Eww leaving the house in 8 minutes for school... I'm so tiredd... I heard a big bang last night, which scared the crap out of me since on Thanksgiving, a guy around here shot 4 of his family members.. One of them was 6 and was supposed to perform the Nutcracker on Friday.. I think he's still out there, so it kind of scared me. ><; It took me 30 minutes to work up the courage just to call my dad and ask what it was. He banged his head on a wall. Wow dad. Then there were other noises so I couldn't sleep... 40 minute car ride though. I'll sleep in there.

I forgot to do my Spanish homework. hurrrr.

uhmm. Art. I'm uploading my doodles next time I'm online. (Gotta pick up my laptop at dad's office to bring it to mom's) And right now I'm working on coloring a pic. ^^ I'm halfway done. Not sure if I'll do the background yet though, since I'm not 100% sure what I wanna do for it. I really like the pic so far though. Then I'll color another quickie. x3

...and what the hell? the guy just drove away with her cage still in his car.

Alright, so now we have a 9-inch long parrot sitting in a 12x5 inch carrier, 2 bowls, and about 10 pieces of food. And the food's small. The pieces are like a 12th of the size of Lucky's food. And that says something.

Speaking of cages, I decided since I won't be getting my ferret to stick the second level platform into Lucky's cage when I cleaned it a couple of days ago. I was gonna save it since it had a large food bowl, perfect for a ferret, but I decided, "oh whatever." I'm pretty sure Lucky was getting bored with his cage anyway. xD Now he has more shade in his cage though. I'm planning on buying a new cage for him, without bars like he has now, since he chews on them all night, and it keeps me up... and now he decided that he's macho and enjoys moving his hidey hole box thing around the cage. o-O; It's kinda funny to watch. xD Butyeah. I don't have money for that right now so I'll just mix around parts of his cage so he has more diversity. Like I'd be doing if I had a ferret. x:

And yesterday I bought his Christmas present: Dragon Ball Z figures. 8D Everyone else is getting him clothes and a new cell phone, but he'll enjoy the DBZ stuff. l3 I know him too well. hurrr. So yeah, here's a pic of the cake. It doesn't look that great. ><; I was running out of gel since it was only a tiny tube. Don't get me wrong, I love Pokemon. So don't be like "HATTEERR" by my comments. lol. srsly, these newer Pokemon movies are just bllaaaahhh now though, and I must express it. ;c

Movie thoughts:
-The movie theme song was weird. I miss the old songs. Y'know, the ones that I dance around and sing to, like I did today at anime club while watching Pokemon 2000.

-Arceus's voice is making my ears bleed.

-The overuse of the word "rage" is annoying me.

-Did Arceus just call Dialga a magical creature?

-The phrase "brought to justice" is being overused and annoying me.

-I like how for once, the characters actually recall what happened in past movies. Like they showed how this movie totally relates to the Darkrai and Giritina ones... instead of just being like "LOL I MET 5 LEGENDARY POKEMON AND TOTALLY DON'T KNOW IT 'CUZ I'M DUMMMBBB."

-Arceus is a godmod. But Pikachu made damage on it. Pikachu's a godmod.

-Arceus: The Jewel of Life! Can it be?

-Jessie, that's a gayass tiara. It looks more like a slingshot.

ANYWAY. So my magical sketchbook. I bought a new one a week ago, wonderful quality with 75 sheets of paper omigod, for $14. I was kinda annoyed with the price, but it really payed off. Good quality things boost my motivation. Especially when they're new. haha. I get bored of things easily, so this change is good. So yeah, I did a couple of drawings in it during classes, and strangely enough, I REALLY like how they came out. So I'll upload them soon~ There's one of Sora from Kingdom Hearts... It's almost done, but I just have to draw his hands. -fails at hands- Then there's that Hannah pic.. she's in a kimono. lol. I drew it while we were watching sumo wrestling videos in geography. Yay Japan unit~! Then I have some other pictures in there... And I may do another doodle spam dump and gather a whole bunch of doodles from inside my class binders and put them into one deviation. Some of them actually came out kinda good so yeah. xD

Mm. So I'm happy. Art motivation is back up, so expect more art, and spammage of Christmas-related pictures. I'm so excited for the holidays~

I did my measurements for my Riku (KH II) cosplay last night... my dad didn't order it yet, seeing as how the auction is still on eBay, so I hope he will soon. I'm really excited to get it. x3 Then I'm getting that waist bag of Amu Hinamori's from Shugo Chara, and hopefully a bunch of Paopu Fruit plushies to give to my friends. ^^ mmm. so yup.

Gonna go to school the day before winter break next month as Edward Elric too. I just need to get a new Santa hat since mine squeezes my brain out through my ears. HARHAR.

What holidays do YOU guys celebrate? Any family traditions? Any plans for the holidays? Just curious~ Maybe I can get some holiday art inspiration out of this. xD

I should probably answer those too~ I celebrate Christmas with my mom and Hannukah with my dad... We tipically celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, since that's what they do in Colombia. This year, however, my mom wants to try to open presents Christmas morning. Yeah, we tried that before, but we all wanted our presents sooner. xD Oooh how much I'd love to have a white Christmas~ Damn you, Florida! >< Also, we have these little houses that we set up on our dining room table near the window near the front door. They light up and look all winter-like... I can't really explain well. I'll take a photo of them when we set them up though. ^^ Usually we just have a big dinner with the family, with Spanish foods and stuff, and I mind my own business since I don't know Spanish... 'cept now I pretty much understand everything so I have no excuse lmaoo. Then Hannukah, we open the presents in one night because of visitation and impatience. haha. We get that side of the family together and have a huge dinner... we never really did all the Jewish prayers and such until my little brother started celebrating with us. He goes to Jew school and needs practice I guess. We eat craptons of matzoh ball soup... and CHEESECAKE. Nah, I don't really eat the cheesecake. Tired of the taste. Now I just devour all of the black and white cookies. HEHEHE. Oh, and because my step mom is Russian, apparently they celebrate New Year's more than Christmas or something. So we set up a New Year's tree there. We have weird ornaments. I want Pokemon ones. :c

OH BTW LOL. We read/watched The Odyssey in class, and now we're doing a project on it... Guess what the project is? A Facebook page on one of the characters. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? Like profile picture, status, relationship status, friends, photos, comments, applications, ads, etc. It's gonna be on a poster, but it's still pretty cool. All started 'cuz we were talking about what Odysseus's Facebook page would look like, and how his status would be like, "Hanging with Circe in the endless bed of love" and his relationship status would be "It's complicated" and stuff. So my teacher actually made it a project. Hahahahaaa it's awesomeee. I wanna get my group to do it on Odysseus... then have Penelope comment constantly, "WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU SAFE? I LOVE YOU COME BACK PLZ PLZ PLZ" and Circe all, "BABY COME BACK" and stuff. lmaoo.

So, Natalie's moving into her room soon, and I gotta get my room painted, so I'm cleaning up and putting plushies I don't want hanging out in my bedroom in a giant box. First of all, I have a crapload of plushies. Secondly, I found my Pudding cosplay that my aunt made me in 5th grade. (From Tokyo Mew Mew) Thirdly, I found my talking Cardcaptor Sakura staff. And finally, I found a dollar in my talking Kero Beros plushie's butt. (Y'know, where the on/off/battery thing is) But yeah. Don't know why a dollar was in his ass, but alright.

Also, I just stepped on Kero's tummy. He senses a clow card and just dubbed me a Cardcaptor. cool.

lol. Went to Target and the Halloween store today... At Target I found the perfect skirt for my Amu Hinamori (Shugo Chara!) cosplay, but it's a bit too long, so I'm gonna have to roll it up a bit whenever I wear it... I also found a pair of black gloves (More like two pairs in one package lol) which I can use for Austria and Syaoran~ I wanna use one pair for Red (Pokemon Special manga) but he has fingerless gloves so I dunno what to do. >< If I cut the tips, the rest of the gloves may become undone, y'know? bleh. Then at the Halloween store, I took some glances at all of the wigs as my mom went around looking for stuff for her and my little sister, and I found a wig similar to the one I was gonna get for Red to style~ It was really cheap ($13) so I hope the quality was alright.. I found a white wig (VERY long) that I was gonna cut (a lot) for Riku, but my mom pointed out that the way the wig was already styled, I wouldn't be able to cut the bangs correctly. (They'd keep going to the side) Theeennn I looked for a wig for Amu.. but instead I found an obnoxiously bright pink wig and was just like "ew D:." SOYEAH THAT'S IT. super cosplay shopping ftw.

Also anime club Halloween party tomorrow~ woot woot. I'll upload my Halloween pic on Saturday~ Or maybe afterschool tomorrow if I feel like it. x:

FFF I just typed a long journal and then my internet stopped, and it was gone. dammit. So I'll make it short.

SCHOOL SUCKS.
Geography: We got a 1k word essay to do on why it's important to follow directions in class, all because some idiots in class didn't shuttup and now we all have to suffer. Not that 1000 words is a lot, but the topic and reason is ridiculous. I got up to 823 words and he said he won't accept it, so I gotta redo it. That may be good though, since I used idiot many times in the paper, ranted on how people that run red lights are idiots, how a scientist doesn't follow procedures correctly and kills everyone, etc. Ranted a lot.

Art: I feel so restricted. My teacher like.. hatesss anime. She got pissed at me today. We're doing a project where we gotta draw a shoe, and the background doesn't have to be realistic. She sees that I drew an anime character fishing in the background (Yellow from Pokemon Special manga) and is like, "ANIME IS UNREALISTIC BLAH BLAH." Whatever. I'm not erasing it now. =3= Then we had some "line design" project, and I was happy with what I had but she made me add more, which made it look TERRIBLE. I got a good grade, but I hated how it looked. She liked it I guess. gah. I feel like I can't be creative. My teacher last year would let us to whatever and express ourselves however as long as we followed the other directions on the drawing. In fact, one of the rules for each project was, "BE CREATIVE!" this year it's more like, "DO WHAT I SAY. YOU ALL SUCK AT ART KTHNX"

Spanish: Remember how I said my teacher called my bro a communist, and she hates Chinese people? Well today she showed that she's a homophobe too. She was being all "Girls have NOVIOS. Boys have NOVIAS." Someone was like, "Well what if you're gay?" And she's like, "Well that's just wrong. Let's not even get into that." She almost made us pray for her dad in class too. ffff religion do not want

Blehh. Today was amazing. Anime club was loads of fun, and afterward, we all marched to the front of the school, holding each others' backpacks like an anime-club-train and yelling obnoxiously. It was awesome.

But I guess every up has its down.

My dad just sold our white-bellied kayeek, Trixie. She was the sweetest thing ever, and I swear she thought she was a dog. I loved her so much. Yet my dad sold her because she was loud, and annoyed my step mom. That last part pissed me off. I'm allergic to cats. And we have 3. And they shed A LOT. Yet they won't do anything about that, and it's a MEDICAL problem. But hey, when something annoys my step mom, well I guess that's just sooo much more important. That's really pissing me off. Not that I dislike the cats, I mean, I LOVE them, but seriously. If he gets rid of Trixie because of "annoyance" and not the cats because of my allergies, well, then, that's messed up.

Other than that.. I'm just about finished with my Blue cosplay! I (meaning my mom) just have to sew the black parts onto my tank top (which is apparently meant for pajamas) and paint my hat, then it's donneee~ I'm so excited to finish it! ^^ And I can't wait 'til the holidays~ I'm gonna ask my mom for my Riku cosplay. She already wants my wishlist so I dunno what to put lol. I hate asking people for money, but really, I don't know what I want yet, so what am I supposed to put? ><; bleh I'll figure something out. And she wants it by next week. hi mom. Christmas is in 2 months. Let's talk about Thanksgiving, if anything.

Oh, remember how I got head lice last time I went to Colombia because my relatives didn't tell us that my cousin had it, even though we hugged all the time? Well, as you can see, it's almost been a YEAR since then, and they JUST got rid of the lice on his head now. Shaved his (beautiful) hair off. I remember reading that mommy louse lay 30 eggs a day, week, or month? Well, whatever it was, he sure had a SHITLOAD of lice for a year. Poor Juan Carlos. He's only 12! (or 13) Let him beeee!

Anyway, cosplay help...
I finally got my bucket hat for my Blue cosplay, but it's very flimsy so it'll be a pain in the ass to paint. I was gonna ask if any of you had suggestions on easy ways of painting it, but I guess I'll just stick it on someone's head to make it more stiff and paint it while it's on them.. or stuff it with something.. I dunno. I'll figure that out.

Now, I'm a wig noob. ie. so I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions for a Red (Pokemon Special manga) and/or Riku (Kingdom Hearts) wig. I found tons of Riku wigs of course, but the ones I see are either too spikey or too.. flowy? I dunno how to describe that lol. And Red, well, his hair's just.. FFF. I can't find anything even close. I was thinking about getting a black wig with long bangs and styling it myself, but then I figured that I'd just ruin it, and nobody in my family knows anything about wigs. so yeah. lol. If any of you have suggestions, I'll love you forever.

I might actually have my Red cosplay (clothes-wise) done by the end of the year, since that's no problem to make, but Riku I'm just gonna buy with holiday money along with my Austria cosplay... Kratos or Emil can wait for a bit lol.

anyway, now for LIFE.
Last night I went to my friend's house for movie night with tons of others. It was funn. We were gonna have a chicken fight, but somehow it turned into me just being on my friend's shoulders, freaking out 'cuz he was trying to get ANOTHER person to get on. I was freaking out last night in general lol.

School this week was just.. bleh. Spanish is really pissing me off. My other classes are okay though.

Anyway, I got my haircut 3 hours ago and it's alright lol. Short bangs and my hair's just below my shoulders.. kinda wanted it to be a bit shorter though. I was gonna take a pic and Photoshop the shit out of it to look like my OC, Sarah, (I have her hair now, only shorter lmao) but it was straightened so it looks weird right now lol. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow. (I hate straight hair, guys Dx)

mmm.. anime club starts tomorrow~ Can't wait~ I was ecstatic at school today when I saw some of the posters, especially the ones with Miku Hatsune, Haruhi Suzumiya, and the Pokespecial group. The last one I was NOT expecting, so that brought my spirit up when I walked into Spanish. haha. But yeah, can't wait~

Then on Saturday, as said, will be my friend's birthday party.. I'm in charge of making the cake, which will be FUNFETTI with vanilla icing. Then I'm gonna decorate it with that flowery icing and make it all pretty. I've always wanted to decorate a cake. xD Unfortunetly, our budget is tight so I can't go crazy with it, but whatever, it's still better than those boring cakes I made before. (I LOVE baking, fyi.)

um. yeah. that's it lol. I haven't eaten in like 10 hours.. I'm hungry. x-x I got out of school at 11:54 AM and got home at about 2:30 PM, and I meant to make myself an arepa. (No lunch at school on early release days) I kinda forgot though, so at this point, I think I'll just eat a bagel or multi grain bread then wait for dinner. e-e

Theennn I went out to Bed Bath & Beyond and bought my new bed comforter. It's blue with brown/white/green stripes. I love it. I wanted to paint my room dark blue/light blue (getting chair rails so I get two colors lol) but with this blanket, I gotta get light blue/brown. owell. xD And we went over to Office Depot today and my mom showed me the desk she's getting me, which is really cool for a $60 desk. Cheap, good quality, and nice appearence. I like ittt.

mmm this own room stuff is really making me more anxious to get a ferret lol. The monthly food expenses is worrying me though. I could get a job, but I can pretty much only work at Publix, so I dunno what to do.. I'll see if I can babysit the midgets next door as much as I can, I guess. I'd get $10 an hour for it (busy busy mom, if you catch my drift) so it'd be really good. But school's gonna catch up on me sooner or later, so who knows how things will go when I actually have the ferret in the house.. guess I better just save up.


Oh, I forgot to mention that all the glorious sweets in this house are flying out the window. My little sis is a lil overweight (no surprise there- she eats like 12 oreos a day and a billion other things) so now I'm saddd. And annoying thing is, she can't eat much, and I have to eat or else I look anorexic so... yeah xD;

Edit: Random, but I just took a shower... and my hair smells like a dog that was just bathed. Which isn't terrible, but just WEIRD. And I make no exaggeration. It smells 100% exactly like dog. lol my Spanish teacher gave us too much homework for the weekend.. I'm still not finished. :/ I'm gonna work on the rest after my geography test/during math/during lunch tomorrow.. not much to do. Just draw pictures on 41 vocab cards, do 2 exercises in a workbook, and copy 2 exercises from a friend because I'm lazzzyyy. _{Don't blame me! I just did 3 workbook pages, 41 vocab cards with sentences, word, and definition, and soon pictures, and 7 exercises in the textbook! Dx 2's not bad...} yeah and my geography test tomorrow.. US map. Only states I know are Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Alaska, and Hawaii.. I think I know Tennessee and Kansas too. idk. I'm scared for that test. ><;

mmm.. so tomorrow's school.. time for another long week of it. e-e I'm working on art, guys. I promise. I need to scan a little something and I'm working on three pics right now.. I should take a shower now.. unless I take it in the morning to wake me up.. but then I gotta wait outside of school in the morning in the humidity and it'll make my hair a tad bit frizzy. (It only frizzes in the humidity slightly, but when my hair's wet, it frizzes even more lol) Luckily I have PE 2nd period so I can brush my hair after geography. 8D; dammit I wish I had it 1st.. I mean, if you're gonna have PE in the morning, you might as well have it first period so there's like, no sun, right? Owell. There's like, no sun when I go outside until maybe 30 minutes into class so it's not too bad.

Anyway yeah that's about it. I bought Kingdom Hearts today but I can't find the PS2 wires so I couldn't play it. ><; And my bro's PS2 at my mom's is not there anymore since he moved out. bah. I can only play KH 4 days a month and I don't even know where the cords are. cool.

oh and I decided to go hunting for a dark blue headband and some cloth to make ribbons like those in my OC's hairr. I found a headband at Justice but it didn't have the price tag on it and I found it AFTER my mom paid. boo. ;c The ribbons I'm not sure how to do, since they're not like, thin ribbons like those in Haruhi Suzumiya's hair (yes I started watching that show and I love it xD) they're thicker.. I hopefully will be volunteering to help my art teacher from my middle school do things in the classroom after school, so if I get to do that, I may just ask her for some of her cloth scraps she has lying around and make the ribbons myself... I wonder if she can sew.. I'd love to learn how. x:

School's been straight. People are already getting expelled for drugs and threatening to kill others. Awesome. I got 110% on my science test, which I never studied for, except for looking in my notes to read that Pasteur created the first vaccine, which wasn't even on the test. Awesome. My art teacher is back from maternity leave and is basically saying to everyone that we all draw childishly and telling us to abuse our wallets at Micheal's. Not awesome. I kinda hate her. Her voice irritates me. It has that like "LISTEN TO ME YOU DELINQUINTS" tone to it that makes you want to crawl into a corner and cryy. Oh, and, I got a 6/20 on a math quiz. I knew that I'd get all but one question correct, but it turns out that I got ONLY one question correct. Okay, weird. So I look at the test, and I see the first one was wrong. Alright. Next one was correct, but I left out a part of my work so she marked it all wrong. Next question was 100% correct, except ONE LITTLE PART in my work had an equal sign instead of less than/greater than sign. The answer was fine. The rest of the questions were like that. Answer right, work wrong in some way. The last question was the only one I got right. Terrific. Then we took the chapter test, which I did perfectly on, but I got like all of the true/false questions wrong. MATH VOCAB AND CONCEPTS AREN'T MY THING K? Dx I just like writing numbers. :c

oh and swine flu's at my school. GUYS GET OUT THE GERM X.

Which reminds me, I've been sick the past couple of days. Yesterday I was just MISERABLE. Runny nose, cough, sore throat, and I got a total of 7 hours of sleep the night before yesterday and the night before that. TOTAL. Apparently I was pale-white at school yesterday. And I was just blanking out by last period. Tuning everything out and just looking sickly. I couldn't even remember the preterite conjugations of "estar" in Spanish, which is like, one of the things that I learned the second I heard about it. I took Nyquil last night and got a lot of sleep.. 9 hours.. and today my runny nose went away, and now I just have a heavy cough and a tiny sore throat, and I'm losing my voice. Yes that does mean I'm getting better, surprisingly lol. First thing my friends said to me today were "ooh pretty English project!" and "Wow Melissa you look so much better today, and you're not acting like you're dying" ..lol. So yeah I'm glad that I'm getting better..

And two days ago, I get a phone call.
"Me: Hello?
??: Hey Melissa! Where are you?
Me: ...who is this?
??: It's Lauren! Where are you?"
Lauren's my best friend. I met her in Kindergarten. She moved to Puerto Rico in 1st grade, but we've been keeping in touch over Facebook. In 1st grade, I got pulled out of school early and was chilling at my house, when I hear my (ex) step dad calling me from outside my room. Next thing I know, Lauren walks in. I was psyched and crying so much. Anyway, continuing..
"Me: What do you mean? I'm at school.
Lauren: Yeah, but, WHERE at school?
Me: ...what?
Lauren: I'm near a red gate. Where are you?!"
Red gate. I'm standing right next to the red gate near the staircase.
"Me: Are you between two flagpoles?
Lauren: yeah. Where are you?
Me: I.. I'm coming out. One second.. -still confused-"

So, I walk out, look around and try to adjust my eyes to the blaring sunlight, and then someone starts charging toward me and we huggg. I haven't seen Lauren in 6 years so it was just amazing.. She came again today too, but she's leaving tonight. :/ In 2 hours to be exact.. She might be moving back though. And going to my high school if she does. So that's amazing. I really hope it happens.. but at the same time, it'd probably be hard on her. Leaving her friends in Puerto Rico.. She has me and a couple of other people that still love her over here, but still. More in Puerto Rico, and she's been there more, so it'd be hard. ><;

mmm also been kinda down lately. This kid who used to be my best friend but now hates me has my exact lunch schedule, so whenever I see him it really makes me depressed. Then I'm seeing all of these people from my old school that I used to like, so that's screwing up my brain pattern. freaking hormones.

Other than that, life's just PEACHY.
I preordered Pokemon Soul Silver already. I was the first one to do it at that Gamestop, and I had a long conversation with the employees about Pokemon and they laughed at my e-mail address when I had to give it to them. lmao.

Also joining an Axis Powers Hetalia "waiter" group thing. Forgot to mention that before. xD I would've LOVED being N.Italy, but he's taken, so I'm going as Austria. She's oblivious to everything. My class pretty much got her to talk about that soap opera all period to get us out of taking a test that we were supposed to take on Thursday that was postponed to Friday, and now we have to take it on Monday. I just wanna get it over with already. x-x At least I won't have to worry about some lady putting me into classes without my permission next year.. no way in hell I'm taking Spanish 4. -_-; I'll most likely be taking Italian 1-3 for the next 3 years.. I do have a couple of things that are half decent and traditional that I could upload, and I meant to last week but I forgot to. 8D; They're pretty much just character sheets of some new characters that I'm designing for the redo of one of my novels... they're not all new characters though lol. Like Marina, Kevin, and Spenser are there.. but they have different outfits. And different personalities. kinda. plus I don't think Marina would normally make out with a dude with an eye patch. she'd normally avoid him. annddd my ToS chara makes a little appearence in the story too to rat mr. eye patch out in a twisted kinda way. lololol. And for those of you that have been asking, she does have a whole background story that I came up with but I don't share it because well, it's one of those things that gets OCs too involved so I just keep it to myself.

dadada what else.. what else.. Trying to make this like, worth it since I haven't updated in a while. Yes one week is a while to me.

Picture day was on Friday. The photographers said "YOU'RE SO CUTEE" to my friend. They said to me, "go talk to that douchebag over there." I found that utterly humorous. -pokes wherever that bone is- HAHA YOU GET IT? I'm so punny. not really.

Still not sure if I should go as Kratos or Emil next year for whatever anime con I go to. I have to rewear Ed one day too.. which is alright, that costume was comfortable, probably because I didn't have that long sleeved shirt under my coat. -cheap- We could only make the coat so whatever. I bought the tank top and jeans at a storreee. And my shoes were... well my normal sneakers lol. I don't think Edward Elric has pink New Balance sneakers. _{ew, pink} ...OHYEAH so anyway, yeah I dunno what I'm gonna do. I know I have a whole year to go, but I'm so indecesive it's ridiculous. SOOO yeah I went to Mizucon yesterday and it was my first con ever. 8D; It was awesomeee. I went as a really cheap Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. Tank top, dark-blue-but-almost-black jeans, and the coat my aunt made.. I made the symbol on the back of it which took like 2 hours ffff. Oh and then of course because I have layers, my braid was an epic fail and kept getting messed up so I just wore my hair down. failll. I took tons of pictures too. I saw some people dressed as my favorite characters.. like Roy Mustang (fullmetal Alchemist), Ikuto Tsukiyomi (Shugo Chara), Dark Mousy and Daisuke Niwa _~MishaSu (DN Angel), and a couple of others.. it was cool. xD 'Cept like, 50% of the cosplayers were naruto people. Dx It was scary. _{I hate Naruto} So most of the pictures I have have Naruto people everywhere. xD owell. _{And I have a crapton of pictures with Mustang} and and and I met Vic Mignogna~ I was like. ecstatic or whatever the word is. lol. He liked the pic I gave him and he signed my crappily printed copy.. and he called ~Eevee4Ever asking her out on a date as Dark LOL. That was awesome. I videotaped it but he was really quiet so I doubt you can hear it in the vid. xD (I also have vids of the Mustang dude doing the miniskirt and dog skits)

I can rant on and on about this, really. It was my first con, as said, so it was really special. xD I wish I could go again today but I blew off all my money yesterday. Never thought I could blow off $107 THAT easily. hahaa. The admission was $25 so yeah.. and I bought an Ouran High School Host Club wall scroll, a Fullmetal Alchemist one, Ed's pocketwatch, the FMA movie, and 2 boxes of Pocky. _{I still have enough for 3 more boxes! damn I should've bought more Dx}

oh and also, a few people asked me to hug then or just ran up and hugged me from behind and a friend of mine called me sexy. I'M SCARED. ;3; anddd we caramelldansen'd. That was fun.

I like it. There's a lot more freedom and the teachers don't baby you like they do in elementary and middle school. The school I go to is huggeee though so it's annoying to go from class to class.. still not sure how to organize everything I'm saying so I'll just talk about my classes now..

World Geography and Culture... ahh I was 20 minutes late for this class. The traffic on the last day was insannee. So now I'm known as "the Late Girl" to my teacher. We got assigned seats on the second day, and someone had to be alone in the front row. It was me. Hahaaa. Newly registered student came in and saved me from loneliness though. take that Mendelson. 8D He's a really funny teacher. I've always had this thing with history teachers.. I loved all the ones I had. Are they all amazing or something? Haha. 6th grade world history teacher was really nice even though her tests were ridiculously hard. 7th grade was awesome. He was HILARIOUS and his tests were ridiculously EASY haha. Then in 8th grade, I had a cool teacher.. everyone in our class tortured him.. but it was fun. And now I have another silly teacher. woot woot. I know almost everyone in this class. It's awesome. One of them is from Kindergarten and one's from 3rd grade. This is why I came to this school. <3

HOPE. That's P.E. Don't really know much about this teacher other than he stalls so he doesn't have to do anything. fail. Don't know many people in this class.. I know like 7 but I'm friends with.. 2? And they're hardly close friends ff.

Algebra 2. This teacher may be the most boring teacher I've ever had. She's a really good teacher, but it's hard to concentrate in her class because she acts like nothing BUT a teacher. No funny remarks from her nor the students. It's BORRINGGG. And we have Kevin who's like, the funniest kid ever. But he gets no chances to be retarded. gah

Draw/Paint 1. Somewhat funny teacher. She's on maternity leave for the month though so I'll get to know her better when she gets back. I know some people here but it's enough for me. They're all cool. 8o We get to listen to our iPods in class now yayyy

Biology. Oh god I know like EVERYONE here. And 3 of the people are from Kindergarten. It's so cool. And the teacher's really nice too. She's one of my friend's mommehs

Spanish 3. Now, as said in my last journal, I did NOT want to be in this class since I hate the subject. When I got put in, I was like, "Alright it won't be so bad.." ...My teacher's a freak. My brother was right about her. (she called him a communist LMAO) anyway yeah. hate her. oompa loompa. ffff. She's making us watch a Soap Opera and keep a journal on it. It's called En Nombre del Amor more like En Nombre de fuck-este-mierda no I don't know how to say fuck in spanish lol.

UMMMM so yeah that's basically it. My week's been busy busy and not because of homework. I think the most homework I've had is today.. which I need to start soon lol. I doubt I'll be this.. scarce.. for the whole year.. It's just that I'm having a lot of family and computer problems right now. Dad's being a jerk, this computer's speed is one-page-every-20-or-more-minutes-if-you're-lucky and I don't have my damned wireless card for my laptop. I asked my mom if my Dad can bring it but she's like "NO (insert my last name here) CAN STEP INTO MY HOUSE." lol divorced parents sucks when they don't get along. Dad didn't pay for his half of my glasses so my UNCLE is paying for it. My uncle isn't supposed to. My FATHER is. But he's being a jerk. He didn't even pay child support this month and my mom needs it the most this month from my cosplay costume, glasses, school supplies, and cell phone bill which she's paying for even though we're broke. life sucks. There's more to rant about but I'll spare you all.

ANYYWAAAYYY. um. The park was fun. We went on pretty much everything (er.. almost) and went on Montu twice.. Still not sure if Montu or Kumba (both of which are at Busch Gardens) are my favorite roller coasters.. hm. Used to be Sheikra but really, rides that go at 60/65 MPH are sweet. Especially in the loops when it feels like your feet are falling off. Literally, it seriously feels like that and scared me. and I ate ice cream. yes. ice cream. And my feet got all wrinkly due to them being soaked from wet rides. yaayyy

At the hotel, people kept giving me weird looks. Apparently the sight of a 14-year old wearing a t-shirt and shorts carrying around a giant Pikachu plushie with a 7-year old wearing a tank top and skirt with painted nails walking beside her is a weird sight. I find it normal. (except the 7-going-on-16 thing is retarded, but hey, that's my sister THAT I HAVE TO SHARE A ROOM WITH FFFF)

Sooo I've been with my father this entire summer and even stayed for 3 weeks longer than I was supposed to.. xD Anyway, I'm going back to my mom's tomorrow evening. As some of you may know now, my dad's one of those weird divorced parents that doesn't like stuff from his house leaving his house. So that means no more lappietop, which means no more Photoshop, which means.. well you can figure out the rest lol. I'm probably not coming back to his house until September since we decided to cut off Wednesdays and he's recovering from diverticulitus anyway. Soo unless I can convince him to let me bring my laptop to my mom's, then I won't have any art posted until then. Dx I might upload all of the sketches and doodles I do (traditionally) but I'd make them giant art dumps since I don't wanna rape your message centres that badly. (Trust me, if you see my homework.. well you wouldn't see my homework. It's covered in doodles, that for some reason my teachers make comments on when grading my work. "This is cute!" Oh god it's so much better to not be using two laptops at once anymore lol. The other one I spilt milk on 2 years ago and I could only see about a third of the screen.. now I can see everythinggg yaayy. Dad's still in the hospital but he's coming back today or tomorrow, then he has to go in for surgery in a month and stay at the hospital for a week or two ffff.

Uh. I finished sketching a couple of pics.. one of Lloyd holding up his swords, which I'll most likely color, and another of Kratos and Lloyd leaning on Noishe stargazing, which looks like crap so I probably won't color it. So I can't draw Kratos well. sue me. I can only draw his back LOL. Owell, I'll practice practice practicceee. I'm also working on a pic of Lloyd asleep during class, as my back-to-school picture. Oh the ToS fandoommm. Also may draw my chara in a sailor suit if I get around to it.

There's a con on August 28-30 here. o: Mizucon~ I'm most likely going with a couple of my friends, including ~damn-waffles and ~Kaittylin (I still need a response from the second one) so that'd be awesome if we can go lol. It'll be my first con~ I'm hoping to cosplay too, either as Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) or Syaoran from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. There's no way that I'll buy the costumes though. I'll just ask my mom or aunt to help me make it. >< I'm going for Ed but if we can't make the cloak I'll just do Syaoran. xD I'd totally go as Kratos but his outfit's more complicated and fancy and seeing as how I'm the only one cosplaying, it'd be weird. 8D; Also also alssooo Vic Mignogna's gonna be there~ I love him lol. UPDATE: Uh. They thought it was diverticulitis (sp?) last time but it lasted way too long.. usually it takes a couple of days to recover from, but it's been over two weeks so he went back in and had a cat scan done. Am I the only one who found both of the last battles against both forms of Mithos at the came EXTREMELY easy? I mean, my characters weren't even lvl 70 yet.. I never had to use a single Life Bottle or any HP healing gems. Just TP for myself and Raine. jeez I'm kinda disappointed. D: But the ending made up for it.. loved it. <3 At least I accomplished getting Kratos onto my team. 8D; Watching Zelos die in a speedo was quite interesting as well.. mm.

oh god I'm like ready to rip my hair out; I can't find a Gamestop that has Tales of Symphonia in stock with disks in better condition than the crappy ones I got 2 weeks ago nor any that have the box. YES I WANT THE BOX. also why the hell is there a new copy of the game on eBay for $10, and then another auction for the same thing for $90? jeez people stop screwing up prices. Be nice and give 'em out for free. ;o Okay, I know, you need profit.. here's a penny. Oh, here's a ripped rubber band too. Keep the change.

I'M WORKING ON ART. SORTA. I accomplished my 2-deviation goal for the weak and even added another so shush lol. I need sleep. And a chocolate bar. And to start reading that summer reading book that my journal says I'm reading, which I haven't even started. blahhh I'll start on August 1. there. jeez I can wait for school. wait for a longgg time.

Also, I dunno why, but I suddenly feel regretful that I went through the trouble to go to the same high school as my friends. (I don't live in the district anymore so I had to get a reassignment) I kinda wanna start fresh without people knowing all the retarded things I've said in middle school... elementary school too lol.. those people are going to this high school. ahhh friend reunion.. anyway yeah. Really wanna start fresh, meet new people, and avoid the mistakes I've made... owell. It's too late; I gotta deal with it.

I'm gonna try harder this year too.. for the past two years, I said that I was gonna try, but not push myself too much and relax. That brought my GPA down and gave me at least one B every quarter. (Yes I'm complaining about B's shuttup I miss being able to say "I NEVER GOT A B~ ALL A'S BABY" ...not that I said 'baby' LOL.) So yeah. Try harder. Study more. Looks like I'm gonna be in Spanish III if it's still open when they finally let me pick classes (2 months after everyone else... >> so that'll be tough.. I forgot what class, but I have to have straight A's in a certain class to get into anatomy, which I wanna take at some point for art reasons. gaaahhh why straight A's.. not even one B? that's gonna be tough. e-e Owell.. again, I'll try.

So if I'm gonna be trying so much this coming school year, that means less art being uploaded. I mean, I could upload tons of sketches and stuff but I don't know if you guys wanna see that. xD; I could combine them all every week or two to have one big fat sketchdump of a deviation but yeah. Maybe once in a while I'll do a completed work too.. most likely traditional though, seeing as how my computer's location is gonna be an issue. (Long complicated story and I don't feel like explaining lol)

Too bad they don't have Japanese. I'd love that. I have no idea what I'm gonna do for my other electives though.. HOPE, which is a mandatory PE class that I must take sometime in the next 4 years, is probably gonna be full by the time I can sign up (I got a reassignment so I'm choosing my classes after everyone else's classes were already determined), so I dunno.. A couple of my friends are going for ceramics, so I might do that. One of them is a senior so it's the only class we'd have together. xD The other one is her brother, but he's my age lol. uh. I'm suddenly really focused on art lately and dedicated to it.. I wasn't gonna take any classes or even go into it in the future but now I'm considering it.. huh. So in that case, might take Paint/Drawing. Yes that's the name of the class. I thought it'd sound cooler. I mean, even PE was called "Body Management" which is fancy-ish in middle school. owell. Hmm.. other classes I automatically get are whatever honors social studies class is for my grade, Biology honors, English honors, and Algebra II... ew. Algebra's gonna be a paiinnn. SOO I announced on Facebook that I am NOT getting a ferret anymore. Why? Ferrets can live up to 8 years. I have 4 years of school left, then I have to head off to college. Nobody in my family likes ferrets, therefore nobody would take care of it while I'm off studying. So yeah. I'll get three after I graduate. 8D; (and 2 sugar gliders, and a golden retriever, etc. etc.) Soo.. I have $380 to mess around with. I already ordered a Miku Hatsune (Vocaloid) bag, a poster of her, and a poster of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle characters.. didn't have to pay for those though. Gifts from my dad for getting through middle school lolol thank you dad~ Those actually just came in the mail today so if you wanna see them...

So now I'm heading back onto ebay to order a Kratos (Tales of Symphonia) figure. lD ..then I gotta ask my mom to order a Lloyd one. (she had my ferret money) AND YEAH. So all my money is going toward ebay now LMAO. My mom thinks I'm crazy. She said I should get a guitar instead. I wanna learn how to play and all, but I doubt I'd comit to it.

ANYWAY enough about money and ebay... I have only about 5 weeks left of summer vacation, and I realized that I really haven't been uploading things this summer.. just a couple of things. So I'm gonna try and upload at least two art pieces a week. I'm already working on one right now, which I actually uploaded the sketch for.. I'm coloring it right now.. I made some mistakes but whatever I already started coloring and I'm too lazy to fix it right now. 8D; Then ima work on a vector and two of my request/art trade thingies, and yeah I'll see where that takes me. ^^

Also got the first Tales of Symphonia game last week and I love itttt. The disks are EXTREMELY scratched though so next time I'm out of the house I'm gonna go over to Gamestop to exchange them. e-e I'd like the original box too, instead of Gamestop's retarded used game box, but whatever.. I'd rather have good-condition games. 8D; I can get a box some other time. -OCD- Anyway, I love it. D: It's so much better than Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (which I also LOVED) but yeah. _{Krattoooosssss} And Noishe is awesome. :3 You only see him like.. once? in the sequel and yeah.

Yesss I'm working on peoples' requests and stuff.. I'm just procrastinating and not in the mood to put up with Photoshop at the moment. And before you say, "What about traditional art?" My sketchbook and Prismas are at my mom's house, and I'm at my dad's. x: At the moment I'm linearting a new dA ID because I'm really tired of the crappiness of my current one. Sooo I just deleted most of my past journals except for a few.. I kept the one about when my hamster died, my friend codes, the 100 Theme Art Challenge which I restarted, FMA Brotherhood eps link, and then my other journal 'cuz.. I dunno lol. I think I'm just gonna stop making new journals and just, y'know, update this one. o-O

Anyway... this week's been weird. My friend confessed that he liked me and I kinda screwed things up and panicked.. but then my other friend, whom I just so happen to like, came online for me at 2 AM to help me out. Things are fine now.. yay. But I still feel kinda guilty. x-x I'm not used to relationships and stuff. D| bleh. So inexperienced~ Owell.

As you can see, I'm starting to update my dA more with more pics~ It's summer vacation so I have more time on my hands... I'm currently working on a request for 3 of my friends (it's combined) and another request for my other friend lol. Those should be up.. not gonna say soon 'cuz I'd be lying.. but eventually. 8D;

My summer's been boring and uneventful other than that one weird night (which I pulled an all-nighter on, BE PROUD!) the one time I went to ~damn-waffles's house, and the time I went to my other friend's house for a going away party.. otherwise, nothing new. Hopefully I can go ice skating next week with a couple of my friends though~ More bruises. YAY! erm. not yay. But I'll get the hang of it someday. >o

I haven't really worked on Midnight Rose in months, but I'm starting to work on another book which I'll just call Blaze for now. It doesn't really have a title yet though. I'm just calling it that because whenever I hear the song Blaze by Kotani Kenya I think the person's name was? I get motivated to write that story. It's the theme song to Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle so it gives off the same feel as that series, which I need. xD Speaking of which, I'm halfway done with that anime~ Might finish it over the summer... Also gotta finish Shugo Chara, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Strikers, and I might go back to Fruits Basket and finish that since I never did.. And of course, I'll be following Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood~ x3

Anyway, I think that's about it... I'm really psyched for the Pokemon GSC remakes, Heart Gold and Soul Silver... I'll get SS first, which comes with a Lugia figure if you preorder... HG comes with a Ho-Oh.. but apparently if you pre-order BOTH you get Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Arceus? Hopefully they'll do that in the US.. I'll start saving! x3 I'm also excited for PMD: Explorers of the Sky which we all knew about for a while now. xD It'll be cool~ You get to see more about Grovyle... he was so awesome in Darkness/Time. 8o GrovylexCelebi ftw!...? Haha yeahhh...

So I loaded my game data for Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (Wii) and started a new file, using my Grade points partly toward keeping my monsters, which were between levels 50-80. When I got to Lake Sinoa cave, where you fight Lloyd for Lumen's core, I had to wait for him to kill my monsters, as he's supposed to defeat you. As I watched, I realized that his HP was lowering to at least below half of his maximum HP before my monsters died.

This leads me to my question...

Is it possible to defeat Lloyd in Lake Sinoa Cave?

My guess is that it's possible, but the game acts like I lost and Lloyd still gets Lumen's core.

In other news.. art-related... I'm starting an Orre City series, where I just have pictures of things happening in every city of Orre. If I have fun with this project, I'll do the other Pokemon regions too. How'd I get this idea? Simple. I restarted Pokemon XD and Colosseum (as well as Custom Robo, but that doesn't matter right now... Might make more arts of the hero soon) and now I have an Orre fettish, because Cipher is just so damned cool. HOW AWESOME WOULD IT BE IF THERE WAS AN ORRE POKEMON ANIME? My goodness that'd be just amazing. I'd pee myself from happiness and cry too. Know what else would be cool? Pokemon Ranger Wii. You can feel JUST like a Pokemon Ranger, and go through the pain they probably have in their arms. ROUND AND ROUND WE GO, MAKE 'EM LOOPS TO CAPTURE 'EM ALL--OH FUCK MY ARM FELL OFF. OWWWW. Crap. Now I need automail.

Also, any book suggestions? I'm out of books..

RULES FOR POKEMON WI-FI
Yes I have rules. So SHUSH and READ. >:
1) Nobody can switch Pokemon.
2) No legends. The only legends that can be used are the Regis (except Gigas) and Manaphy/Phione.
3) No more than one uber. Uber as in, Pokemon with godly defense/sp. defense. They are ANNOYING. D:
4) Only one Pokemon can be asleep at a time on each side. (So no Dark Void, mmkay?)
5) No hacked Pokemon... sorta. If you hacked to catch it, sure whatever use it. When I say hacked... I pretty much mean no Pokemon that has attacks that are impossible for it to learn through breeding/move tutors/leveling/TMs/etc. For example: a Blastoise that knows Aeroblast.
6) Please don't shut off the game... Especially with D/P. It messed up my Wi-Fi. If it's an accident, okay then. If you're losing (or me) then don't get pissed and shut it off. You can flee, (which I hope you don't) or simply continue battling. (which I'd like)

RULES FOR BRAWL WI-FI
1) I'm pretty flexible with the game style, however, I prefer stock battles. (3-10)
2) Don't choose large, busy stages like New Pork City or moving ones like Mushroomy Kingdom. No Flatzone either.
3) This is pretty obvious, but if I'm not moving at all during a game, please be patient and don't attack me. It means I'm away from the Wii, but I'll be right back.

So I go to feed my hamster on Feb. 19, and he's not running around in his cage. I know they're nocturnal and all, but usually he runs up when I bring food. So I look around, pick up the cage.. And see a little fuzzball inside his igloo. He was sleeping, I guess. Or not. I tapped on the cage reallly hard where the igloo was, and he wouldn't budge. Terrified, I lifted the igloo to see my roborovski dwarf hamster, curled up in a ball without a moving chest or twitching whiskers.

My roborovski dwarf hamster, maybe less than 2 inches long, weighing close to nothing and being the gentlest pet I've ever had.. Peanut lived from August 2006 - February 19, 2008, and may he live in peace eating sunflower seeds and hopefully running on a wheel so he doesn't get fat. Even though he's gone, I still imagine holding him in my hands and feeling his whiskers tickle my cheek. Peanut'll forever live in my heart.

Second dwarf hamster I've ever had, died 2 days ago. Yeahh.. .-. My first was Maxwell (Max for short. Named after Maxwell from Hamtaro), a russian dwarf hamster, being a big bigger. 'Cept I actually WATCHED him die, and was crying a lot more than with Peanut, trying to give him sunflower seeds which he wouldn't eat, and I could feel his heartrate going down against my hand. Fortunetly, they each lived for over a year, Peanut getting closer and closer to his second year every day. My mom asked if I was going to get another hamster. Probably saying it to find out if she can toss away the cage and get rid of the smell of hamster shit. I was seriously considering burrying him in his cage. Y'see, it has 2 levels on it, and represents a castle.. I'll put the picture's link here in a sec. The first level is normal, but the bottom is like a "dungeon," which just so happened to be where Peanut always slept. So I was thinking of putting dirt, or even bedding, there and burrying him like that. But we just burried him right beside Max had been.

I probably won't get another hamster, really. They don't live for a really long time. I'm allowed to get a ferret in a few weeks, since my brother's moving into the garage and I'll have my own room without an asthma-having sister inside it. (She's taking his room) But the only problem is, with the supplies I'm gonna get, it's gonna cost about $495 plus tax. I have about $210 so far, though. Maybe for my birthday my dad'll help me out since my mom got an iPod for meh. If I do get a ferret, it's gonna be a boy since they smell less. If I get a girl, I'm probably gonna name it Riku. Sounds nice for one. Any name suggestions for a boy...?

Anyway.
Rest in peace and sunflower seeds, Prince Peanut. I'll always love you. <3

(I call him a Prince 'cause of the cage. Lol.)
