So today is the last Monday of my final week at my job. It has been deemed that Im being to helpful and that the people left behind to do my job are not feeling the burn enough so they want me out so they can feel the full forse of the managements (bad?) decision making.

Yes I am bitter and yes I am angry...it took me ages to get this job, within the company I wanted to work for and I still cant quite understand how they can just get rid of people so easily? They have messed about with so many peoples lives and at such a great time of year too - no Christmas do this year, no festive cheer, just lots of job hunting and dole claiming!

I am so unsure what my future holds right now? I cant just go out (like so many others are having to) and take whatever is out there as I am trying to look after my Mum too. I need a homeworker job and fast! There are so many scam jobs out there Im wondering if there is anything genuine. Everything else is self-employed (been there done that - tax returns are so much fun!! NOT!) and very few and far between.

I hope that something turns up soon so I can feel relaxed and focused again - change is supposed to be good right?

OK - Ill come straight to the point - Im looking for someone to mentor me - I need to learn and I like to learn quite fast.

I need a good kick up the a55.

I find myself depressed and with no motivation to do anything bar eat and sleep. I have done very little of the sleeping part and way to much of the eating part (and I hate myself even more for doing this).

I am part way thru a feature journal but have little heart to finish it. I have no heart to pick up my camera and shot stuff. I need something to light the spark again but not sure what.

So - send me a kick or even better some advice (pls do not say go out or go on a trip as this is IMPOSSIBLE at the present time)?

Just wanted to say YAY me - I finally made it to 2500 PV - I know its a small milestone compared to some deviants out there but a milestone none the less ! Thanx to everyone who has taken the time and trouble to have a look at my gallery and makes lovely comments and favs.

I have taken some advise recently and moved from pure photography on to photography-art....I have lots of new ideas which seem to take a lot longer to create than just photos. So watch this space for something different coming in the near future....a small sample of which some of you may have seen with my horror series that was composed for the Spiral Downwards competition... Its my bunny's Birthday today!

He has been a great inspiration with my photography - even getting involved with the setup of some of my pictures.

He doesn't seem camera shy at all which is great!

He had a carrot (which the green leafy bits included) as his birthday cake as well as some special chocolate&cookie.

He was giving a lot of fuss and is currently enjoying laying on his blanket.

How's things going??

I had a mixed weekend - got a few reasonable shot as you can see thru resent posts, also may have my competition entry for Alan - although I have been told most of my work is out of focus (oof) :( Oddly - one of my pics which I acknowledge as being oof - people seem to like - why ?? Confused !

Well I say - anyone trying to take pics with no glasses when they are +4 and +4.5 (to those not in the know - fairly bad vision!) is going to find it hard to focus ! I will get glasses soon - must book appointment, must book appointment.....

That aside I had a bit of scare late Sun/Monday - and for a few hours I really though (yes I am totally paranoid and my imagination can be my worst enemy too!) I might loose the use of my left hand. I was stupid enough to use a Stanley knife - it being a pink girly one did not make it any safer! - and it slipped (as they always do - why is that) and unfortunately went straight in to my left wrist - how I missed my vein I will never know !! Gore aside it got infected really quickly and I had to have an injection and pills to try to get things safe again !

Fortunately today (tentatively said !!!) its less swollen and red, and the red lines that were running up my arm have faded - so the pills work !!

So hopefully I will be able to focus (although badly) my camera again and take some pics - although not for at least a week.

I’m so close to my 1000 page view too - I thought that would be my next journal entry.....oh well....soon !

Sorry but I must (LOL) shout about some of my pics, which I was lucky enough to have shown on the telly-box thingy ! :D

Needless to say the most proud person is my Mum (as all mums are always so proud of their offspring), and I come a close second.

They were shown in the Anglia TV news/weather program that runs from 6pm on ITV.

The second reason for telling you all about this it to let you know how......and its so easy even I can manage it !! You just have to email them the pics - it can take them 24hours to add it to the programme but they seem to show most of what they are sent (not sure if thats a credit to self or not?).

Then sit back, wait and watch the programme :D
