The printery've asked me to change the file size by 0,025 inches (SIGH!!) and to rename all of them. This is a work that'll take more than an hour (because they're quite many pages), which I'm PRETTY sure I won't be able to give away anytime soon (Allready sacrificed time I'd originally use for my new comic, drawing last-minute arts and assembling this book). Also, I've great problems with the economical parts since most people are planning to buy during Uppcon, meaning I won't get the money back untill then so I'll be a very poor bastard till then, LOL.

So I'll have to delay EVEN further, doing this work during hollidays in December. The books'll be ready for print in JANUARY as latest. I'm VERY SORRY, and I thank all preorderers for their purchases and patience. I've also a last important annoucment to make:

The page count for this volume will be 142 pages, which is 3 pages less than promised, which I appoligize for. This because I've chosen to cut down the extra illustrations/sketches section due to lack of time and material. I've, however made some new, never seen before illustrations for this book to compensate. Those'll be seen in the Mauritz preview and the lay out.

Carmel Septh [link] (Far left)
1.) Some Persian dude we used to know two years before creating him was named Garamel, I always misstaked it for Caramel though. So I twisted it a bit more to sound like a name, and thus Carmel. (WICH SEEMS TO BE A GIRL'S NAME, this is why I don't try to create totally fictional names anymore). His surname simply means Seven in French and Italian.
2.) For a battle tournament. I wanted to make a wizard character cuz I had been inspired by the libary I had practically lived in that summer.
3.) Carmel's changed a lot; from being a stiff boot to a perfectly fitting sneaker around my foot. His hair've gotten more realistic too. XD
4.) People usually forgets his age, LOL. He's 12!

Osvald Waltz [link] (far right)
1.) SOME OF YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GUESS, HAHA. He was only supposed to show up ONCE, so I didn't really care much for his name. His surname came later though.
2.) A stand in character, just an adition to the crowd.
3.) A lot; from first being a doll with a face painted in ink, he got his very own features and goals. Though I feel very bad for him.
4.) I imagine him having German origins.

Matilde Bateu [link] (middle)
1.) Was first supposed to be Matilda, though Matilde fitted better in the French environ.
2.) The same reason as Osvald, but maybe with a bit more fire to begin with. Her motives were quite clear from the very start; to drag Carmel back to class.
3.) She haven't changed much. I can't say she've become stronger nor weaker either.
4.) There's absolutely nothing fun about this character, haha. She's plain and will always be naught but Carmel's own-willed sword and shield.

Devian and Claire Ronsenberg [link]

1.) [link] video says all.
2.) I wanted to write a knight story with a twin pair as the main characters. I wanted them to look alike in all ways, so Devian looks rather girly.
3.) I kinda killed those two. I used them in a battle tournament just for fun, but after that...
4.) Their project was cancelled for a better cause, though they'll be recyled. You'll soon know how, haha.

Victor Fitzpatrick [link] (LOL, note; he's not a doctor in the main story.)
1.) Actually a rather old character (only months younger than Carmel). Victor came from looking at the finished picture's face. I had problems with giving him a good, somewhat ancient-feeling surname. But then I had this classmate in my 1st year of the Gymnasium who had this perfectly great Irish surname, so I went ahead and used it. (IT'S OKAY, WE'RE STILL FRIENDS!)
2.) He was to be a minor character in the same story as Devian and Claire, but as that project got cancelled he'll be reincarnated to a much higher status. The other reasons behind his creation are a bit personal.
3.) Victor've changed radically, especially for being a character withour story for almost two years; hair lenght, face, personality, yeah, everything's new. XD;; (the antenna's always been the same tho)
4.) I hate him.

Right now, I really, REALLY love Nephlim, hahah, that's the tune I'm replaying right now. XD;; (I had NO IDEA that it was the opening theme for the PS3 game Folklore untill recently though, haha.)
Their CD's are a bit hard to find here, so all i have so far is some MP3's a friend was nice enough to send me. XD (No, I don't pirate anymore after the new copyright law came in work.)

Front, even though you have to draw more details and TWO eyes. XD

Hmmm... MONASTERIES? XD I gotta learn how to though!

Traditional almost all the way.

Stick men and rectangular shapes to define the placement of all the items in a compo.

I draw better at night, lol.
I usually design a character a week after the idea about him/her hits me.

◆ Any tips for coloring/shading?
Don't BURN the colors, meaning, don't shade with a darker shade of the base color (EX using DARK red on red) for the area and instead try using cooler or warmer shades of it towards gray/black (EX GRAYISH red on red).

◆ How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Depends. A CG can take from 1 hour to 3 days, watercolors usually don't take more than 8 hours- a day, pencil sketch or ink takes around 2-3 hours. COMIC PAGES CAN TAKE UP TO 4 HOURS (depending on how much complicated BG).

◆ What music do you listen to while you draw?
Video-game music, I really love the orchestral arrangments from Final Fantasy and Yoko Shimomuras Dramatica CD! Some favorites right now are Chrono thrigger's main theme and You are not Alone! from FF IX. I also like listening to classical music (Chopin, Ravel and Debussy are some faves) and uppumped Japanese electro a la MEG and Perfume.

EDIT: Lately I've been listening to a lot of funk too, ahhha. Favorites are Daft Punk and Michael Jackson fo sho!

◆ How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Also depends; usually I just get it as I sit down in front of my desk (I usually take a minute or two to get a image in mind) and sometimes I've had the idea in mind for some days, haha.

◆ Your favorite drawing utensils?
REALLY thin Pencils (0,3)

◆ Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
I can't define that. XD

◆ Your favorite style(s)?

My last year of the Gymnasium.... I've been thinking about what to do afterwards. Well, I KNOW what I wanna do, but I've no idea wich school that'll give me the most premium education within the subject! QAQ
Fuck this is hard, but I guess I'll need to see this through or mum won't stop nagging me about IF SHE SHOULD TRY APPLIYNG TO THAT FLAT IN STOCKHOLM OR NOT. Well, studing in Stockholm would be rather convinient; we've got a lot of friends living there and also some relatives (including my own Father), but I must admit that I feel a bit unsure, almost scared. And besides, my ideal education maybe can't be found in Stockholm! QAQ
...I guess this is how it feels to let go, haha.

I just wanted to tell you about a mayor change in the plans for ADKOS volume 2...
You see, i've been having GREAT problems with my computer (I am currently using our family's computer since my own had to be left at school during summer) which at random occasions "RUN OUT" of RAM, in other words, scanning chapters with more than 20 pages seem to kill my computer and PS don't seem as reliable either (it actually forced me to do an emergency shut-down while scanning a longer chapter... I was almost done too. D8). I'll do my best to scan more cautiously, though I kind of find it something of a waste of time doing on this computer so the relase of the book may get delayed till the middle of this Autumn.

I am very sorry to those who looked forward to getting your hands on it this summer as well as the first and second place winners of the contest. T___T

As many of you've heard Michael Jackson passed away the other day. Man, that man and his music influenced my early childhood more than even I'd realised before, haha. I still remember how my mum ONLY allowed me to watch his videos on MTV when I was 5 years old, his music videos was the best so even children are allowed to watch them! QAQ My all time favorite tune is of course Black and White! FLAPPING LOVE IT! [link] GAHHH sooo perfect for this HOT and sunny day still! QAQ AH FUUCCKK WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DIEEEEEEEE???? QAQ

Or maybe, if you're of that consi-suspicious kind, maybe his "death" was actually a plot for dodging all the fees he had collected and been unable to pay. Poor man, just because he was a man and liked children the media rolled the pictures of his altered face as the one of a rapist! I don't believe he would ever get the idea to rape a child, his interest for charity should've been proof enough.
I guess this genious was too good for this world in the end. Something that I REALLY hope that our generation will take seriously is NOT to corrupt people's reputation, I swear, I will not give birth to my kids on a world like that.


Okay, let's change the subject;

TALES OF VESPERIA CAME OUT YESTERDAY (to us POOR Europeans)! WOHOOOOOO!!! After finishing this update I'll so rush back to mah room and keep playing! Too bad GAME didn't give the special-disc to the pre-orderers. (and still the game costed a mushy 699:-, my mum was like; GASP when i old her, haha.) QAQ
But I really love the game so far, the Tales of series is actually the only game series that I like better than FF, lol. anyway, I'm off now, have a nice day! 8D

Anyhow, I'm goin to Portugal Tuesday the 9th. SUN, SWIMMING AND GAMES! WOHOOO I REALLY CAN'T WAIT! But don't wait with sending me your entries. I'll look into them when I get home the 18th, if I don't get a hold of a computer during my vacation that is.

Other than that I gotta say this week's been a real bore. Hapilly the graduating third year students spiced it up by bargin into our classrooms and taunt us in their stupid costumes!! XD It's something of an anual tradition, at least in my town for the graduates to have a big masceraude in the middle of market street.
Man how I love watching them! This year my school's graduates dressed up like trolls (cuz their classname is based after John bauers fictional creatures; the "mountain trolls", LOL), another class dressed up like Anticimex [link] we also had a maffia and a Optimus Prime class! XDXDXDXD
Hahahhaha my faves gotta be the Obama class! AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA! SO BEST XD (A friend of mine told me that there was one poor dude who had to dress up like Bush too, LOL.) And the Cheerleader/foorball class almost crushed the windows at McDonalds! WAY TO GO! >8D

The third year students held the anual "Media festival" this year as well; photos, movies and collagues that the Photo and motion picture classes had created during the semester were put up on the wall.
We were later invitet to the congress building where we watched the movies. AHHAHAHA, they were all so awesome! ( , who isn't a student at my school, sneaked into the hall togheter with me, LOL) XDXD
Though, it was after the movies that the most important thing happened! Togheter with the festival my school awards four students from each media class who've shown an extraordinaire devotion for the subject, and I was one of the chosen ones this year! WOHOOO!
Maannnn, I got so damn happy (while Farid was smiling like a fool beside me, LOL).
Togheter with the diploma I got 500kr (around 50€ and a really happy mum, LOL.

Man, Russia gave us the most expensive show evver. I swear, even the olympic event last year looked CHEAP compared to this one! XD

I had just come home from my music theory class when I found it laying on the table, a puffy looking a4 envelope. The stamp said "Bonnier Carlsen", so I hurried uppstairs, opened it up and spilled the inhold onto my desk; T'was my entry for this years Mangatalangen (our version of USA's "Rising Stars of Manga"), followed with a cheap "drawing set" and a printed document. "Thank you for your efforts! We're sorry to inform you that this year's contest have been cancelled due to an underamount of entries. We're giving you this drawing set as compensation. TOTELOO"

M-my G-G-G-gaston! QAQ Man, I had REALLY, I mean, really... REALLY worked hard on that entry! Sacrificng a lot of time, time I should've (really) used for school, time I should've used to take a trip out in the sun on the VERY RARE ocations that bastard star actually showed itself this last year, TIME I SHOULD'VE USED TO FINISH THAT FUCKING SECOND VOLUME OF ADKOS WITH!!!!!

JOURNAL:

I got some really horrible news the other day: my best friend had been hospalized due to an infection in his heart-muscle area. He healed quite quickly, though the doctor wanted him to stay another day just to make sure. So I got offered a ride to the Infirmary where they had put him. Omg, there was only old folks there! (They told me that all the nurses wanted to do his controls cuz he was so young and "fresh", AHHAHAHAHHA.) But then again, it was the heart activity control center, so no wonder, LOL. At least he had a room all for himself, and seemed fine... So the first thing I told him was to go fuck himself for worring me so!
Well, I stayed there like 6 hours, talking, watching Zetsubou sensei on my computer (AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA), making fun of the tunes on my ipod, etc.etc.

There was a screen on the wall on which you could see the heart activity for all the patients on that floor, lol... Sometimes one just went plain. XD;;
I also did some safaris through the building, hahaha; THERE WERE NOOOO DOCTORS ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN! QAQ
Only nurses... Their uniforms are so boring! QAQ
My friend told me a doctor comes to see him every morning though, he weren't hot though... In other words; HOSPITALS SUCK!

Well, aside from that; I've been REALLY busy of late. Exams are coming up and our techers keep spamming us with PROJECTS! One ended today, so everyone went like PHEW, just to be informed that there is ANOTHER one to be started right after! D8
Ah well, I'll live, I know I'll do more than fine, haha. But as you may guess time is a luxury during those times. The weather is a great source of comfort though... Can't wait n'till this semester is over!
And the piano class is killin' me, lol.... Sheesh, my theory teacher thinks I'm trying to avoid his lessions just cuz I went home due to a cold last time. I hate not to meet peoples expetations or give them the wrong ideas even though it's they who create them themselves. Q A Q
Talking about piano- I had a performance with the piano school last friday. I performed "Swaying emotions" from the .Hack G.U game series ([link]), hehehehehe... The audience seemed pleased. BUT THEN MY NEMESIS CAME UP AFTER ME, PLAYING THE RIVER FLOWS IN YOU FROM TWILLIGHT an I went like; GAME OVER. LOL.
But still, she was really good, must've played MUCH longer than I have, lol. (I've played almost 3 years now.)

Oh, and some of you may wonder about the release of ADKOS vol 2... Sadly it will be delayed due to the reasons I've just stated; there just isn't enough time to finish the extra material (that will include an extra comic and much more, hahaha), though i am working on the cover. I'll show you this WIP as a compensation for the delay. m (_ _) m

I'm very sorry for the meager updates lately, as I said I've got a whole collection of activities to chose from atm.
And about the heavy blog... I don't know when or IF I will release it due to the very bad reader count from the current one. No I'm not a crybaby, but I find it quite spoiled if I'd waste even more of my precious thime on something that would not be cherished. I started the blog because of people asking me to, to me it doesn't matter.

[link] :iconoh08: and some other comrades have been working on a SUPER COOL 2D fighting game, and they're asking for assistance when it comes to drawing/animating the sprites and other stuff. Fuck... I'D LOVE TO WORK WITH THEM Q A Q
But I surely lack the TIME and portfolio; I've hardly sprited anything so far, but I know how to do, LOL.
Well, since the sprites are so big in this game maybe I'd be able to handle em, but still, have no time.

Man, this week's been quite busy... Haven't found much time to finish my entry for MT... I need to finish five pages this week to be in schedule. Hahahah, and then I get sick, man this is so NOT perfect!

Well I guess the world's been quite busy as well those last two weeks, haveing Obama up on the american throne on my very birth day, Israel eating all those critiques for bombing Gaza, the developing of the economical crisis etc. Just thinking of all those people who get killed or put under despair makes me even less hungry during lunch. Why can't powerful people stop being so paranoid? After all, they never had their homes bombed without reason. I pray we of the next generation will keep our pure minds and morals untill the time we are to take over their seats.

Oh btw, I finally finsihed playing Persona 3 the other day! Man, that game's been with me since April last year ironically, when I still lived in town. I had taken long breaks to finish other games while playing it, so I never played it actively, HAHA. Anyhow, beat Nyx at lv. 90, was a damn cake walk. Man, I had totally spoiled that game, I regret that deeply! I almost LAUGHTED at the last scenes, HAHA. (SPOILER- The last scene with Aegis and Minato made me shut up though. I guess I really had to leave their worl for my own, BAWWW Q A Q I WANNA STAY LOL)

Well then, so I've allready started playing P4 now. Dunno, I really love the change of mood in this one, spruddly and young, allthough the characters and the theme ain't as elegant anymore. XD Man, I really loved how clean and nice P3 was! And it really had that feel of a school! (they skipped the murmuring sound effects in the school in P4, man that sucks! Dun feel like a school now, HAHA.) It's kinda cozy during the rainy days when you only hear the sound of rain as the background music. So allthough the elegant Dorm from P3 is echanged with the ankward Dojima's residence, everything blue and purpule changed with yellow and orange, our Midnight hour changed with a weird inter-TV-world and Fuuka exchanged with the mysterious but irritatingly cute Teddie, Persona 4 seems to be a less elegant, yet no less interesting game! I allready love the soundtrack 10 times more than the P3 one! XD (but the new version of the "new bond" tune sucks, BLEH, sounds all fake and retarded. But I really dig "Long way"! <3)

Hello again! Just putting this in as a small update to tell you a bit about how my week-end was.
Well, t’is the first Uppcon I've ever been to and I'm quite happy with it even through it was all crowdy, noisy and smelly. I'm glad it's just once a year because I can't stand any of that, HAHAH. I met up with almost ALL of the people I'd hoped to, but I mostly hung out with , (Who's weirdness scared the shit out of me, lol) , and :iconmalik90: 's group, we even took a table as our own "territory" untill some people took it before us the last day! I also met my ol' friends from Stockholm; , Mirai and Mako. Others I met were , , , Her friend I've forgot the name of, :iconej04: , Vincent, :iconkeihala: and some others. And hey, I managed to get the last of the books sold! *happy* XD
I also sold some drawings and sketches, but I brought Last Exile figurines and food for em all, I suck, LOL. Mais je ne regrette pas!

There were a lot of AWESOMEEE cosplayers as well! The legendary Cloud cosplayer got beaten this year by a Nightmare (Soul Calibur) cosplayer though. His costume was CRAZY! Lawl (I'll update with pics from the site soon.) And there was a Loveless cosplay couple too! BOTH SOUBI AND RITSUKA WERE GUYS! I had to take a photo of a pair cosplaying Colette and Kratos from tales of Symphonia, a sneaky on Cloud and JEZEBEL (God Child)! <3 I also saw A LOT of lolitas, AN AWESOME ABEL (Trinty blood) COSPLAY, utterly scary cellar-people and cyber gothers, KIDS who must've been like 12 coplaying DNAngel and Tokyo Mew Mew characters, A LOT of Naruto characters (Especially that dude with the black cape n'... red clouds, hehehe don't know his name, but it's like, Sasuke's brother I think), my doppelganger, AWESUM FF XII cosplayers (Ashe and Fran) and a BOX-bunny thing walking from the station! All the common folks were like; CHOCK! Sadly, NO Steampunkers, NO Tales of the Abyss and ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD LOOKING GUYS! Serriously, there was NONE and the ones with the shortest hair had like, shoulder lenght HAHAHAH, I was so dissappointed, bohoo. ; 3 ; Haha.

Though I think I won't go to any more conventions this year... I'm BEAT and some people are so damn weird and scary, HAHAHAHAHA. (It wasn't nice walking around the streets of Uppsala either, I mean, they're so damn arrogant! Uppsala sucks! D8)
But i'll prolly go again next year, 'make sure to bring more monney though, hahah. Hopefully I'll see everyone there again!

The reasons are mainly because I need to finnish my fully inked 15 page long entry for the Mangatalangen, our Swedish version of Rising stars of manga. the deadline's April 1st. (THAT'S not a joke!) and in order to do this and fix school on the same time I'd need to cut off my use of the computer, so i'll start leaving my lap top at school. This contest is quite important in order get into the spotlight of manga here in Sweden if you're not a student at the two comic collages, which... I'm too young to attend too. XD (Not planning to either, haha.) Anyhow, I got an honorable mention last time (2007 with a comic that was written and drawn 2006), hopefully I'll get far up the ranks or even win this year (I'm reading the judges requirments over and over again to make sure I fill em all in perfectly, AHAHAHHAHAHAH).

2009 is only hours away as I write this, finally, this years end draws near... 2008 was a year with many memories, it started good, I had great hopes for this year and it seemed like it was as I had hoped in the start, untill I fell into despair in the middle of it. The message of the move really scrambled my mind up. The thought of moving away from my central neighborhod, just 7 minutes away from my school and 8 from market street and my friends, from everything I had made a part of my world and treasured and lived in, protected and been proud to be a part of to an almost isolated place 5 miles away which I had never heard of before may have caused me more damage to my psyche than I know. I really miss my old place and sometimes the images of the view I had from my window which included the cathedral tower and the lonely sky scraper beyond the woods appear right before I wake up. Though the horrible flowerprint on my wallpaper reminds me of the truth; that's not my room anymore, Vasteras is not not my hometown anymore even though I've lived 15 of my 17 years there! I miss walking town the slopes to stroll through market street or take a walk to the libary and spend the day there. Oh how I miss living close enough to take a tour with the bike to my friend!

Vasteras had so many memories, I'm scarred for life, haha. My concentration's been all off as well. Sometimes nothing matter to me anymore. It's been like this ever since we moved in August... The fact that I have to go there everyday for school doesn't help me either. Yes, I enjoy spending my life there as I've always done, but when school's over I get reminded to take the right way to the station instead of going to my bike to the left and pass through the trafic and back up the slopes.

The sadest thing about 2008 is, that I actually only remember the longning back to Vasteras, the early vinter and spring are like dreams, thinking back at them now, it feels like it was years ago when it technically took place just around the corner.

I believe 2009 will be rough, but in the end I will find peace again so I can concentrate on my studies and my projects.

Let us all pray for this to be a good year!

Disclaimer: This entry contains statements that I've brought in by research, freely blending in my own theories, basing on the research. It is not my intention to neither upset nor accuse someone with this text and I assure you that it is written from a neutral view of the subject which may also make them sound rather harsh and crude so I'd recommend if people who are currently in a downside of their mental health, art block depression concerning their art or just know from reading this that they'll get upset to not read any further. I just wanted to give you a deeper insight into this so very misleading subject.

I've read a lot of blog entries and of course journals here at DA about this definition; STYLE.
Why is it such a big deal, what does it really mean to have a "style", who does it belong to and how do you get one that you can call you own? Is copying an already existing style really to have one of your own, can you even BLAME your lack of technical skill upon your style?


According to the teaching-art-books I've read a style is "something you gain as you get more experienced at art and hand", which would mean that the ones who master the principles of art (anatomy, perspectives, color values etc) are the only ones who can gain a "style". There's a point in this statement though, how crude it may sound saying it like above; the ones who can draw a lot of things have a wider view of the world which allows them to compile drawings of their own influence. Why? Art is after all a kind of poetry, reflecting the nature of the artist and his/her view of life/the world and that's what the book calls a style.
So, according to the books coping another person's view of world AKA style does not possess one.

Most people would describe a style as something you recognize in a drawing just by looking at it. Then a style should be something unique for each of us, but we are all unique so in that case everyone already have a style of their own even though it is a homage of an existing one since you can't completely copy someone else. Hahaha! XD It's a whole lot more naive than the one before, so it wouldn't surprise me if the majority of all the ones who reads this would agree to the latter.

I don't believe that's all that there is to the "style" though; some artists add some deformations to their way of doing things, let us take Clamps small head n' big body designs for their latest comics as an example; this is accepted as a "style" though it is incorrect in anatomical view. The magic used here is nothing more than technique, after all, Clamp is a very skilled group of artists, possessing almost 20 years of experience making them a living proof of the first "book's definition" of style. But where does the line between experience and style go? Is there any? There should be, if not that'd be nothing you couldn't blame on your own style like; the arms look weird cuz it's my style! One of the eyes is unbalanced cuz it's my style to do so! Etc. Actually, we all know there is something of a template for how things are supposed to look. Let us say there are two of them; one based on how f.ex. a human body would look in reality and the let us say, somewhat stylized one you have in your head and wish to get down on the paper. The first teplate, Reality would then be the constant one while your imagination would work as the variable, a perfect draft would then be R=x when it comes to tune with in this case the human anatomy and then adding your own influence. Clamp could do this since their drawings actually have something of a rule of their own as well as revelance enough with the Reality's template.

People who give good critique are aware of this and don't accuse you for stylizing your drawings since they base their critique after Reality's template!

Which made me wonder- have I ever told you about the series I read? I've actually read quite a few... Te first manga I read was actually DRAGON BALL! Ahaha, but shortly after that I started reading DNAngel. I really loved that comic and it's art, man, I was OBSESSED with it! I even hoped I'd turn into Dark when I turned 14... Ugh, when I think back on those n00b days I remember how I loved to order Tokyo Mew Mew, Digi Charat and other sugary sweet shojo comics from the SF book store in Stockholm. XD
Hey, and I actually read Naruto too (untill volume 13)! AHAHAHAHAH! And it's really good actually! Though I really don't hold any fandom toward any of the characters in it so please don't have me agree with "how sexy" Sasuke is! D8
Okay, uh... Oh, that's right! I still follow D.Gray-Man and STILL love it! Maybe not as much as I did last spring, but still a lot! <3<3 Though I feel a bit sad about how both the style and the story have been so degraded of late... Muhyo n' Roji's, XXXHolic and Tsubasa are two other great great favorites! <3
And now recently I've starting to read Oba's latest comic; Bakuman! Hey, have you heard of it yet? It haven't been so many chapters out yet, but I really love the concept, story and the art of course! (Though I personally liked the style he used in Hikaru no Go the best which is a MUST read my ladies and gentlemen!)It's a story about two boys who fights to acconplish their dream of becoming mangakas, tis a really interesting story for us who'd like to walk the path laid for this occupation, hahah. Man, I feel sooo sorry for Yoshiyuki Nishi... His comic, Muhyo Roji's bureau of supernatural investigment is probarly one of the most underrated comics in the Shonen Jump imperium. Q A Q
I greatly reccomend it to those who like comics like D.Gray-man and, let's see... well, comics with a really unusual graphic style and grimoires. (No, it was a coincidence that my concept's slight resemblance. XD) Anyhow, you should look for it, Muhyo Roji's bureau of supernatural investigments' the name! Stick with them for a while and you will LOVE it! <3 ( got all the released volumes so far myself. <3)

And- I just NEED this game!! [link] SIGMA HARMONICS! <3 Seriously, the game system looks so awesome as well as the BG design! But man, aside from the Main character (Sigma Kurogami, a rather rare rare kind of megane-main character, haha) all the other one's look rather plain (especially in the anime cut-scenes), hahahahaha. The school uniform's really cool too though, a mix of old style western for the boys and short cut lolita kimono for the girls. XD The envioronments also share this western-1900th-century-meets-the-Japanese-one design.
But I think it'll cost alot of money to translate it for western needs, but then again SE got alot of incomes... Anyhow, no American or European release have been revealed so far, but I really hope we get to see it here as well! Q A Q

And today, I saw him with my own eyes, strolling past me down the stairs. Man, this is really scary. I've got a doppelganger! D8
And I saw him! Man, what if I die? XD;;
But after all, he was a guy, and I'm not sure he was EXACTLY like me, though many of his movements resembled mine, he walked rather shyly in a baggy way, his head to the ground. But then again a myth may be nothing more than that, hahahaha. After all, I never got sick or put in danger after told me, right? *hits herself*

Edit: Hmmm, maybe I should tell you the rest of the story: I saw a person standing behind the shelves of the music section of the libary. I first thought it was someone I knew, but I didn't care so I never looked properly. And then he walked past me from behind, and then I KNEW who it was. A person with the very same hairsyle as I used to have some months ago, wearing totally different clothes (guy's/unisex stle) than any I own myself walking down the stairs rather stiffly, JUST LIKE I DO!
I decided to follow, hurring after him down the stairs, past people who looked rather surprised as they looked at us as we passed by. But, as I step over the threshold the alam reacts on a manga pocket that hadn't got dealarmed properly in my bag. I turn back, return the book and hurry out on the street. After some minutes of hurring around the streets I find him on the opposite one, looking around his shoulder suspiciouly every now and then so I continue to tail him as he walks toward his bus-stop as a bus passes by. I then stoped looking at him and turned to the road instead. After that I find him sitting by the bus-stop, reading some manga (LOL)while waiting. I watch him from behind until the bus arrives. I think I saw his face in the bus' window afterward, hahah. He didn't look as much as me directly in front I think. XD But what do I know, mybe it was someone else OR a trick made by my bad sight.

Had a little hard with drawing and comicing of late so I decided to start the great rescan of the comic. And that's where the Journal's name comes in;

I'M IN GREAT NEED OF TEXTING ASSISTANCE! XD
So, I'd gladly reqruit anyone who fills those requirments:

1. You must have Photoshop installed in your computer.
2. Have good knowledge of the English tounge.
3. Have enough of free time to work and do it in a good pace.
4. Entusiastic.

Age and nationality doesn't matter. I'll contact you through MSN ONLY so an account there'll be required as well. XD
The work is quite simple; just recieve the high res PSDs, open them up, text them using the deviations and instructions I give you, save and send them back as PSDs! 8D
I think I'll take in max 2 people to begin with. I need you to finnish at least 3 chapters (á around 10-15 pages) in order to recieve the reward that is a free copy of the book once it's finished. : ) (If something occurs that'll hinder the book from being created I'll simly just pay of your work with money. I've read alot of books of late (actually more than I've been drawing, AHHAHA). Man, I really love reading! And summer's the best time for reading since you can waste the whole day reading and drinking tea in the arm chair. XD
I just HAVE to list some of the better books I've read this summer/spring (without spoilers)!:

The "guardian" series (ongoing, three books so far [in Sweden at least]) by Josheph Denaney
-Tom is a seventh son of a seventh son which means his destiny is to become a "guardian", a magic warder of the unseen forces and is then sent to become the aprentice of the current guardian who makes him go through perilous trials. Though the enemies are growing stronger, making the two of thems hands full as well as Toms mind. The guardians past is a dark and mysterious one he seldom talks about you see.
The language used in Denaneys books is absolutely amasing! So much feel is laid into them as well as interesting references from "true" panoramal stuff. Tough some places was so realistic I had a hard time trying to sleep after laying the book aside in the middle of the night...

Physik (Third book of the Semtimus Heap series) by Angie Sage

- Septimus, student of Marcia the magic mistress of the town gets dragged back 500 years back in time through an enchanted mirror where he meets the great Alchemist Marcellus that seems to be a distant relative to his adoptive sister Jenna, girl-Queen of the kingdom.
This book is a pure work of children's litterature. Even I sometimes emberrass myself over some parts that are painfully wimpy yet absolutely amusing. XD
I liked Physik far better than the second book (Flyte) that could get really slow at times. A little minus for the VERY fantasyish use of magic (in other words, most of the things are explained possible by magic). The more sci-fi Alchemy system kinda saved it tough. XD

The Alchemyst by Michael Scott (First book of the series about the Imortal Nicholas Flamel)
- The twins Sophie and Josh finds out that the book store owners Nick and Perry are far more than just book sellers and suddenly they're in the middle of the battle against the Elderly race that hopes to return their age of might and human slavery!
The surroundings of this book are taken from the mordern san Fransisco, the characters are frequently using their everyday gadgets and the clothes are saggy mordern stuff as well which I found very interesting. The book's language kinda makes me think about the way they makes the pictures work in a mordern fantasy movie, ahahah. XD
In other words, a book most mordern readers not used to the fantasy genre would take into their hearts. I also found the references (all of the characters exept the twins are actually taken from either mythology or real people) used in the book very interesting. Scott even compares his fictional terms with the "real" ones, almost making the reader try to concentrate his/her own aura to see if it would materialize. (It won't work of course, LOL.) The magic system ain't very pretty, but very "realistic", hahahah.

Charmed Life by Dianna W. Jones

- Cat (Eric) and his magically talented sister Gwendolen Chant loses their parents in am accident by sea, leaving them in the care of a generous town. Gwendolen then evolves her magical talent, growing into being a horribly strong witch. Cat on the other hand is rather wimpy, always following his siter until the day the mighty and elegant wizard Chrestomanci invites them to live and study in his Castle...

I haven't felt very motivated when it comes to getting comics done and instead tried to "flee" by drawing random stuff and exorcise doodles as well as the shit I've smudged up on my Gallery those past 2 weeks.

I've had alot of new watchers lately which makes me feel really happy! Thank you all so much for watching my art. m (_ _) m *bows*

But something that've been bothering me a while is the fact that many regad my works as scetches. I don't know what you regard as scetches but I usually regard the term as the one used for unfinished or effortlessely drawn pictures for practise or just mindless doodling.
But I think most people think of them as scetches from the fact that they are drafted with very simple mediums (Paper and pencil XD).
Just so you know, most of my drawings ARE very much finished if I don't write that they aren't. Not that I'm upset or something, but getting those comments make it feel as if you're waiting for the finished stuff which doesn't exist, bwahahah. XD

Btw, found this new awesome artist, who're a big fan of FF TActics and Akihiko Yoshidas art as well!

Some scientist (ironically named Wagner) want to use that strange device to clash Gold ions togheter in order to synthesize something called quark-gulon plasma. Alltough, other scholars fear that the outcome of this devices functions may break the order of time and space itself. So now a meeting will be held June 16th in order to decide if or if not this messed up study will be able to execute.
Man, this sounds like something taken from a damn sci-fi novel. XD
Anyhow, may not posses enough knowledge about the deeper symetry of nature as those people do, but still that machine gives me the chills.
