First was Ellis Island (Which took muuuuch longer than I think was necessary, but oh well, it was still cool at first xD)

Then we went to go eat lunch/dinner At Carnegie Deli which was to be honest, good but just okay. (Ionno, maybe Im just not one for cold sandwiches? -shot-)

Then we went to Toys R Us and got on the Ferris Wheel! 8D (M&M's car ftw XD)

While there I managed to get a couple of my gift/souveniers for people. Not the usual 'lol NYC keychain' but meh, I think what I got will mean more in the long run. Most people go to NYC, why bother getting something there with the cities name on it?

Then we finally got to go to the nintendo store (About 15 min til closing time >> Where I did find a couple things there as the rest of my gifts. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, but meh I found something else almost as good!

Also, they played music from Nintendo games there, which I should've expected from the start. What I never would've expected though was that they had the No More Heroes soundtrack on their playlist! X3 When the NMH theme started playing I instantly perked up a bit! XDDD

anyway, yeah I got my shopping done,and it was quite a bit of fun!

if you don't know what that means, let me explain. In Rock Band's world tour mode, you play sets of songs, going anywhere from 1 song, up to about 7 or 8 for the harder venues.

But the Endless Setlist is different.

Rock Band 2 comes packed with a total of 84 songs on the disc, and after obtaining 900 stars in world tour, you unlock the 'Endless Setlist'.

This set doesnt have 1 song, not 2 or 7 or even 8. No

This setlist has EVERY SINGLE SONG ON THE DISC IN IT.

And Im going to attempt it. I'm starting at midnight tonight

At minimum, this I hear takes about six and a half hours.

I've made one friend, not shockingly the one person who can't drink. The worst part of it is there's virtually no way to get away from it all except for the clubhouse here (Where Im using the net from.)

I haven't seen any of my good rl friends since Julie left for New York almost 3 weeks ago, and tbh I need to just see them right now so I can be my usual smartass jackass self for a bit, because right now all I can be here is quiet and petrified not knowing wth to say to anyone.

Fuck the internets even stopped working at their house (Gee, wonder why.) so I cant be on if people happen to need me, and after this I'm probably not getting on until my mom leaves for work tomorrow which I have no idea when that is anywhere from noon to 4 my time, plus ionno if Im gonna stay on much, it's fucking hot out here, and I have to plug this thing in.

I'm not happy right now, and I need to just be away from them for a little while. I love my mom and her fiancee, but I also needed to vent. Anyway, if you're one of the four people I actually talk to on AIM, nows a good a time as any.

Up til now they've only been developing, but any thinking person knows you only make missiles when you want trouble. Now from what I understand, there is a real threat. North Korea may fire a missile at Hawaii. What will this likely do? Start a war, of course.

My question is, how do clearly psychotic men always end up in charge of countries?

My next question is, why must the average non-psychotic, hardworking person clean up their mess? Why do innocent people have to be forced to go fight other innocent people? I have no issues with some random young man from North Korea, do you? Why should I possibly have to go over and put a bullet in his chest, or vice versa?

Imagine if the world was truly free, for a moment. Everyone was born equal, and stays equal. Where a McDonald's cashier is just as worthy of having a man take a bullet for him as the president. Where people don't need to expand their countries in the ever growing effort to compensate for having a small penis. (Yes I made that joke, haha.) Of course no one will ever realize my vision, which makes me sad, but then again it also makes me realize that being totally equal we'd also all lose the ego, which is necessary sometimes.

I just don't understand why leaders find the need to murder countless innocents just to feel strong. In times like these we should all be working to help one another, after all it's not just the U.S.A. that's in trouble right now.

At the very least someone kill Kim Jong Il, I'm pretty sure he needs to die. (I know that goes against my whole peace argument, but then again killing one man who doesn't count in the 'decent hardworking' crowd never hurt anyone.)

Okay fine the good

It's a fun game with lots of brilliant new additions to the series. Now that thats out of the way

THEY RELEASED AN UNFINISHED GAME!

Seriously, how the hell do they get away with this? It seems like everyone and their dog is having problems playing this thing, and they just think it's fine?

I'm having two issues that I know of at the moment.
1. Only two of the games four speeds work. This is supposedly due to processing limitation, but why not manage some other way to make it work then, huh? Why do I have to wait a full 8 minutes or so while they go to work or sleep wishing I could play the awesome game?

2. Every Sim I make as soon as I finish creating the poor bastard, his or her hair decides it doesn't wanna be there anymore and runs away! Once again, EA says its a computer limitation, but that's bullshit, you know why? Because every other single Sim already in the town HAS hair.

Not to forget the fucking CD that doesn't work. I swear you'd think this would be some rip off of the Sims made in Turkey! I tried installing it at first (On a computer with the right specs except for RAM) and every twenty minutes got an error, and even still it took 10 hours and didn't finish. Then I got more RAM, it installed faster, sure but it also forgot to leave out the damn errors, and still couldn't make itself finish!!

So then I had to download it from EA's own downloader program itself, and that worked. That worked fine, no errors, nothing until I started the game and got the fucking Hair issues!

The speed problem I can understand, and as long as it gets fixed or they add something to make it work better (Like say a button that skips to the end of sleep or work cycles.) But the Hair thing isn't forgivable.

Not to mention looking on several sites I saw a list of other issues people had longer than the Odyssey!

When a game comes out, the glitches should either be tiny, or not affect the game so much. These glitches I've had and heard of are not tiny like 'My sim walked through a window' no! These are HUGE and right in the players face! What did no one bother to play test this???

I'm gonna try it on my friends ultimate hardcore gaming computer later, though I also have to say that when I tried it on my other friends Mac we had no issues so... stick with Mac I guess.

By the way, to EA...

YOU MADE THE GAME SO IT APPEALS TO BOTHER HARDCORE AND CASUAL GAMERS, SO MAKE SURE THE GAME WILL WORK ON BOTH HARDCORE AND CASUAL COMPUTERS YOU IDIOTS!

sorry, it's just I've had this game for over a week and haven't gotten it to work right...

To be honest I've got to admit, meeting someone from offline is quite a humbling experience XD

He was there when I got into the car to head over there and from minute one it was like he was just part of our group (tbh I wish he was, that way I wouldn't be the only guy 8P -shot-)

But in another sense I guess it also makes him seem a bit more real to me, putting a face on just the letters I'd been seeing for a year now. Anywho, he's really nice and cool and fun to be around.
