:bulletpurple: I know, I have been absent for too long, I know, my message box tells me the same and the number of things I need to have completed inside here does the same kind of pressure. At the moment this is what I have waiting for me: 2,681 deviations, 1076 messages, 28 notes :faint: and I suppose it will take me some time to put it all in order. Either way, I am starting today and even though I have no idea when I will have this down to zero again, please be patient especially if you have posted any kind of question which needs urgent answer.

:bulletpurple: First of all let me tell you all I have many stock photos to upload. Went to Porto this last weekend and took what I was constantly being requested: cemetery photos! :) Hope you'll enjoy it! No, wait, actually, you have to enjoy, I just spent an entire sunny and hot and sweaty afternoon inside a cemetery! :shakefist:



:bulletpurple: On the other side I was tagged by my lovely stock sister *almudena-stock so here it goes:

1. I am completely and totally addicted to Tea. Not the commercial Iced tea, but Tea which is made with leaves by me and I would just love to learn the Japanese Tea Ritual.

2. There are few things in the world that scare me, I have been in many dangerous situations before where I didn't even know if I would escape but the truth is that if I see a cockroach, I freeze. It is my biggest fear. :fear:

3. I can dance for several hours without stopping. Dancing makes me feel free and apart from this world. When I dance I simply forget everything and everyone, it is my way of reaching something deep inside me.

4. I am said to have specific ways to react to certain situations: I clap my hands and dance when I am extremely happy, it is possible to hear purr and meows and hiss when I am with a loved one... etc. :blushes:

5. I believe in Love above anything in Life. True and Pure Love and I truly think this is what kept me sane until this day.

6. It is simply impossible for me to leave a kitty in the street, some friends call me the Kitties' Saint because I am constantly trying to find homes for cats. Nia was the last one and she is now living with my dearest Fairy Godmother - *Pelisse :aww:

7. I always enjoyed long hair and always had my hair pretty long until June when I decided to cut it very short. :) And I'm feeling great like this even though many persons don't recognize me at first.

8. There are three things in Life I think I'm just unable to do: to spit, to ride a bike and to whistle.

My CSS is now done and properly working and I must admit I am rather happy with it. I must admit I was quite surprised with the Daily Deviation since I am acquainted with so many beautiful and artistic stock photos here at DeviantArt but I cannot hide my pleasure and joy in receiving such a present from this Community.

Taking photos to submit on my stock has always been such a great pleasure, a pleasure that so many times makes me go out and pass all day outdoors to simply hunt stock photos for this account. Each and every work done with my stock has always been felt and received as a precious gift and I don't really think this will ever change.

I have felt true love and companionship (if this makes any sense to any of you) through this place by notes, comments or e-mails and I can say I have found some of the most beautiful persons in the world by DeviantArt. Along with my main account: =Mehrunnisa I have been sharing my life, my ups and downs, I have made good friends, read advises, supported dear ones and even found out that being here is good for my inner self. It makes me a better person to know some of you and some of you are already part of my thoughts of a current basis.

Thank you all for the support you have been giving me and please forgive me for my long absence. Those who are closer know I have not been alright for some time with emotional, professional and health problems but, at the moment, I am truly finding the right path for each of these issues. First of all I would like to thank you all for the amazing support you shown me in this concern. This situation was a very weird one but, in the ned, I am glad to let you know that he did apologize via e-mail and things seem to be solved.

I would never expect to receive so much tenderness from you all, so many sweet words via comment or note or e-mail and it truly made me feel comfortable to know you all believed me.

I haven't had much free time during this last week and this is actually the only reason why I haven't reply to some of your notes and comments but I will, I promise. I cannot simply let it go without letting you know personally how much your words and actions meant to me.

I am more than proud to belong to this community, not because of the institution it represents but because of the beautiful persons I had the chance to meet. Thank you also to the dA staff which was very considerate and took good care of this whole thing.

I love you all, just want you to know that, and I am happy because I am lucky enough to know you.

And the show must go on, apparently, but not the way it was intended. It seems that now I am truly being accused of stealing the stock photos I took and submitted into my stock gallery. Not only the rudeness is part of the scheme but also paranoia. And I am a psychologist. Great.

Not only I am being accused but I am also being threatened. This is just f***ing unbelievable. Here is a reply he wrote to my sweet *flordelys

"I've emailed several online stock communities and sent them this link. We'll see if she owns this stock or not. And I am not on DA I've requested that my account be closed.

I mean, look at her images. How could she have made all of them? And someone replied that there were all those camera data like lenses and such and I say that is data available at places like gettisimages and other online stock image places.

It doesn't matter if she has been online since 2004 or that you like her or that you used her stock and don't want to believe that it wasn't hers. "







Scene I

So it seems I am being politely accused of stealing photos to put on my stock account which, by the way, I am not sure if I should find flattering or simply very rude. :shrug:

I am sorry to post this in a journal, publicly, but I am not pleased at all with the words I have just read. It all began with a traditional artist asking me permission to use my stock photos as reference and, then, sell his work. I obviously granted it in view of the fact that, not also I am a big fan of traditional art, but I entirely understand what he meant, after spending so much time creating a piece of art it is not my belonging at all, it is his effort and dedication. Then, I went out dA for some time and had like 30 notes waiting for me. Obviously, I couldn't reply to them all since my days have gone shorter and so has my rest but when I finally tried to gather some time, I started uploading new stock photos and putting an end to the growing number of notes left to answer. In the middle of these very sweet notes I always receive from you all, there was this same artist stating that I should Quoting:

"(…) make a note on your journal's stock useage section that you are the photographer(…)"

And after his explanations I totally understand what he meant but still replied by stating that I wouldn't do such a thing, the simple fact that I am posting these photos and have been around dA as a stock provider since 2004 is more than a reason for me not to do it. Besides, I never had this kind of problem before, I do not need to post a note stating that my artwork is mine. Makes no sense to me.

But then (like right after sending the note - 15 minutes ago), I read his comment -> [link] <- which was written yesterday and I found it very rude.

I never had any kind of problem in DeviantArt, any problem at all. I respect everyone and I feel respected in return. I have always tried to give my best in the search for stock photos and even opened myself to requests when it was not something I would do for myself. This situation makes me feel uncomfortable and I don't like it.

Medieval times often evoke images of knights battling on muddy fields, dank and dreary castles, hunger, plagues-in general, a lot of rather depressing scened but these Dark Ages also witnessed the birth of the so called Courtly Love.

That is what the *MedievalCommunity wish to bring forth this Spring. A Spring Contest dawning on deviations that reflect the Love in Medieval Times in celebration of the Spring comings.

Once again, it is easy to participate. All kinds of works are accepted, in photomanipulation works, though, the Contest calls for usage of *MedievalCommunity's stock members keeping in mind that giving credit is always necessary.

Holding all the illuminations of Spring and Love. Not just in human nature but in fable animals or spiritual essence as long as it relates Medieval Spring and Love as it's key involvement to the piece.

There may only be one submission of artwork from a member into this Contest. We understand the excitment to have one or more submissions but we'd like to give everyone a fair chance during time of judging.

Once you completed your piece please send a private note with a link quoting it will be used for contest entry.

:bulletred: It is with immense joy that I realize that there are several subscriptions around the internet about this issue and that several petitioners are signing and sending it to the brazilian parliament. The Greenpeaces from around the world were informed about this situation and, hopefully, are also pressuring the brazilian government to do something in order to change this worldwide catastrophe. Yesterday, at the brazilian parliament, the meeting in order to approve this project took place but the voting will only take place in October. Until then, we need to keep on working.
