THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

- Make a journal post and list 10 wishes. It can be anything...ANYTHING at all. Just make sure they are things you REALLY WANT

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!

STORY
The story seems like it picked up after the events from the first game or probably soon after. Wilfre is back! Somehow, he had gained the power to steal color from everything and soon, the village lost all the color and most of the villages were....TAKEN. The remaining Raposas were able to escape on the back of large turtle. From there, with the guidance of the Creator, they attempt to try to stop Wilfre from destroying their world, rescuing their friends and FINDING PIRATE COINS!

GAMEPLAY
The gameplay has improved over the first game. It is not as repetitive like in the first game where in each stage, you find four pages of the torn pages from the Book of Life and rescue 3 Raposa before you can complete the level. In fact, you HAVE to find them or else you can't finish. In The Second Chapter, you have a choice of finding a coin or a Raposa (if one is present) and the game doesn't press you to finding them before completing the stage. It makes the stages less restricted but it makes me wonder if I take the time to collect everything if the ending will change...more on this later. It seems more free-flowing in a way but it is still easy to forget which stage still has a coin or Raposa without having to resort to check every stage.

CONTROL
Once again, it has improved but I still found it easy to fall into pits, lava, or green goo because the control is a lot looser compared to the first game. The boxes actually fly around when you hit them, which I find funny trying to chase them down to break (sometimes, they fly from the screen, down a ledge and ends up in the bottom of water 8D). Because the control is so lose, it is sometimes difficult to dodge enemy projectiles. It's probably better to actually kill them immediately instead of dodging their attacks.

SOUND
The sound effects were pretty good. The music, however, I felt were butchered, especially if it was music that appeared in the first game. Others, however, were improved.

CHARACTER CREATION/EDITING ARTS
Character creation is about the same like in the first game - however, I was a little disappointing because there was no color brown that was brown enough :/ The creations that are available now has no restrictions (you can have a broomstick for a rocket instead of a broomstick drawn on an outline of a rocket 8D )

FUN(?)
Overall, it's pretty fun. There is a lot of recovery items throughout the stage which is good for me since I keep making my character strip :/ There is a little challenge on switching between the different forms mid-action, especially if lava is following behind you. The difficult isn't that hard, unless you are clumsy, like me :/ Sometimes, though, I wish I was playing the first game so I can AFK in the item shop and listen to Wilfre's theme

THE ENDING SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING
My views of the ending....is that I found it....weird. I thought the ending would be in movie form and not in screenshots in between the credits. If they are coming from a fair, they must have visited the scariest fair in the middle of a desolate forest. Did they actually visit a circus instead? It kind of reminds me of Professor Screweye Eccentric Circus from We're Back: A Dinosaur story. REAL LIFE HEATHER LOOKS ALMOST LIKE HEATHER FROM SILENT HILL 3 OMG. VIDEO GAME CROSSOVER?? NO WONDER MY HERO WAS PYRAMID HEAD IN THE FIRST GAME. AND EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN BLOOD. To me, when it switched between the Raposa world and the real world, it doesn't seem to flow well together :/ I kind of wished I actually saw ANYTHING about what Wilfre, Mari and Jowee saw about what would've happened to them.

And I have to agree that this game and the first game doesn't have good connection at all. The biggest problem is with Mike's character. In the first game, he seems to be a computer programmer but in the second game, he seems like he's too young to be working at that. I could've tried to say the first game might have taken place a few years ahead of the second game but that still wouldn't make sense... .o. It SHOULD be since it's basically the plot for the movie, THE CORE. .o. Before watching it, I had a idea what would be found in the core...

Now here's where you will come in. Volunteer any characters that want/is forced to go. Anyone that would normally kill everyone in a second will have to wear some kind of collar device to prevent them from killing the rest of the crew. Either that or don't volunteer them please ;o;

It is pronounced "SAIRASU". Sounds almost the same like in English

Random dreams are random
Had a very vivid dream last night where I actually remember over 75% of it. Here are some highlights:

- For some reason, Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione decide to spy on Malfoy for some reason, so they take polyjuice potion to change to his friends, Crabbe and Goyle. Harry remains normal so.... o.o They track down Malfoy at a beach where he recognizes Harry almost instantly (lol no disguise) so they proceeded in a fist-fight to the death. Why they have no wands, I don't know. Ron and Hermione just...disappear. They probably went swimming or something....

- Switches to me swimming in the same beach where Malfoy and Harry are fighting. Didn't see who won - sorry. ._.

- Switches (AGAIN) to my two original characters (Matthias Hinkell and Nathan Willson) as alternate versions of themselves. They study plants at an astronomy observatory. Then the waves started attacking. Both end up having to evacuate, along with the rest of the island (NOW it's an island) so they make there way to the other side to board a plane to escape before the Water Wizard strikes again.

- Switches at random to a random character going to the post office to get mail from a PO box. Forgets he was trying to find his PO box number and proceeds to go on the computer to find his mail that way. And no, it's not e-mail...

- Another switch. Me again, and I'm trying to get ready to go to work but also procrastinating because I have 20 minutes left...10 minutes left...5 minutes left... oh dear. I'm 10 minutes late now... .__.


....thinking about this dream made me remember...this...scary one....and another...WITH THE SCARY ROOM AND GHOSTS ATTACKING YOU FROM THE MIRRORS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....

ALSO, I might get rid of some of my video game consoles, since I don't play them anymore, although, I'll still keep my handhelds because I DO play them. Except the PSP. That might go.

So today, I was minding my own business, making sure the plants are happy and well watered when they lady asks me about the 75% off plants in a table. I help her explain to her how we take the discount off it noting that she has her cart full of regular priced plants and her somewhat demanding attention. Afterwards, she goes inside and I just assume that she went to do some shopping and will come back later to make her purchases.

WRONG!! .__.

At the end of my shift the closer for Garden Center show up and I found out he just tried out MapleStory yesterday so we chatted for a bit. Then the security showed up because the people at the check lanes at the front have been trying to contact me half a dozen times. I had my walkie on this time (earlier, I forgot to turn it on at the beginning of the shift) so I don't understand why I didn't hear a THING. At all. Unfortunately, however, I tend to tune out the walkie if I'm helping a guest, checking someone out on the register or just chatting .__. As it turned out, the plant lady was causing a commotion by claiming ALL her plants were 75% off. And because they couldn't reach me to confirm it, they sold all the plants for 75% off. RAAAGE. It's been an hour since it happened and I'm still pretty mad because of it, mostly because there were 3 things I could've done to prevent it:

1. Call the person in charge at the front and let him know about the ONE plant that's supposed to be 75% off. Of course, silly me I just assumed that the guest would check out in Garden where I'd be able to sort out the mess. But I have a feeling that she had planned this all along (will explain at the end).

2. Hear them calling for me on the walkie - that probably would have sorted it out but since they had trouble reaching me a few hours earlier, they didn't really try, I guess .o.

3. Called the front lanes after I was notified of what's happening - pretty much the last chance I would have had to help. And of course, like a dummy, I just walked to the front to see what's up - by the time I got there, she was already long gone. .______.

And of course, if she kills the plants (on purpose) then brings them in for a refund without a reciept, she'll get a FULL refund on the plants, no the discounted price on them. And THAT'S why some of our Target shoppers are great [spoiler]scammers[/spoiler]. .o. It's too bad everything was working against me for some reason. There isn't much to complain about this now that is over in the past and I'll probably be annoyed for a while (but I'll get over it...or find something else that annoys me xD ), just I hope that I learn from my mistakes and not let it happen again. .__.

This morning, my mom had to go to the emergency room. Remember sometime over a year or two ago where I was getting all panicky becaue I found blood in my stool only to found out later I pushed too hard ( .___. ) I guess that was too much information but my mom has something similar but entirely different. She also has pain all over her abdomen and not just the stomach area but all around where the instestines are. My aunt and uncle took her to the emergency room about an hour ago and my dad called to find out what's going on. They are about to do a CAT scan right now. I hope it's not serious though from all the medical shows I watched, it might be a tumor in the intestines :<

Depending on how things go, the trip might end up being cancelled after all.

Unfortunately, there are some instances of WRONG I couldn't get rid of. If interested, I'll be placing my translated version of it in my scraps. I conviently 'lost' the naughty pages so it's 95% safe for work. Now safe for your brain, that's another story. It comes with a godawaful pairing that doesn't work at all. Get ready.... When I woke up this morning, I had really bad stomach ache and cramps. I thought, oh, it's one of these things and I'll be over it within a few hours. It's already night and I haven't improved much. The scary part is that there are signs that say that I may have colon cancer or something very wrong with my intestines.

Here are some of my symptoms
- no appitite (I have to force myself to eat...)
- dehydrated (I already drank lots of water and I still feel thirsty)
- exhausted
- blood in my intestine
- constipated
- diahrea

I'm going to go see a doctor tomorrow. I just hope it's not serious enough to require surgery, as there is no possible way I'll be able to pay for it with my current finances... =\ Although I'm kinda hoping that it would clear up, the last symptoms calls that I have to go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY.

Well, wish me luck and hope that it's not anything serious...

I got bit by some kind of insect two days ago - not sure what because I didn't feel it. But then I only noticed when my arm got really itchy. The next day, most of my left arm started to swell up and I went to the clinic today to get it checked out because it wasn't going away.

I had to take a drug test for a insect bite... >__<

So now I'm taking antibiotics four times a day and using a heating pad every two hours to keep the swelling down. And I get to miss work tomorrow because I'm going to try to make my arm get better...

Also, I got a bite on my head too, but it's just a normal bite...

Not much else going on. My art is at a standstill and I'm still playing MapleStory like crazy (I'm probably going to take a break because I need to finish art requests for people here)

Naruto manga

I did something crazy today. I just bought volumes 1 through 10 of the Naruto manga

Hey, it was only about 6 bucks each (go Walmart). If they start selling One Piece (hopefully) and Grava...er...never mind this one...

Now I have a lot of reading to do! I used to read it when I first started collecting Shonen Jump when it came out...four years ago... O__o And now, I'm just starting to collect the manga.

Maybe fanart coming soon...? Maybe...

What should I collect next from Shonen Jump? Yu-Gi-Oh (I like the first ones where it had the random stuff going on)? Dragonball Z (only read the chapters in SJ)? Sand Land (it'll only take one volume to collect it all...) <__< >__>

I'm behind with One Piece - I'll have to catch up!

Also, if anyone has recommendations (anime or manga), start throwing them out!

Paper

Also, the paper that I currently use for my drawings are REALLY expensive so I'm switching to a cheaper (and considerably less thicker) paper alternative. Let's see how it works out. Also the one I currently use takes a LONG time to dry, resulting in smears that make me start it all over, unless I'm able to cover it up... <__< >__>

So I won't be uploading for quite a bit...It's not that thick! But I don't want to spend 17 bucks per 500 sheets either... >__<

I just loaded a bunch of scraps yesterday and one today, but they're not showing up when you click on the link to my scraps. However, they do show up when you search for 'Mario Golf' and 'Hot Shots Golf'.

I didn't do a search for the Silent Hill sketch I threw in because there's a lot of Silent Hill stuff here...

It's really weird...and now I can't tell people to check out my new scraps because they're not even showing up... ;__;

I quit MapleStory. So if you try to buddy me and my character is acting weird, it's because I let one of my friends take over my account. I'll probably go back to playing someday though.

Ripped Off
Some insurance company is ripping me off around 50 bucks per month. I'm trying to cancel it because I didn't actually 'sign' up for it. And I'm trying to figure out how they got my credit card information anyway... <__< >__>

Stupid bank that sells my information. Those people they sold it to can just charge whatever when they want it too. At least the Navy Federal doesn't do that because it may lead to identity theft *shoots Wells Fargo*

I'm posting my 2nd job advancement for my archer in Windia for some reason (boredom ). Here's the game that I'm currently addicted on at the moment! ^__^




Yes! I made it to level 30! Time to take the test for my 2nd job advancement.



Time to find the Bowman Instructor and take that test. Out of all the job instructors, I didn't know where the Bowman Instructor was. At least Athena told me...

I haven't posted much recently (sorry guys ) - but it's because I've been working on my own graphic novel (not calling it doushinji...or is it doujinshi...or I'll just call it douj... because I'm not Japanese! ). It's story revolves around...the paranormal, mainly ghosts and their hauntings. Here are some of my sketches:

I only work on this when I'm bored at work because I can't work on my other art (bugs smear themselves on my paper for fun...) So let's make me force you to take a look:
