Its quite simple to do, but takes patients. Setup a fish tank / bowl with water, you will need a good flashgun set on low power (low power means short burst time). Set the camera up on manual apperture and shutter, and focus. Set shutter to 'b'. Hold the object (peach) in hone hand, flash in other. (You will need an assistant.) When ready, get your assistant to switch off the light (you need to be in a dark room or do this at night) and press the shutter holding the shutter open. Drop the object in the water and try to set the flash off at the moment the object hits the water. After the flash goes off, close the shutter.
