Well, it's that time of year again! The time of year where I give you all up to a list of the better web comics I've read through the year!

[link] -- Super Crash. From our very own ! He's got quite the amusingly morbidly twisted sense of humor, but that makes for all the better. Give him some love and support!

[link] -- And Shine Heaven Now. Yes, it's a fan-comic. For Hellsing, nonetheless. However, the person doing this has a grasp on the religious war and the ilk what seems to be commonplace in Hellsing and makes a whole lot of fun of all of them. It's great for a look!

[link] -- Pointless. No seriously, that's the name of the comic. I read it on one of its sites a long time back and, sadly, he lost the site it was on. So for now, he's posting the comic on DA! There's a few rewrites in dialogue and he says some new content is on the way as well. The art is edgy, the humor right up my alley and probably yours as well, if you laugh at any of my jokes. Check him out, give 'im some love!

[link] -- Gorgeous Princess Creamy Beamy. If you're looking for some amusing anime parodies splashed with some adult humor, this one's right up your alley. Starts as something SORT of reminiscent to Sailor Moon, then it takes a turn for the worse. Prepare to laugh your ass off!

[link] -- Questionable Content. Long, but hilarious. Tells life as it is through a group of the most unlikely friends and a self-aware robot. Though I'm not all up in the Indy culture and all that, but you don't have to be to like this particular comic.

[link] -- Genius Girl. Last but certainly not least! This is seriously one of my FAVORITE comics of all time. The storyline is superb, all the characters in-depth. If I had the money, any and all merchandise by these people would be mine. Seriously. Check 'em out.

Number of Alts Active -- 2 (Both on Furcadia ~ Sins of the Father; The Father's Sins)
Changes -- Like Bane, her right arm is possessed by the Death Essence, Unhinged. Unlike Bane, Sins' Unhinged attacked her early in their joining and therefore, she has a nice crescent-shaped scar that runs from the right corner of her mouth to the outer corner of her eye. It is a visible scar, showing up a very pastel pink. She is also different from Bane in the sense that at the end of the known history for Bane, Sins' keeps going. She killed her father, finally. Christoph was talking to Christian concerning a way to tell Ivan how Tanya's death really happened (she died in childbirth with the siblings' little sister, for those new to the story), and Ivan overhears. He falls into a paradoxical state of mind that completely warps his beliefs and everything he has tried to uphold. So he goes after Vida now in this new insane state. Christo sees what happened and sends for Miska. Who comes as her father is getting ready to hurt her baby sister. She unleashes Unhinged in that last second ... and Ivan is no more. Because of such a close encounter with Vida being hurt, she has become viciously paranoid and over-protective of her baby sister.

First, it started out that my roommate's friend wanted a list of land predators. She said they could be living or extinct. So we chose a list of living predators ... and then chose a list of dead ones.

'Too bad the dodo wasn't a predator. Because the dodo was awesome...'
'Yeah...'
'I know! A Tyrannosaurus! Because those are only the most badass land predators ever, right?'
'Oh yeah.'
'Although, it would suck to see one walking around outside. It'd be like "OH MY GOD, A T-REX!! EVERYONE GET INTO THE HALLWAY!'

Now normally, abnormally ... bizarre conversations like this stop there and stay ended with a few recounts later of the joke. But not this one.

*Ticktaptickatap -- Pause* 'It would suck even more if we had velociraptors running around.'
'Or utahraptors...'
'Yeah, those would suck worse.... I wonder if we're raptor-proof? I mean, unless the knobs on the doors to the stairs on the first floor are like the latch knobs in JP, we should be safe, right?'
'I .... dunno.'
'Because I mean, raptors are smart, but I would assume there are certain doors they can't open.'
'And they can't operate elevators.'
'Unless you lived on the first floor, we'd generally be safe from a raptor attack, right?'
'We should be. But what about the lobby?'
'The front doors are glass.'
'Riiiiiiiiiiiight... Unless they eat a student, they'd be breaking through that.'
'XD Beepbeep! Click Open the door... Rawr!'

'....' *Grabs her room keys*

And so, after an extensive search of the first floor stairway doors (and a prompt scaring of both the front desk worker and the security guard on duty at the time), I came back upstairs to determine that yes...

AiC's dorms, The Towers, is safe from a velociraptor attack ... assuming you don't live on the first floor and that the velociraptors are not dropped from a helicopter onto the roof.

Mira -- the main character. A half-breed of Daemon and human who is sent on a quest by her human mother in order to find a place called 'The Capital'. In truth, The Capital is actually a Daemon city far off from where she was born and raised called Edrione, where Mira's father was said to reside after being cast from his beloved's hometown.

Simon -- The 'leader' of a group of troublemaking outcasts (They call themselves bandits for some reason) from Mira's home and the surrounding villages. His origins are unknown, though he seems to be of Middle Eastern or Asian descent. Though his band of friends isn't very big, they are extremely loyal to one another. With one of them being part Daemon themselves, he persuades his crew to accompany Mira and see her safely to Edrione.

* gave the name and concept -- Emily -- The very obviously Irish 'second-in-command' of the group of bandits under Simon. Her voice carries a heavy Irish accent and she is very hard to understand at times because of it. Although underage in our world, she is old enough to drink on Argos and exercises this right very well, the stereotypical drunk Irish woman. She is also prone to hysterics.

* gave the name -- Samuel -- The only half-breed in the group and he puts his Daemon knowledge to good use. He is something of a technology geek, though not the stereotypical nerd. While he does wear glasses, they fit his handsome visage quite well. His knowledge of Daemon technology helps the group out a lot. On their side of the world, Daemons were run out and thus left dead machines. Few can understand, much less reactivate, these wonders of mechanics and clockwork and Sam is one of the few who can. Though quiet and keeping mostly to himself, he is always willing to lend a shoulder or an ear to someone else's problems.

* gave the name -- Cathair -- A gentle giant. A very large man and a little slow mentally, but nonetheless a sweetheart as long as his friends and himself are not under any threat. Once he feels that people close to him are in danger, he becomes a raging bulk and cannot be stopped until the danger is over. He seems attached in a brotherly way to Samuel and protects him as if they were siblings by blood.


More will be added until we are filled up. As said, we have two more slots open for names and/or character concepts, so feel free to throw suggestions!

On the other hand, I suppose I should be happy somewhat for getting sick; it procured the main structure for an original storyline. There was a point in time where my fever spiked nastily and knocked me out and the dream I had was so vivid, I decided to write a story about it.

I've decided it will focus on one of my favorite races at the moment, being Daemons, with a half-breed girl having to go through by her human mother's wishes to find a place called the 'Capital'. It will take place on a world called Argos. She'll be travelling with a bunch of trouble-making misfit humans who want to help her. In a way, it had a very ... Final Fantasy-ish feel to it. I still haven't thought up a definite storyline as of yet; the foundation's still really soggy, but by the time I start it, 'Reaper' should be a good way through itself (I also dreamt some inspiration for that).

What I need from you guys, if you could, would be some ... normal-ish ... human names for ... about three other people (Male or female. It dun matter), I'd really appreciate it *Isn't any good with making up regular names XD* Also, if you'd like to add a general concept to them, I'll happily take it and give acknowledgement to you in a disclaimer or something of the sort.
