ignore everything, except the fact that my mom really likes him and is constantly trying to get me to ask him out. It really doesn't help things. I'll mention him BARELY and she's like 'oh, you should just ask him out and get it over with, really'. And she's constantly dropping hints like, 'he's so adorable' etc. etc.

I have no idea what to do. Bleh. xP I feel kinda bad just posting this, like I've did something wrong. But I don't think I have...

I've got about 10 minutes before I leave to do my flag Colors, so I thought I'd type up a little random journal entry here...

So, I've stolen my crush's keys. The only way he can get them back is if he gets down on his knees and begs. :3 But he has a super-inflated male ego and won't. xD Guess I have a new set of keys.

So, anyways, I wore... A bunch of stuff and I don't feel like writing it all down. But I do have Jacob's hat! *pumps fist into air* And he doesn't get it back until Monday! *does a little dance*
