Ok, so, I saw Motorhead last night. While I'm telling you about it I might as well turn this into a mini review. Supporting bands were Danko Jones and Saxon. The former I wasn't expecting much, but they were pretty good. I might check out some more of their work soon. Saxon, those old bastards from the 70's were great. By the time Motorhead actually came on stage I was way too tired from 'banging to the first two (not so much DJ but you get the idea). I'll admit, Motorhead's setlist wasn't as epic as I expected... only two tracks from Kiss of Death (One Night Stand and Be My Baby) and one from Motorizer (Rock Out) and a bunch of others from all sorts of albums (IIRC... Iron Fist, Stay Clean, Whorehouse Blues, Killed by Death, Just Cos You Got the Power, and some more) I didn't recognise some of them, but partially because of the noise. The crowd were slightly moving around for DJ, there was quite a bit of headbanging for Saxon and when Motorhead came on... hell broke loose. You couldn't breathe (literally, at some points I was struggling to stay alive) and several mosh-pits opened up. Once you got pushed in there, you don't get out. You're fucked. Luckily, I didn't get caught in them but I ended up stuck being an incredibly sweaty shirtless fat guy who stunk of cigarettes and was incredibly sticky (I got shoved up his back several times). Despite the carnage, it was a lot of fun. I was mostly too tired after about 5 songs but I really made an effort at the end where they played Spades and Overkill. It was madness... plastic beer cups were being thrown everywhere (some guy actually poured some of it down my t-shirt) people beating the shit out of each other, and of course, crowd surfers. It was way too hectic to do anything except try and resist the bald fat guys throwing you from side to side. My ears are absolutely KILLING ME though. I can't hear shit. It was pretty funny when I tried listening to some stuff with my headphones on the way home because the singers sounded really funny. (Ben Burnley sounded like an alien XD) So yeah... I had a great time.

FINAL VERDICT: A bit of a dissapointing setlist, but still a mosh-worthy good time. Great support bands (who weren't on for too long, unlike when I saw Electric Six) and probably the most epic drum solo you will ever heard (as an interlude; Mikkey Dee did this 10-minute solo which was basically the drum equivalent of the solo from One). I probably won't go see them again for a while, maybe because i'm not used to environments like that, but it was fun. 8/10

Yeah. I'm going to fucking hate this year. My new timetable sucks donkey penis. Like last year, all of my friends and every single cool person in the year get put together in a P.E. class when I'm stuck with the retards, chavs and jocks in SCIENCE. Fantastic. I can't fucking believe I got MOVED DOWN in Maths. C'mon, I was the best in the class last year. Not to brag, but I was.. and I have a real bitch of a teacher now. All of the now Year 10's are complete jerks and also I have my little sister at the school now. Now I gotta face another 9-10 months of grief and a buttload of exams before I can get the hell outta there.

Oh, and I picked up one of those pamphlets from the cinema, advertising the National Movie Awards. If you're british, and you've been watching ITV1 lately, you'll know what it's about. Inside was a list of nominees for certain categories... to tell you the truth, it's disgusting. Christian Bale gets a nomination for Best Male Performance but not Heath Ledger? What, they think "oh, he's dead" is a good enough excuse? pfft. The Mummy III for Best Action Adventure? The Golden Compass for family movie? They have a category for SUPERHERO MOVIES but not Director, Supporting Actor, or Special Effects? It's horrible... almost as bad as when the british public voted Call of Duty 4 as the best game of all time... good god. These people don't know what makes a good movie and what doesn't...

I watched the final episode of Death Note... man, it was epic. I was literally at the verge of shatting myself... it was well worth it. It's been a great series, too bad it had to end so soon.

Just came back from watching Indiana Jones 4. It was awesome. I have to agree with everyone else about the alien thing, but for the most part it was very entertaining. IGN can go shove a 5/10 card right up their assholes as far as i'm concerned, it gets an 8.6/10 from me. It had a great, classic feel to the movie like the past Indy's, Harrison's in great shape for his age and the jungle car chase part was amazing. Best movie I've seen so far this year... although it's the ONLY one i've seen, last time I ever went to the cinema was in October to see Ratatouille. <_<

Forgot to tell you, I bought my own Death Note off the ever-so-useful world of ebay. Not a real one of course. I don't really use it much, mainly a collector's item. Me and my friend were fucking about in I.T. and decided to write our teacher's name down because he kept looking at our screens

Bought Prey and Condemned: Criminal Origins. I haven't actually played Condemned much, but it's very scary. Controls are a bit iffy though, and a lot of the time it was too dark to navigate, even with the (weak) flashlight, I had to turn up the brightness. I bought Prey because apparently the achievements are very easy (they are) and it was opnly £4.98, so what have I got to lose? Also I completed Turok, not sure if I mentioned that, but what the hey. Great game, hope they make a sequel?

Grand Theft Auto IV is now out, and has met universal acclaim. 10/10's from also everyone. And if they didn't give it that, they gave it at least a 9.5/10. ...Basically, this game is amazing. I can't wait to play it.






[INCOMING DEATH NOTE SPOILERS]

Up to episode 24 of Death Note. it's getting extremely intense. After Higuchi gets captured by the cops, they discover the Death Note, Light touches it, and gets his memories of it back, then kills Higuchi with it. Basically everyone's gone insane, after like 10 other people touch it they can see Rem. And thank god Ryuk is back. I hate Rem. The two Shinigamis and Light make up some fake rules in the Death Note (way back before Light even lost his memories of it) so L and the cops finally clear Light and Misa of suspicion, but both of them, in truth, are still Kira and are planning to kill L. Just watching all the flash backs, finding out that they had actually planned all of this before everything even happened... it's just all so awesome. I fucking love this show.

The DMC3 one is kinda hard to read because of all the gore, and DMC is a bit too fast-paced for a comic book. The KH2 one is really good because it's well-drawn and it stays true to the game (which is my favourite game ever ). Yeah, so... life blows. Whatcha gonna do, huh? Greg out.

My mom recently got me some new Xbox 360 games. ^_^ Turok, The Orange Box, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men and Saint's Row. Unfortunately, SR doesn't work (keeps freezing during the loading screen) so I'll have to take that back.

Turok is awesome. The dinosaurs look very realistic and the weapons are great, albeit a bit uninspired. I'll give it an 8.6/10, because the story is a bit basic and the voice acting is a little too gruff at times. The Orange Box - fantastic.

Half-Life 2 is one of the greatest games I have ever played. However, since I only have a measly 2MB on my Memory Unit I am unable to play Portal. I can't play Team Fortress II because I don't hae Xbox Live, and playing the extra HL2 episodes is next to pointless at the moment. At the moment it gets a 9/10.

Kane & Lynch is ok. I prefer the story more than the actual gameplay. It's not bad or anything, but the cover system absolutely sucks and the aiming is pretty poor. But the voice acting is pretty sweet and the swearing is way over-the-top. O_o I'll give it a 7/10 for now.

I completed Devil May Cry 4 on Human difficulty a while back. I was very pleased with the ending and I was satisfied with the game. The last boss was a bit easy but it gave me the feeling of accomplishment at least. I've restarted the game on Devil Hunter mode and have gotten up to Mission 16. Son of Sparda mode is soon, I better be prepared.

After being reccomended by some people i've begun listening to some Drowning Pool and Breaking Benjamin. Great bands. My person DP favourite is "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor". You should check it out. Also, I watched some footage of Rammstein's Volkerball DVD on Youtube and have gotten back into Rammstein. Benzin is a brilliant song.

Does anyone here watch Reaper? My friends told me to watch some so I looked it up on the internet and it's a great show. I might be checking out more episodes if I can. It's not really the kind of thing to watch online, though. Each episode takes about 40 minutes, and I already have cramp in my neck.

Anyway, if you didn't notice, i've made some new boxes so check them out. I will be updating my Shadow box soon. Look forward to it.
