any way interesting story is that Seth Green Crashed the cosplay games, as in snuck in and was watching, no one noticed till the end. of course when he did gt noticed he go swamped. Me and Terrence decided to leg it and as we were sneeking past, Seth caught sight of terrence in his cosplay and shouted "OH MY GOD ITS PRINCE OF PERSIA"
this was great, Teg had been called Ali baba and Sinbad the whole day, why does no one know PS3 prince? so our fan of the day was Seth green which made us both pretty happy.

The Cosplay has defnatly stepped up a knotch (saddly the pizza cats werent enough) the people who won the big trophy Were AMAZING!!
but warning SAW For next auckland is going to be HUGE.

all in all a good weekend.
now on for a 6 day week.

I'm Sick, and a gross annoying kind just enough to take the fun out of things. making prayers to all the gods of healing and stuff, that it gets better with out me having to visit the Dr, i have a funny little drink that makes it better, but i'm only suppose to take that for 5 days, and today is the 4th, just seeing how well i do. dang it.
So...
Videl is done (my hair is now kinda too short but i don't care its also brown not black)
Gohan is done just need to sew on the orange star high badges but that we can do a the hotel.
Elica is done and my hair is cut for it. and i style it way better than the hair dresser, she was a nice girl but i think the peroxide leaked into her mind.
Prince just needs sand traps and shoes.
Pizza cats are done exept for Ears and painted Jems. they all go together wen we get up to Auckland because otherwise we cant get them into the bag.

so tonight its just a visit to the Dr if i need it. a Mad dash to the Chemist to get the face paint spirit gum remover etc. then home to clean Rats bunnies Cat and prep Sally to look after them all.

so the most recent brainwave, is get some of my Kiddies stories made up into a book not really for fame a fortune but i thought it could make nice presents down the line, now my writing is fine... mostly .. My grammar and Spelling is atrocious (if you haven't already noticed)so i desperately need an editor some one who didn't just pass 7th English by the skin on their teeth (yes funnily enough i failed photography not English something about not having an idea that was carried through ...)
so is their any one out there who would like to edit? either enjoys it, or wants to try or if any one knows any one? that would be great.

the other brain wave is to do with quilting...
DUH
so I'm mildly obsessed with fairy tales again (this is why i want to make the kids book)
and trying to remember some of my favorite stories like the wild swans and something about a Enchanted princess and a cobblers son called John (who I'm sure started my infatuation with blonds)
i'm going to pick a scene and quilt it, all Gothic and stuff.

i also have 2 quilts to go up but i have to give them to their respective people 1st just in case of spying. and i'm doing some Talespin fan art.
i may do some ducktails fan art (beagle babes rule!!)
and a big thank you to who is nice enough to loan me her markers till i can get some of my own.
so that's kinda it.

Now my work is cool and i love my work mates and I'm not angry with them at all because i completely understand the situation so if it sounds like i am its just cos I'm REALLY disappointed.

At my work we have the boss and 3 workers leaves us a little short staffed if any one wants holidays so i get 1 week a year (i am entitled to more but i feel bad)this week is usually Armageddon week either wellington or of late Auckland.

now one of the ladies that works with us Had a fall (holding a very large plant) and broke her shoulder and was out for 3 months now a year later she's been told she can finally have the operation to fix the damage and get a lot of the moment in her arm back, which is great but she'll be off for 6 weeks no movement no nada.

the op is booked for october about 3 weeks before Armageddon.

I dont know if i can make it. if my days don't change i can make Sunday Monday but going up sat night and coming back Sunday night. making it more like a working trip than a holiday.
if they change my days I'm well up shits creek so to speak.

I actually wanted to cry, I cant change the date of the operation because thats unfair and its being don't by Acc so they aren't flexible. I actually cant think my way out of this one.
I'm told i should through a sicky but I'd feel bad.

I don't know what to do.

I've made a couple of these for and , and has worn one of mine as well.
They are called Boob squisher's for lack of a better name, and their purpose is to somewhat comfortably flatten your chest for those awkward Female playing male cosplays.
For $30 I make, to your size an appropriate and non harmful squisher, it reduces your bust by around 40%.
Its made out of wide strong Elastics with a hook and eye fastening that is both strong flexible and easy to put on and remove. Plus the don't take long to make so you can have them quick smart if you want them. I'm also quite happy to post them to people if you aren't in the wellington area.
so think of me if your wanting to look flat or at least flatter (big busty girls i can relate but ain't nothing getting that too flat with out damage or surgery)

We watched "REPO: the genetic opera" on the weekend. and then again the otherday.
I got the soundtrack (a long with a new MP3 player to listen to it) its AWESOME

so its by Lionsgate/Twisted pictures aka the people who do SAW, its set in the future has a sexy man and a super sexy woman in it. Giles from Buffy and funnily enough Paris Hilton doing quite well playing a character that's a lot like herself.
i wont go into depth except in saying its about Repossession Betrayal and all the fun stuff of an opera.

and i love it. And its been on my mind for a while now which has sparked a lot of thinking about cyberpunk our game.
this is good for some and sad for others (Dear Kai MING-MING rock star shall live on as an NPC unless you want to play via skype)
i have had renewed interest in beating out the kinks of the game trying to remember what the story was via the notes I've made (all very shall i say Encrypted)
and it has spawned a quilt. all I'll say is it looks to be large so dont hold your breath it may be a while.

so the mind explosion was its way of making me quiet so it could get some rest. \
four of you my friends had the exact same response D: so i thought i would ease your minds
it was only that smiled at it.

to my defence i say i Have sky movies and i sew with the telly on also i live in a place with crap winters which lead to either TV watching or Sex and there is only so much you can do of either.

In other news. saw STAR TREK OMFG!!!!! I totally fangirled my way through it, I am in love with all the men in that movie and some of the women. (specially the green chick!)
and Checov (prolly spelt it wrong) is soooo cute and its very well done.
only thing that pissed me off was all the lens flairs and the smelly person that sat behind us. but i guess there has to be something.

So the other day at Yumcha i opened my big mouth and talked about getting a committee together to organize another cosplay ball in wellington.
i said this because i really enjoyed the last cosplay ball, saw great potential in it, and heard that the girl who organized it last year lost most of her sanity and possibly didn't want to do it again.
So me and Static one of the other girls on the Forum along with and the mighty man him self JP are looking for 5 or 6 people who would be as committed as the could possibly bee to organizing this. i realized that not all the cosplayers are on the CosplayNZ [link] forum (which you should be) so i thought I'd put a message on here. so you can either get on the forum join up and PM me, or you can just note me here if your interested
Cut off date is 1st of June and we wont say who's in or out till after we get to read and assess every one
don't let this perturb you from offering to help later on. the committee will be dealing with funding admin and organization stuff. the regular person is still quite allowed to interject on the forums with ideas and things.

Classes
My quilting class starts again on Monday so there is some more money it it for me huzzah and I'll be doing some one on one quilting lessons but the shop gets all that money. sigh. i wish i got commission.

and boob squishes.
the quilts of course it will depend on what a person wants but the boob squishes go for about $30.
hopefully over the next week or so i will be playing with my latex so watch this space you may be able to buy prosthetic cat/dog faces and Jak ears.

Just got it of the Ps3 network, very fun game... getting the demo for watchman game and a few more, i like the network you dont have to pay like the Xbox one.
ne who i did what many others did and Watched the watchmen. I did have fun, there was a alot of bums in the movie. nice bums though, and now i think i have founded an unhealthy fondness for Dr manhattan.... he Glows blue for god sake!!!!


beyond that i'm still making cosplays getting tired, playing games all that sort having to between that tidy so has some place to move into.
still writing on occasion, which is different havent done it in a long time. or i start and then get destracted. I got so much more done with out a boyfriend you know.... but i like the on hand sex, and he aint a bad gamer either.

the Have good sound piano... cant move it. it is solid. Not to bad sounding all in all but needs a good sand and fix which is something we cant do.
And still have a wall unit to smash.
felling very VERY tired right now and have work in the morning. but I'm at the tired wired stage right now.
So the shower works well, the one in my en suit that is!!
its a very nice bathroom it makes me happy.
the bunnies shifted OK... few hick ups Alonzo escaped but we snagged him that nearly made me panic.
did ok no stress migraines or anything.
so once the sewing room has all the crap sorted out i can start sewing again.

the whole thing cost $50, it was amazing we ate heaps and (some of us me included) drunk tomuch

and a Piece of paper from Paula, some hairdye face wash a pirate scarf and some lil trinkets from Teg, mostly every one was broke and mum didnt send her package earlyenough but hey birthdays last for weeks right.

so The pretty boy Mogo got the snip on tue's and now he's a bit cranky with me.
but hey i told him either leave his bro alone or no balls.
he's recovering well we had thunder here just before so i hope they are fine.

for starters my Elizabethan Dress [link] is up for sale on trade me here [link] for a buy Now price of $500. i know it sounds a little steep but the work that goes into it is crazy. i am willing to sell the corset and petticoat separate for $300 and the dress for $200 but you kinda need one for the other to fit.
Kutal also if i get a decent offer I'm willing to sell but buyer must know he's huge and though he does pack down its not that small.
G.I.R while I'm not selling my one because i love it toooo much and he's getting a Zim if the offer is there, after Armageddon you can commission me to make him also probably next year, I'm making a few cos plays for sale (Disney Jane from Tarzan is one) and i'm happy to take commissions for Accessories and things like the mighty boobsquisher (for making all you real girls into boys) i have made a simple one for and have yet to finish one, but I'll be selling those cheaper than the one i shall be inventing which will hopefully even out the cleavage problem.

all this is cos after Armageddon i have to have monies to make it back home for Xmas and most importantly b day which is a big one. (thank god I've already done her prezzie)

today (sunday) at work i finished my bag is black a white fabric (kupow thwap and other superhero fighting noises) with hot pink piping and lining.
i'm quite proud it should fit all of my stuff in it!! (i'm hoping this is all the room for real clothes i have ps pics will be coming)

ne way the important stuff.
so you heard about yakumo now i just have do do the pants and shoes, pants i'll make at the same time as anikns pants. (cut the same pattern it for the same guy)
help Teg with the imperial guard helmet.

put the sleeves on Kutal and tonight after my hair cut i'm going to make the buttons and put them on.
then that will be his top done and i'll just have to do his pants shoes and get the fimo for his noes.
(stupid being no black!)
so with 19 days till we get on the plane i'm doing well i think.
i've made a thinking wall with all the fun things like all my found fabric for the quilt i'm going to make (Hiigari and F1 still need to give me bits for that hehe)

well with the news that got her quilt i started another one. and in a week its almost done. going to do some aplique on it tonight yay friday night sewing is awesome. well its my friday every one elses monday.
so i will have photos of the 1st quilt as soon as i've tidied them up, and the 2nd one later on when it is finished.

Bunnies
my babies are happy and healthy Alonzo is at a good weight his brother is a little bit of a fatty (bout 10g heavier) but the vet gave them cutiest bunnys of the day award, they have gotten their Jabs and at the moment they are getting use to going out side on their leads and playing with the cat.
both like sneaking up on petal the next doors cat whos a little daft and kinda scared of them.

but its sunny and fun.

as you would have figured out by my update to my gallery i saw mum and we went to the zoo.
saw who got us some awesome pictures from shaking the apropriate food can...

so about the yellow fur.
i'm finishing off kutals head (photos will most likely be in scraps, as i update and make the costume)
i have very limited vision but i always knew that would be the case. his head is quite wide and his eyes quite small so it makes it kinda hard. but with limited vision it has one up on Gir who had none...
that reminds me zim.....
ne way so all i have to do now is put his necks scarf thing on and his nose ears and jewl and that part is done.
i sill havent really expland the fur... i'm making him plush, i found a blonde fur that is just purrr-fect and after making his head from foam and covereing it i have stuffed it to get its fatness... actually making cats is fun i may do some more. (like the *Keysha-chan cat. after all i didnt mention something about that...) eak there goes my work load again getting bigger and bigger.

yar 3 machines today i rock! one in the last hour i got them from $400 up to a $650 machine. actally the store has been super slow untill now so we need it.

I've started my Kutal cos play (furring up the head next is feet)
half way through my dress for amidala and still haven't touched the ani cosplay.
The Tdog after a week off has started his new job driving left right and center and dealing with all the people whose computers have blown up due to the storm.
mums coming to visit next week and on sat we have the Asian night market!
so as soon as I'm not sore and i cure the cough that sounds like I've smoked a pack a day since 5 (i was in town and and a guy was like "lay of the cigars girl" and I'm like I'm sick you idiot!!)
all will be fun!

i may add some to scraps. funnily enough there wernt many school girls there were 2 road workers a couple of sheffs a school sports team uniform, a Pirate doctor, a G.I jane, 2 geisha (me and kris)
and Hawkeye and Trapper from mash (Me man and his mate) oh and lest we forget the good old kiwi male complete with sheep (betty-sue)
so i went around was fairly good of course had work the next day so i couldnt go too crazy, looked after silly boys who gashed their hand and generally had fun making hooker jokes and how Hawkeye likes the natives (ok so they were veitnamese but still)
so this morning i wake up (dont remember going to sleep) a mate of ours left her fone in our room and it went off a 730! my gosh found out who belongd to, relised i was wearing my boyfriends boxers the ones he was wearing the night before and noticed he wasnt wearing anything, and went to have a shower... and i was like,
"dum de dum de de de do.... OUCH"
i look down and the water is nicly cascading over a decent sized cut in my leg. i'm a bit like "WTF?"
go up and my stockings had a big hole in them and were covered in blood. again "WTF"
one of the loundroom doors got ripped off their hinges i got a massive bear hug and my neck is killing me and i have a bruse on my arm that i'm not sure about... its weird cos i remember all that happened but none of it kind of relates to the injuries...
other wise Good night another lot of fun. and long enough away from the last one that you can recover and forget all the pains... actually i'm not really hung over just my neck is making my head hurt and i'm sleepy.
but movies and knitting tomorrow and then Tdogs dads 50th next weekend which means a 3 day weekend cos i get the sunday off. and we get to go to the pools in Palmy they have a hydroslide !! then we move and hopfully life will get back to norm eventually

both Sophie and rumble with what we think is a combo of old age and cold.
they were in rattie years around 70 really when you think of it.
both went in their sleep and we buried them in the yard behind some trees there was me and 3 others saying our farewells they had become a fixture in the flat. but all things must end. and i will miss my little friends but now they are with their sisters whom we lost months early from hypothermia and stroke...

I have belive it or not. finished my quilt!
its done quilted out and bound oh the joy. its quite amazing... actually the quilt has a few things in it that i'd like to change but next time and more practice..
it was made with love.

ive changed my mind about my cos play...
(i cant remeber if i've mentioned that.) so i'm going in the night dress for amidala... got a pattern just have to make it. have an extra day at work so i should be able to do that.

made a little baby jacked hoody out of the left over fabric from the quilt, for woof's pup i dont have any money but its her bday so i thought i'd do something. again made with love and embroidered. its not the most girlist of things but its cool. just have to find some lining. it may be late.

get to start making my big cosplay with on sunday when i find my glue and steal a craft knife. i start by making the head (photos will come in installments probably in scraps)

oh i found revenge of the sith the game for ps2 its hilarious to play i'm quite enjoying it. hada drinking sesh and played it last night tres amusing.
oh and walking into grevious is like walking into a blender...

i've just done one half of the quilting out. all that remains is the last lines and the binding.
all in all its probably only taken me about a month to do it off and on.
could have been done sooner if i actually manned up and did the emboidery sooner.
the scarf:
Finished about a week ago. Tdog wears it off and on. started a little babys jumper red and white stripes and going to have little red cars for buttons.
Clothes:
actually this is new found some zebra stripe in Fluro pink and white and i'm going to make a shirt out of it (well a black shirt with a pannel of the stripe)
cos play:
I"m going out to get the foam for kutal on Monday and hopefully get started on that. just the head for startes that $50 there.... sigh
other wise tonight we are getting vinal for Anakin i've make padme's pants Anakins grey and brown robe so they are getting through it all.
this month its getting kutal out of the way. Cant let the team down. oh and cant forget Yakumo hehehe.
other wise just mulching about and trying to sleep.
i just burnt my tounge and the roof of my mouth and it hurts like the shiz monkie...

in other news there is a ball tonight and i don't know if i can go. my dress is almost finished (i started Thursday) but i still feel crappy.

oh well day off soon i can mope by my self in sickness cos no one else can come see me. stupid odd days off working.

theres a strange person living in our lounge so i cant sew or anything. which sucks but he is nice so i shouldn't complain much. he's from a country far off i didn't catch which one.
sigh i'm going to empty the washing machine now. i have no idea where I'm going to put the washing.

THIS WEEK
has gone way to fast it seems like it was yesterday i had my day off and did something.... oh yeah hung out with and walked around town the the botanical gardens and talked about making movies and crystals and stuff... twas fun!

any way the thing that we have decided is this:
our cosplay and which order we are doing them in for auckland armegeddon now i just need to talk to mum about accomodation for us all and travel! i'm saving al ready but the expence of affording making 2 new cosplays is intence.

so Teg and my order for october.
1st day: STARWARS.
HE's going as Padawan anikain and i'm going as Amidala in her white battle outfit... he really wanted to do bad anikain but i explained to him that as i'm beign a green dog and then a orange cat it would be nice to be something sexy. and Amidala is pretty but i dont wana do the pregnant thing!
2nd day:
Invader ZIM i'm rewareing my gir Costume (hopefully with glomp patrol this time) and Teg is deciding to be zim as Nobody likes Dib.
3rd day: Shinzo!! whith and
me as Kutal and Teg as Yakumo!
also for half he is being a imperial guard (the red guy) and i'm back in Amidala... just cos i will die in kutal if i wear him for to long.

so this leave me making.
Anikan, Amidala, ZIm, Yakumo, helping with Imperial guard, Kutal and a Bridman from starwars... with 5 months to do it in...

it should be good. i've got some help with all props (the boy is in charge of hard materials i do the soft ones!)

well Armageddon's was a fair while ago and since then there have been all sorts of plotting and fun.
last thursday we had a photo shoot of which the photos will start showing of which

were my beautiful models
and was our fab photographer. it worked out ok in the end because his model dissipeared, and i'm all for helping a mate and these photos are as much his as mine...

so as for the gasping
discovered that Elizabethan dresses are awful to wear , and that men at one stage never new what a woman was like physicly.
corset for pregancy any one? any who she looked soo pretty so that will make an apreance.
was a very cute Gir complete with purple background.
and Teg made a good dragon and two headed tree snake thing.

meanwhile back at the lab
the flat warming was last night, good party look in scraps for photos. dragon dancing with drungs is awesome.

came with us and it was fun :
we didn't see till later in the day.

I dressed as gGr spent the day singing and "dancing like a monkey" and being hugged and taken photos of every 5 seconds.
I"m not really complaining i just wish some people would give you warning some times.. or at least let you go to the bathroom in peace.
Auckland will be fun as Kutal if i get this much attention. yay for going as a big plushy cat!

i got so many group photos with different people i didnt get any myself so if any has any of me or me and my Dib could they email and send them to me? I'd much appreciate it.

so i got a big hug from shadow hedgehog which turned into a dance off. much fun and i wached Lisa Furukawa's concert (i also got her cd)
yay the tegasor like listining to it so i'm happy (usually i get Jpop and electronica turned off yay metal heads!!
i felt like i had to because she stopped me on the way out, and asked for a photo cos she thought i was cute!!!! i was supper chuffed.

i didnt spend a whole lot got teg is bday prezzie which is a Starwars Mighty mugg of Boba fett from the toy world place and i got RvB season 4 so all i need now is season 5 and i'll be set. ghost in the shell volume one 4 $5 and Miss Furukawas Cd.
so all in all pretty good.

and like wellington it rained, and we couldnt go on.
the second day was the 16th and it rained, but we went on any way, we found a dry spot and got wrangled a couple of families to watch, except for the noise everything went smoothly considering it was a new venue.
the third day and Sunday it was warm and lovely.
and everything went wrong. but people seemed to enjoy it, we havent had many children come and see it for a family show, but then again the weather was crap.

so are coming to stay with us, along with my flat mates mum, so full house!
and last night i had an awesome chat with which made me very happy.
isn't it great to catch up with friends.

now i have a day off and nothing to do. i would be sleeping but my plan to play a nightworth of Video games got ruined around 2:30pm by a jealous boyfriend who wanted me to come to bed with him rather than play video games all night with his friend.... who supposidly i'm stealing....
its not my fault I'm a girl and there for better.
Sorry boys..... hehehe

any way a big thankyou to and who came out and helped with the show. i owe you kids chocolate, sorry i didnt say anything on the evening little distracted by costumes falling apart and you know....
i hope you can help out again.

ne way we are moving as of tomorrow, thought i had a while but turns out its this weekend whoot. will be moving her cool self in in march and will be in my neck of the woods too all of the north island be weary

ANYWAY....
i was packing as you do when you move an i found my little ratty Sophie's warrente (well the thing that you sign just incase they are phyco or something) and i got her on the 17/02/07 and she was about 7 weeks old then... so my baby is one year old and subsequently middle aged.

IM A NINJA COS...
i watch to much kim possible and the boss left me in the shop alone so i'm doing my net stuff.

GOOD THINGS...
the rats are going to have a giant complex for a home, i'm sticking four of the cages together for them.
we are getting a landline,
and the internet!
i cant wait

and she returns at 3.33 pm spooky.

Up Date
so i have a job at a sewing/embroidering/ habidash/ and sewingmachine store.
I'm the youngest by about 20 years, its awesome ive been there three days and the bosses already got me a chrissy pressy! it was amazing, its nothing like work at all, at the moment i get to make a beanbag bear for the store. and play with $17,000 sewing machines!
its amazing.

i'm also being a big girl and not going home fore Xmas, i'm staying in welly and partying it up with my other family, (the inlaws)
they hired a hall.... so they could fit every one.

ne who i'm going to try and sneak inside and back out again with out being caught by the children, so ican have a little more of a sleep before we do the prezzy thing.

ok so graduated last wednestday the 7th all went nicely there was only a little crying.
had our fairwell on the 9th last offical day at school. only a little more crying.
got called up on saturday by a tutor that we had and she needed a worker.
have a job for two weeks making psycodelic lycra and glitter flowers for skycity casino. whooot lots of money.

making a costumy textile group just started it like 1 hour ago. lotsof people join me please!! i need more work up there. we take cos-players toy makers all sorts.

is very tiredand the lad got me into Call of duty 4 its addictive. whoot. yay killing unltra national russians. got the new manopaly game (with the electric teller machine) a decent poker set. tale's of earthsea and love actually from my aunty for my birthday.
YAAAAAAAR

Major work A distiction the teacher was amazed i finished
with a week to spear and helped other people
with their show case stuff and her with show
case stuff.
Special effects A distiction although a little rought around
the edges the teacher loved the design and

my little hearth (see my gallery) was a
crowed favourite
taloring A. with out pockets my jacket was still tidy and
Donna was impressed by how tidy my work
had become (she gave me a C last year.
Corsetry C just because i only handed in 2 of 4 garments
in this section. the other two were late and the
teacher didnt notice them. mark is now pending
for change. i did get a 26/30 for my corset and a
27/30 for my bustle. which saved my ass
Grad show A distiction. pattern was awsoem and every
one loved it yay (see gallery)

they were happy with all my secondment work and now i graduate in 6 days. turn 21 in 5 and have a party in 2 whoooooo. i'm kinda jittery now aint life grand

YAY
i'm happy. well a little annoyed that the person i allowed to hop on the band wagon to help me with orginisational crap is leaving me with ever little task possible and then trying to take creative control away from me... well like any protective mum this does not sit well with me.
*sigh*
Fetish ball is next week and i have to make two costumes for the thing i got ropped into doing. are getting winged at for the lack of orginisation in that. when all i said was yeah i'll help you make some costumes to the director about two months ago... he's not being asked anything... and again i'm being made to do all the leg work.

this makes me giggle because i basicly failed the manegment part of school. oh well..,.

mean while i have just finished Halo 3 on heroic. we did it on normal in a day.... got it corriered on the 25th and everything.
the ladd has just spent heaps of money on a limited edition expansion for oblivion and i'm quite suprised that i was allowed on it for halo..

ne who now i'm connected for a little i'm catching up with all the fun things like Red vs blue... (BLUE ALL THE WAY)
and yeah every thing is good... i'll have to put up pic's of my babies ( the rat) now my larry is working..
