I haven't updated my journal in a long time, so I felt I'd treat you to a little perspective on a few of my new characters.

Bruce: Er...uh...Late 20's early thirties? Stupid dog didn't give me a real age.

What's your height?
Areli: These questions are kind of boring. I'm just shy of 5'7."
Max: 5'10". Most of me is not that average.
Betty: 5'6."
Bruce: Just over six foot.

Are you a virgin?
Areli: No. Why would I give details like that to a talking dog, though?
Clearing: Because I'm cute.
Max: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...oh that's rich. Of course not!
Betty: *looks around* No, not since 16.
Bruce: Oh please, the ladies love the Bruce. I ain't a virgin.
Clearing: I doubt your skills with women.
Bruce: *smacks*

Who's your mate/spouse?
Areli: Single.
Max: Swingin'. Always trying to find a new girl to woo.
Betty: Single. I mean many single men, but most most of them ain't marriage material. Think more 'random guy who'd murder or rape me' or 'still pretty scary.'
Bruce: Why tie myself down? Besides, I'm in the future! If I were to get a dame--what'd happen when I get back!
Areli: Sir, you perhaps should get your head checked for delusions of grandeur. I'm a doctor, trust me.

Do you have any kids?
Areli: Haaaaaaaaa---no.
Max: Love kids, don't have any yet. Maybe if I find the right lady, I'll settle down and have a bunch of 'em...well, no more than 4.
Betty: I have a dog. Does that count?
Bruce: ...dear lord I hope not...

What's your favourite food?
Areli: Latkas. Or heck, anything fried. I'll eat anything kosher.
Max: I'm like Areli. I'll eat anything. Anything and everything. Cept, I'm not Jewish. So I CAN eat everything.
Areli: Your mom is, though.
Max: We're related, I know this. Us two are related as well.
Betty: Hmn...Hard to decide! Anything with meat, though. Booze is pretty awesome, too.
Bruce: Booze plain and simple.

What's your favourite ice cream flavor?
Areli: Hmn...been awhile, but I think...Neapolitan is still my favorite.
Max: No particular one, I just like anything slathered in chocolate sauce with cherries.
Betty: Ice Cream? oxo;
Bruce: While I'm not sure I've ever heard of it, it sounds delicious.

Have you killed anyone?
Areli: I've had patients die on me, but that wasn't exactly my fault.
Max: Yes, I don't particularly like the feeling, though.
Betty: Maybe? I've left people for dead, certainly.
Bruce: Man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!

Do you hate anyone?
Areli: Not that I can think of off the top of my head. There was that one lady who tried to claw my eyes out in medical school, though. Bitch got a kick in the face.
Max: Pretty much everyone in Fort Bridger, Wyoming who is not a blood relative. Growing up there wasn't exactly an exciting thing.
Betty: Oh no! I love everyone!
Bruce: Zombies. Seen 'em, never met 'em, but I know they're out there somewhere.
Betty: I think those are just ghouls...
Bruce: THEY'RE DEADITES AND I KNOW IT!
Everyone: *moves away*

Have any secrets?
Areli: I secretly hate being interrogated by small critters with human bodies and doggy ears.
Clearing: But I'm so cute. D:
Max: I cannot resist flirting with blondes and red heads...there's just something about them. Like if that girl over there, the one with the ginormous tits, wasn't from a completely different universe...
Areli: I'm a blond.
Max: You're also my cousin.
Betty: Errr...
Bruce: Don't tell anybody, but I'm really a time traveler. *shifty eyes*

Areli: None in a non-familial way.

Whimsy centers around the various students at KÅken High School, an odd private school with a very strange mascot (the foosa). It's a mixture of comedy, romance, and of course: a little fanservice.

Random self-plug aside...Now announcing Whimsy's first contest!

(the author) and I have recently noticed the extreme lack of teachers at your silly fictional highschool somewhere in an intentionally unnamed fictional city somewhere in Japan. So...

I'm holding a 'Create a Teacher' contest! Do you have an OC that's been sitting on the shelf for a while that you've been meaning to do something with but haven't gotten around to it? Or, do you have a love for entering contests for no good reason? Then this may very well be the contest for you!

Notes: Whimsy is a slice of life manga. Fact is, a supernatural character would be HORRIBLY out of place in a real (if wonky) world. However, toned down versions of said supernaturals work fine. Off the wall designs and personalities are welcome and encouraged.

Also, note that this is a private school. Any subject will do. Any at all. However, I'm looking particularly for math and science teachers.

The subjects that are already staffed: History, 1-B homeroom (Main followed class), Art/PE, Home Ec, Music. (There are also 2 aide characters, one for the 1-B class, and one for the music class) Please avoid these subjects if at all possible.

Picture and Writing entries welcome!

Batman movie, may contain spoilers:

Dude. This was so epic, it makes my face hurt just to think about it. Joker was creepy AND hilarious (May he rest in peace), Two-face was creepy, but it sucks that he took a nose dive. He would've made such an awesome villain for subsequent films.

Though, as what usually happens with movies, I knew who was going to die by the end of the movie...

Okaaaay....To all of you peeps who read my Aka no Chi Story...

There is good news, and there is bad news.

Bad News: I'm deleting all the current chapters on DA except the filler.

Blurg. That takes me down to 94 deviantations. >__< Ah well. ;3

Good News: I'm rewriting them all so they make sense.

Yeah. This has been bugging me to death. >__< I liked them, but the sense they made was non-existent.

So yeah...I'm overhallin' it.

Oh..and I'm currently working on a huge full-cast picture of Aka no Chi. (Currently working on drawing the guys, already have Kokoro and Dameon done, just Thanatos, Helios, and Mercury left. D

In other news: Yeah. Sure newscasters. It's not gonna snow up here. And what do we get? Why, only 5 inches of snow and flash flooding down south. 9__9 Geez. Stupid news casters. Now it's cold.

Erm...Wow. When I look at my clubs, I realize a lot of them are pairing clubs...Wow. I'm such a weirdo.

Anyways...Has anyone been wondering where I am? Other than browsing randomly? Like a good nerd does...

I have stuff to upload...But it all needs to be SCANNED. And everyone knows I'm too lazy for that. Especially since I've been sick. Very sick. I caught a strain of stomach flu thats been going around a lot the northern part of my state where I live. Add bacteria eating holes in my stomach lining and we reach a real winner.

But yeah...No one really cares about me, so things that you care about. Aka no Chi.

I'm currently working on another chapter for Aka no Chi...It's a filler for my sanity's sake. I have issues writing serious stuff....So this is pretty much random crap spilled from my head.

Mercury is a vegetarian.

But that won't be out for a while. It be in the works. But it'll be funny, I swear it.

Anime Banzai is Friday!!!!! Yay! I can'ts wait! If you're going, look for a Zexion cosplayer wandering around with Roxas [or Larexene if I can convincer her this is a good idea] and Little Red Riding Hood. X3 We're such weirdos, don'tcha know?

Yuh...I haven't updated my journal in a good long time...So anyways...I've been doing stuff. Running summer camp, earing money. I've been a little spending maniac. Already 3 new video games in June.

First, it started with Katamari Damashii...Then I got angry at it because star 7 is impossible. [The Prince is adorable.]

Then, I got Disgaea 2. Sat on mai butt for about 11 hours and played it. I've nearly beaten it, but I have some serious leveling up to do of all the characters except Adell. [Adell is like...Hot. Seriously.]

And then, just last Saturday as a birthday present to myself, I got Jak 2. Man, does that game ever make my brain explode...You don't know how many times Jak has falling to his death at my hands. And you don't want to know. Especially on that one mission where you get the flag for the stupid ugly rebel guy. I wish I had a stretchy obnoxious sidekick like Daxter, though. That would be cool. ^_^ Oh, and green goatees are officially hot, too. Still procrastinating. Seriously. I haven't been on the lappy for more than a bit in the past few days. Friday, I cooked with my friend. The chicken was very good, but the pudding failed miserably. Remember- Follow the directions and add cornstarch or else your pudding with die. Saturday, I spent the whole day in two places. The first was a Japanese Festival, which was much fun. I at lots of good food, nearly died from how crammed it was and how hot it was, and sold my soul for a nifty Bokuto. I have a lot of retouching to do on photographs in my near future. It was worth it, though. And then, I spent a long time in the Downtown library. Unlike the library where I live, the Salt Lake Library has manga. Lots of it. Since I don't have a card, I couldn't check any out, but I did read some. I was happy with Trigun, and Wish was very entertaining, but...Anne Freak's volume 4 was very disappointing.

I would be playing Pearl or Diamond, but my brother is hogging his DS and his games...And I'm dead broke so I have neither. But, I still have my PS2 to confide it. Especially now that I have all of my brother's PS games in my paws, so I can beat Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9. (In the order of 9, 8, 7.) Man, I've been slacking off on everything. I ended up spending my day helping my brother clean his room. My eyes are still burning from all the things I'm allergic to. Now...I'm watching 24. Most boringest thing ever. I still need to finish up all my shirts and bags...

I'll write soon, I promise! I just have...Shall we say, Creativity Constipation? The blockage in my brain is severe, especially with end of level testing for the rest of the week and the French test tomorrow. I get to have lots of tests on my very least favorite subjects right now! Science tomorrow, the rest of the week is math. Don't worry, Summer vacation is in a little less than 3 weeks from now, so I will get the ball rolling before then. If you really need to post something however, annoy me to death please. It will probably help. Hopefully.

I will get around to doing a contest very, very soon. Once I get around to finishing all the crap I have to do. Here's my order
