THis only applies to what I draw- don't feel insulted or anything, I'm not insulting other artists at all, I'm simply saying that I just don't draw anthros anymore. If anyone's noticed, I really haven't drawn Kazru in forever... Not too long ago, I was trying to figure out how to make her fit my personality more, but I've realized that, heh, no anthro will really fit my personality because I'm just not into that at all anymore.

Also, I'm worried about respect. I think most of us here know how little respect an atist gets if they draw furry or anthro art. No matter how great of an artist they are, well, they'll still be classified as a fur! And you know what that means- they must yiff, eh? I just don't want to be dragged down into that from the things I used to draw.

So I made a new account yesterday and will not be uploading anthro art to it unless it's part of a trade (ie, for ~ LusoSkav) or gift art of someone else's character. I'm about to add all my friends/fav artists to the watch on that account, so if you see "stscape" adding you to their watch, that's me.

I'd appreciate it some of you would rewatch me, but of course, I understand that most of you probably only watch me because of my anthro art... I'd know this because my non-anthro art gets less comments, haha. (another reason I'm moving accounts.)

I just realized that something I'd wished for about a year ago has finally been accomplished in an eerily relevant way. I've always sort of looked down on those who believe in predestined fate, but this is a form of fate, really. The kind you create yourself; unknowingly.

Here's a verse from a poem I wrote months ago- maybe about a year from now.

"Sometimes, if I could be part of someone and have a meaning
We’d see past the faults of our failing systems
Stay alive to keep eachother breathing
Things would be better off."

And... well, I'm in my first sort of realistic relationship now. And the only reason we first started talking was suicide really. And now, when I'm sort of depressed, well, I talk to him. The bolded lines are just what that is. It's one of the things I've been longing for desperately for al ong itme now. Someone who cares, who depends on me at times and yet someone I can depend on, too, if I need it.

Ironic, eh?

I thought so.

I've been sobbing for two hours now. My parents were laughing at me in my little fetal position as I bawled. They called their friends, who laughed at me too. I just recently vomited.

I have never cried thism uch over a person I've never met. Hell, I'm more upset now than when my young grandmother died.

Head... Brian Welch... basically the lead guitarist of korn... left the band in pursuit of Christianity. I think he's going off to live in Israel for al ittle bit, too.

Though not a very talented guitarist, was a main creative influence of the band - everyone was. Jon vowed, if I remember correctly, that if ONE member left, Korn would call it quits. Why? Because they feed off of eachother, and have been a single, powerful force for years now. I haven't even seen a concert of theirs yet!!!!

I can't imagine how they'll keep gonig under the same name. Munky and Head play almost as if they are ONE guitarist... Head is the REASON MUNKY STARTED PLAYING GUITAR (besides his motorcycle incident, of course)... Head is the reason Jonathan is even in the band! He was in LAPD! Head is the center of Korn!!!

I'm going ot vomit again... which sucks, because my appetite was just returning...

I don't know how I'm going to get through this.

If Korn splits... I just don't know. I'll spend all my money on the Korn merchandise I don't already have. I'll get that fucking Korn tattoo, regardless of pain and my parents' wishes. I'll finish carving their logo into my skin. I'll burn it in if I have to. I'll write their logo on all my t-shirts, shoes, pants. I'll will let the whole fucking world know that there is no band out there that can surpass my love and connection with Korn, dead or still making albums.

I can only hope they stay together.

My baby brother (of three years) almost died this weekend. It's painful seeing babies hooked up to IVs and shit. The way they cry and have no idea why they're being stabbed with needles and monitored in a sickeningly sterile environoment, fed through tubes and hooked to oxygen... But it wasn't that that made my weekend hellish. My mother. Her crying, screaming, hands, and... what the fuck... blaming me for not loving him. Fuck. That. It's awful and cold-hearted sounding to most of you, probably, but I don't love my family. Some people feel that connection, and I don't. I don't hate them. And it's not that i just don't always tolerate them. I know what love is. I love two people right now. My family is not included.


On a separate note... I wrote a song on my guitar. And it's actually listenable. I'm kind of proud of myself for once. It was one of those times where I couldn't stop playing until my fingers were raw and bleeding. The strings have blood on them. I should really wash them off.

Some people cut themselves. I play guitar, I guess. That would be a joke if it weren't so serious to me right now. Korn is the same thing. But withl istening (I can only play one song.)

ON MY FURSONA: Kazru, the regular one, will remain my fursona, but... half of it. Her name will remain Kazru, and my "new" fursona's name will be Metakazru. It makes sense, and I've thought about doing this before...

Kazru will be drawn when displaying typical emotions, and Metakazru for extremly emotional pics. Metakazru will simply be a recolored version of Kazru, have wings, and have a few minor fur design alterations.

Haha I feel confusing. x3 Hope that made sense.

I changed my mind because I realized that even though at first Kazru doesn't "represent me", I'm still kind of attached to that image... And I love Kinkanine's design, of course. =D It's hard to part with a design that has, in essence, BEEN you for the past 4 years.

Finally have obtained the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack, and it's fantastic. A must-buy for cool soundtrack fans. If you like the Donnie Darko score, you'd probably like this one.


God!! I want to open my christmas presents!!!! I know EXACTLY what I got, too, because I was helping my mom order them from Amazon and various other online sites. I got the JtHM Knives shirt, Brandon Boyd's (Incubus' singer) book, White Fluffy Clouds, an Offspring t-shirt, a Slinky t-shirt, and two posters.

As for online Christmas presents, well, I'm working on it. Don't feel all like, "wow she's not giving out christmas presents is she", BECAUSE I AM! =D Yeee. I'm giving out generally bigger, better pieces to older or closer friends, but small gifts to neat people on my watch list. I'll do an upload spree sometime soon, just wait for it.


Oh yeah! And I figured out how to clean songs off of my iPod, so it's all good. To the uninformed, my grandmother surprised me with an iPod two days ago, and I was all wtfomgeegleeyayfreeipod!! 8D

AH WANNA WRITE A NOVEL. I've had an idea in the works for about a month now, it's really bizarre... Kinda parallel to Alice in Wonderland, too, which makes sense, since that book influences a lotta my ideas. Basically about a girl... who starts suffering from hallucinations, but has no idea. She follows one into a forest and basically thinks that she is in some sort of "Wonderland", but in reality, she's just wandering the streets and sewers of her own city. All the while, a boy is searching for her, and encountering the same things she has, except he sees them as what they really are. For example, a pack of wolves that the girl befriends are really a group of homeless kids... There's lots of twists, as you could imagine, because there are several different perspectives working together to make this into a story... I have started writing it, but I loked over the first 5 pages the other night and thought it was horribly written, so I'm starting over.

Would anyone be interested in reading some excerpts from it once I've started over? I'd really like some feedback on the plot I have so far, like if it's too cliche of a story to bother with. Thanks. :3

YEAH SO GUESS WHAT? I got mah hair cut. It's a little less than shoulder length now, so I can actually wear it down. See, my hair is really thick. And by thick I mean that I get headaches when it's in a ponytail, and it takes a really long time to wash it. So shorter hair is a big relief.

I also got some new glasses - the thick black-framed type. They sexy.

But here's the cool part: I finally got lime-green contacts. Ha, see, they're s'pposed to look natural, but they're friggin lime green! My eyes are naturally dark brown, so the contacts are opaque. I plan to wear only one in at a time, so I'll be slightly Manson-fied, but with lime green instead of blue.

Only problem is that I don't get to actually have them until Christams. >_>



Next note here is that I think I'm going to seriously start a webcomic. I've kinda screwed around with the idea for a year, but have never come up with a solid plot or have set myself to start work on one. And i'm still not really serious, because... I dunno. Coming up with cool characters is really easy for me, but working them into a plot is the difficult part.

So if anyone's willing to collaborate with me and come up with a plot... story... I dunno... the whole thing... Let me know, mmkay?

Haaa, I took 45 minutes to teach myself Korn's "Let's Get This Party Started" on my acoustic guitar. Only problem is that I'm only one person, so on the 2-Part Chorus, I'm only doing the easy part... so that part sounds kinda crappy. But the Intro/Verse parts sound great. It's such a beautiful song, I'm glad that I'm able to play/sing it. After I can play it with a little more confidence, I'll sing to it... I love the lyrics, I can really relate to most of the song.

So yay for me! =D

Oh yeah! And who else has seen the Pacers/Pistons riot footage? Funny stuff, man. Wouldn't it be great if the NBA was shut down? It's not gonna happen, but that would definately give me a good chuckle. Then iu'd move on. Then everyone would forget about the NBA. So schools would stop coaching basketball teams. And Michael Jordan would be unknown of by future generations, as they would never have even heard of basketball. Haaaaaaaaa-agloriousfutureindeed.


Hmmm... so what's going on with meee... We fixed the heater, so I am warm again... I had a pretty fun weekend... Hung out at a friend's house Friday through Saturday. Ate lots of sherbert icecream and beef jerky (Jack Links, Teriyaki flavored)... Watched Fisher Price's "Rescue Heroes" for some good laughs, and watched really bad late night tv until about 2 am...

It's not supposed to be this cold, this early!!

Get this: my heat doesn't work, and at night, the temperature's been dropping to, like, 20 and 30. My house right now is about 50 degrees. EEZ FUGGIN COLD. I have on two sweaters, three pairs of socks, a fleece bathrobe, an oversized wool beanie, handwarmers... I could go on.

I usually havem inor problems falling asleep, but now the cold is keeping me up, even with two big comforters.

Awgeeeez. Surrender unto me all yer blankets and tea. ;_;

No, I'm not talking about "love" as in a boyfriend. That's petty, idealistic "love". Not love. Love as in friendship, trust, et cetera. But I'll cut the emo, and get on with it.

I've recently purchased enough Sculpey clay to make a small figure, and i'd like suggestions. Keep in mind I'm into the whole Wonderland theme, so think in bizarre terms. Also, I don't care much for making objects or people out of clay. So I'd prefer suggestions to be of creatures.

I considered dragon, as I love making those. So if you don't have any other idea, suggestions for what a dragon should look like/have on it (if I end up doing one of those) are appreciated.

I need more people to talk to on AIM. I have this weird problem with IMing people first, though. o_o I dunno, but I just can never bring myself to send a message first, even if I've know the person I'm talking to for years. YARR. I went to a Halloween party last night. I was a giant bunny. :o Rented the costume, which included floppy-feet shoes and a bunny head, and a vampire cape... it was excellent. was there, too. Crazy, eh.

I feel bad for not having a Halloween pic, but I'll prolly be able to make a late one sometime. I have a shitload of homework to do, though, so I can't work on it today.

I'm in desperate need a blue Adidas track pants. I have a friend who knows how to sequin things, and she said she'd sequin a pair of pants for me if I gave her the pants. I have black Adidas track pants, but I want to keep them as a plain pair. (Plus, in the video A.D.I.D.A.S. the pants are blue.) I also want a red Puma jacket. And... every single item in Jonathan Davis's wardrobe.... ;_;

Yeeaah, so anyway, I've realized that I really, really like Orgy (the band... the BAND.) If you've never heard of them, but kind of like industrial type stuff and Korn, I strongly suggest checking them out. Their lyrics are nice, and they have a fairly original sound.


Okay, and I suppose this is the most important part of this journal. I'm making available an AIM screen name... that I actually use, heh. Anyone can IM me, though keep this in mind: I don't always reply immediately. I tend to get busy and ignore conversations, and sometimes I have to sign off abruptly.

Also, if you want to roleplay something over AIM, I'd prefer we schedule it. (On that note: I usually only have time for a good rp on Saturdays or Friday nights) If I'm caught off guard, there's a chance I won't be in an rping mood, and I hate upseting people, so I'd feel uncomfortable declining the request. o_o (This is a reason why I haven't released a good AIM sn before...)


Final note: Now that Korn kamp Membership thingies are available at Target, I can get one!!! So, of course, I scrambled over to Target as soon as possible, but... they... didn't... have it... ;_; I was deeply saddened. Hopefully it'll be in soon...

In completely random "news": I just mixed 'Daddy' (Korn) with 'Lost Faith' (Interrupt Vector)... and made a fairly awesome track. o_o Though, I still suck at mixing... stuff.

I'm not exactly in an art block, but I've been looking at all my recently drawn pictures, and I'm hating them. All/most gifts are going to be redrawn, but I haven't been in the mood for anthros lately, or for coloring. Sooo. Yeah. Sorry, all.

My computer isn't working properly. Well, at all. At least my username. I'm logged onto my computer as Guest right now. I don't have access to ANY of my music files, picture files, programs... I can't save birthday pics... ugh... I'm so scared I'll lose all of my image and music files. In fact, I'm terrified. What images aren't uploaded onto DA are stil on my hardrive, unsaved anywhere else. And not all the music on my hardrive I have a hard copy of.

So there will be no uploads until I've found out what's wrong, as I can't save my pictures onto my hardrive, and since I can't open up PSP... It's most likely a weird virus, or something my dad downloaded. He's stupid when it comes to computers, and downloads everything that looks like a "good deal". o_o

I can still log onto DA and stuff on the computer's Guest account, but my comments willl be short (if at all) and my faves few.

I don't like The Offspring's newest cd very much. I've had it for a while. It's just evetytime I hear it... I get disappointed. And hope for better. Not just them, though, Incubus is getting mellower and mellower with each new CD, it seems. Not that that's horrible, but I liked their older, jerkier, crazier sound. Eh, both bands are still wonderful. It's just that Korn has always been kickass-wonderful.

Makes me so fucking angry when people say "Korn sold out.", or "Their new music sucks." Because they DIDN'T. and it DOESN'T, they're as talented as ever, and it shows.
If you are one of those people, do not EVER let me know you think that, or my respect for you will immediately drop.

I never really wanted a tattoo. And I hate pain like that. But I know that someday I'll get a Korn tattoo. If I don't, I'd be betraying something sacred . It's so silly sounding, but their music has gotten me through a lot. Not the lyrics, exactly... sometimes, but it's mostly just Jonathan's amazing vocals, and their awesome.... awesome sound. so someday, I'll get "Korn" written across the lower part of my back. It'll be in somewhat small letters, but noticeable.

And when Korn has long since been forgotten, I will have that mark on my skin. And I will be complete. o_o

Of course, the price is detachment from family and with too many pills comes side effects.

You think you're making it better when you're only gently slicing away your life. You begin indulging in your newfound peace with fantasies and a forced smile. Never really there anymore and always longing. Is there a problem with that? With wanting better; more?

Either way- awake or sleeping - I'm not a very respectable person.

And I'm starting to think that I'm happy with that fact, some kind of sick happy . And it's beginning to worry me.

I... don't know what to color it with. AND I REQUIRE IMMEDIATE OR NOT-SO-IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE.



-Not colored pencil, because the postery material is slick and the pencils wouldn't blend well and would look stupid. So that's out.
-I considered marker, but I don't own any and don't know what brand to buy and don't know if that'd end up looking good.
-Watercolors would work, I guess, but I dunno.

Sooo. Any suggestions..? I really wanna color this, the lineart is pretty okay and I don't wanna screw it up with a bad or icky looking color job. And computer coloring is out cuz the paper is too big.

And I'm trying to avoid shrinking it then comp-coloring it then re-postersizing it again at a Copier store place.




BTW: The image is of a grinning (non-anthro) cheshire cat (in my own style with my own design) holding a mushroom and sitting on a toadstool/mushroom. There's a plain 2 inch-thick white border and a checker board hill in the background. There is text reading "Oh, Alice... We're all MAD here". I DON'T CARE HOW OVERUSED THAT QUOTE IS, DAMMIT. (...well, I added the oh alice part...) I intend to color the picture like so: Black sky, white text, white border, black/white checkerboard, Sky blue/neon green toadstool, purple/orange mushroom, and the Cat is undecided, but most likely he will be pink, purple, or green. (Though I'm attempting to avoid purple: I don't want connection to the Disney cheshire cat...).

So, I changed A.B to I.V. But I didn't know what IV really stood for, so I replaced the real words behind the initials to the nonsensical phrase "inaugural vestibule". To further confuse people.

When I didn't hear anything but yelling. Now, when I don't hear yelling, I yell to myself... just for that noise...

All this time alone locked up in my room hasn't only let me think of other days, it's left me somewhat empty. I've realized I've got nothing to look back to anymore and smile at. I'm certainly proud of some things I've done... but I mean I just don't remember a time when I've genuinely enjoyed myself, except for two occassions. Jumping on a trampoline in a dress-up tutu, and Laser Quest with all my friends (even that, though, wasn't something totally memorable...)

It's kind of pathetic when you cry at remembering the last time you laughed out of extreme hapiness. And even more pathetic when that hapiness was something as simple as a trampoline, a tutu, and a friend who you don't even know is still a good friend.

I'll end this little... commentary.. with my perspective on things in my life at the moment..
Things are leaving. Not just my relationships with people close to me, but... more. Other things. My mind really is acting like it's being ripped apart. It's all I can do to glue it back together. Everything is starting to look differently. Just when you think your mind is pretty damn open, you find out you were blind your entire life, despite your delusions. Everyone's actions driven by fear, all the while denying it.

They caught me talking to a slinkie the other day. There just isn't anything to talk to anymore. Is it so much to ask for intelligent human to human contact?

I loved it when I was just a wee one, but just re-watching it today made meh realize how much I STILL LOVE THAT MOVIE.

:heart:s for Charlie. I AM SO DOING CHARLIE FANART OMFG. CHARLIECHARLIECHARLIECHARLIE. ITCHYITCHYITCHYITCHY.

I cried at the part where Itchy is all beat up and telling Charlie that Carface tried to kill him and is all "but I'm your friend" and all and ehhhhh. It was so sweet.. and sad....




Come to think of it, Don Bluth is probably my favorite animated movie maker. He has REAL, HARDCORE CUTE ANIMAL VIOLENCE. And swearing (well, "damn") in RoN1. (Rats of NIMH 1)

He sucks with sequels though. And I mean sucks. Rats of NIMH 2, anyone? I felt quesy throughout that entire piece of butchered crap.
#1: Shouldn't have been a musical. Music was awful and only one song was catchy, waste of time and painful to sit through.
#2: Beloved characters are either completely friggin changed, or just NOT in the movie. (Timothy's sister was the main focus of all the other siblings hown in RoN1, and she doesn't... speak at all in RoN2!!)
#3: Why is Jeremy so STUPID LOOKING? And his lines... so meaningless. Way to absolutely smother shit on my favorite RoN character.
#4: Those cats. Hmmm. Now where did they come from? More information, please.
#5: That caterpillar is ugly, obnoxious, and just needs to be STEPPED ON. Come on! Just like the cat couple, we need some background significance here!!
#6: The Owl. Okay. What happened to him? Huh? HUH?
#7: What is going on in the laboratory? The beautiful story of RoN is SHATTERED with this nonsense about a mere mouse warping everyone's brains and making them his slaves or whatever. IS THAT EVEN WHAT'S GOING ON? It makes....no....sense....



I really did cry at the end of Rats of NIMH 2. RoN1 was completely RUINED for me by that godawful sequel.

This fact makes my organs weep. ;_; You don't want my organs to weep, do you?

Jan Svanmajer is an absolutely amazing Czeck animator, film-maker and sculptor. His work, though, isn't really for everyone: most of it is unsettling.... dark and very disturbing. Except for that, though, his work is sheer fantasy, and it's hard to find people who can present to you such unique ideas in such a great fashion.

I urge all fans of abstractness and stop-motion animation to try and get a hold of his movies. I mean it. If you can watch and enjoy overwhelmingly weird and dark images/ideas, check him out.

Which is... good.

I'm taking a trip to the Western US with some friends. Anything's better than being here, I guess.

I have an extreme discomfort around my family. Now I understand that I'm definately not the only one with a family that doesn't exactly have a close relationship with eachother, but unlike some families, I have a mother who shoves Bibles down everyone's throats. And who can't see anyone as anything worthy of speaking to unless they're her same religion. It's sad, it's uncomfortable, it's tiresome, it's irritating, and it hurts.

Kind of ironic that I'm getting away from it by hiding out in a church bomb shelter.

I'll stop whining though. Heh. I have no life.

I'm... tired. I really need... pills, or something... for sleep. The whole "insomnia fad" that seems to have developed makes me angry. Why in hell do some people find it cool to... get no sleep? I'm so tired, it's unbelievable. The only advantage to sleeplessness is I get to listen to more *music and draw. -hasn't taken off headphones since she got on the bus to go home from school-

Well, I haven't really sat down and started work on it yet, but I'm in the process of creating an Invader Zim role-play site on Avidgamers. (BTW, you can contact me anytime on AIM for role-play...) Uh... yes, anyway. I figured I'd devote this journal to explaining my fancharacters and such. In order of creation.

-Advisor K'zryn: Medium height, orange eyes, Advisor to the Tallest, female, two long swirling antennae, with additional antennae sprouting from the stem of both (4 in all). Once had a breif relationship with Tallest Red, but both put that behind them and now she serves as Advisor to the Tallest. Sweet, happy-go-lucky, whatever she believes, she believes strongly, believes in fate/destiny. Likes males, but avoids long-term relationships.

-Assassin Roe: Medium-tall height, deep red eyes, heavy eye shadow, circles under eyes, Private Assassin, one broken antenna, on crookedly swirled antenna, female, tall boots, purple and black/white striped outfit with many buckles, two long parallel rows of stitches over eyes which stretch across forehead, female. Once served as Private Assassin to Tallest Spork, and once in a relationship with a soldier-in-training (Morel), but was sent on a mission from which she didn't return. The mission was to explore the space rock, Earth, and though her technological devices sent back reliable information on the planet, she was captured. Forgotten about when Spork died. Alone on Earth.

-Morel the Rouge: Short height, greenish-yellow eyes, rouge Irken, male, extremely long, thick antennae, light brown wig with dyed blue tips, gray overcoat, black skull tattoo on forehead. When younger, trained to be an Irken Elite and had a relationship with young Roe. (see above). Sent by Spork to see if Roe was still alive (see above) and further investigate " Earth". When Spork is killed, he, the mission, Roe, and Earth's existance are forgotten about. Morel turns his back on Irk, and hates anything to do with Irkens and being an Irken. Base discovered by humans, he was left with nothing but human resources, thus is trying to fit in with the humans - somewhat successfully. As long as no 'Dib'-like kids come around.

-Nglodi: REALLY short height, eyes change color depending on health - the sicker, the more vivid, Experiment/civilian, male, average pair of antennae, long tail, tubes in neck and all over body, NO PAK (gasp!). An experiment gone somewhat wrong. One of the Tallest's experiments to test what an Irken could live like without a Pak. Nglodi relies on his tubes and can't recieve much light. His tail curls and thins when he's having trouble recieving oxygen or is dying, and more liquids are pumped into him from the tubes. Recently, he's worked out how to escape from containment, and walks The Massive freely, usually only to be captured again in a few days in critical condition.

Thas it. ^^ If you have no idea what I'm talking about at all, then don't post, I'll go insane. (Jhonen-related things are my life. o_o) Mmkay. I hope that bored you to death. Yup. Uuuh-huh.
