On a personal note, you should sign this- Basically, its from the same people from Turn Your Back on Bush- They're trying to get this thing on a ballot (a vote...) in Mass. to stop sending National guard troops to Iraq, and its Legally Binding! They need 100,000 sigs to get it to work, so go sign.
