Further, Ive managed to get some great contacts that hopefully will prove to be valueble.
Its amazing what a few jobs, a few talks here and there can do...getting people to know who you are.

all this, and a bit of luck( not talent ).

I need to express a sincere sense of gratitude to a very special person, whom i adore immensely, please will you stay in my life forever...?!

did a shoot backstage on Oslo Fashion Week (OFW) this wednesday, and old friend of mine, Nina Granerød, just graduated from the fashion institute of ST. martins in london, and is predeemed to become a great fashion designer... apparently she and donatella versace are pals...check it out.

but anyhow, this woman was running around with a mamiya 6x6 , with a digi phase one back, shooting like there was no tomorrow...studioflashes bouncing all over the place...i could not stop laughing....i was there with the Holga and the good old trusty leica M6 (thx to Finn for helping me out with that one)...

getting the negs back from the lab tmrw, ill scan and post some of em soon.

Ive got a surprice that will stay unmentioned for the time being, awaiting the feedback from the editor, but it might unleash hell and fury...in good ways, beneficial for my photographic future.

Ive got some work lined up the next couple of weeks, doing a catalog shoot for a fashion label and illustrating/photographing for a book.

Most likely, pending the ETA of my prints, currently on their way from perth to oslo, via boatmail...hehe... I will have my first solo exhibition on norwegian soil this summer. Im pretty excited.

The 24.march is the official opening date.

and the exhibition runs from the 25th of march untill the 25th of april.

im exhibiting my recent photograpic work in two different venues in two different continents.(wow)

First its the "West" exhibition in Gallup, New Mexico, USA the 19th march..

The second in FOTOFREO, in Fremantle. WA the 22nd of march.

this will be in two differnet locations, Fremantle and at the PCP gallery in Brisbane st, Northbridge.

this "festivitas" is a well known event in the WA photographic scene and a fairly big exhibition. Im grateful for the invite and im looking forward to be a part of it. thx.
