As it stands for now, there will be a few of my characters plus FIFTY slots.

Rules:

1:
For now, this is only open to those who have not been in a previous Halloween pic.
This is to allow others a chance to get drawn. If I don't get enough volunteers to
fill the slots, then I'll open it up to everyone else.

2:
Specify one character, give a short desc, plus link to a reference pic or two (optional but
strongly recommended). As for costume, you can specify one (be general or specific,
within reason) or leave it up to me! *heh*

3:
DON'T get too nitpicky, as you're getting drawn for free, so there!

4:
This year I'm imposing size limits on the characters. They must be between 3 and 10 feet
in size, so as not to have the giants crowd out everyone else. My apologies to you dragons!

5:
If I finish early and time permits I may create more slots. I'll announce this if it comes
to that.

6:
The finished pic will go up sometime in October 2006 with individual character pics going
to my VCL directories. I will use computer color, like last time.

I'm starting the roll call extra early this year, cause this year's puppeh is going to be HUGE (ballpark of 35-45 figures, including a few of my own chars).

Care to join in? Here are the rules:

1. This is not an art exchange. I'm doing this for my own amusement. You do not owe me anything. If you want to do something for me, you'd definitely have my gratitude, but it's not mandatory
2. For now at least, this is closed to the folks who were in 2004's pic (you know who you are!). This is just to give others a chance to get drawn, especially those that missed out on last year's pic. Howeverrrrrrrrrr....... if I can't find enough volunteers to fill my quota, I'll make another announcement and open it up to everyone else.
3. To join in, either note me or reply to this journal. Include a short (1-3 sentence) desc of your char, plus a link to 1-2 reference pics (yes, even if I already know how you look like As for the costume, you can specify it (be as specific or general as you like) or you can leave it up to me, if you like surprises. I've got an odd sense of humor, but it won't be anything blatantly offensive
4. One character per volunteer. That's it!
5. Everyone will show up in one HUGE pic that I will post Oct 31, 2005. Print it out and stick it on the wall

Commissions will be on hold till I get back, though I'll still keep working on trades, plus whatever the heck I feel like drawing at the time. So expect a mini flood sometime after I get back!!

My 2 1/2 year old Toshiba laptop's gonna get a little surgery while I'm gone, cause he's gonna have to last another 2 years. Swapping out my 4200 rpm 40 gig and putting in a 7200 rpm 60 gig, plus another 512 mb ram. That oughta do it.

I'll keep dropping in now and then to check, but if it takes a while for me to reply, you know why
