I haven't written a journal for awhile so...; I felt a need to update it. Plus I can't sleep and there's no point by now. I have to wake up and make canapes for French class by six anyway.
After today though I'm free for spring break. And then...Spring quarter begins

Let's see on the Comics front I'm waiting on Metro-Jack 10 to be inked by my roomy. She's doing a bit of a guest strip, with the script I gave her. Looks so good! I'd finish inking it but I'm afraid I'll mess it up.

I need to work on continuing Castrato, so I haven't forgotten it I just haven't had the time to really think about it or work on it.

Hopefully I can draw some nice things for myself over the break. I'm so happy to be able to draw things I want to draw *_*

You'll get 6 comic strips at at least a six page mini comic. ...and a one page gag comic. Also perhaps if I get time to finish it a super special extra late Halloween comic XD

I have to start back to school soon, It's hard to believe the summers already over, though I'll say it hardly flew by. It feels almost wrong to WANT to go back to school.

I'll try to maybe at least finish a picture I've been working on for awhile to post up as I take breaks in my packing...I just love when backgrounds hold me up....why do I have to like difficult architecture anyway?

On another note is anyone going to Anime Weekend Atlanta?

So in order to keep on our toes and not be lazy and I have started a little weekly art challenge(just between the two of us really) to push ourselves to do the things we aren't comfortable with art-wise. I'll be the first to say I've been putting it off something terribly.

This weeks challenge or rather last weeks and due sometime this week, is a perspective drawing, and we had decided on a classroom. I hate doing perspective but thats because I'm not good at it. and I'm not good at it because I don't DO it. It's an evil cycle....

I thought it might be fun to see if anyone else wants to join in on it as well. If so I might actually post the things here if they aren't too epically fail but they'll certainly be going into scraps. XD

I get to pick the challenge for next time. It's probably going to be an exercise that suggested when he visited us sequential geeks at SCAD.

You guys too can suggest some things you know I should be working on or expanding to and challenge me to it! I want to improve a lot more this summer before I go back to school for the fall.

A little about myself since I'm practically starting over here!
I have been on Deviant Art since September 2002 such a long time o.0;
I recently created a new account to cut ties with an old fandom that I'm not as interested in now. I wanted a name that didn't reflect that and my closest friends call me Meam.
Meam is an acronym that started as a joke from "My enslaved artist monkey". This started because my friend/muse makes me draw for her...and it just stuck. XD

I am a student at Savannah College of Art & Design and I am studying Sequential Art...
I have no idea if I'm cut out for it but we'll find out. So eventually you will see more sequential works here but probably not for a little while.

I love comments..mostly because I never get any so its always a thrill XD

I also love shounen-ai and yaoi
