I went snorkling monday at Electric beach, which is the beach next to the power plant where their hot water discharges. This attracts a shitload of beautiful tropical fish to the warm water and the coral growing on everything around it.

These fish attract dolphin.

So Yesterday I swam with literally 80 dolphins, and their babies, as they jumped and flipped and spun out of the water around me. You could hear them clicking and squeaking for half a mile, but in the middle of the pod it was an amazing symphony of sound.

It was absolutely amazing. And I will never forget it.

These guys were like hesitating and bsing and then finally jumping, only to be like OH MY DEAR GOD when they came up out of the water. Me and Kat and Matt sat there for a moment, watching them before I decided I was going to do it. So I got up, scampered my butt up the side of the slick cliff, and leaped out without hesitation.

It was the most terrifying and awesome feeling, plummeting through the air like that, and hitting the water. I was SHAKING LIKE A LEAF when I came back up, because of the Adrenaline pumping through my body.

It was like, WOOOO! OK! OTHER SIDE!

So I waited for a little bit to stop shaking a bit, XDDD, and then rock climbed up the water fall, and then a up the side of the other cliff (barefoot by the way), and leapt off that one too. I must say, god, That was the most fun I've had in a while. It was just- wow.

Closest thing to Flying I'll get in a while I think. And god, how do I love where I live. Even though the Vog is taking over Oahu right now.

Anyone who's seen the Mist will sympathize with what I'm thinking is going to end up on my sliding glass doors tonight. Stupid crazy movie.

I'm laying here in my new apartment, on the island of OAHU, in Aiea, with a pair of white and calico kittens (a brother and sister of around 9-10 weeks old) asleep on me. The little boy (I'm playing around with names and his might end up being Kai which means Sea) is streched out on my legs and bum, and the little girl (who's name might end up being Lani which means Sky) cuddled up in a ball at my side. This all together is making it a little difficult to type, but here I am. <3 I just adopted the two of them today, and already they are super attached to me. Its really sweet.

I love the new layout for DA, being able to organize things into categories like that is really cool.

So you guys wanna know how much of a dork I am? I bought Battle for Volcano Island. -_-;;; I'm actually playing it right now. Sam seriously kicks ass in it, I love the Peeler. Danny's all spiffy and its a retarded game but a lot of fun.

I'm actually alive, contrary to popular belief, and I am working on some REPLiCA stuff, though slower then I like. It seems like I get spikes, do a lot of pages, and then drops, very few pages. I think this has something to do with me experimenting with new styles to make mine more original, less mainstream I guess. You should be seeing some stuff coming out of me here soon. This chapters almost over too, so.

These last three weeks have almost killed me. And Literally too. We almost got hit by an aircraft carrier. I'm not even freaking joking. An aircraft carrier. Don't ask.

RAMBLE #1: MAN this dockside is draining the life out of me. I fell asleep at like 1830 last night and didnt get up to 0700 the next morning.

RAMBLE #2: I've been thinking of putting together a short 20 page comic and submitting it to Tokyopop or something. I was going to do that years ago, but I think I'm just starting to get good enough at comicing to try and enter. You know. I've got this idea, but I dunno. It needs more cleaning up. And 20 pages is a very tight number for me to do. O_o So yeah. :3

RAMBLE #3: GAWD. PP and FM and D-S were all freaking AMAZING. I loved it. Love love love love <3 <3 <3 <3. I'm a Sappy Sappy person, and I love DS. My only dislike was that the ending of PP seemed just a little rushed. And that during the entire series the kids didnt seem to age a second. come on guys, 3 summers i think you went through or something. They'd be at least juniors at the end of that I think. >_< But Le kiss was amazingly animated. Not at all cartoony sappy at all. Twas cute cute. >D

RAMBLE #4: I cant stand Fangirls. I really cant. You know the ones I mean, the ones who are like HOMG 'insert random female love interests name here' SUCKS SO MUCH AND SHE DOESNT DESERVE 'insert random male character's name here' SO I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO ACKNOWLADGE HER EXISTANCE, AND IF I DO, SHE'S GOING TO DIE OR BE THE BIGGEST WHORE IN ALL MY FANART/FANFICS/MASTABATORY FANTASIES!! I dont give a damn if you can draw well, or if your popular, or if your the bottom of the totem pole or at the top.

Four words for you. Its Just a CARTOON. As much as we love the characters, and as much as we love the story, its not real. THere's no reason to get so hyped over it and think honestly that that character belongs to you. Its creepy.

Beleive me, I used to do it too, back in like 6-8th grade. Middle school. Hell if your a middle school student, I can forgive you, because your still a kid. But you 16-20-30-40-whatever year olds who are like that? Give me a freaking break. There's more to life then bashing a character because you are sad and have no boyfriend and have to cling onto irrational hopes of marrying some cartoon.

Well because I feel like it, I'm going to give you all a little knowledge on the background of REPLiCA. You know, what inspired it and stuff. :3

HISTORY:

I originally drew out REPLiCA in the 8th Grade. That's right guys. 8th grade. WAY before either Danny Phantom OR Chobits OR Absolute boyfriend OR any of that other shit came out. But it wasn't before one of my best friends in my old school bought me a Comic called Battle Angel Alita. I can safely say that if any comic inspired REPLiCA, it had to have been that one.

In the 8th grade I came up with an original story with two very different main characters, about a girl who came across a boy in a giant tube in the back of the REPLiCA store and accidentally let him free. She was very against REPLiCA's, thinking it was inhumane, hated them, until she met this boy. Who had no idea how to control these powers that were given to him in this body.

I drew it out on computer paper, taped the Paper back to back, and then stapled it into a book and named it REPLiCA. I was very very proud of it, though hell if I know what happened to it now.

I honestly didn't think about it again until last year when I was suddenly reminded of it, god knows what set me off. I began thinking about Writing the story out to DP, tried to start the first chapter off, and it didn't seem to work. I couldn't start it off like I had in eighth grade, so I started working on the plot in my head a lot. Drawing out scribbles, working on ideas. Finally I started on the Chapter art and then the first page, and have been consistently working on it now.

This is the first comic I'd ever been able to start and make it over 20 pages, ever. Hell, its the first I was able to make past 3 pages ever.

There is a lot that is going to be happening soon. We'll get more info on Danny, and Phantom's, Past. We'll meet Tucker and Val and a menagerie of REPLiCAs. Vlad and Dan and clockwork and... Well you get the Idea.

I also wanted to thank everyone for the crazy amount of comments and faves and Page views I've gotten since starting this series. It makes me feel so loved, and inspires me to keep going on the Comic.

Its been a while since I updated my Journal, so I thought I might do so and touch on a few points that have been going through my head.

first and foremost, the REQUESTS are off hatitus. I've desided in order to keep from getting frustraited with them, I'm not going to do them in order of 2-11. So if everyone on this list could please respond with exactly what they want, I'll pick and choose what i feel like doing until their all gone. ^^ I think once these are done I'm probably going to stop doing requests (for now) for free. o_o;

Also, I wanted to thank everyone for watching me, and helping me get past 20,000 pvs. Just a few months ago I only had 3,000 and it definatly suprised me to make such a jump. Thank you all of you. ^^

I was suprised noone got what the last entries's band was. I actually stumped you guys. XD It was Eisley 'They all surrounded me'. Silly peeps! ten point loss for you all!! lol j/k.

Would anyone participate in a contest thingy if I was to hold one? Today has to have been one of the worst days in a while. I'm serious.

For one thing, My knee is broken. Apparently. Maybe. They think. They hope not. I've got three cracks in my Patilla (sp?) and its painful, swollen, yellow and black and blue, and burning hot. I'm also Rigged up in this brace that keeps sliding down like crazy, and feels like its hurting my knee more then its helping it. Now i can deal with that, I've been walking on this knee for a week now with no problem, though it hurt like hell when i did.

Unfortunatly that ruled out snowboarding today, which i've been wanting to do for the last few months. No big deal, I'll do it sometime later when my knee is healed. And to be curtious I offered to take my BM2's duty so she can go skiing on the Moral trip. So, I have to be at the boat at 6, to let them go, about 2 and a half hours earlier then i'd normally have to releive someone. NO big deal. I go to bed really early, Set my phone to alarm at 5:00 AM, check it about three times to make sure i set it correctly, and then go to bed.

Here's when the shit begins to start.

I'm rudely awakened the next day by banging on my Barraks door. Its the watchstander saying that my BM2 was calling me. I close the door in his face (accidently mind you, I was half asleep XD) and go and check the time on my laptop, because my phone is nowhere to be found. Its 0613. I'm already 13 minutes late. I freak, search for my phone, CAN. NOT. FIND. IT. Throw on part of my uniform, scramble to the boat with my brace slung over my shoulder, appologize like crazy because my phone just DISSAPEARED, I had no idea where it went. It was on the night table when i went to bed.

They all give me that 'yeah right you fucking slacker' look and leave. This of course, doesnt bode well for me, because I always try to be at least 15 minutes early to everything. I'm upset, but i get over it eventually. (I swear i have some mental problem like my mother where i cant stop thinking about what other people must be saying behind their backs about how incompitant i am) And I get a call from my doctors.

She needs me to come in so she can schedule me an MRI and a visit with the Orthapedic surgon about my knee. So My Cheif (and E-7) comes in and takes my (E-3) duty so i can run over there, thinking it'll take 10 minutes.

three hours, my barracks room (where i found my phone jammed in a courner and shut off SOMEHOW, though it had a full battery, and the alarm still saying 500 i know i didnt fuck that up), a visit to the orthapedic surgon and wawa, later, I'm sitting in the Patient Affairs office waiting for her to make an appointiment for my MRI and she asks me.

"I'm sorry to intrude, but why the hell are they making you work with a broken knee?"

I blink and smile, compleatly oblivious of the headache i'm about to cause, and say.

"Well everyones on a Moral trip snowboarding and they didnt give me any duty slip saying that I cant work so"

This opens a whole can of worms, she's like "no. thats not right. I'm going to talk to your doctor."

She comes back about a half an hour later saying that i wasnt supposted to work to day, tomorrow, or friday period. I'm supposed to be confined to bedrest.

This is a problem because EVERYONE IS ON A MOUNTAIN SKIING RIGHT THEN. And my CHEIF is standing MY duty for 3 hours now.

They need me to go to an appointment at four, we call my cheif, he cant stay that long on the boat, so we change the appointment for tomorrow, no big deal yet. I'm just standing by after all, they'll come back in a bit.

The doctor though, has different ideas and doesnt want me working. period. He calls my cheif and starts freaking out like he's suddenly forcing me to do the limbo and jump through rings of fire on my knee dispite his orders for bedrest.

So i'm stuck there for ANOTHER hour while they bicker over this, and now Cheifs been at the boat for FOUR hours on my duty.

Finally they downgrade me to light duty, and send me back to the boat.

By now i'm near in tears because i feel HORRIBLE. I was late, got people in trouble, and feel incompitant. Cheif says its allright, and just take off tomorrow since you cant work. I honestly dont want to because i feel horrible about being late today. Plus he wont let me do rounds that take me out of the gally because my knee is hurt. So i cant do my armory round because that requires me to go about the ladders on my knee.

I KNOW that BM2 is going to be pissed about that.

Cheif then asks me to find out when the crew is coming back. Alright guys, We've got a deadline now.

Febuary 28th 2007. Keep an eye out for the compleated project of Danse Macabre. This is when I plan on releasing the finished project, but you guys are going to get tidbits and peices along the way i'm sure. By now, with the hints that you have gotten, you should have figured out what I am doing, but incase you havent yet........

My question now though is this. I dont know if I'm going to add this yet, and I'm probably giving away a good idea of what I'm doing, but... Does anyone who watches me have a microphone and a very adult, sexy male voice and is willing to give me a hand on a part of this project?

Once again, its not for sure, but I've got a good hunch that I AM going to need a very short clip of someone speaking for part of it, and only if I can find the voice to meet what i need.

If you do submit something, and I dont use it, Please dont be insulted, its just that the voice doesnt fit the image i have in my head.

On the outskirts of the town of Antikva is an ancient woods. The buildings are really rustic, built back in 1900, and they have only recently been seeing development in the city closets to them, so people are starting to move into this town a little more.

The thing is, The elders of the town refuse to allow building in the town past a certain point, restricting the growth of what is becoming a rather popular area. Of course the younger generations want to develop, they don't believe the myths and stories of what live inside the woods that surround this little town. I mean, who cares about a story thats been passed on through the generations. All of them are only myths after all.

But they should listen to these stories, these stories more then any other story before. Because these woods are the last of the true old wood, The Preter forest, and inside it live the most amazing creatures and the most vicious beasts. The elders have had a truce with the forest for years, since the place was first unwittingly built there and the attacks nearly destroyed the town. As long as the humans didn't enter the woods, or tear it down, theory would leave them alone.

But these new families are moving in, bringing new children and their one classroom school cant really hold them as well as it did in the years past, so the yuppies are trying to use this to wedge their way into the elders refusal to expand, and are gaining ground.

As these latchkey children are brought in by single parents, or swamped families, begin to flow in, the barriers on the woods begin to be broached. In attempts to find something more interesting then the dilapidated playground, a group of these kids, ranging wildly in age, form a club in hopes to find something INTERESTING to do in this place... Of course, this leads to entering the Preter forest.

Barriars have been broken, and neither side is happy.

Races: There are many wild and strange races that live inside the Preter Forest. And the forest itself changes as its occupants do. Race is only limited by your imagination, though I do draw the line at buxom bouncy japanese, pink haired cat girls. o_o;;

Well I went a little nutzo today and did a bunch of dolls because I was bored and being a giant procrastinator. I tried to get to the gym today because I'm getting chunky, but it was CLOSED! OF COURSE!

But on another note, YEEK! Freaking 's Character from Dangerous Obsessions, May Clayborne, has INVADED MY DREAMS!!! *is honestly freaked out* Omg it was HORRIBLE!!

I mean I was like being held captive by her with my best friend and this guy, and she had these little spy things that look like those iDOG things that play music, but werent. I can remember thinking, you cant be serious. And then Saying, You Cant be serious!

And May just smiled and swabbed the rubbing alchohol on a Q-tip and set it aside, Readying the Pliars and grabbing my hand and saying, Oh but I am. And then proceeded to tear out my finger nails and then coat the wounds in the rubbing achohol.

All because she wanted to know what we were talking about and I wouldnt tell her and ugh...and the worst of it was....SHE WAS SO CHIPPER DURING THE ENTIRE THING!! SMILING AND GRINNING AND STUFF!!

I woke up really really freaked out, my fingers itching and my stomach turned. @_@ I never even HEARD of that combination before, but god, I blanked out once she tore like a couple of my nails out in my dream, so i cant imagine how that would have felt.

Nyar, Heading out again next week out of port. I really dont want to go because I dont get enough time to just relax anymore. I sit in my room just wanting to sleep after work, because i've exhausted myself to no end. Hahah, thank god I'm gymnastic, because Getting up onto the peir when your standing on a long fender a good twelve feet beneath it is a difficult thing. Beleive me. Dude seriously, I'm compleatly at a loss here. Why do all these people hate Sam so much?! I mean, I see all these people with their characters being whisked away by danny Phantom, or Cuddling with Danny Fenton... you need to get a life. Claiming a character as your love puppet when in reality, they're drawings on a computer/paper animated to tell a story. Ok, you like the character, you like the story, you love the personality created, but wanting to marry him? So who here honestly beleives in ghosts?

I dont mean "Oooohhh I love Danny Phantom and I'm going to build a ghost portal and find him and make him have my BABIES!!!" beleive in ghosts. I mean actually beleive in spirits, ghosts, you know what I mean. I like Danny Phantom alot because it has to do with ghosts, and I've been through some very interesting experiences though my life.

I've been going into places where i get weird vibes and done ghost stuff since i was 10 years old, though me and my roommate and her boyfriend have started honestly 'ghost hunting' a few weeks ago.

We went to this place called Berry's Chapel last night. What happened was that a bunch of gypsis and African americans were hung there, and burnt in some cases. The chapel is just a hole in the woods now, and there are numerous tombstones that have been moved about by dumb kids who go back there some times.

But anyway, we went back and brought a video camera, a digital camera, and a voice recorder. We honestly didnt get much on the vid or the camera, but the voice recorder. Dear god....

We didnt get all that creeped out while we were out there, I heard a man's voice, but I pawned it off to being someone in the distance, and we heard lots and lots of dogs getting really close, but none showed up, and we pawned that off to wild dogs, but the voice we got on the recorder, we couldnt pawn off.

It was just so LOUD. Like the person speaking was right next to James. I mean, you couldnt understand what they were saying, like talking to a person who's got a pillow over their face, it was muffled, but you can tell its a voice. And it happens six times,e very time we ask a question or something, it was creepy. O_O; We tried to debunk it, trying to replica the sound, but we couldnt.

So yeah, I'm just glad none have followed me home yet. That...would be interesting.

I am missing my friends so incredibly right now. I'm stuck in my barraks room with nothing to do, and feeling compleatly useless. I'm not 21, so I cant go anywhere with the people in my crew, because they go out to hallween parties and shit and I'm only 19 and young and cant do anything. I'm so tired of being considered a kid. I'm in the fucking Military. Kids my age and younger are out dying and for some reason we cant go in a place that has alchohol because we're not Responsible enough.

Shit people, I shoot 50 cal machine guns, rifles, M-16s, and drive a small boat to do boardings on Fishing vessels looking for illeagle aliens and Drugs, and yet I cant drink.

Not that I want to drink, but its still the princible of the thing. Its just frustraiting, I want to be ablet to go out to Kareoke and stuff.

GOD I AM SO FREAKING BOREDDDD!! I LACK ROLEPLAYING! I WANT TO WRITEEE!! >_

IDEA!!

There's a new pill on the market. A extremely strong Hallucinogen known in the underground as the Never-land pill. It is said that anyone who takes it can see a completely different world hidden amongst our own, reach powers that were hidden deep within themselves. Of course the pill is highly addictive, and extremely expensive. No one knows who manufactures them, not even the dealers themselves. But one thing is for sure, the networking around the Never land pill is extremely tight and extremely religious, the few unknown faces that supply the dealers with their bounty hand picking the select few they wish the drug to be given too. For a price of course.

But what the new addicts are coming to find, is that the pill doesn't seem to just cause hallucinations, but are unlocking fragile parts of their minds that have never been touched before. The first pill is always the worst, within seconds the world seems to warp itself into flames, drawing their mind and bodies into a world outside and yet inside their own. Creatures that live outside of the normal 'verse, creatures mistaken for ghosts, demons, hell-spawn and angels, creatures that only reside in dreams and nightmares. But as this world becomes visible to the addict, they become visible to this world as well. Those who do not know how to use the pill correctly, often are found dead of unknown causes, victims of those creatures beyondworlds.

The pill wears off after a few hours, leaving the addict to try and repair the damage that rent apart their brain and body, akin to a massive hang over, agitated by intense cravings that dull as the hours go by, but never completely stop. With just one pill, addiction sticks in.

The Never land drug ring has been going on for nearly a year, and the networking has spread across the world, taking in new followers, more dealers, and even with that, the manufacturers of the pill are unknown. But now there are those who are trying to create knockoffs of the Never land pill that will still transfer the addicts to beyondworlds. Most of the time these knockoffs are horribly dangerous, other times they are nothing more then a simply hallucinogen. But more often then not the knockoff pills are a mix of an original pill and other ingredients, which destroy the barriers in the brain, trapping the addict between our world and beyondworlds, mutating them into things no longer human, nor anything natural of beyondworlds. They become shells of creatures, mad with hunger for the heat of a human heart.

Hahahahah I need to change the name of the drug but other then that, I love this idea, and dont want it to rot away. XD Anyway, yep. Just write me or note me or somejunk. I dunno. *melts*

So yeah, Kajonk-a-con royally sucked ass. I mean it was tiny beyond tiny, with almost noone there. Me and Zoey were standing at the doorway looking at the huge room with 5 dealer booths and a tiny tv to play ddr on with horror in our eyes. I mean we spent alot of damn money to get here, and it was a huge dissapointment. But oh well, At least me and Zoey got to meet up and prance around like a moron. She's actually half naked putting on tights right now. XDDD

So here is the major question, should we dress up in our Danny and Sam costumes and take pictures for everyone here? XDD We're already going to do a dumb book full of scribbles. Just a question!

Ok so maybe it wasnt that bad. XDD There was a guy who was dressed up like Jack Sparrow during the cosplay contest and he was exceptionally cute. XDD *attacked him any times with hugs and stuff*

We also went to the Zoo, and apparently I'm interesting enough for a huge male lion to get up and stalk over to the window from across the enclosure when I came near it, chuffing and roaring all softly and cute and stuff. But after a few minutes of staring me down, and me not backing up or coming any closer (i would have if i could, but there was glass in my way! *wail*) He turned around and climbed on his bed with his back to us, swinging his tail all annoyed like and stuff. XDD It made my day, even if Zoey said it was all coincidence. XD

We took some cute pictures, and drew some random things, AND I GOT A GIANT TOTORO PLUSHIE, so check out my scraps for them, I should be posting them soon.

So the newest episode of Danny Phantom just showed, and god am I feeling better with a shot of new blood into my obsession. Frost bite makes me love my own soul, and his poor tribe was just beat to hell and I love them for it too.

Sammy was scary.

Plain and simple. She was scary. And it was awesome.

I'm am sucha DxS Fan so everything about the end was cute and corny and I was giggling like a maniac through the entire thing. SO! won the Kiriban! Yay! I'm am Super suprised at how many people have been stopping by my page, I really appriciate it. Honestly, you dont know how happy it makes me.

WARNING! RANT BELOW!!

A few people on DA know, and I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but I'm in the military. The Coast Guard to be exact. And while running wild across the ocean saving lives and enforcing the law, there are the low points. Like finding dead bodies washed up on the beach, or being stuck on the bridge in seven foot seas that would make even the most weathered sailor sick to their stomach.

I have definatly gotten used to throwing up, thats for sure.

Anyway, where this is going is that I'm normally the most chipper person, going insane and singing all day long dispite how oddly the crew might look at me.

But sometimes, like now, I get the overwelming feeling that I'm worth less then a can of beans. Today was a very long day, about a 12 hour workday non-stop grinding down metal and priming the deck fittings then hopping buoys to try and scrub the side of the boat. If anyone has ever tried to stand on something that is a cylinder and on its side in the water, you'll know that you'll end up running in place because it rolls so much. I'm tired, wet, covered in pain and have Duty while everyone else is off at a bar or something. And I sit here and Lament because I cant get on the internet via my Laptop, and wonder why I feel so worthless. Like everything that I'm good at, I'm really not that good at. Drawing and writing, like I'm always second rate compared to the people I know. That I'm never quite good enough.

Might be Genetics, I think that has to be it. I dunno. I dont even think this Rant made any sense or went anywhere.

Anyway. END RANT HERE!

I seem to have an Obsession with long Panic! at the Disco type titles for these things, for god knows why.

Anyway, I have a few things to touch upon here. First of all, I got my CS2 Working again, thanks to the ever lovely and REPLiCA is back in buisness. I'm about 40% finished with the third page, and i should have it posted by the end of this week if time permits it. I'm down visiting Family, and then we go underway (i.e. out on the ocean for weeks) on my cutter so internet connectivity is not that easy to come along.

I've also noticed i'm getting rather close to 3000 page views, and I'd like to put up a little Kiriban offer. Anyone to get a screenshot or something of that Kiriban, will win a little peice of art from me. I know its not much, but I think it'd be a fun thing to do, no?

And I am working on that little doodle for you, Just as previously mentioned, my Damn CS2 was being evil. I should get it done soon for you!!!

Yes I admit it, I'm on a major Danny Phantom streak. But you know, who can resist him? I love Sam and Danny, its just too cute.

Anyway, I'm bedridden with the most aweful case of sunburn and sun poisining. Sucks to all hell, and seeing as I'm in the military, its no excuse not to be at work mucking around with engines and the like. Robin tagged me a while back, and Ive been putting it off Unfortunately I cannot fend of the tag any longer.

2. I am overly double jointed. I can bend to such degrees it scares me.

3. I have a method to eating candy, especially Reeses peanut butter cups. Skin it first, and then ingests its innards.

4. Im very much addicted to Chocolate. You can find at least 4 places in my room where Ive stashed some of it.

5. Ive stabbed one of my friends twice with a pencil, both on different occasions.

6. I have very violent reflexes when someone startles me. See number 5.

7. I am very blonde, to the point that my hair looks white in most pictures. Ironically everyone else in my family have dark features. Makes me wonder...

8. I routinely find and adopt cats and other animals. Currently we are up to 3 cats 3 dogs and a Rabbit. My grandmother just took the 2 birds.

*calms down* Apparently people in his office including my dad were volenteering to go to new orleans to help, since where my dad works is a branch of Homeland Security on par with the FBI, and they took it to heart and sent him down there!

Well, first off, seeing as an area the size of the entire United Kingdom was Decimated, it takes a few days to get things organized enough to send things in there. The coast guard was rescuing people from their roofs immediately, 1500 a day, until they were so overloaded and low on fuel that they were forced to go back. No one knew about how bad it was until around the 3rd day, because communications were so fried, not to mention new Orleans is the most hellish city you can find beneath the surface. Even the cops are so crooked that they were looting as well. The leaders are crap, and have no backbone, this guy was crying and screaming, and when the leaders that decimated, then how are the citizens supposed to hold up.

Had this happened in New York under Julianne you see, I do not believe that it would have been so bad. Because Julianne stayed strong and controlled the police and immediately did what he could to save people.

This sap down there just hid and cried and screamed and complained.

People knew since the last Hurricane, Camille, that the levees would not hold a storm over category 3, but the politicians were to busy lining their pockets to give a damn.

This has nothing to do with George Bush, and it doesnt really have anything to do with the democrats who have governed New Orleans for the last 100 years and ignored that weakness in the levees, this was Mother Nature just doing spring-cleaning.

Its just sad how the media is focusing on all the evil and not on the good that is happening? People have been moving as quickly as they can, you must remember that the national guard and everyone in the forces have families, agendas, and to gather everyone from the entire country, one of the largest in the world, and focus them on one area with the proper supplies to help, takes some time.

You cant expect to snap your fingers and POOF things are better.

PLUS the completely healthy people who are there and are whining and complaining that they need help and the state is supposed to be taking care of them and that crap, its six miles to dry land and help, walk your ass to the highway and get yourself to safe grounds instead of looting peoples stores while excusing it by saying you are waist deep in dead bodies and all that crap, so its ok.

The ill and the handicapped I can understand, but I doubt those who are in that straights are looting now are they? Or if they are, the certainly have enough energy to go walk their asses out of the town.

Well Im getting a wee bit angry at this topic, the media, and the people who just lower the standard that Americans are placed at. So Ill say Adieu!

New Orleans was never a really nice place, it was always filled with the poor, the criminals, and those who just survive beer to beer until martigras came along. But still, there are people floating in their attics because they were trying to avoid the water and had no idea the levees had broken, dumping thousands of pounds about them in minutes, drowning them where they took refuge. There are children on roofs holding scrawled signs saying "HELP US" and the long dead are floating out of their coffins to float with the newly dead as well.

I think this is a time to just say a prayer for those in Louisiana and all of the gulf coast, and give and help as you can.

I was going to buy some new pens, but my mom took my convertible to the beach, and didnt fill up the gas. -___- so there when my ten bucks. She left me on E! I didnt know about it until i was in the middle of the interstate! @_@!!
