So, it's been about a year and a half since I did a journal entry - I've been slacking!

Moved away from my semi-home-town back in August and settled back into my old-home-town (you know, the one I lived and went to elementary in). Mainly focusing on my classes, but I've been still doing some artwork on the side. I decided I'm going to try to do some artwork other then fantasy. Perhaps some fanart...?

Working on a "Watchman" sketch right now, have some doodles of Sookie Stackhouse (from the Southern Vampire series), and I'd like to do a page for Lord of the Rings (okay, so that's still fantasy but at least it's fanart). As soon as I've got something finished, it'll be up and posted!

I had a good birthday - turned 20, I feel old. In better news, I've been doing a lot of art lately; every chance I get. If you didn't notice, I've been posting a picture at least once a month, which is an improvement from once every four months. Yay me!

Starting to get a hang of this digital art stuff, so I'm pretty sure from now on, most of my posts will be colored! *sigh* I remember hating the very thought of coloring my pictures (because I was -very- bad at it), but now I don't feel comfortable posting pictures unless they have color. Oh, how the times have changed.

Perhaps I'll start doing back-rounds now! *cough* Then again, let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I felt like an idiot the whole day though, because I kept repeating, "Where is that?" "How do I do that?" "Do you want me to...?" "What am I doing now?"

But it was my first day so all the asking is understandable.... I got to clean cat kennels and rabbit kennels which took up most of that day, then fed the dogs (and cleaned up after them) after lunch.

I have to say my highlight was at the last part of the day, I had ten minutes before leaving, but I couldn't leave early, so I was allowed to go play with these three kittens in their room. They were soooo cute. I wanted to stuff them down my shirt and run out of the place with them.

Left on monday, drove ten hours to my Aunt and Uncle's house, said hello to all my cousins (all six of them), had dinner then I was able to ride one of their horses.

I only rode thier new horse, Revalee, who is 16 hands tall and 22 years old. Very well trained and actually really smooth riding. She would be perfect for a child's lesson horse because she would *not* trot for my 11 year old brother. For twenty minutes straight he walked her in a circle, saying "trot" over and over. In short, it was amusing.

Anyway, one Wal-mart trip, one babysitting job of no less then five children, six horse-back riding trips, and many many hours of driving, I'm back.

On another note, I get to go hang out with Caitlin all day Sunday.

*sigh* I really wish I was back at my Aunt and Uncle's ranch right now though. Not that I didn't miss my city, I just really like that place. Anyway, can't wait to see alot of you, at least a few who's reading this.

Had Monique over Friday which was really fun. Did a bunch of things like go for a walk, moo'd at cows, almost got ran over, my dog Max (who's really really small) tried to take on a dog ten times bigger then him.

Then Saturday, hung out with Claire for a good part of the day. We tried to find her a nice Prom dress and we did. We found this one white dress that look gorgeous on her, I mean she looked stunning and it was only $74 because it was on the clearance rack. Except when we went to buy it, the woman asked for $150. We were so bummed after that we gave up on looking at just left. Ended up we were at the mall for 3 and a half hours with no dress. Decided we'd have to go again next week.

Today all my brothers, my Mother and I all drove down to Sacramento to celebrate my Grandmother's 60th birthday. Saw my two small cousins and uncle. Almost hit my litte brother with a baseball because my aim was 'off'. When we had pie, my Mother just happened to accidently get my brother's pie all over his face, then the dog started to lick it off. *Really* gross. And I got to visit with my friend Sarah for an hour, which was enough. I don't get to see her often because I only go down to Sacramento every few months.

Anyway, today was actually pretty bad. I was fine last night then I woke up exhausted, my chest hurt, my ears felt like they were going to fall off from pain whenever I swallowed something. Yes, I was sick. And to top it all off, when I got to band this morning I was starting to feel warm. When lunch came around I had a full blown fever.

So...here I am whineing, which is nice to do. I don't like complaining to people much, makes me feel bad. So this journal is good enough.

I'm avoiding what's his face like the plague and I'm worried about Eric. Don't ask me why because I won't say but I am worried about him...

I feel better now thankfully, but when I got home today I was yelled at because I didn't have my stupid phone charged. Who cares, really? But then again it'd be smart to have my cell charged while driving, so I understand.

Spent Spring Break at the snow, which I really liked. Anyway, I'm also bored. So, since I'm bored I'm going to write down something that popped into my head earlier today.

10 Things to do before I die:

1. Save a life.
2. Get married.
3. Get married out in the open with a view of the sky right before sunset. Corny I know, but hey, thats what I want.
4. Get a tattoo.
5. Have my art hang up somewhere other then my house (and class).
6. Own a horse, or at least have half ownership over one.
7. Find a homeless person and take them to an outside cafe surrounded by people and buy them lunch - as much food as they want. I won't finish my lunch all the way, doggy bag it and give it to the person before sending them on their way with food. That might not help them all that much, but it's nice to show some homeless person that they're not completely ignored.
8. Hug a complete stranger (One thats clean and non rapist like )
9. Write a story and actually finish it! I don't need it to be published or anything, just written.
10. Have at least one child, though I wouldn't mind more.
