Yesterday i spent 11 hours workin at MDI. 243 lil kids can be super annoyin its ridiculous. This one red head OMG she likes to talk back and not listen. She also threatened to beat me up then i stood and she said nevamind lol it was great.

My coach made me run so much and i hate runnin.
When we stretched he had me lay on the grass and someone pushed my leg as far up as i would let them that hurt a lil bit lol but was betta then the runnin.
We have to throw the discuss 65 feet to make it to states and i'm throwin it 50. For shot-put we have to throw that 29 feet and i'm hittin bout 23 so as of right now i'm not makin it to states but wit a lil more practice i will.
