ah man, i've missed this place so much! and i can proudly say that i will be on at least once a week now! school is going great, other than for my a.p. chem class, i am acing everything! even precalc ^-^

as for my art... well... my parents have gone on the extreme and threw out my sketchbook while i was out with my friends.... all i have is my previous rough draft of SMfS.....the rest are GONE. i was so pissed...

kinda good news is that they didn't touch my art portfolio from school, since i'm still adding to that, so i have to restart my comic, get up some inspiration and my pencil and get rid of my laziness! ya!
(probably wont go far unless i'm hyper XD)

so far its smooth sailing for i am ontop of my homework and i have turned in my one big college app... just wait a few weeks for it to get hectic, haha...

but! i have found my media that i am really really good at! i am good at...*drum roll*
acrylics!

surprising for me, really, since i love to sketch. but because i play the piano often and on the computer even more often, my wrists are getting bad, i suppose.... ah well, gotta love the art =]

on the good hand, i have finished the second part of So Much for Studying, but i am currently in california and won't be home till the 13th. i've had it done for a while, but we took apart the computer room to put in hardwood floorss (used to be carpet) and the scanner is all funky....and the fact that i havent even started my precalc and lit homework...TT.TT

this past month, i've probably had more bubble tea than all the years that i have ever had it. its awesome! and in just a few hours, i'm off to Chicago to my aunts (the one that has a really bad internet connection, so i wont be on very often) and she lives 3 blocks away from the best chinese in Chicago, the best bubble tea shop in The Whole WIde World, and from the mall. TTuTT i can die easy now, lol.

And now, concerning my art stuff: I'm finishing up the doujinshi, just need to color it. so i should be able to put it up soon. however, since my aunt does not have a scanner, the latest i can put it up is april 11 (depends what time we get home) or the 12th. sorry for the long wait (kind of). =] i'll have it up ASAP! and this gives me reason to start on the third one

i'm working on editing the second entry for SMS. i have everything, including people (though they're only stick figures for now), i'm just editing, like i said. I'm giving away BIG hints in one of the comments for the picture, so look it up

however, i won't givve up the other series. i already have a picture done for it, but with all these contests and school and what not, i'm having troulbe editing that one too. the doujinshi is easier because i can do it in drawing class ^^. i'll try to work on the other one too, but no promises.

ooh! and on an excellent note, i had bubble tea yesterday! er, on friday! due to Ring Day, which should just be renamed to Juniors Day, we got out really really early, 10 ish and we had the rest of the day to our selves. so me, and some friends went down to 12 Oaks to Tiki Tea and i had a mango bubble tea with EXTRA bubbles. *sigh* i am in heaven ^_^

oh! and before i forget, i'm into 2 new animes, and one more if i can get the book.... The awesome animes are Godfather and Absolute Boyfriend. Godfather is awesome, packed with action and drama-ish, The Cain Saga is an anime i really want to read and absolute boyfriend, omigosh, its like a fancition in manga . i know i said the same thing about KARE:First Love (which is also a really cute anime), but this is soo cuute! this girl wants a boyfriend so she orders one online and doesn't read that its a sex doll . but he starts growing his own conscience and the girl's long time childhood friend-turned-hottie is after her heart too, so its drama, slightly pervert-ish , but very cute

[EDIT] okay, so i was talking to my dad after this HUGE spat with my mom, and i mention that my art would be cooler if i had photoshop and a tablet. and my dad goes "we have a tablet, and your uncle has photoshop, so why don't you use them?" and i'm just staring at him o0. i've been drawing since freshmen year (2004/2005) and he knows that i love my pencil and markers/crayons/colored pencils and my sketch pad, but i want to try digital art and stuff....and he didn't bother telling me we have a tablet! so i was a bit irritated at this point, and i install it and everything and i find out it doesnt work. so i'm like, "oh, alright, its okay, my uncle still has photoshop." but does he REALLY have photoshop? nooo, cuz he sold it in a garage sale....

I AM READY TO QUIT SCHOOL AND COMMIT HOBOISM. if everyone is getting so paranoid about the ACTs, then i quit!

ugh! *bangs head on table* soo frustrating! i must have at least aged 20 years these past 2 days and more to come this weeek! the english part of the ACT was too easy, but then the math, haha, the math and science....whoo boy, don't even kid me. I probably did the worst on those two, seeing as i COMPLETELY blanked out in the Math section and i didn't finish a column and a half of bubbles (*glares* i hate those things....) (so i illegally just filled 'em in when i still had 10 minutes left in the english section and i was done). and sciene, haha, science.....i don't take physics, but yet they put that on there. i don't even know polar magnetism, much less know how much B moves away from A in centimeters with 6 AMUs......god.....and two more days....i am going to be chugging down coffee like MAD. Three days of testing. and we don't even get a day off friday! TTATT someone save me......

*sigh* but you know what the bright point is? the very bleak point of happines right now? i'm driving home every day an di just love being independent. it was nice today too. and i had the yummy chicken caesar salad sandwhich on french breaad with yummy soup ^w^. and i had afun weekend (minus the parents stressing over my test. and i recently found out that.....

...random thought here, but you guys know what i really want? i want a chicken caesar salad sandwhich (on french bread) and baked potato soup (with some French bagette) (from Panara bread) with a mango bubble tea <3 (which i wont get until i go to chicago for spring break [maybe] or during summer break, and i don't know if i can wait that long...) but other than that, i want to go lazer tagging, finally watch Eragon, get my Eragon book back from my uncle and read the Da Vinci Code. and most of all, i want to play DDR on the big machines. big list of 'I want' huh?

i must give sad news. on Wednesday, 2/21/07, my beloved goldfishie Roy, passed away because sesshoumaru beat him up. TTATT *sobs*. as much as i love sesshoumaru, i'm mad at him for killing roy. but now it looks like sesshoumaru is getting sick, so i have to take extra precaution; wouldn't want to lose both of them.

(caution, a bit of anime spoilers)
so i was watching naruto 219 with my dad and gaara turns into shukaku, and i was hoping it might be another naruto vs gaara since that fight was so cool, but in the 220 preview, the title's Goodbye Gaara. last time that they had goodbye in a title was for chouji, i think, and i'm still unsure if he's alive or dead =[. omg, i will SOB if gaara dies. He and itachi are my favorite characters in naruto! D"= honestly, as much as i still like naruto, i know that deep down, he's strong. he showed it in the chuunin exams, versus neji and gaara, and ESPECIALLY the naruto vs sasuke. so what i don't get is why he acts so WEAK! =/ really frusttrates me sometimes.

so, on another note, i'm on Bleach um... 60-ish . i have up to 71 i think on this disc that my deary burned for me, and he says to get out of it now because the plot takes a major turn in the 60s. and its true, kinda. i like the twists and turns in anime; it keeps it interesting. i was not, however, expecting that rukia's sister was married to ...um....rukia's nii-sama (i just had a brain fart, so i forgot the name XD).

oh! and before i forget, does anyone watch Oban Star Racers? i was watching it when it first started in the summer until my cable was cut ( D"= ), and then i kept up with it on Youtube. I just finished watching the anime, AND I FREAKING CRIED! i haven't cried that hard since Chrno Crusade and for some fanfiction what can i say, i'm sensitive. that anime is AWESOME.

and another note, i am loaded with fanart ideas right now. i am doing 2 fanart entries for and . that and i'm FINALLY doing an Itachi/Kagome picture again. ^w^ so excited...ah, i love beeing in the art groove .

1) Sometimes, i get inspired so much that i lose sleep. like one time, the night before my math and A & P (anatomy & physiology( exam, i really really REALLY wanted to draw a kag/kur. i couldnt sleep until 3, and i had to wake up at five. *glares * i love being inspired, but not like that....

2) I can't draw when its quiet or something's going around in my head. i need to be unaware of what i'm doing or i'll mess it up and if its too quiet, i start singing which leads to distractions and headaches for the other occupants of the house...

3) I swear i have OCD. i freaking organized the dishwasher.... (...which we use as the storage for the plates, cups, etc.)

4) A deep voice and usually bad boys are my weakness...(other than books, manga, the unknown, etc.)

5) I have two pet fish. one chases the other into the glass wall over and over and over.... chaser: a blue beta, Sesshoumaru. (guess why i chose his name ^^). crasher: a gold fish, well, he's more white than gold, but he has a gold spot on his forehead, Roy. (one of the two sexiest anime guys ^w^).

oh man...i have been so busy that it isn't even funny! i mean, half of it is good busy, the other half is bad busy. i haven't even checked all my messages and notices and i might die from checking them () and i haven't finished many drawings. ....*bashes head on desk* i hate school! well, not all the time, but its those stupid teachers that give so much homework! especially that spanish teacher...*glare*. just because we have block schedule does not mean you give us two projects on monday and one is due wednesday or thursday and the big one is due monday. that is just insane!!! D=< gaarrr!!!!!!!

*sigh* okay, that was the bad rant , here is the good rant. OMG YOUMACON! >~< it was soo much fun! i have pictures that i will put up as deviations as soon as this flash drive thingy in the computer starts working again.

but yeeah!!! it was a hell of a blast! OMG, i took a picture with this really hott guy as roy (*squeals*) and my awesome friend dared me to glomp him from the back...i did...while he was reading , and all he did was lean back and say, "Hi Leah." he already knew me, seeing as i hugged him everytime i saw him. AND AND AND AND! i took a picture with this girl who dressed up as itachi...with a leash *smirk*. ohhhh yeaaaaah... . and there was this other girl as itachi that glomped me everytime she saw me X3.

and we got autographs of Caitlin Glass (winry) and this guy who played Gluttony on FMA...who i can't remember right now . and then we met Brian . he is the coolest guy ever! and he dressed up as this guy from bleach: black and white hakamas and haori (hand-made), really big stick, beard, i think, and bald head. *shrugs* i don't know who; i still haven't go into Bleach fully to know.

and you know what? just before, the night before actually, me and found this amazing new anime called Dramacon. and it was so close to reality, it took us forever to connect it! it was about these two junior girls who go to their first con (me and Teshi), meet this sophomore in college (Brian) and have tons of pocky (me and Teshi) and have a blast! (...except we only did saturday, not overnight or 3-day). but yeah! Dramacon and KARE First Love are my two new animes for now!

*sighs* wooo....X3 that felt good to get off my chest. =3 sorry if i lost you somewhere after "i haven't even ".

i promise i will try to get caught up. i was going to do it this weekend, with anime club and getting japanese food with my friends and go to a local band concert, buuut....my parents have decided to go to Illinois and bring us with them. apparently, we have to bring formal dresses (for me, one of my homecoming dresses) and change in the car and yeah...^^v and did i mention that my aunts don't have very good internet? well, just one. the other doesn't like this site and freezes everytime i go here...mehh....

Weekend
it's been a while, seeing as homecoming week was hectic and loaded with homework, and saturday was homecoming, it's been a bit busy =]. ooh! i have homecoming pictures! its here--> [link] and here --> [link] ^^ it was soo much fun! i felt sad though, that i couldn't go to my school's homecoming (ladywood), but i went to churchill's...and i saw the awesome and stefan ( you guys made such a cute couple!). her dress was so pretty! blue halter-top and floor length... =] it was an amazing night.

ah, man, awesome weekend =]. saturday was my awesomest birthday party , had a band (my awesome guy friends played their band! ^^), had a twister tournament (first place, my 5 year old cousin Danielle, second place my friend Megan, 3rd year, and 3 rd place my friend Gabby, 3rd year), and it was funny how my cousin beat our a$$e$ XD. then we just sat around...quite litterally, just talking and listening to music. =]

then sunday...we went school shopping, and my sister bought me pokemon sapphire , and i tried it. it is harder than the versions before it, and since i have no idea what to do there, its more challenging =]. and i saw my sister's ex in the mall...in a book store *gasp o_0. we (my sister and i) were teasing him, and he turned all red... ahaha...

oh, and school starts the 30 for my sis and 31 for me...and MY MOM LOST THE FORMS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET ALL FILLE DOUT AND STUFF! so we're panicking. yeah.

so yeah...i'm just spouting out stuff . i think i'm done lol...

[EDIT] oh, yeah! i hacked off all my hair! ^^v well, most of it...
see, i had long hair, about to my shoulder blades, a bit more, then i cut it all off, so it barely touches my shoulders, light layers, and BANGS. o_o i haven't had bangs since the 5th grade! ^^ it was so fun to see how everone saw that i cut it all off...

[EDIT II] okay, me and my dad watch at naruto from 9 to 11 on weekdays together on youtube ( bonding!), and he told me to get a beer last night for him, chinese beer or something, and i didnt want to, so i went slow, and he told me to hurry up and just started repeating w/e naruto said on the screen (we watch the jap versions). XDD and he told me that i love ramen [true], i waste time [true], and i'm lazy [true]..., but he got annoying, so i told him to shut up, jap of course, i dont want to get grounded, and he was like, "you're welcome!"...-_-V

so i got it, and gave it to him, but not before he said, "ohayou gozaimasu," thinkign it was thank you. omg, i laughed my ass off.... and then he asks what was funny, and i just told him that he told me good morning instead of thank you. omg, everyone laughed (me, mom, sis, dad ) lol...took him half an hour till he got too mad and just grabbed the beer from me....lol...

yay! its a happy 17th to and its a drivers license for me! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ah, man, i was so scared during the test! turns out i did my best at my worst (blind-side parallel parking [XD and when i was practicing, my bumper hit the van, and it alarmed, and i sped out of there]), and my right turns were too fast and he said i didnt stop. i stopped long enough to count to two! (you know, one mississippi, two mississippi) but apparently, its three. =[ like, right near the end, he started talking to me, asking if i wanted to pass the test, and if i did, i had to stop for 3 MISSISSIPPI, not two. apparently, he marked me down becuase my 3 MISSISSIPPI was too short! what do you want, 35minutes?! jeez... and it didnt help that my mom got right along with him, criticizing, so i was falling apart right by the end. stupid guy...said i did fine, except for my stops and right turns, and said that he did that to ever driver testee...pft..

but now, as my parents and sister put it: there is another cheufer in the family. yay.

ach, i have to call megan, again, i'll probably update this later =].

^^ well. this is the day. well, yeah, though it happened around 1:30 this morning, i wasn't up ^^V...ahem...

ah, bad news though...

TT^TT i'm getting sick! nuu! evil world... woke up with stuffy nose, sniffling, and phlem in my throat... ^^V though i dont think you guys wanted to know that...

*sigh* i think the medicine i took is making me all weird....i haven't spouted random stuff since...last night, while talking to ^^V

okay, one more thing. does any one here think i'm mature? like, mature enough to drive? because i kinda think so...and so does my dad, so he's letting me take the drivers road test this thursday, which also means i have to write down all the 50 fricken hours i had to drive. i didn't write them all down, but c'mon! i've had my permit since last july, i'd think thats more than 50 hours, right? but i'm excited. =]. my dad told me to practice last night, so i am okay with parking reverse (not my favorite thing), and parallel parking. ...he made it so tight, and was like, "yeah, if you can fit in here, then you can fit in anywhere"...so i tried, knocked down the trashcans...BUT IT WASN'T MY FAULT! both are so small, i can't see it in my mirrors, and even if i stick my body half out the window (which i did, and nearly fell out :sweatdrop, i couldn't even see it! so my dad said he'll try to swipe some road cones from work (he's an engineer, and i've been to his workplace...never seen any cones ^^V)...but that would probably be a bit smaller, don't you think? so yeah...i'm hopefully getting my license soon, and as my sister keeps saying, "yay! i have a personal cheufer!" (by the way, i have no idea if i spelled that right. =] ah, well.)

well i have one thing to say: you people have certainly been busy while i was gone, 54 messages alone, and 78 emails, 2/3's of which were fanfics i needed to read .

weekend was fun, and i have the bruises and sunburns to prove it! XD we stayed at this really cute cabin, right on the lakeshore too! and we watched a meteor shower (TT_TT i never saw a shooting star! i was too slow!) and i was standing so close to the bonfire, i quite literally saw my hair frizzle up. it was so much fun! we went tubing, and i was going at like, 40, and hanging on until my friend's dad took a really sharp turn and whipped me off...she says i did a cartweel in midair, perfectly too. and i say its bull XD. knee boarding was fun. i was just hanging on and i got some huge air! (but my friend trevor was just like, "eh, more like [ ] yay big..." and i just glared and he said he lied, ) but my knees are all bruised up now though....

and i have the whole plot of my fanfic all set! but no matter how much i plan and think, i can't get through one dream phase with midoriko! i know everything else that i want to write, all the drama, the fluffiness, and i think i need someone else to do the lemon.. , but i can't do one fricken dream! err....

i think i'm done for now, i have to call a future employer (i babysit, and my current employer just recommended me to someone, who called while i was gone and my cell phone was wet {it fell in the water when i jumped off the boat and tripped ^^V. its fine now though!})

Right now, i'm packin up for a weekend at one of my best friends' lake house near Traverse City, MI. *squee* i'm so excited! i had to fight with my dad, more like bargain, to let me go. i'll be leaving tonight, so i can sleep over her house, and then early (bleh -_-V) saturday morning, we're leaving, and i won't be back until early tuesday afternoon. =] i am super, uber psyched! my sister is kind of mad at me though, but not much. she's upset because my dad wouldn't let her go to chipchewana (sp? its like an amish place with flea markets and stuff) overnight, but he would let me go for 4 days up north, but she says it doesn't matter a lot anymore, seeing as she has plans this weekend, eh *shrug* she'll live

i think i might actually get some art done too! i've had Chrno Crusade in my head all week, 2 pieces, in fact. one, i'm going to try and get my friend to photoshop it a bit for me, because some of the drawings need to be blurred slightly, or faded...or black and white.. hm... but the other one is going to be really hard. and i'm really excited because it seems like a really fun challenge! ^^ so lets just say that it will be rosette and her guardian "angels".

lets begin, shall we

1. sometimes, i used to see people in the rain, like, you know in daredevil how he could "see" when it was raining? i used to see people like that when i was little and living with my grandma... *shiver* good thing i haven't been able to do that.

2. i draw my mood, or the music i'm currently listening to.

3. i love the smell of gas.
.... gasoline, not ...gas gas

4. i arrange everything. everything i arranged my dishwasher according to size, and i have a fit when its not in order, i sort my closet by colors, when setting the table, there always has to be a pattern or else its "off", etc. ^^V. i haven't thought of this as being a "perfectionist" just restless .

5. squeaky voices annoy me. squeaky noises annoy me. anything higher than its normal octave annoys me. =]

6. i love the sound of something tapping, but not when i'm doing the tapping. someone else has to tap or else i'm annoying myself. ^^V

I'm waiting for Ouran Host Club 18 to come out on youtube.com. That is the cutest anime I've seen in such a long time...*happy sigh* but I've seen all the episodes at least 3 times, episodes 15 and 16 four times ^^, and sad to say, the cuteness just isn't enough. So here I am, watching Chrno Crusade, and blubbering at the last episode. TTuTT It is soo sad, and cute, and it makes you go aww while crying (...well, crying for those sensitive people out there, me included ).

ooh, and today, i danced in the rain. =] it was the most refreshing and satisfying thing i have ever done in such a long time... but i went in when i heard thunder ^^V. wouldn't want an electrecuted me now would we?

I'm thinking of drawing another ID. ^^V i'm just not satified with the one(s) i have. I've done at least 3 so far, and only the Ninja in the Night Guild lasted the longest. *sigh* its probably the head and the skin coloring that's bugging me...wahh!!! *bangs head on desk* Is this being a perfectionist?! everything has to be perfect or else you get restless?! because i am totally restless right now! ....wehehe *evil laugh* i pantsed (...pansed? pantsed? you know what i'm talking about though, right?) my sister yesterday no one was around, but it freaked her out; she thinks our house is haunted, so this didn't help the view, she still thinks the house is haunted so now she thinks a ghost is haunting her... *sigh* i love being a big sister sometimes, just to have teasing privileges

mmk, so i'm supposed to say 10 things about my art then tag 6 people, ne? so lets get started! =]

1. My first anime was Sailor Moon, but i didn't start drawing until Dragon Ball Z (more specific, during the Cell Saga), when Vegeta inspired me to try and draw his hair ^^V.

2. My first successful drawing would be InuYasha, when he was pinned to the tree (i used the manga version, seeing as i came in episode 25).

3. People in my family say that i supposedly have the "family talent" for drawing, that skipped a few generations, seeing as my aunt is the only good artist, professionally too =].

4. I used to draw on graph paper and looseleaf because the lines would help me.

5. I mostly draw when I'm in class (Religion, Math[if we're not too busy], history, Art[....obviously], Chem[like math]....actually, i draw in all my classes..) or when i'm grounded or bored.

6. The character that i draw best would be kagome and inuyasha, seeing as they are my first and most practiced =].

7. For some odd reason, i can only draw when i'm not even thinking about the picture. if i do, it comes out crappy.

8. My parents are somewhat proud that i can draw pretty well. However, they would rather prefer me drawing human subjects or animals than "cartoons".

9. I love drawing bangs. i <3 bangs

10. I hate drawing hands. they are evil. period. oh, and violins and guns. evil. hard. ew..

*sigh* i'm bored. I can't find any good fanfics on gaara/kagome (awesome pairing! ^^). and, i'm having trouble with one of my drawings! its actually from Ouran High School Host Club, dealing with the twins, tamaki, and their so called "venture into the common world" i just love this anime, its awesome! and hunny should be illegal if he's that cute ....

anyhow, its like, you know how George washington and some of his soldiers were in that boat, with the flag, drummer, crossing the lake for that sneak attack pic? (^^V i know, might be too vague...) but its based from that, tamaki holding a flag, and the twins have drums, and their marching off into the Unknown Territory of the Common Folk.... that always gets me...lol... but the problem is the background. should they be marching alone, or with the rest of the club w/ them up front? hm...

ah, well, i think i'll leave it here this time, i have to go shower and get ready, i'm going to go hangout with some friends and my old art teacher, possibly watch "John Tucker Must Die", "Pirates of the Caribbean" (again..) or "The Devil Wears Prada", we don't know yet..*shrug* eh, oh well
