We Just visited George Krstic's blog that he will attend this year DragonCon 09 and he will talk about....yes you guess.....MEGAS XLR!!!!

Set for the upcoming Labor Day weekend, Atlanta's DragonCon sci-fi convention will be hosting Megas XLR: Chicks Dig Giant Robots - a special panel with co-creator and executive producer George Krstic.

Krstic will be on hand to screen never-before-seen footage, answer questions and talk about the current status of everything Megas.

Oh, also George mention that if you guys come as characters of Megas he will give ya a kickass gift!!!

I know, I'm too late since the anniversary already passed but still better late than never, right? lol

Anyway it's incredible that's been 5 years since Megas aired on TV, even tho Megas only had 2 seasons still it's consider an all time fav from many people, old fans and new fans dig the show and who doesn't.

I mean, who doesn't remember the antics Megas had like the ton of parodies of anime, 80's stuff, video games, Bruce Campbell and the Army of Darkness and other popular cultures that we seen on the show.

Remember the first speech of Coop when he battles the Glorft? or when Megas destroys the DMV and how fun it was to watch it all day lol or when you try getting a slushie and try to remember Megas and the Regis Mar V.

Recently Megas is now to purchased on X-BOX Live and it's on one of the top 50 of most popular shows that are being download, guess CN didn't see how much of potential Megas really had and still has.

So people, even tho the anniversary already passed still try watching all 26 episodes and remember the good times and why you enjoyed watching Megas in the first place

Well we are now in May 1st and you know what that means..... Megas XLR 4th Anniversary. In 2004 had happened alot of cool stuff but not like the giant robot with a car for a head that really rock the house.

Even tho it was cancelled with 2 seasons, Megas fans and many people still recognize the show.

Still waiting if there's some posibility for a revival yet for the meantime we have seen some cool Megas stuff like Jollibbe's Megasippers and toys and the upcoming CN video game where Megas and the other main characters appear in the game.

Sadly i don't have a pic to celebrate the Anniversary(hopelly today or when i have the chance) but this won't stop me to celebrate Megas 4th year by watching all 26 episodes ^^.

Well we are happy to announce that George Krstic(Co-Creator of Megas) is selling the DVD set with 3 disc from the 12 episodes including the never before seen 13 episode.

Features include:

All 13 Episodes with Commentary tracks by Creator Chris Prynoski & Story Editor (Megas XLR Co-Creator) George Krstic.

Documentary and Behind-the-Scenes interviews with Cast & Crew.

And you're wondering what does it have to do with Megas aside of the creators, well in the 3 disc has some never-before-seen Megas XLR Easter-Eggs, one of them a toy commercial promoting Megas(once called Lowbrow)

This is the final episode of Megas and by far the best. I was shocked at first on how Evil Coop destroyed Megas but luckily the Megas of the alt. dimension was there and with new stuff to kick Evil Coop's butt. The battle between Megas and the glorft vs. Evil Coop's army was amazing, one of the best battles i ever seen in Megas. I wanted to see new episodes when i saw this one but bad news for us CN cancelled Megas.

Still that doesn't mean it's the end of Megas, here the fans support the show and wait for one day see Megas with new episodes. CN notice this(for once....) and started to put megas on comics and on Jetstream, so there are still hope for Megas.

When Coop's mom tells him to mow the lawn or else he won't get his allowance, Coop uses some of Megas spare parts so he can built the ultimate lawnmower, but as always something goes wrong and is up to Megas to stop it.

LOVE AT FIRST FIGHT...(issue #5)
When the guys where at the ocean for a sunday drive, Coop for not paying attention makes Megas go to the bottom of the ocean and crash, they are fine and Megas didn't recieve any major damage but without anyone notice that they have awaken a Godzilla-like creature and it's destroying the entire city.

Megas in Action Pack Issue #7 will be on stores until November.

Well Season 2 now starts and as you can see they begin with a parody of Sailor Moon and it will make you laugh so hard like the parody of G-Force in the episode Bad Guy. You'll notice that some have some re-design but mostly Kiva(without the cheek bones and her face being more anime)

I personally like this one since Kiva and Jamie have to save Coop from the Glorft but they have to pilot Megas. Has alot of action and comedy that really goes well for a final episode of the first season.

Stay tuned until next monday to see Season 2 where you goanna see some changes on some characters also a hillarious parody to begin season 2.

Well as i promise there will be a contest.

The contest will be "Create your own Megas villain" here you create a villian that fits with Megas, what do i mean by that?

1. The villain should be a parody of one or two more villains from a famous show, it can be anime, cartoons or comics.

2. Also the villain have to have a purpose on the Megas universe.

3. It can be human, robot, alien as you wish.

4. Try to add a description of what weapons or special skills he haves, either him or his robot.

5. Thanx to

6. If you have use a famous villain tell us which you have use to recognize him or her.

Well i have something on how i express myself towards Megas:

Well Megas XLR was a dream come true. It had it all: Giant robots, video games, destruction, chicks, homage or parodies of anime, the 80's. It had everything.

Also the first time that we see a hero that's just a normal guy as us and didn't need a special training to pilot a giant robot, just using his video games skills and wrestling moves and you have the greatest pilot ever.

When Megas was cancelled i was shock when i heard the news. I didn't believe that a show that good was cancelled but i like to thank CN even if they are a bunch of idiots of making stupid decisions or else i wouldn't do what i'm doing today and that's doing scripts and drawings and also watch how others do the same thing with drawing or writing stuff.

I want to thank Jody Schaffer and George Kristic that created an awesome show and also thank to the ones that where involed with Megas.

Well that's it, i'm not good at doing this, so anyone who wants to express himself leave a comment.

Ok, until tomorrow it will begin the first contest of Megas, so be alert for the next journal.

I can see that there's still fans of Megas and hope you enjoy your stay.

Anyway, we only have one month left until May 1. So anyone have any Megas related(fanarts, pics,fanfics, other) that relates to Megas send me a note(it can be member or non member) so i can update the journal and be apart it.

First the ones who doesn't know. That Megas has joined with Samurai Jack and Ben 10 to be the next Action Pack Block that Dc comics is going to release. You can still order it on your local comic book store or wait until May 10.

Now the good part. Everybody knows that May 1, Megas had aired for the first time, so here it goes. I was thinking that why don't we do a tribute like doing a drawing about Coop, Jamie, Kiva, Megas or any other character from the show.

You can also do memorable scenes from the show. Heck, you can do anything you like just to pay tribute to Megas.

The ones who can't draw you can do a poem, fan fiction or any other thing that comes into your mind.

awhile ago to do a tribute too but seems she's kinda busy right now ^^,.

You can send your drawings/poems/fan fiction/other what ever day you want until May.

I'm going to put this info also on my site(thats grim) so that everybody knows about it. The tribute will end until May 1 at 9:00 pm
