My mom and I made the Road costume and the Flonne one I bought from ... a website I can't find right now because it's been that long since I bought it. I think the Flonne one is more my style but Road was lots of fun because I was with a large D. Gray-man group.

I saw a NiGHTS, Reala and a Jackle. Jackle threw a card at me and said it was a gift XD It was a playing card that had "A gift from Jackle" written on it- such an awesome idea, I totally kept it.

I only saw the NiGHTS and Reala once and I was bummed cause I didn't think to ask if I could get my picture with them when I took it. Oh well, maybe next time.

I was the only Flonne cosplayer. There was an Adell and Rozalin in the costume show and they looked great ^^ I wish I had gotten a pic of them but... someone broke my camera earlier that afternoon ;_;

Mostly, I bought Disgaea and D. Gray-man stuff. Sadly there was no NiGHTS stuff but I was happy to find Disgaea figures ^^

My birthday is this month, plus a lot of my friends' birthdays, working on costumes for anime cons, going home next weekend for a visit, going to Chicago the weekend after that for Acen, then Akon at the end of the month... @.@

That being said, A Dream of Dreams is on hold probably until June. I'll try to get one page up this month but no promises.

Earlier this week I was feeling kind of down about my art, you know the typical emo stuff. I think every artist goes through that and knows what I'm talking about >_> At least I think they do. Anyway, I used to really get onto myself about not being very good and I was slipping into it again when I realized that I'm ok at the least and instead of bitching about it I should try to IMPROVE (I know what a concept right? XD ). So I've been reading up on tutorials online and I started with cell shading.

I bought Sega Superstars Tennis on Wednesday. I haven't gotten a chance to play it much but let me say this, I HATE PLAYING AGAINST NiGHTS! That bastard beat me so much before I finally beat him >_< The game itself is pretty fun. I've found I prefer using the wii remote in the classic hand held style, it seems easier to control that way. There's a lot of characters and a lot of un-lockable stuff which is good. They also have mini-games for different stages which adds for variety.

As for NiGHTS stuff in the game, you can start off with NiGHTS as a playable character. I did get to play in the Aqua Garden stage (AGAINST NiGHTS >_> and it had the same music and everything, it was very pretty. NiGHTS superstar attack swirls the ball around and when the opponent hits it they are paralooped to another part of the stage where they are confused for a split second. This is paticularly helpful after your superstar runs out, I've found.

I have not unlocked Reala yet ;_; The voice acting is meh... NiGHTS actually says "Weee!" it sounds so forced too lol. My fav line of his is "I can go all the way now!"

I've been inspired lately by 's commitment to her own NiGHTS comic (check it out, it's really cool ^^) that I have decided to make more of a commitment to mine. So my new goal is at least one piece of something A Dream of Dreams related a week ^^ I've been drawing like crazy lately and hopefully I'll be able to fit a couple of coloured pieces into the comic.
