Spider-Man AP Sketchcards - now taking commissions

Hi everyone!

IÂm announcing now that IÂm open to take commissions on my Spider-Man Artist's Proof sketchcards.
There are 8 of them available, all from the Rittenhouse Archives set I did.
They are still blank cards, so the customer will choose what he/she wants me to draw. IÂll accept the commissions in order of arrival to my mailbox, so if youÂre interested hurry up!

Important notes:
- limited to 2 cards/commissioner
- only colored cards
- they'll only be delivered to you on Feb/2010

Hey, folks!

Â Well, I will try (again) to keep up with regular postings in my gallery and in my journal, after all, DA is a very cool (and useful) community where a lotta thing happen and it's really a good thing to be up-to-date with everything DA.

Â So, new art updated today! Hope you guys dig. It was good to upload these 2 new pieces before everyone starts to think that I only draw sketchcards! Although I love to do them and although the postings of all the cards I've done recently (and not so recently) aren't over yet!

Â Speaking of sketchcards, I wanna say: I'm OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS! Sketchcards, pin-ups, being comics-themed or not are accepted, alright?

So the year is almost ending...

...and I worked my ass off in 2008, man!
October and November were 2 long ass months for me, since I worked a lot, almost no free time (only for my own birthday party, on Oct 20th), and got tired like s**t. But it pays off, of course!
It's really cool to see good results from what you do and see people happy with what you give'em. If you check my previous journal entry, you'll get a peak of what projects I was engaged to in the beggining of October. I survived all of 'em (phew!). In the end I got lucky I had one of the listed projects called quits and another one postponed for early 2009.
Soon I'll be posting the X Comikz stuff (easy, guys! I will, I swear!) and the Fantastic Four sketchcards, as soon as I am finished posting the Batman cards.

Work, work , work!

Hi, folks!
Well, like I said in my last journal, I started to post new stuff here. Check out my gallery to see the Batman Archives sketchcards I did for Rittenhouse earlier this year. The set was released in Sep. 17th and is now on sale!
So go grab yours!

On other news...you don't wanna be me right now. I'm already working my a** off and it seems that I'm gonna have a reeeealy busy October. Here's what:
1 - I'm already doing a comic book for the good fellas of X Comikz and , Evolution Origins: HeatWave
2 - doing another book for X Comikz too, Evolution: Genesis
* more news and art on X Comikz soon to come

3 - doing 2 big illustrations for a product package. It's like a ZipLock thing (drawing vegetables and sandwiches, haha! I'll post it soon, too)
4 - have a weekly 2 comic strips steady job with [link]
5 - will have to deliver till the end of the month 18 illustrations for a company manual
6 - will start working on at least 30 background images for an animation
7 - maybe will have a 16 page instructional comic book to start this month
8 - maybe will have a 8 page instructional comic book to start this month
9 - got weekly classes to give (yes, I'm an art teacher, too)
10 - got my , and art school to run aaaand -- one more cool thing

11 - the folks at Rittenhouse liked very much my work on the Bats cards and invited me to do 200 of the Fantastic Four series. It was a no-brainer to say "yes" and here we go! Will start on them hopefully on Oct 6th, when the blanks are expected to arrive!

Just a real quick journal here, to say that:
