RANT

I've mentioned I hate paint before, right? Okay, good. Not much has changed 8D
But LAST year, we only got to work with acrylic paints 8D THIS year, it's a whole new world of hell: water colour.
Ohmahgaaaawd, I try, I really do, but I can't paint Dl It makes me so frustrated... I have no colour sense... Or patience *shot*
But see, what REALLY bites is that in order to get into any of teh post secondary schools I wanna go to, I gotta get some fine arts degree in a university first. That means MOAR hell D< Oh yes, adn life drawing helps too, apparently. And THAT means going to some community center in a different city and paying an instructor to draw nekkid peoples.... A. that sounds kinda.. awkward; paying some guy to let me draw some naked person ( and I'd be teh youngest frikken person there D; ) and B. NO THXPLZ. No interest in drawing that lD
I don't see what any of those things ahve to do with 3D animation... Maybe I'll just say "screw you, art" and go for videogame design 8D
I have no future in art OTL *shot*

Eh.. I was gonna go on about work (or lack thereof) and the reDONCulousness that's surrounding that, but I could write a freakin' BOOK on it, so I'll save that for another time and just say I'mma try to fail at life less and try again with the application thing 8D

(and the only reason I was waiting so long was 'cause I wanted to finish Klo' Grow, but I somehow lost it.. *FAIL* I'll find adn finish it! 8D;;;; )

I feel kinda proud though 8D I solved this big problem I was having is programming class XD Well, sorta... I was trying to make a simple looping game but there wasn't much on inner-outer loops we had learned yet.. So I kinda solved it.. Iy's ahrd to explain unless you know C++ code.. But I felt liek I failed a little less ... adn then came art.... DAMN YOU ART DDD< *kill'd*

I get to go on a Spanish trip on Friday 8D;; But, no matter what anyone says, my Spanish is so pathetically weak *still can't roll her r's Spanish-like 'cause she fails* OTL I just hope I don't end up insulting peopel with my bad accent and stuff 8D;;;

Today was an anime/gaming/horror/sci fi convention and this I must rant about~
Today has been:
Get up at 8, get dresed, no breakfast or anything. Leave house, go to Riding Academy to try out horseback riding. Leave that, come home (with Timbits~ X3 ) wait for the next train to depart for TO lD
Get to convention centre, wait in a HUGE F'KING LINE, like 2k+ long for an hour 10 mins then go up an escalator, to ANOTHER line where we wait anotehr hour to get tickets.
FINALLY get tickets. Go down to teh "showfloor" Wait in ANOTHER GOD DAMNED, BLOODY FAWKIN' LINE for 15 or 20 mins.
My mom was complaining about how rediculous this was adn then this prick of a voullunteer asks when he thought we were gone "Then why'd you come" adn I wanted to turn around adn say 'CAUSE WE DIDN'T THINK YOU GUYS COULD EFF UP SO MUCH D<<<" But instead just waited...
Get tickets punched adn FINALLY walk around~ (well, fight to ,w ith all teh crowds lD )
I got 5 books (some of which the titles will remain undisclosed~ *SHOT* )and HM Island of Happiness~ X3
So, all teh struggle adn rudeness and now aching feet was worth it~

BUT, I went out and rented a couple games yesterday for my Wii.
We had some tornado warning 'cause a funnel cloud touched down 40 or so mins away from my area... Rain, thunder lightning, wind- allt eh good stuff. We had a power hiccup.
Normally, the Wii turns back on and has a red light after an outage.... Not this time 8D It's probably shorted out, and the f'king game is in there. The RENTAL.
Well frick... No, I'm not a happy person right now~

What can I say about my trip....? It was long, boring, almost relaxing...

Found something that'll help my insomnia and murderous dreams, that's a plus~ I gave up on sleeping pills and allergy meds 'cause they eiteh rdidn't work or I didn't want to rely on them.
It's a stone called howlite (yes, a stone... Hush... )and although it takes me both my necklace and the piece I recently bought, it seems to help (even if that's only psychosomatic~ ). Also got stuff to mebe help my immune system, since I get sick WAY too much.

Wrote a story I will get beaten for 8D Gonna write another 'cause I'm that sort of a depressing bastard, I am. I really am just fed up with trying to be all "yay sunshine, sparkles and cupcakes" and write fluffy things when I know damn well I am NOT a happy person~

Yeah XD On Sunday, I'm gone for 2 weeks. Up to my cottage where there is no internet. There is a OLD computer, but no internet. Not even dial-up.

I'm presently working on the last part of "Memoires" I'll be putting up before I go l3

But, yep, 2 weeks to mah self. Waking up whenever I want (for once >3>'' ) and eating crap that'll no doubt have my arteries 95% blocked by the time I return. So if I don't come back, it's either teh food, or me having another of my yearly major accidents that I didn't just bounce back from 8DDD YAAAAAAY.

OMFG, I get to cut the grass there... RIDE-A-MOWERS FTW *shot* I have no idea why I hate all other vehicles but those things.. 8D; And they're probably more dangerous with their hueg blades 8D; I make no sense. Huzzah~

All started with a Pchat request. Didn't work. Something was screwy with my Java or something.. My dad tried to fix it. It didn't work out. (something to do with the CPU unit being at 100% capacity when it really had no reason to be...) But Java works now, I think...? *just checked with oekaki*
I think I'm just not meant for Paint-Chat outside of iScribble... I dun lieks it so much 8D;; *shrugs*

This morning when he un installs this really crappy Ant-Virus Rogers thing (Hatehatehatehate) My MSN decides not to work 8D I have no idea what the error was, but it refused to work.
We restarted the comp umpteen billion times, and re installed the new Messenger, but it didn't work. I was going to have to get another messenger and loose all my contacts and that would not have made me very happy~

Thankfully, it did work at last No idea how. But mah dad did eeeet *dumb*
I dun likes teh new version of MSN all tat much... Limited status choices... The only thing I do like about it is it's prettier~
But hey, meh-ish (totally not a word 8DDD ) MSN is better than no MSN at all~

And I am sooo frikken tired Dl 5/7 nights a week, soccer. Two lining jobs, being assistant coach and then a practice goes with that, and then my actual game... Oh, and then I have to go sit and do nothing at teh race track for 6 hours while my bro and dad race.

SO, mor wall of text, most of it nothing relevant or... whatever 8D

'Kay, so I hadn't been on a plane in...gotta be over 10 years. So, when I was on the plane and we were taking off, I was pretty nervous XD; Then the engines stared and it scared the living crap outta me... What?! C'mon! They're big and loud and they made the plane shake an'-an'... The when we were taking off, the ground went at a funny angle adn I looed out the window from where I was and, well, this didn't help 8D; Then we were of the ground and we turned and I got a pretty dayum nice look at my city~ Sorta... *had middle aisle seat*
There was also a lot of turbulence... I didn't mind the shaking, I ignored it, really. It was when the plane fell that I hated DX Like a roller coaster! I hate rollercoasters ._. I hate that feeling...
Plane ride back was, well, it was 2 planes and we landed in Frankfurt l3 11h total of plane ride yesterday~

OKAYZ, well, enough hate...
Trip was awesome. I like crepes now (had a bad experience with them being served cold and flavourless in gr7 in Quebec... ) I made an ass out of myself (pardon my Fre-- *shot* ) I bought typical touristy crud, got sworn at and all that fun stuff by rude French people 8D I was paranoid of pickpockets the entire time. Ooooh, and the food in France was uber good; albeit a bit skimpishly portioned XDD

Ahhh, and it was warmer in France; but Barcelona? Ohhh lD First day we got there, it was "cold" : 23 degrees .
... PBBBTH!
Second day, it near hit 30~ We got to sit on the beach adn I got some shells~ I was so upset we spent so bloody long in France! The archetecture totally kicked France's butt! There was one church (under construction until 2020 or so ) adn the detail was just amazing. I loved the moziacs, or, whatever they were... Very nice X3
People in Spain are much nicer, too *shot* Even though I couldn't speak any Spanish, it was nice~
Ahh, and I learned that there are differnt languages similar to Spanish in Spain. I can't remember all of them, but one was... Catalan, I think... There were many signs that had both, but the differences seemed relativley minor (i instead of y for "and" lack of accents ). Very cool indeed. *nerd*
OH, adn I heard lotsa good music in Spain, too~ People playing ragtime, some on violins adn oboes adn (my personal fave~ ) the accordion, which I TOTALLY expected in France! *shot*

Oh, and I found a new music obsession for a while~ I was listening to the entertainment system on the plane and found the Dance section and then found Deadmau5 (pronc'd: dead mouse ) and yeah. Progressive house/ trance/ dance are what he does, and, man, I find it pretty darn relaxing. I just got up and I'm already thinking about sleep again! XDD

Ohh, and , the flight from Onatario to France was 6h, and we were supposed to sleep (ch'yeah, right.... ) But I was okay. I kinda dozed. But at the end I was kida tired, and feeling reallly nauseated, so I tool a generic Gravol... Baaad decision on my part 8D I was a zombie the whole day 8D
Jet-lag +pill that makes ya drowsy+ lotsa touring and walking and stuff= totally dead MTK by 21h~

Well, that's all I can think of to say about my trip that I reall y want to...

Ahh, yes, I rememeber... There was this 3D animation competition going on a few weeks ago. I'd given my name to my tech teacher last semester soI could be a part of it. Well.... I never got called, my friend did though. He's really good with it~ And he should be putting some of his awesomeness on DA!! *fumes*
Haha, but, yeah... I was a bit bummed I didn't make the cut. But my school ended up placing 2nd, and I wouldn't have been able to do close to that good, so I was happy~

HAHA, well, I'm not giving up, no. On Wednesday, I, and otehr students, of course, are being picked up at 4 and catching a late flight to Paris, France~ Spending some days there, tehn taking a night train to Barcelona, Spain... The after a few days there, I come back. Jet lag will be fun 8D

I have not been ona plane since I was four, 10+ years I consider a long time *dumb* Not nervous or anything, just sayin....
I got a couple friends going on the same trip XD

OH, and yeah, I think we all get teh idea that I can kill the French language every now and again (increasingly frequent this past while lD ) but my Spanish goes as far at "Gracias", "No hablo español" and... "Uno servesa, pourfavour". *SHOTSHOT* (no beer for TK lD Beer's gross anyhow >.> )
Ahaha, so I am so going to stick by the Spanish teacher the entire time there 8DDD Planing on taking it next year, too. (One year too late XD;;;; )

We went to my cottage this weekend, well when we got there, we found out the pipes were frozen. No water. No indoor plumbing~ Fun, fun, fun, yanno? Ahhh, nah, we had great neighboors that helped us and all.
Oh, and I have a dog, this huge dog. He's a cross betweema German shepard and a great Pyranese mountain dog. I was playin' with his and just the way his head and mine were aligned- when he sneezed the bottom of his jaw smashed just above my eye. Um, ow. Very ow XD; I knew it was accident, I wasn't mad in the least.
Next day, we actually got the water working (had to hang heater in our pump...) so that was our little triumph. But later on, my parents and my dog were playing and... Well, Tanner'd never been one for males. He suddenly lashed out and bit my dad hard.

This wan'tthe first time. He'd gotten violent numerous other times, and almost bit me a couple times as I took him away.

...It was the last straw. We can't keep him anymore. My mom's gonna try her best to find him a ahome, but he's "a loaded gun", in the words of the vet. If we can't find him a home, he'll be euthanised.
Eventhough he's the biggest, dumbest pain in the rear of a hulking dog you'd ever meet, I still love him.

My dad won't be able to work properly for a while.

So, yeah...Ohhh, yes, and of course, I spontainiously caught a bad cold.

Then I had to do and do my final for chemistry and I actually balanced the equations 8D I had soo much trouble with it before, but I didn't fail this time lD

That got a couple giggles from the group lD

"You're welcome" I did not smile 'till later. I was not impressed.
And he kept on my back about how I needed to stay with the group with the questions and he got real whiney about it. I threw it right back at 'im.
And the sad part? I felt bad later.

I have to take that test in December, since everyone but me seems so damn dead set on me doing it before the spring testing. Tomorrow I have a math test. Not much of a problem, but if I'm as distracted as I was today, I don't think I'll finish.

Hey, everyone here know what the Starbucks logo looks like, right? Lady with wavy hair, crown, demented (but awesome) sleeves... Yeah, I spent the last week copying that logo (it was for tech class. We should start animation soon! ) XD Turned out pretty well. Not perfect, but hey, I can't help it.

Today was picture day. Very eventful.

'Kay, see, before the day even started, I had forgotten my order form thing at home, so my dad drove it up to the school. Then I noticed that the form was blank, and had no money to purchase the package things... In the end, I got money, but, see, my mom had to order the thing she wanted online and give me some code
Then, it's not even 2 minutes into class when this one guy in my class walks up to another guy and they get into a fight. Lucky me happened to be setting right beside them.
No, I din't get hit, but it scared the hell outta me and woke me up PDQ XD

THEN (yus, there's more), my class didn't get called down, and they said anyone who missed the morning shoot would have to come after school. Boy, was I pissed. But it turned out I got my photo done before then, so I was happy, and carried that happy mood home with me and... then...

....Aww, my Tamagotchi died! Aw, sniffles... Ah, well. Fix it tomorrow.

Hey, I actually found some of the paper I do the Klo' Grow comic on! HUZZAH~ But I can't start it just yet; I remembered that I have to do a long over due card for my dad. It's a car, so this is gonna take a while.
A- I hate cars (drawing them, watching tv shows on them, the lingo, the whole idea of driving puts my airways in a vice-grip... )
B- I dislike most colouring.
I shall look up a pic tomorrow and either copy it or use it as reference for a different pose.
I've got plenty to do, I'm just so damn lazee... And tired.

My family and I went to the CNE (Canadian National Exibition). It's a huge summer-time theme park.

Haha, anyway, me and my fear of roller coasters didn't do much in the way of rides My little brother (who's 7 years my junior ) won all my prizes >.>'' So I blew 40 buck trying to get him this mini-motorcycle thing. Didn't happen... I 'won' him a tiny stuffed moose instead ('won' 'cause I didn't actually win, the lady was giving the prize away...).

Yeah, I'm going back to school Sept. 2nd. My 'on-ness' won't change, my response time to requests and pics and whatever else, will.

Oh, and remember that friend I said might be moving to Califonia? She is for sure now ._. We're going to get together tomorrow night, though.

Yaaay, I get to go to Curry's *happy sparkly* After all the shopping's done tomorrow, maybe I can go and get more paper *is in desparate need* I've been using printer paper for my last few deviations and I want to buy water colours and try them X3 Copics, too, but they'er uber expensive.

'Kay, so I had a lining job this morning and had to get up at 7, so my mom got me an iced cappucchino (I'm great at spelling... ) and a doughnut. I was so hyped up, I was able to tun the entire field for the entire game.

Anyway, a couple hours later, my mom, my bro and I took a train down-town to the convetion.
Gaaawd, it was a long wait. But when we did, we walked the entire floor.
The convention was gaming, sci-fi, horror, and anime all in one.
I looked around the gaming section, and when I asked one of the people there about Klonoa for PS2, she said she sold it to some guy yesterday who couldn't even pronounce it D8

I was like "DAYUM..." But we got their buissness card, so we can keep checking (their store isn't too far form out city ).
I picked up some awesomeful kitty-paw mitts, an Axel button and a poster.

.. I can't believe I'm still hopped up on... something; I haven't eaten since the doughnut. No drinks either.

Yes, I did read Mobian Hero's story "Remember Me" and I know Disr.'s plot is uber similar, but (notice the 'but' it is different.
My sad summary was something like: 'Klonoa's left with a mostly blind and amnesic Guntz due to an accident that was partially his fault'. I said I sucked at summaries XD
I'm gunna spoil the story a bit here for the sake of making sure no one thinks I'm stealing; the blindness part: not permanent. Goes away and isn't all that impotant. It really just creates those fluffy moments X3 But the anmnesia part stays. Otherwise I don't have much of a story >.>''

If there is a real issue with Guntz's being blind, I can omit that entirely from the story, it just won't be as good. If Mobian Hero has an issue with the whole story, I can take it down. But at least wait until I get a few chapters up so you can read for yourselves.
'Remember Me' was what got me into GuntzxKlo fics, I wouldn't steal it. I've seen enough art theft on DA, and a couple on ff.net.

So, yeah... Just wanted t'say that. I've no hard feelings aginst the people who are going to point it out and the inevatable flamers that will come and... Okay, mebe against them... XD Just kiddin'! >.>.....<.<

Okay, see, I work some nights as a linesman for soccergames. Monday is really my only schedueled day and it was forfeited lD So I got to got home early! Then my soccer game got rained out (this summer has been record-settingly wet O.o ) the next day, so I was pretty happy :3
Then I went looking for mah phone. Couldn't find it, which isn't all that unusual, but I searched everywhere. I even cleaned my room! Checked every where I would and wouldn't have put it, called it (dead, also not unusual ) and I couldn't find it. I'm just hoping it's at my cottage. Imma going there in a couple days. I get to take my friend 8D

Last night, we went and bought this huge tv (my bro and dad are ecstatic) and a PS3 lD It was the model that works backwards and plays the PS2 and PS games ( I forget what the GB, or whatever, is... ). But we are SO totally not getting rid of our Play Station, no wai! It's modified to play 'fakie' games. That and I just love it anyway X3
Anywho, the tv and PS3 are evantually going down in the basement, which no one will be allowed in It's gotta be finished, though XD


Oh- and I'm gonna start submitting those Klo' Grow comics VERY soon (I said that already, didn't I?). In 3 days max, there'll be a couple pages :3 I just wanna get to a certain point.

'Kay wanna hear something? Well listen up anyways. Have you ever seen aome one put up a big fuss over something really petty? Yeah, that happened today while I was volunteering. I, and a few other people, were handing out pizza, this guy comes up with a bunch of tickets (it's what the people were given to get their pizza and drink) and says he wants 3 slices. Well, we were running out, see, and told him that it was 1 per person. Then he got his back up about how the coach had given him the eickets and whatever, the starts yelling at another parent volunteer, and then one of the higher-ups. I mean, really yelling... I think it was the vice-pres. that told the dude to clear off. Then, the lady he had yelled at before came and 'gave' him his pizza. He whipped it at her.
That was the end of the ordeal.

Geeze, seriously... Stupid right? And the poor kid he was with and trying to get the pizza for was probably mortified... Apparently he didn't care, he just wanted his dad to stop.

Y'know, we didn't have enough pizza for all the teams 'cause apparently, kids were sneaking into the garbage and pulling out used tickets and getting more pizza >.> We shoulda ripped 'em...

Oh, and I've been having the weirdest weather lately... Yesterday, I stayed late after school to watch the final presentations in English class, 'cause I'm such a nice person ^^ and then on the way home if starts to frickeng HAIL.
I saw one hail stone and was like, "The hell?" And then lots more began falling and I was only half way home and there was this sudden terrential downpour... Needless to say when I got home I was all scratched up and drenched, even with my umbrella. Man, did I even pick a good day to wear a sleeveless shirt. XD That's been happening a lot... The sudden rain, the hail was a freak incident.

Oh, and on the way to line a soccer game, my mom said this kind of weather is sign of a bad storm (duh) and my bro said, "Like a tornado?" and she said yeah, then that she was kidding after I squealled

Today, during second period(my tech class stunk like gasoline for some random reason and some kid said we'd get stoned -_-), the school's water main burst and ther was, like, 4'' of water on the floor around the old gym, so they shut of the water. My friend and I were eating lunch outside and the custodians were pushing the water outside and it was all brown and icky O.o We kept on cracking jokes about it XD Ahh, we always have great lunch-time disscussions ^^ *ahem* Anyway, long(er) story short, we got to go home almost right after lunch 'cause they had to close the bathrooms. Sweet deal, huh? Ha, I had EQAO.

I'm, like, super stressed right now, but that's my own fault >> Well, some of it. I've got an essay to write and I don't know how to go about it T-T I had to get the teacher and my dad to find the points for my subject... I can't narrow things down, I just see the big picture and then everything else sounds the same or doesn't seem to relate. I sat for a whole hour trying to think of anything... NOTHING. Now I've got to fill out this sheet thing...Then I've got to practice daily for an exam in August and do an ISU for English (but it's just finding 10 symbols in a book, so it's no prob). Geebus, I hope my dad ain't at one of his meetings tonight...

Gah, now my drawings are all emo-ish (as perceived by my parents) so, eventhough they don't say it out loud, it's thought that I need help. That pisses me off.

I dunno if I spelled that right...Holy hell, I think it's 28 letters long, spelled right. It's the longest word in the English language 8D Blame my gr. 6 teacher for teaching me that XDD I forget what it means Something about being against deconstructing churches...? Meh, whatever.
